The Woodlands Waterway

This park is so beautiful. The lake, the waterfalls, the beautiful restaurants, the free bus ride for your convenience to take you around the park if you don’t want to walk, the statues of historical events that reminds or educate, it gives a feel of a museum but with a twist cause it's outdoor. It’s a good place to spend time with your loved ones because of the relaxing and calm environment and it’s also a good photoshoot spot. Overall I had an amazing experience👌🏾

Awesome environment. Great place to get a nice run with scenery. Go on a date, or take the family. Even better views at night. Good restaurants near by..pricey...but worth it!!!

Such a pretty place! A bit crowded on a Saturday evening. The music with the fountain was really nice , but the music others were playing on their speakers wasn’t. Totally broke the vibe of place & evening. Seems like there’s a lot going on in the evening. Big city life in a suburb. Pretty cool.

I have driven the streets so many times and never realized what beauty what there was only a few steps away! Today after having lunch at Tommy Bahamas, we decided to put on our walking shoes and take this path. It is so refreshing to see many faces out enjoying this beautiful January day and getting some fresh air and sunshine. I discovered many points of interest along the path between the Cynthia Woods Pavilion and the Mall. No need to shop today. Just enjoying the outdoors.

Great place to spend the day! You can shop, eat, ride swan paddle boats, ride the tram around the waterway, lots of bridges and beautiful landscaping!

A wonderful & pleasant walkway, especially when the weather is nice. You can also ride the FREE Waterway Trolley, but if you do not mind to take a leisurely walk along the waterway, you can enjoy the green parklands. You can also hire a paddle boat or swan boat at the Riva Row boat house to enjoy the waterway. A great outdoor activity for the whole family!

Great place with nice activities.

Gorgeous and I'm always shocked more people aren't out. From the boat house and Towne Green to the twinkle light tree-lined walkways you'll find a koi pond, bridges with neon lights and mosaics, a xylophone, benches, and eventually get to the green area with a splash pad and concession stand near the stage for live music and light up fountains. It is a nice time! Lots of great restaurants lining the way and often they have music on the speakers by the green and fountain and splash pad. You can catch a trolley along the way to get around the area or go to Hughes Landing. Lots of exploring can be done with fam.
