The Worlds End Brewpub

The pub was very homey and seems to be the local watering hole. My mother and I were regulars for the short time that we were in town for the skijoring competition. The family that owns and operates it are so kind and welcoming. Drinks are great and food is delicious.

Loved the experience here! Staff/owners were so nice and attentive. We loved the flatbread , fish and chips, and burnt end tacos. Great beer selection! Space was small, but warm and cozy.

The service was amazing, they’re very kind and friendly. But I’ll have to honest, the food was at best 2 stars specially considering their prices. I don’t like leaving anything but 5 star since service was amazing but I had to be honest when it comes to the value of what you receive.

I just stopped into the brew pub. Great staff, friendly atmosphere, and great food. For us first responders, they give a great discount on beers. This was greatly appreciated.

Very good food with delicious wings. Lots of drinks on tap as well as Guinness. Seating is really tight but the atmosphere and food make up for it. Would come back again.

The World’s End Brewpub in Grand Lake is such a gem! Jenny and her daughter, Grace, were absolutely wonderful — so welcoming and friendly. The dollar bills covering the ceiling give it that perfect dive-bar charm, but with a top-notch selection of beers and spirits. The wings were spot-on too! We’ll definitely be back every time we’re in town.

We've been going here for years now and consider Worlds End to be our happy place in Grand Lake. It can feel small and noisy, so sensory overstimulation should be considered. Otherwise everything about this places feels welcoming and tastes great. Try their great selection of imported beers.

Food was just meh, overpriced for what it is. The taco meat was good but the coleslaw was too thickly cut it threw off the balance. Fish for the fish and chips was fine but the chips were old and overcooked. Sodas were pretty flat as well.

I stopped in here while waiting for some friends to come into town, and the bartender and locals were some of the most personable people! I ordered a house pumpkin ale, which was to die for, and tried some of the blueberry cider as well. Sat and chatted for about an hour or so and then headed out, but I absolutely made sure to come back with my friends the next night because it was just so lovely! Quite cozy and loved the decor. Would definitely come back whenever I'm in town :)

We went to this cool little place both days we were in town. Great selection of Belgium beers and super friendly service. The fries were the so good, def recommend those!

The pizza was great. Service was, too. It's a cozy little spot on the main road with some additional seating outside. We ordered Italian sausage and mushroom with pineapple. There were no leftovers. They have some craft beers, too. The couple who joined us spoke highly of the blackberry lime. Highly recommend.

Great little hole in the wall if you want to stop in for a few drinks. Place isn't very large but with the outdoor patio open when we stopped they had plenty of seating. They had a fabulous drink menu and we just ordered appetizers and they were delicious. Would certainly stop again if I find myself in the area.

Local bar bordering on dive bar. Friendly service and tables in and out. Food is ok. Pizzas are consistently the best thing to eat here. The house salad was a meal in itself. Fish n chips were over cooked and the fries were the best part of that dish. 8 wings were ok. They took forever. We were done eating before the arrived at the table. Parmesan garlic is a pass here. The wings were good sized though. No booze and one iced tea and it was $90 out the door. In this town, everything is crazy busy and this was a win for lunch on a long holiday weekend.

This was a repeat visit for us, as we remembered it from another time in the area. It is small and tight, but once you are seated, no worries. The servers are friendly and efficient. I had the tacos... amazing. The pretzel was great!

Second time in three days. Couldn't resist!!! We tried Mango Habanero chicken wings this time. At first, a bit worried about spicy part but no, it was just a perfect amount of spice and it mixed well with mango flavor. Glad we ordered. A great selection of beer, too. We had Mountain Top and we loved it!!! Really great people and atmosphere here. We felt at home and very relaxed. We hope to visit again sometime soon. Thank you so much!

Friendly service. Pork tacos were tasty but shedded lettuce would be better than cabbage. Fries were okay. Portions were pretty generous.

After a remarkable day hiking in the RMNP we stopped at the world's end hungry for not your average bar food. Low and behold we found it. This burrata arugla plate was delish. The staff/owners were delightful and the building was whimsy.

Stopped by after we left Rocky NP for a quick bite. Build your own pizza $14 + $1 per topping (Italian sausage, pepperoni, onions, and garlic) - small portion but the pizza is good. The crust is crispy so it's more like a flatbread style pizza. Duvel triple hop citra - Belgians know how to make a good ipa. It's smooth and citrusy with the perfect amount of bitterness.

Free samples of beer. Food was good. Service was great. Outdoor seating. Mountain scenery.

Great food, drinks, and service. Everyone was extremely friendly and it was a great atmosphere. We went multiple times during our last trip to Grand Lake and we can't wait to go back. Probably some of the best wings we have ever had!

The Mediterranean pizza was AMAZING! We stopped in after a long day of hiking and it's just what the doctor ordered. My husband enjoyed his burnt end tacos as well

This stop was nice. It was small in size everywhere but we had a good experience. Beer was great, location was excellent, staff was exceptional to us and I can't leave this with out mentioning the pretzel and Mediterranean pizza were both top notch.

great stuff! sorry i didn't get any pictures but really worth it if you're in estes for the day to make it out there:) had absolutely delicious mango habenero wings. just about my favorite food in the world i've had it load of places. they do it right. the wings aren't undercooked/slimy like you seem to find all over colorado for some reason. they're perfectly done, not tiny, and the sauce is tangy and hot! my friend had the burnt end tacos which were also really well done. the owners chit chatted with us and were delights themselves. loving parents and caring community members. the beers and ciders they had on tap they had personal relationships with the companies! they really care about each individual piece that goes into their place and it shows.

The service here was incredible. I felt like the staff were the beer geek friends in Colorado I never knew I had! Tap selection wasn't enormous, but it was very well-curated. I wanted to drink everything! It was really hard to choose. The staff's intimate knowledge of the ales and lagers, as well as the generous sampling policy, made choosing a little bit easier. They've also got a cute little patio. What's better than a cold brew with the warm sun on your skin after a hike in Rocky Mountain National Park? Answer: the same scenario as above, but the beer is free.

This brewpub is small and has a great ambiance, so much so you feel like it's a neighborhood bar. There isn't a ton of seating inside. Luckily, there's a few tables in the storefront and, during COVID, a couple of picnics tables next to the sidewalk. While they're supposed to have a large selection of beers, I didn't think it was very much. Their food menu isn't too extensive but there's some really good treats in there. My favorite was their pretzel, which we may have ordered two of because why not. Their flatbread was also good but nothing too special. Beers and pretzels are definitely the way to go.

After a day exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, we decided to ditch our camping plans due to rain and pop down to the cute lakeside town of Grand Lake and see if we could find a room and some dinner. We found a patio table and our server brought us drinks right away even though they were busy. I ordered the fish and chips, my husband ordered the pork tacos, and our son ordered the chicken strip basket. I really loved their hand-cut fries, and I thought the tacos were excellent. Everything else was just fine, but not rave-worthy. Bottom line: good food, friendly service, fun vibe, outdoor seating. Recommend.

Cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen at a pub. Food; fish chips, tacos and the Mediterranean pizza were outstanding. Love that this place is a little off the main square. Quiet. Amazing beer selection. The staff were nice and the inner decor was refreshing and fun. So glad I came here with friends after a nice fun day.

Excellent small business. The owners are friendly, the pub fare is pretty darn tasty, and of course plenty of beer!

Had such a lovely experience at world's end tonight (twice)! Went earlier in the evening for our first drink and appetizer and ended up back there for our last drink after some other disappointing experiences at local bars. The owners are phenomenal, kind, personable people who we really enjoyed chatting with. Can't recommend enough

Such a cozy and wonderful pub to pop into for some great food! The bartender was very friendly and welcoming. My partner and I also got the dry rub wings which were piping hot and generously seasoned.

We stumbled across this place while traveling through the Rocky Mountains and it did not disappoint. The owners dry rub wings along with his home brewed beer were great. Awesome atmosphere for a small bar in grand lake. Would definitely go back again.

I'll be honest, I walked into this place not expecting much but we were looking for something new as we had exhausted most of the other restaurants in GL. Happy to say this place is SO GOOD. The wings are absolutely to die for, especially with their signature dry rub. We ordered quite a few dishes on the menu and all were very well done. Plus the atmosphere is really cool with all the dollar bills and service was excellent, highly recommend!!

Loads of personality, cold beer, fun menu. The flatbread pizzas excellent. The pretzel is huge, warm, soft...loved it. It's a small, busy, funky place. Go. Even if you have to wait for a table or spot at the bar. Just. Go.

Fantastic little bar, ran by cool ass locals. Just was able to visit this little gem before all the covid shit hit the fan. The food was good, and beer is beer! Conversation was good, and the crowd very chill!

The chicken tenders were like chicken nuggets. The pretzel was good. Beer is from elsewhere, not brewed onsite as we had thought.

Again, where you feel like you are special!! Great flatbread pizza made to order, hand cut fries and AWESOME wings!! We jumped in and had a quick meal before the theater and we're so glad we did!! Everyone there, Phil, Jenny and Morgan make you feel like family. Best place in Grand Lake for bar food!!

Couldn't be happier we stopped into this hole in the wall! It's a great little bar with even better food. The owners were great to chat with and gave us some good local tips!

The owners of both the Brewpub and the Inn were spectacular. Our room was clean, spacious, and lovely. There was even a foot stool in the closet to help us climb up to comfy bed. There were so many special touches that added to our experience - the fruit basket, the games, the courtyard. Everyone was so friendly. We'll be back for sure.

We enjoyed this place over a one night stay in the airbnb hotel the owners rent out upstairs. Really loved our stay in the room. Check it out! The food we had was really good. We sampled all the sausages and had drinks here several times. Extremely friendly wait staff and you can tell it's a popular local hang out.

My husband and I visited Grand Lake over the 4th of July weekend and this place was our favorite bar by far. We went a few different times. First of all, we are past the 'bar phase,' but this is a very casual and comfortable place to hang out (if you have kids - we saw lots of families and it's super family-friendly). It's family run and has a warm vibe. The owner was there each time we went and I think the nice vibe stems down from her. The most important thing is that they have a fab list of beers on tap. My husband is a Nitro Stout fan, and it's fun to get that on tap. I found a new favorite - the Reverend, a super super smooth ale. There were others great beers (I believe the selection rotates) so expect a nice variety. The food wasn't bad for a bar. I saw they had a hummus app, but we opted for unhealthy nibbles ;) My husband (and it seems many others) loooved the wings (which come in tons of different flavors). I had the fries, which were standard, but nice. If you're looking for a laid back, warm, family-friendly bar with an awesome beer menu and bar nibbles, I recommend checking this spot out!

This place is a knockout! The food is amazing, the drinks are amazing, and Jenny is the absolute BEST! We will be back many times! Thank you Jenny for the wonderful service!
