I have patronized this location weekly for about a year now because of the close proximity to the gym (Planet Fitness) that I work out of however, I have noticed a significant drop in the quality of the product, (especially considering the price point) and the service received, that I attribute to the staffing levels. After my last visit, Friday 1/31/2025, I will most likely never patronize this location again. I arrived for my weekly visit to two employees, a man and young lady, feverishly working in the kitchen preparing what I understood to be a rather large order. After what seemed like eternity, my presence was finally acknowledged by both persons but not addressed until the young lady was edged on by the male employee to finally take my order. Somewhat irritated, she came to the register and proceeded to take my order but after I ordered the wings and attempted to order some side items, she stopped and gave me a laundry list of why they couldn't prepare sides, ( " a fryer was down, they were in the middle of preparing a large order, the dog ate my homework......whatever"). I requested clarification by asking her, " so you mean that I can't order, what's on the menu, because you are a little busy?" She confirmed that and even commented that she "should have locked the door before I came in". In FRONT off me! Ratchet customer service at its best. I politely responded that I would happily take my money to one of her numerous nearby competitors, and left. As I stated, with the steady slide in the quality of the product and gold star employees like this, I don't envision this location surviving much longer.
