Theo's Gyros

Google
Best gyros ever. Food is very fresh. The staff is super nice & helpful. When I’m in the area I have to stop by. After leaving I’m thinking about this place hours after. 10/10 recommend to everyone.

Google
I had my first Gyro today at musicfest. It was amazing! Super tasty, fresh pita, savory meat, loads of flavors, and huge!! The staff were friendly and they even gave our dog a taste! He also enjoyed the meat. I will definitely travel to Quakertown to have a other! Highly recommend!! 👌 👍 👏

Google
It's hidden in the indoor part of the farmers market / flea market. Didn't find much else here but just happened to stop and get a gyro, and this is a beautiful Slice of Heaven! The food was so fresh and flavorful that I couldn't even make time to take a picture of my gyro lol! The people working here are very friendly as well! Walking up, I saw the entire counter was full, so I had to see what the deal was and now I know you can't go wrong stopping here!

Google
The service was nice but if you have a sensitive stomach like me, I do not recommend this place. I ordered the French Fries but the fries they gave me had green at the ends of the fries and I thought nothing of it until later, when my dad and I were leaving I threw up two times in his car and three more times when we got home and I went to take a shower. Do not recommend eating the fries unless you wanna deal with food poisoning and throwing up

Google
Went to Qmart to walk around. We ended up eating lunch at Theo's. Gyro was amazing. They cut it off and cook it right in front of you. The tahziki sauce is to die for. Seems to be fresh cut fries also. They were golden brown and had a crispness to them.

LUCAS S.

Google
The best gyros ever...wash it down with a RC Cola too...

Google
Sat at the bar and had very friendly, quick service! This gyro was enough to share with my Dad so we could continue and sample other foods at the market. 10/10 recommend, homemade tzisiki sauce, and the gyro on the skewer you watch them shave it off fresh just for you!

Google
Authentic greek gyro! Very tasty and fresh! I love gyros and seek them out. It is in a farmers market that can be updated but, if you're in the area stop by. This place was fair if not better. Getting harder to find!! Sorry but the pics were actually taken on a long ride home afterwards. 45 minute ride. I'll go again. Oh, cash only!! Sorta a bummer but understandable.

Yelp
Absolutely the best gyros in the valley! Their pork gyros are to die for my family and I had to come all the way back to get a bunch to take home because they are that good!! The staff are so so nice it's like your family amazing food and amazing customer service!!!

Yelp
Stopped by their stand at Musikfest this year and I'm so happy I did! Their gyros are the perfect summer festival meal (does get a bit messy as you're eating and walking around so ask for extra napkins). One gyro is big enough to feed one person but can definitely split it with two people as they do fill it up with the meat, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and sauce. Very simple yet so delicious. The workers were also so kind and fun to talk to. They had such a positive attitude and even remembered us when we got seconds later on that day :D Their stand was very clean at Musikfest and they made my order with extra care. One guy was taking care of payments while the others were handling the food. We ordered: Chicken gyro (9/10) $16 - the chicken was so juicy and the pita bread was really soft! The chicken could've used a little bit more salt and flavor but I personally love salty food. They leave a bottle of spicy sauce (tasted like Tabasco) which I recommend adding to the chicken gyro. Lamb gyro (10/10) $16 - the veil was so tasty and juicy! I ordered it with everything but no onions. The tzatziki sauce really compliments the veil and the lettuce and tomatoes add a nice, refreshing touch to it. My personal favorite

Yelp
Been going to this place for years. It never disappoints. The food is always good. Service is questionable. The cashier lady makes people wait while she talks to her friends, besides that everything is cool. The ambience is pretty basic and relaxed. There was a piece of hair on my drink.

Yelp
Best Gyros in the area!!....love the chicken with xtra sauce...discovered this lil gem over 20 years ago....wonderful family run business!!!

Yelp
The gyros are hot and fresh, delicious tzatziki sauce! Service is fast. They keep the tables very clean, and lots of people watching:)

Yelp
HEAVEN in a pita!! Delish! And reasonably priced for the value. Will be back to eat my way through the menu.

Yelp
This was one of the best gyros I've ever had across the East Coast. It's located in the Quakertown farmers market, Which is a little cramped but the food makes up for it. The gyro meat was so flavored, soft, and tender. Its the melt in your mouth salty goodness I look forward to. They are open Fri-Sun so be prepared to wait for your food. It was PACKED.

Yelp
Theo's Gyros is booth #434 located inside the Quakertown Farmer's Market, use entrance #21 and head left for a short distance. Stand is not large but serves a menu with good variety including Gyros and RC Cola products. Seating space is hard to come by with a few booths and several stools around the counter. They were BUSY when I stopped in and with the size of the booth; I think it causes them a few problems with crowding behind the counter and it leads to order confusion. My order consisted of a Gyro, Fries, and a RC Cola. The Gyro was good with the meat having proper flavor and just enough Tzatziki Sauce. The fries were fresh but needed time to sit, ketchup and salt could not help them. Napkins were far and few between for some reason and more condiments were needed within easy reach. Overall, for the quality of the Gyro I would come back for another but skip the fries.

Yelp
I love the Qmart always find the coolest things and food is definitely one of them gems when it comes to this gyro one stop shop......it is always a pleasure eating at Theo's.

Yelp
First time here today. Gyro was very good. Not a spicy as I would like but perfect for everyone else. Especially for how busy this place is.....people like the Gryos. Food comes out almost instantaneously. No wait. Fries right out of the fryer. Hot and good. Perfect place for a QUICK lunch.

Yelp
We love this place!! When I was pregnant my poor husband probably ran to get me a gyro 3-4 times every weekend for about a 2 month period We will always go to Theo's!

Yelp
Life long fans of every single thing about this place. NOT ANYMORE!! the last two visits have been nothing but horrible. We sat ourselves as normal and sat and sat and sat and while we sat we watched a woman and two young women talk to one another and play on their phones without even acknowledging our existence. Upon actually coming over after about almost quite 10 minutes (sadly, I'm not exaggerating); they got the order wrong (because ya know, the menu is so huge ) and had nothing but an attitude towards us. Oh and did I mention: we were only 1 of 2 tables that were there at that time! Nothing like feeling like a nuisance and given dirty looks from employees. Will NEVER dine there ever again.

Ustym K.

Yelp
Unfortunately, I think this place has been more affected by covid than most. I visited Theo's Gyros over a year ago with my friend we ordered gyro's there and they were very delicious for a great price. Sadly, I returned today and saw that their prices had risen and the quality had dropped. The guy who took my order and brought out the food to me was very nice and specified everything about my order because I ordered a greek salad, no pita, extra gyro meat, and tzatziki sauce. I'm sad to say the salad was mostly lettuce only about 1 tomato sliced into quarters, a few olives, and barely any oil mainly just red wine vinegar. This wouldn't be a problem if it was $5 but I paid almost $10 for this alone. The gyro meat on the side was not seasoned well I could barely taste any salt and was an extra $5.50 on top of the salad I paid for plus $0.50 extra for Tzatziki sauce on the side (1 small cup). In summary, I spent almost $16 not including tip on a small plate of mostly lettuce, unseasoned gyro meat, and a cup of Tzatziki sauce. That's basically the price of an entreé at any fancier restuarant. When I visited over a year ago in comparison I paid $5 for a damn good gyro at a bargain price. The quality has unfortunately dropped and the price has risen. I would give this place a 2-star but because the wait staff was so nice and the fact that it used to be better I'll bump it up to a 3, average.

Giovanni M.

Yelp
Always was a fan of the gyros, however; the last 2 visits the customer service has been awful. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. Or ever.

Yelp
Short and sweet here. Gyros are very good. Above average I would even say. Johnnys in bethlehem pa is my favorite. The only thing I hate is that theos is in q-mart. Place is so disgusting. Walked in, grabbed my gyro and left. Begging you guys to move somewhere in town. I would go all the time.
google avatar

Jenae C.

Yelp
Excellent Gyros. Service is not exceptional, but is as expected for the Q-mart. The gyros are not greasy or heavy.
google avatar

Jennifer M.

Yelp
It was good, gotta give it less stars because the girl took my cash, handed me my change, then proceeded to prepare my gyro without gloves or washing her hands. I'll pass next time.

Nicole M.

Yelp
It bugs me that the people are putting their fingers in their mouth to eat and handle cash and then make your gyro without washing or wearing gloves. I'm not a germ phob- but that's gross. Not to mention 3 different people touched the gyro after doing those things AND they're chewing over my food as they make it? They're gyros have gone down in quality over time so it doesn't really bother me that I won't be coming here anymore.

Yelp
Theo's is located inside of the Quakertown farmers market open friday-sunday every week. If you are looking for authentic greek cuisine, look no further! Theo's offers very generous portions for the price, and everything is fresh (it's a farmers market so i assume they may source some of the produce from vendors). I would strongly recommend this place. I have been going here for years and have never had any complaints. 4/5 stars!!!

Yelp
I have had Gyros all over the world and these are by far my favorite. They are simple, fresh, and perfectly made. I think that since they are only opened Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the ingredients are always as fresh as it gets. Try one with the home made red sauce for a special treat.

mas m.

Yelp
Foods okay but it's served with attitude. If you're craving a gyro, it's okay, but don't expect them to have any form of respect for you, the customer.
google avatar

Renee A.

Yelp
HOLY S%$T!!! The gyros here are simply AMAZING!!!!! Seriously the best. Enough said : ) Wish they had a bricks and mortar store or lunch truck that was open for late night muchies (hint hint)
google avatar

Daniel N.

Yelp
Wow great gyros. The white sauce is home made. The pitas are toasted wow great food at a good price. To bad they are only open on the weekends.
google avatar

Erica W.

Yelp
This little Greek joint is a great place for lunch! I love to walk around the quart and then stop here for a chicken gyro. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes, the meat and pita are cooked right in front of you. I have never gotten anything here I didn't like.
google avatar

Melanie R.

Yelp
Not great but ok. Provide a below average product at a cheap price. Nothing special ate a gyro at qmart which is like a large flea market. It's not a restaurant but rather a booth that sells gyros.
google avatar

Josh F.

Yelp
In Quaker town farmers market, expect a lot of pointless shops, solicitors, a food market with expired food. Yet look through all that and there are a handful of shops worth going to. Such as theos gyros! Ive tried other gyros, they don't even compare! I wish they were open all the time. They need to move out of there or open another, bigger location in the Q mart.
google avatar

Carmen R.

Yelp
All I can say is I have driven 50 miles just to get a gyro here. I get one as soon as I get to the Quaker town market So buy the time I am ready to go I can eat another one. They are that good!!

Jay L.

Yelp
I love the gyros here i go about twice a year since i don't go to quakertown like that but when i do, i always go there and eat a gyro with fries first time i went here , i was about 12-13 years old and im 25 now , place never changed at all and it always packed

Yelp
Theo's Gyros are the BEST! This restaurant is the shining star of Qmart!

Rudy S.

Yelp
Service is lousy, if the slob woman has someone to gossip with, she will ignore you. I was ignored for 10 minutes after they took my order, then she asked the server if she wanted to eat, and made her meal before mine, a paid customer. When I pointed this out she screamed at me. The place is also filthy, they never clean off the prep counter. A while ago one of their family members came in with a baby in diapers. This woman took the baby and placed its diaper clad butt on the food counter, played with it, and after she handed it back she did not even wash her hands before resuming to make food. Yesterday an oaf family member came waltzing in from break, grabbed his crotch and scratched, then went back to serving without washing his hands. A filthy bunch. Too bad you can't get a gyro elsewhere, eat at your own risk.

Yelp
Great Greek food at reasonable prices. Cash only! We come here every time we are in town visiting family. Friendly staff and quick service. Located inside Quakertown Farmers Market Booth 434 near Entrance 21. For those of you who are not familiar with Q-Mart, it is a mix of fresh veggies, junk and some good booths (Like Ultimate Comics!) It's an unpretentious staple of Quakertown where one can mix with the locals.

Yelp
Again another wonderful gyro at Theo's such lovely people always a pleasure to go there we moved 20 more minutes away from them but we don't care the drive was worth it to see such a happy staff great service an wonderful food thanks Theo's for making my day!!! ;)
google avatar

Rob M.

Yelp
We make a day trip just to go get these gyros. We'll each have one at the counter and get a second to go for later. These things are the best! You will not be disappointed.
google avatar

Jen B.

Yelp
Very RUDE service here! Actually can't even say that because we never had service period! There was a waitress who kept servicing every one around us. Don't know if our waitress was on break or what. Then asked to talk with the owner ( girl behind the counter very friendly) he didn't even have the courtesy to look at me but with his back turned said "can you wait a minute " well I waited while he took his sweet time to get a french fry out of the fryer, and waited and waited. Finally I asked the girl if they had a website and said that I would be posting a comment on there. Then he decided to turn around. By this time it is to late. Give the customers the courtesy of some respect.. we are the ones who keep your business going. The food here is VERY good I will say that however not sure it is good enough to deal with ignorance! Get a grip!

John R.

Yelp
Best Gyros ever!! love the fresh cut french fries also , it's a real treat for us to stop... So worth the trip from Doylestown!
