Theory Coffee Roasters

Ultra modern, spacious coffee shop with lounge area and table seating attracting a lot of the work-from-coffee crowd. My coffee was excellent, the front of house service was also great but the barista seemed new / overwhelmed even though it was relatively quiet on Memorial day.

Gorgeous atmosphere very dog friendly. They also make their own coffees that I bought! Got the matcha tasted really good and their veggie fold over - delicious ! Posted some photos of their house coffee roasters.

Such a cute and spacious cafe! Espresso smooth and favorable, latte foam perfect. Bear claw super crispy and delicious. It did take quite a bit of time to get my order 20 min or so. No complaints.

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat before leaving town. Our ham and gruyère croissants were burnt and greasy, essential inedible. I did order a matcha which was quite good hence 2 stars.

This place was obviously popular, as we had to wait in a significant line prior to ordering. During our wait in the line, I watched as all of my desired pastries disappeared before I got to the front of the line. However, I did get a banana chocolate chip muffin, which surpassed my expectations. It was very fresh, moist and flavorful. The coffee was good and strong. The staff, who were all friendly, were really hustling to keep up. I think one dedicated person on the register would have helped, as I saw most people multi-tasking between register and food/drink preparation. I would return, but earlier, because I want to try more pastries.

Nice place with great indoor spaces to sit and during summer outdoor tables. Coffee more fruity than I am used to but did the trick. Good quality breakfast sandwiches

Usually fancy coffee shops with white walls, plants and wooden accents are not supportive to people studying/working/staying for long periods of time etc. I was really surprised at Theories diverse array of comfortable seating and outlets everywhere! The staff were also super down to earth and it felt like a family operation.

Really good matcha latte! I also got their monkey bread muffin (warm it up and it’s incredible). Great service, great vibes.
