My family and I recently tried this spot and were really impressed with the food—absolutely delicious! The men working in the airstream kitchen clearly know what they’re doing, and they definitely earned the mandatory gratuity that was automatically added to our bill.
We didn’t try any drinks from the bar, so I can’t speak to that part of the experience.
One thing that stood out, though, was the service—or lack thereof. There seemed to be a lot of employees just standing around, and it would’ve been nice if they were more engaged with the guests. Everything was self-service: we ordered at the counter, picked up our food, grabbed our own napkins and utensils, got our own ice waters from the bar, and even cleared our own table when we were done.
Overall, great food and a cool concept, but the service side could definitely use some fine-tuning to match the quality coming out of the kitchen.
