I enjoyed my lunch. The salad with tuna was surprisingly good. I've had some bad tuna recently, but this was decent. Not the bright red of great fresh tuna, but the consistency and flavor were good, and it was seared but mostly still raw. The salad was nice, dressed but not overly so. The carrots appetizer was very tasty, as was the pool of squash or something that the carrots were sitting in. They don't have ginger beer, which seemed odd to me for a place that seems to think of itself as a cocktail bar. The staff was good, fairly fast and very nice. My latte was a bit bitter, so I didn't live the coffee beans, but the ratio of coffee to milk was good--not to much milk, that is. It was pretty packed during a late lunch, but there were seats available. It was a bit loud earlier in the late lunch, but not so loud that conversation was impossible. The prices seemed reasonable for what the food was and the location and setting--$21 I think for the tuna; the sides were pricy, but the carrots were nice heirloom carrots, roasted with a bunch of some sort of mashed veggie or gourd.
