Stopped here for dinner before the collective. I got a whiskey sour, and my better 1/2 had a glass of wine. We enjoyed it very much. The bartenders were attentive and gracious... Stopped at the 20 year anniversary dinner for Theos where they brought in different chefs, the food and atmosphere was amazing. The staff was excellent and personnable. They did great job and i had a fantastic evening

Google
Absolutely incredible dining experience. My boyfriend and I went here for my 20th birthday, and we had an amazing night. The food was beautifully prepared and tasted phenomenal, and they even gave me a free desert for my birthday.

Christy D.

Google
We went here for after dinner drinks as a party of 10, on a Friday night. The servers had thier hands full, and they did great! The basil gimlet was delicious! They have a great outdoor area. My party was just there for drinks, and we sat in the lounge area.

Google
I have mixed feelings about this place. The service was absolutely wonderful. Our server Josh was so sweet and very attentive. I was there celebrating my birthday and he definitely made the dinner wonderful and worked to make me feel special. We were a young group and were a little rowdy I’m sure, so I’m really happy with him. The drinks. Thoroughly unimpressed. I ordered a specialty cocktail from the menu and it was so watery. The server asked me how it was and I told him the situation and he brought me a new drink by a different bartender which was better. I got a martini next and again it was so watery. I think the bar needs to work on consistency and making drinks properly (aka not over shaking them). The food was good, however out of my group of 9, 5 including myself experienced stomach pain/issues the following day. I won’t attribute that to the food specifically because there is no way of knowing but it is worth mentioning that we experienced that. I would try this place again because I believe it could have been an off-night for the bar, but it won’t be for a celebration for sure.

We decided to give this place a try and honestly, we did like the food 👍. The only downside is they took an hour to bring the food and the waiter was barely around.

Google
Excellent food and excellent service await you at Theo’s. Ideal place for a special evening or celebrating. Service was prompt and attentive. Food was very tasty. We tried a lot of items and we liked them all. If you order the bones on toast, be sure to try the bone luge after you clear out that yummy marrow. What’s a bone luge you ask? A shot of whiskey poured down the bone and right into your mouth! All the salt and fat mix with the whiskey for a delicious shot. Just be careful not to get grease or whiskey all over yourself. I was able to keep my shirt clean!

Samantha S.

Google
We visited here for the first time and would definitely recommend. Ordered the swordfish, duck, and Brussel sprouts. All were delicious! I also ordered the coco nan daiquiri and loved it. Service, atmosphere, and food were all great!

Google
Every moment from the Hostess at the front door, to the Pastry Chef (Chris) delivering our dessert was amazing. Josh, our server, made us feel immediately at ease, and informed us on every detail in our dish. We participated in the Chef's tasting, and it did not disappoint! 5 courses for two, was MORE than enough food, and we left absolutely amazed. If you haven't tried Theos, or it's been a while, you're missing out!!

Yelp
Food was good. Drinks were good. Ambiance was good. Service was good. They all did good. The good was good and they made good good.

Yelp
Phenomenal, phenomenal, phenomenal!! Theo's is a spectacular restaurant. Great ambiance inside and out. Top notch service throughout. Sam, hostess, was really friendly and informative. We both ordered the pork chops. Tender, juicy and nice flavor. The mushrooms and brussel sprouts were delicately seasoned. The bread basket with chive butter was perfect. The wine list robust. We had a nice Bordeaux. Even the wine glasses were incredibly clean! I'm coming back!! See the photos.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant with amazing food. I did like my waiter as he was very knowledgeable about the menu and I really felt special as a customer at this restaurant. Everyone was incredibly kind. The only minor comment is that service was a bit slow. The bread and butter and the red snapper however my gosh were truly amazing. Their holiday drink recommended by my kind waiter was also truly amazing. I will definitely recommend this location as far as food and service and hoping they get a Michelin Star soon.

Yelp
Swordfish was overdone vegetables were burnt. Ribeye was cooked to order but very salty. Way over priced! Drinks were good

Yelp
Delicious food and great service. We enjoyed this first class establishment. Appetizers and main course are great. Looking forward to coming back.

Grissle M.

Yelp
My son is a student at UofArk and we never miss a chance to dine at Theos when we are in town, the service and atmosphere are top notch and the dishes are always solid. We have eaten our way through the menu and have been very happy with everything. This last visit we just had apps, oysters, mussels, charcuterie board and the carnitas and a few drinks. So so good.
google avatar

Kevin D.

Yelp
Excellent meal with awesome service and a classy old school atmosphere. I had the salmon which was excellent, perfectly prepared and tasty sides. Do yourself a favor and get the bread service, very tasty! Had a great bottle of wine as well and it was a Pinot which I'm not usually a fan of.
google avatar

Yelp
Perfect spot for a girls' night out! We sat on the patio, sipped amazing cocktails, and kicked things off the bread service and the sliders--juicy, flavorful, and just the right size. The star? A chocolate martini that tasted like dessert in a glass. But the real dessert, the lemon poppy seed cake, was light, bright, and totally worth saving room for. Chic vibes, great drinks, and patio perfection. 10/10 would go back.

Yelp
I couldn't wait to write this one. We haven't stopped talking about our experience we had last night. From the amazing food, (bones on toast, duck quesadilla, bass, filet mignon, and even the espresso Panna cotta) but also to the AMAZING service we received from Kelly. She was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel so comfortable about asking questions and exploring food we have never tried. Not only all of that but the ambiance and vibes you get there are PERFECT. Dark but not too dark, cozy and just so comfortable. We will be back for our special occasions! 15/10

Yelp
Dinner at Theo's was wonderful. We had some delicious cocktails with oysters and bread service to start. I had the salmon for dinner and my husband had the fillet, both were fantastic. Jordan was a wonderful server and we can't wait to go back next time we are in Fayetteville!

Yelp
This restaurant was amazing and right next to our AirBnb. We found this on Yelp and loved that they had so many five star reviews. We got there during Happy Hour and were all set to order drinks off the Happy Hour menu and then our waitress told us it was also $6 martini night so we started ordering $6 martinis. I got the Bees Knees which was delicious and my friends got the peach one that was a little sweet to me but they loved it. I also tried the Basil one which was really good and unique. And I had a Kentucky Flu which was great. We got a few of the appetizers to share including the crab dip which was full of delicious crab and the fried cauliflower. I got a caesar salad which was delicious (though heavy on dressing so if you wanted less dressing probably do it on the side), and shared the pappadelle with lamb with one of my friends. I got to taste the seafood risotto which was delicious and rich. My friend who ordered it said it was a little salty overall and the waitress mentioned they were working with the recipe. We sat at the outdoor patio which was very nice and it was pleasant to be outside. The service was great.

Yelp
Food, service, and ambiance were fantastic. We will definitely be back! My son and I had been waiting a while to try this place so as soon as football was over, we switched our weekly dinner to Saturday instead of Sunday and went here first! Definitely recommend!
google avatar

Hayley L.

Yelp
Sat in the lounge tonight and the atmosphere was great! Their bar/ lounge area menu has some great things. I recommend the sliders & the Caesar salad. I added steak tips to mine!

Steve C.

Yelp
Wow the atmosphere, drinks and food are fantastic. We had steaks and highly recommend them, best in Fayetteville.

Yelp
GREAT ELEGANT RESTAURANT. Food was amazing and the drinks as well. Make sure to have a reservation. Staff were super friendly.

Yelp
Just ok, nothing truly memorable about this restaurant. Food and service was ok, wasn't disappointed nor wowed.
google avatar

Cassidy S.

Yelp
I came here out of recommendation and no wonder! It is a bit upper scale than most places BUT they have a superb happy hour from 5-6:30. I got the duck confit quesadilla on the HH menu and it was simply the best quesadilla I've ever had. Watermelon carpaccio. What an unusual and refreshing dish! I've never had such a combo and when you get everything in one bite, amazing! I also got a local beer on draft that didn't disappoint. My server was at tentative without being annoying and the vibe was great!
google avatar

Yelp
Had an amazing time and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant! Make sure you have reservations! It's nice to have a great place like this locally!

Yelp
Great experience. Our server was spot on and very attentive but not overly so. We started with the pork belly appetizer. It was delicious. For our entree we ordered the ribeye (medium rare). The steak was cooked perfectly. I'm not a fan of any type of sauce on a steak and usually ask they to hold it or put it on the side. BUT the madeira demi glaze was delicious on the meat. So were the creamer potatoes. The only downside to the meal was the asparagus. It was a bit bland. At the suggestion of our server we wrapped up dinner with the crème brûlée. My wife and I can be a bit snobbish when it comes to this dessert. Well they knocked it out of the park. It was amazing. So amazing that we even considered a second. The temperature of the custard was perfect. So many places make a bunch of it and store it in the cooler. That takes away so much of the flavor of the custard. Same thing with the fruit (raspberry, blueberry, & strawberry) that was on top. When it's cold, you lose some of the delicious flavor of the fruit. Not in this case. Room temperature and absolutely delicious. Definitely looking forward to going back. Side note - they had made a special roasted mushroom butter for bread. Exceptional flavor. I wish I could remember what he called it.

Yelp
This is a great place to go grab a drink in the large bar area. The dining area is small but very nice. There is a large outdoor area that doesn't seem nice enough for the menu but good for drinks/apps. They were booked around dinner time on a Thursday night, so don't expect to walk in and get a dining room table (again very small) without a reservation. The menu is small but well appointed and should be something for everyone. Prices seem appropriate for a higher end restaurant. I had Brussel sprouts which were good. Could use a bit more bacon and cut a bit smaller/cooked a tad longer but the flavor was real good. I also had the pork chop. Gosh it was so good! I highly recommend it. We also got the kids order of the Mac n cheese. It was fine. The sauce was a bit too runny but good flavor. Everyone working there was so very nice and provided great service! I highly recommend this for a nicer meal.

Yelp
Unbelievably fantasticly chilled Martini. You won't find a better martini, whether Vodka or Gin, anywhere in town

Steven B.

Yelp
We were able to snag a seat at the bar. We had drinks and ordered an salad and a filet. Unfortunately, 58 min later we were still sitting at the bar steakless so we left. Service was great from the bar but the kitchen is was extremely slow. I've heard gear things but we were disappointed. Poor customer service.

alyssa g.

Yelp
Ambiance and drinks were great. The food all had a unique twist to them which was intriguing but I found to be better in theory FOR ME. Give this place a try!

Brianna B.

Yelp
great experience and amazing service every time! try the chefs tasting menu you won't be disappointed!
google avatar

Erin C.

Yelp
Came here for happy hour and was very impressed. The service was great as was the food. I'm a big soup fan and the corn bisque was excellent. I'm only here a couple days, but liked the place so much that I may go back!

James W.

Yelp
Was visiting from NY and looking for a good dinner. I was not disappointed! The staff was very friendly and the food was spectacular. I highly recommend. Looking forward to going back when I visit again in a few months
google avatar

Theresa N.

Yelp
Points for being dog friendly. Excellent wine. Salmon was dry. Kale was tasteless.. puree was nonexistent. I would try another dish. Very nice service.
google avatar

Molly H.

Yelp
Incredible! Everything we tried from the appetizer, entree and dessert was delicious!! The server was 10/10 and the environment was great!
google avatar

Jordan L.

Yelp
Plain overpriced food. Coming to theos for the first time I enjoyed the atmosphere and even received amazing service.! My party ordered drinks which were delicious as well! When it came time to eat, I ordered the brick bird and received overly salted chicken and otherwise plain dish. The dish came with beans, rice and a gravy which all had no flavor at all. I originally was really excited to try the food but instead was upset wasting almost $100 on drinks and a meal I could've cooked myself at home. Unfortunately will not come back to try again.
google avatar

Deric Y.

Yelp
Sat at the bar. It was fairly loud. Bustling, you might say. But the service was quick and friendly and the ribeye was among the best steaks I've ever had. New kitchen crew is killing it.
google avatar

Brittney F.

Yelp
Really enjoy the atmosphere of Theos. It's dimly lit but not so much in that you can't see the menu, just perfect. The cocktails are lovely. I had the filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were delish. Our waitress was very friendly and obliging to all our needs. I would definitely come back.
google avatar

Kyle K.

Yelp
Great local spot. Just make sure you know the locals!!! Felt like a scene from Cheers
google avatar

Lewis C.

Yelp
Jesus Christ put some vegan options on your menu. Its 2023. This is straight up embarrassing. Bone marrow toast?
google avatar

Scott V.

Yelp
Wow! Great experience! Sat in the bar with Jordan as our bartender and server. Had a good vibe with the lighting and atmosphere. The cocktails were great - big fan of the Gold Digger cocktail. Ordered the duck and the pork chop and both were extremely decadent and absolutely perfectly prepared. Only downside to this entire experience was the parking - there is none but I'm not taking away a star for that. Well done Theo's!

Joe F.

Yelp
Awesome vibe but for the money I'm spending, the food is not that great. Appetizers were awesome but my main course was meh. Good drink selection, awesome oysters. Crab dip is INSANE.
google avatar

Yelp
Since I haven't been down to Fayetteville as much as in the pre-COVID times, I'd nearly forgotten about Theo's - which is a total miss on my part! My favorite part of Theo's is their happy hour menu (currently 5:00-6:30), which is a frequent go-to for me before shows at the Walton Arts Center. I've always had great service - and to my earlier note about pre-show dining, I appreciate that the servers will typically ask if you have a show that you're attending and are mindful of helping you get in and out (if that's your goal) - they are also happy to keep the food and drinks flowing if you prefer to linger. Finding parking in the public lots can sometimes be tricky, but there are a number of (pay by the hour) parking lots all around Dickson Street that are an easy walk over to Theo's. Enjoy!
google avatar

Dyanna L.

Yelp
A Fayetteville local recommended Theo's to me for a happy hour place and now it's a must go for me every time I am in town. The regular dinner menu is amazing, and fits the beautiful restaurant setting. With that said, don't skip on the lounge or that happy hour menu they offer. I usually tend to grab something from both menus every time. The Brussel sprouts are a must, but that may have been a seasonal item as I noticed the menu differs each time I've been. Including a cocktail to match the season. The service is amazing every single time and I love how the servers seem educated about what is on the menu and being served. Another favorite about this place, the music. I'm from Vegas, and when walking up to what seems like a fine dining establishment I don't expect 90's hip hop to be playing, so what a pleasant surprise the playlist was! A true treat for this 80's baby. Great food, service, environment/atmosphere, and music! My only complaint is that you're not in my home town!
google avatar

Stacey S.

Yelp
Great drinks, great food and great service! Ben was awesome and took good care of us. Thanks for a wonderful evening.
google avatar

Sydney F.

Yelp
The staff was nice and attentive. We ordered the beef tartare, the pork chop dinner, the ribeye steak, and basil risotto. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. The look was elegant and you thought you were getting something great, but it was just way to bland. Nothing was salted or seasoned. I am huge on elegant food, and this was just such a let down. Of all the meals the pork chop was the best. Cocktails and decently priced. Most people you could see got appetizers, and I can see why. We almost went to Doe's instead and I wish we would have.
google avatar

Deborah S.

Yelp
Theo's gave us incredible family celebration memories and excellent offerings for every palette imaginable. High quality execution and very skilled service with high attention to detail comes from the back and front of house consistently. Amazing ambience for quiet romance or lively family gatherings make this a perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. Bone Marrow " Bones on Toast is a delight with caramelized onion. Steaks are impeccably seasoned. Our Autism spectrum family loves Theo's. Lovely meal!
google avatar

Jeff T.

Yelp
It's a pretty trendy place where we have eaten for several years. We hadn't been back since before the pandemic began. New ownership - new menu. There were 4 in our party and the walleye special was the choice of three in the party. They all enjoyed it thoroughly. I had the sous vide pork chop which been slow roasted for 12 hours. It was about 3-4" thick and was on a bed of broccolini and Yukon potatoes. OMG it was good! A nice medium cooked pork chop and the veggies were delicious. We will be back - yet again!
google avatar

Jane L.

Yelp
TL;DR: Theo's is amazing! Their food and drink flights are top notch. It's pricy but it's worth it. We will be back again, as I want to check out their happy hour. 4.5 Stars, but since I can't choose that, I'm rounding up! ________________ Rating Schema: ***** Once in a lifetime, absolutely fantastic. **** Great food, service, and atmosphere. Repeat. *** Meh. Perhaps will go back if nothing else. ** Yeah, I went here drunk and food was aight. * Why is this open? ________________ Walk-Up: A little hidden off Dickson St, but we saw the patio. We had our dog with us so we asked to sit outside. They happily accommodated. Atmosphere: Casual, modern, and cozy. The patio was amazing. Perfect for a date night or just a hang-out with friends. Service was fantastic. They were fast, friendly, and quick with recommendations. Drinks: We got the spirit flights (tequila, bourbon, and scotch). They were delightful and for the price of $18 for four 1.5 oz pours, very reasonable on price. One of my favorites was the Avion Tequila. Food: For food I was beyond the moon when I saw they had steak tartare! I ordered that and my fiancé and I shared the pork chop. The tartare was great, seasoned well, fresh, and tender. When they came with the pork chop I was surprised as it looked like two full entrees. We had to ask if it was split. It was. The original dish is a double pork chop so this is a dish that's perfect for splitting. It was so tender and moist I could've teared up. Their entire menu just looks divine so I'll just have to come back again to try it all.

Elaine D.

Yelp
Brought my brother and sister-in-law visiting from MA in October thinking it was top notch. All of our 3 different meals were so over salted we could barely get through but I was so embarrassed for my guests and they felt so bad for me that no one said anything. Extremely overpriced. We all had a laugh at our silence when we got home but I certainly won't be bringing any more guests there.
google avatar

Beth J.

Yelp
Love love love! On a cold rainy night, rather than turn us away, the wonderful hostess found us a table in the cozy lounge! Great cocktails! Enjoyed some sliders and hush puppies to start. Had the duck and realized I'm more of a chicken gal.. though it was cooked fine! My guy's filet was cooked perfectly and served with lots of deliciously made mash potatoes.. hardy and delish!! Oh, get the molten lava cake. You won't regret it!! Sweet staff!!!

Penny S.

Yelp
Love this place for happy hour drinks and appetizers. Also nice restaurant for those special occasions.
google avatar

Jeremey S.

Yelp
My favorite spot in Fayetteville for a date night before a show at the Walton Arts Center. Best steak in northwest Arkansas in my opinion. Great service and great food.
google avatar

Matt C.

Yelp
Theo's is a Fayetteville staple. It's been around a while and deserves the flowers it's been given for most of it's offerings. While you can certainly enjoy a delicious, well-thought out dinner here, the real winner is the Happy Hour offerings, boasting some of the best flavors in town at a substantial discount. The duck quesadillas and the oysters are delicious, fresh, and perfectly balanced in their respective ways. Hard to beat Theo's when it comes to Happy Hour in Fayetteville.
google avatar

Cynthia C.

Yelp
Granted it was a new menu. However, we ordered two main entrees- pork chops. One was cooked and the other was not. Both were very under seasoned with a scant amount of the highlighted sauce on top. One person ate their entire dinner while the other person watched and waited for theirs. The appetizer of pork belly was the highlight, along with the cocktail. Hard to believe that the chef was around tonight. Wait staff, Grayson, excellent and a real asset.
google avatar

Rizwan K.

Yelp
Really slow. Took us an hour to get food. Not even busy. Waitress was very nice. I feel for her.
