First time here and food was good. This place is very well lit and the owner was really nice. A good amount of tables to sit and eat and watch tv. My wings could've been crisper but they were still good. I def recommend if you are in the area

Small but mighty. Best wings we've eaten. Wow. Not from around here but we would definitely come back if we come back to Memphis!!! Our son is a wing connoisseur and he said by far the best wings he's ever eaten!!! The burger is huge,the fried green tomatoes are the bomb!!! Don't be scared that the place isn't all fancy,,we were actually gonna turn around and go somewhere else but soooo glad we gave them a chance. Lady behind the register was an absolute sweetheart. Thanks for the great dining experience. We loved it!!

Burgers are to die for but everytime I come in my order is always wrong and can’t turn back because I come on break . Hopefully this can get sorted out ❤️

Cool place to stop and get a wing plate just be specific when ordering i thought i was subbing my fries for fried green tomatoes but guess I didn't say it right ran my tab up more than I wanted to but in the end it jived on out. 26 buck is alot for lunch for me im cheap.

I ordered a 10 wings with fries it was a 2 out of 10 but what I do like is that if you not happy they will honor that and remake your order… but I hate to say this cause the wife is so nice but I will never go back I was very disappointed … I would have done better at home

WINGS ARE FANTASTIC, AND THEY FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, NEVER BEEN TO THE RESTAURANT BUT ORDERED ON DOORDASH AND MY ORDER WAS FRESH, HOT, PACKAGED WELL, AND HANDLED WITH CARE. I ORDERED 3 DAYS IN A ROW AFTER I TASTED THEIR FOOD. ONE OF THE BEST WING SPOTS IN THE CITY.

Passing through and saw wing factory recommended on Reddit as the best wings in Memphis. We can say they were the best wings we have ever had! We got the party wings half honey gold and half honey hot with lemon pepper flakes. The honey hot were our favorite. Not too spicy, just a little kick. They were perfect. Friendly and quick service as well.

Great wings the owners are amazing this spot was recommended to me by a Memphis local (the owners brother) this spot did not disappoint the wings were crispy and tossed in the sauce real well the lemon Pepper is amazing and so is the Aprils special sauce with Parmesan on top. Their selection of desserts as well are amazing i recommend the millionaire cookie. Customer service was great made me feel welcome and like family as I had a lot of questions about the menu and they graciously walked me thru it. This was overall great and as we say in the Bay Area it was Smackin Fasho!!!!

Winnnnnngggggggggg factoryyyyy....my dinner tonight was superb *chefs kiss* This is one place that understands the crispy chicken wing assignment and as a proud member of the "I like My wings fried hard" coalition, I can truly say that I am blessed! I have a testimony! Twas' My second time visiting and they did not miss, okay!!! I got a 10 pc party wing combo half honey hot half seasoned with the fries and the red koolaid! So good! I also ordered a cookie, but forgot to grab it before I dipped! Wing prices are wing prices, but I wasn't mad! (Never really am, inflation is just that and real af) Go support this black owned business located just a hair away from Orange Mound in between Park and Lamar! They also just recently opened their express (drive thru) location just a few thousand feet up the road! Sorry I don't have pictures ...the camera didn't eat this time

Trying the new wing factory express . It's at the corner of airways and park ! I love wing factory and I am so glad they bought the old checkers or rally's whatever the name of that burger place was. This was a great idea !

Wings are fresh, flavors are very tasty. I got the honey hot and April's special. Both good. That April's was hittin though. Food was too good. Forgot to take pictures. Here are some menus tho. Oh and the fries had good seasoning too. Cool aid to drink. Feeling pretty satisfied

Deep down inside I hate to rate this restaurant so low, but due to several disappointing experiences, I must. I frequent here often because it's the closest wing spot by my house. The wings are delicious, so no complaint there, but my biggest complaint is the service. Every time I have visited, there are side conversations happening that keeps the employees from focusing on customers. There is always a crowd of people sitting in the lobby visiting but not eating. Each time I have ordered they leave something off my order. Consistency is the key when running a restaurant. I always order lemon pepper which usually comes with lemon chunks mixed in the sauce (This is why they were my favorite wings from here). The last two times I ordered them there was no lemon in the lemon pepper wings. I have endured and not complained but after ordering tonight and them leaving my rolls and ranch out I've had enough. The only reason I didn't go lower than 3 stars is because the owners and staff are genuinely nice people, so I'm cutting them some slack.

Wing Factory is in the heart of Orange Mound; my husband told me as we drove closer to the location. I humped my shoulder's how was I supposed to know, I just bought the Groupon. Any who, I'm still learning Memphis. I guess the "Mound" is a sketchy area. But the Wing Factory is not a sketchy place. It sits in the center of a little dingy rundown strip mall. But the inside of the wing factory is clean as a whistle. You can sit down and eat in there or you can just get it to go. It looks like the place is family owned, by the sites of the little girl calling order's and taking names at the front (she was tots adorbs!!). The food was quick, hot and good.... We got an assortment of things catfish, boneless wings, cheeseburgers, and whole wings. Our order didn't take long at all

Love the customer service every time I order my order is always ready when I get there. I've had the lemon pepper and plan wings, fries okra was the best, and juicy hamburger.

I'm not a big fan of chicken/hot wings. But when l do get them l want lemon pepper fried soft. The Wing Factory is my place. They actually fry my wings the way l like them. Always fresh and just enough lemon pepper on them to know it's lemon pepper and not overbearing. The owner and staff are always friendly and the wait time is not long whether you call in or just walk in. And this place of business is always clean.

Great wings, probably the best in Memphis but can't get orders out in a timely manner!!! Most challenging to call in and place your order (no one seems to answer) every time I have ordered seems to take 40 mins to get my order.... even if I called 20 mins early, show up I have to wait almost an additional 40 mins to get my order. I've ordered 5 separate times ALL had extensive wait times.

Oh man oh man! Haven't tried some good boneless wings in a while. A whole combo of 10 wings & fries + drink for $11! Very satisfied with my order and I didn't had to wait for too long. Definitely coming back!

This place is pretty good. The wings are nice and tender and the seasoned and honey hot are pretty good. The fries are nice and salty and crispy. Just go try it out y'all.

Came here this past Saturday with my youngin. All the way from Cordova, because I hadn't had it in sooo long. I got a catfish and wing combo and my son had a party wing combo. It was live in the place so if you want a peaceful meal, this ain't the place. It sounded like the club in there Saturday night. Only thing I had a problem with was some gross person had left their finger nails on the counter in front of the register (a customer I'm sure). I took a straw and put them on the floor ...because EW! They might need to make sure every so often they're cleaning that area. I don't expect perfection but that shit nasty. Almost left but I'd driven all that way so I was bout to get some Wing Factory. The family-home feel atmosphere was worth the drive (s/o to DonRico). And I don't regret my overdue visit!

Amazing. Went in after picking the wife up at the airport, before heading back to Nashville. Wings and sauces were just amazing. If they had beer, I don't think we would have left, as a matter of fact, 20 miles down the road, we almost turned around to go back and start over. Absolutely the highest recommendation!!

I came here initially to pick up a door dash order and NO one was social distancing and the service was subpar at best. The manager and I got into a verbal dispute because it overstepped his boundaries and was severely disrespectful. Ruben, the owner came out and I explained to him what took place and he offered an apology and offered me a free meal meal next time I came. I came back a few days later and ordered a 3 piece lemon pepper combo. The lemon pepper wings had small seasoned lemon slices on the chicken was that was very unique and really flavorful. They also had kool aid and it was pretty good. The customer service was much better, but they were really bagged up and NO social distancing which is the new normal! I tried to call in the order to avoid my 30 minute wait, but no one answered. Once I arrives I was informed no phone orders were being taken because they were overloaded with orders. Is this place on my top list for wings? No! Would I go back, not anytime soon. I value customer service and timeliness two in which they strongly lacked.

Don't do like I did and judge this place by the surrounding area! I purchased a groupon and then didn't use it! Well a month went by and today I decided to use it. So glad that I did! My 9 year old loves loves wings and she said this place is better than any of her other favorite places! The fried fish was on point and the spaghetti was great too! On top of all that there were nothing but smiling faces! Such a welcoming place! We will definitely visit again

I order the 5 piece lemon pepper combo. This was the worst and high priced combo I've ever had! I paid 13.00 and I could have went to a much better wing spot. My soda was flat also. The wings probably have me high blood pressure from all the salt.

The best wings I've found in Memphis every time. Even on a bad day for them (little crunchier than normal, a little less sauce etc), they're still the best wings I've had and that's crazy. I've only gotten delivery and they can be a bit of a wait, but I promise it's worth it. Their wings are fat, melt off the bone, and reasonably priced. If you like hot, 911 is the bomb. Otherwise, can't go wrong with April's Special - tastes like a beautiful honey hot garlic parmesan mixture.

I went to The Wing Factory for the 1st time on Wednesday and I had an AWESOME experience! I ordered the Chicken Philly and stole a hot wing from my co-worker's plate and when I tell you it was "UmmmUmmm Good", you better believe me!!! On top of the food being immaculate, the store was clean and very welcoming. Mr. Ruben took our order and treated us like royalty....but guess what? He's the OWNER! His work ethics directly affects his staff; EVERY EMPLOYEE there had a smiling face and truly made us feel special! They even came from the kitchen to ask if the food was ok? That's the BEST service I've had in a LONG time, I really felt like I was at home or around my family. I'm headed back again today to get some Hot Wings!!! #cantWait

This place is fiiiii. May have to wait a little bit....and a call-in order may take longer than expected but it's probably because they are so busy. This is a solid choice if you're in the area.

These were the best wings, hands down, that my husband and I have ever eaten. We did Erica's zesty, April's, Orange Mound, lemon pepper, and basic seasoned party wings and couldn't. Stop. Eating. They are nice and crispy wings, perfectly cooked. Even the veggies and fries were good. We just found a new wing place!

We discovered The Wing Factory while looking for a good place to eat wings that wouldn't break the bank. Since our first time eating here, we've been back at least once a week, sometimes twice. The honey gold are the best in my opinion but the honey hots and the lemon pepper are also hits with the family. The customer service is excellent, it's family owned, and also a black owned business. We will definitely continue to come here!

I had the 6 pc party wings in Honey gold and they were good. Fried perfectly with a light crisp, and not over cooked. I was welcomed nicely in the establishment and I hope to try out the pizza on my next visit.

I purchased a Groupon for this establishment and I am so happy that I did. My husband and I ordered some of the best boneless chicken that we have ever tasted. The seasoned was my favorite and my husband loved the honey hot. We also ordered some catfish and a double cheeseburger. We got a taste of just about everything and it was so good!!!!

Was in Memphis from Chicago for memorial day weekend and stopped here from some wings. The service was AWESOME!! We had a large and very complex order and were served in a timely manner. The staff was sooo nice and continued to check on us throughout our meal. Most importantly, the wings were BOOOMMBBB i tried all the flavors and they are all delicious. definitely recommend this place!

I visit the Wing Factory at least twice a month and this time I was disappointed. I placed an online order at 11:50 and when I arrived at 12:25 my order was not ready and the cashier told me their phone service has been down and absolutely no remorse. I am not pleased with the visit and I have been waiting an additional 10 mins and my order is still not ready.

You can never go wrong with this gem in Orange Mound!! I love the atmosphere and the workers. Food is on time and delicious!!! This is my lunch spot on the daily!!

Needed a quick place to stop for wings after work. Surprisingly this place was very clean (the outside area is a little less welcoming). I ordered the whole wings, fries, and fried okra. The food was great! Wings were big and delicious! The fries were actually very good with a great seasoning on it and the okra was pretty standard. The value for food was also great. What really blew the experience was the time it took to get the food. We arrived and no one was in there. In the time we waited (well over 20 minutes) two other customers got their food even though they came in after us. Next time I plan to call ahead, but I will be back!

Went to the wing festival, oh my gooddd !! Never had wings as good as theirs !! I cant stress that enough !! I will be coming back on a daily for sure !!

A lot of the other popular wing spots within a couple miles are good but really inconsistent. Either they forget your order as you're waiting for an hour or they serve you some cold, sloppy, chewy wings.there hasn't been a time that I've been to wing factory and it wasn't really good, and I've never been treated with anything less than complete respect. Wings have a nice, consistent crispy outside, hot and tender inside. Sauce is on point too. Bypass the hype of chings, and don't wait 45 minutes for some wings. Go here for a more low key hot wing experience without all the smoke and mirrors.
