I’ve been to The Wine Side more than ten times over the past years, and every visit confirms the same impression: this restaurant is operating at a level of consistency and perfection that is extremely rare. For almost 10 years, the quality of the cuisine has been flawless — precise, creative and full of flavor.
What truly sets The Wine Side apart is the daily fresh fish selection. The team sources exceptional fish and seafood, often depending on what the fishermen bring in that morning. My personal favorites are the ceviche and tiradito — both dishes are bright, perfectly balanced and prepared with an elegance that lets every ingredient shine. I have tried ceviche all over the world, and theirs remains one of the best I’ve ever had.
And then there’s the wine list — without exaggeration, it is one of the most impressive and exciting selections on the entire island. From rare vintages and iconic labels to carefully curated boutique producers, you can feel the passion and expertise behind every bottle. On Mallorca, there is simply nothing comparable in terms of depth, quality and exclusivity.
