Absolutely amazing customer service and definitely my new go-to bike repair shop. They were super sweet and got everything done in a very timely manner, even with a lot of people on their schedule!

The outside of the store makes it look deceivingly small! The inside is huge and has great deals on gear and clothing. I stopped by unplanned and so glad I did. The employees are friendly and I know now where I can go if I need any outdoor gear.

I had a bike and I’m from out of town. I called and talked to Scott and he said just bring it in. I got the greatest service the bike shifts like it’s supposed to and it was reasonably priced. Scott definitely did a good job thanks.

Had the absolute best experience with the Woodsman's bike shop. Very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. Tuned up both my bikes very quickly and went beyond what was expected each time. I bought something from this place. It did not fit. It had a 30day return policy and they even told me they would take it back if it didnt fit.They refused to take it back and I was still within the 30days. before I left they told me they needed to install it themselves the day of purchase for them to be able to return it. They never offered an installation. If they dont plan on keeping they're word on the return policy then they shouldn't tell the customer "yeah, you can return it if it doesn't fit."

I brought in my road bike to be serviced. Scott was so helpful! He answered all of my questions and helped with everything I needed. He's very personable; fantastic customer service! The girls at the front desk were very sweet and very personable as well. They had my bike service within a day! I had a very good experience! I'm definitely a customer now!!

I have been buying goods here for going on 17 years. Quality, durability, and specificity are the characteristics I seek out for any outdoor products. The brand names carried offer exactly this and sometimes much more. Easier in and out than the old location and I have never visited without at least one staff member approach me to see if I needed help.

Just bought new kayaks from the Woodsman in Fort Smith. Staff was super helpful with tips on loading, hauling, PFDs, and even gave us suggestions on the best spots to take our kayaks out! They have women on staff - I found it very helpful to talk to another female about the fit of my PFD.

This is probably my favorite store in Fort Smith, Arkansas. They have fantastic supplies for outdoor activities, they have awesome clothing for outdoor activities and regular every day Living. They have friendly people and a great selection of products in the top brands that are available. The store is conveniently laid out and well kept and always looks nice. The location is great. It is centrally located and easy to get to has plenty of parking and plenty of loading capability if you need to bring big purchases with you when you leave. The high-quality of the gear and selection does have a high price... But the store hosts two or three sales annually that really are outstanding and offer deep discounts as they clear out old inventory and move into the new seasons.

This business is outstanding: huge selection, the best brands, and one-on-one advice from people who know their products and the environment they're used in. It would be worth driving several hours to get stuff here.

I had an excellent experience buying shoes at the Woodsman! Corbin was very helpful as I tried on many pairs. He was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. I will definitely do business with this company many times again.

Horrible customer service. Employee Mallory is rude. They allow online ordering, but only for them to decline the transaction and cause a scene within their store. Wrongly humiliating customers for a mistake their incompetent online ordering system made. Order on the brands website! Save yourself time from a such condescending business.

Great service. I have purchased two pairs of shoes here, one for trail running and the other for hiking. The staff has been very helpful in finding the right fit and asking questions about what I'm going to be using them for. I love my shoes and will definitely come back.

I can't believe no one has reviewed this place! Absolutely amazing find in Fort Smith! They carry a very nice assortment of outdoor clothing (men, women, children, and even babies) and some gear: brands like The North Face, Patagonia, Sweetfeet, and more (those are my primary focus); hiking boots, shoes, other trail shoes (like trail running shoes), and accessories; a wide assortment of backpacking packs and supplies; and even kayaks! There is also little to no mark up over original retail pricing (when compared to brands' direct websites) - my partner has remarked multiple times that he has no idea how they stay in business by not overcharging! The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and always very helpful. Just a flat out wonderful outdoor store in this area if you can't drive hours away to get to an REI!
