"Theo’s allows diners to substitute gluten-free pizza crust on any 10-inch pizza for $5.50. With build-your-own or specialty pizzas with options for red sauce, pesto, or olive oil, it’s hard not to find a pie that suits the mood. The crust tends to be thinner and crispier than most. Locations in Uptown, Mid City, Elmwood, Metairie, and Covington." - Beth D'Addono, Eater Staff

I live a couple of block away and I know about this place more than I should. I have seen it go through a management change, at it's very low. We recently tried a veggie pizza, a meatball sandwich and a meatball pasta for kids. We asked the pizza to be "well done" so we could get the base crispy. We got an excellent hot pizza served and the meatball pasta and sandwich was tasty and yummy. The meatballs were juicy and soft and the marina sauce was alright. The place was clean, the food served was hot and tasty. The food served is a bit expensive for the ambience it provides but then again folks, you are in Natick. All the restaurants around are expensive. Do a take away, ask for the pizza to be well done and savor it. You cannot go wrong with the meatball sandwich.

Theo's has been a Natick staple for many years. The food is fabulous, and the prices are fair. The new owners are working really hard to learn regular's orders and are doing a great job. They have my business and awesome broccoli and spinach pizza.

Was great ….now not so much….Hadn’t been here in a while. Sub was not toasted (as asked) and giant pieces of pickle and lettuce made it hard to eat. Previously pickles were chopped and lettuce shredded (perfect in a sub). I saw in another review that the previous owners retired - I miss Anastasia at the counter and she kept the boys in line 😉.

Google
Under New Ownership - Initially after the new ownership transfer everything was great, portions, quality, and the service was great. We ordered their take out last night and the chicken fingers and chicken wings were substantially smaller in size, like 35% minimally smaller, the pizza was just OK compared to weeks ago. I’m hopeful that it was just a bad night for them, especially since we are close in proximity but I must admit things weren’t up to the standard that I’m used to there. The previous owners Louie, Anastasia, and their children Jimmy and Angela always ran a tight operation.

Google
Theo’s is so good. The Buffalo chicken calzone is easily the best in town, and the best I’ve ever had in my life. The food is amazing, but the service is also fantastic. It’s quick and efficient, and everything is made with care. The guy who usually takes orders - his name is Victor (I believe he is the manager) - is genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. Can’t recommend this place enough, it’s a great local business that you should support.

Google
disappointed but not surprised went to this little hole in le wall and ordered an eggplant parm and then a kids tenders and fries. The prices were reasonable and my eggplant parm was… okay. We then waited 30 minutes (no exaggeration) for a 3 piece kids tenders and fries. Also, there were always 1 or 2 people in the store when we were in here so it’s not like they were busy and so could give them some leeway about le wait. 30 minutes for a kids meal is pretty crazy when no one was sitting down and there were more chefs in the kitchen than customers. (Another note: the fries were bad, I mean how could you screw up fries??) LOL I finished my food before my friend who had to eat without me, I mean you’d think the kids meal would come first. We definitely expected more from this place and don’t plan on coming back anytime soon 😬😬

I have eaten here with my dad and my son a few times...The food was and is absolutely delicious...the service is wonderful and the atmosphere is very pleasant...my son..dad and I felt right at home eating there as this awesome pizza place is owned and operated by Greeks just like us👍😃👍😃👍😃

Love this place. The lady at the register is always so nice. Got a steak bomb to dine in. Always loaded up and delicious.

Douglas L.

Yelp
WARNING: Add at least 20 minutes to the delivery time estimated by their on-line delivery ordering system, which already calculates a 30 minute wait. You can only find this out by calling to ask where your order is, only to be informed that they're busy and you should've called sooner.

Kevin S.

Yelp
New mgmt has really struggled with orders. Multiple lock up's in the last month have taken 50 minutes during non-busy hours (8pm).

stephen s.

Yelp
Awesome. Wonderful customer service. Quality food and reasonable prices. Plenty of seats. Just a good quality pizza and sub shop.

Katy C.

Yelp
Sooooooo good My kids love their sweeter sauce so much and I love the crispy crust. Delicious salads too So friendly and fast

Dien L.

Yelp
Best pizza in Natick. And I've tried them all. I feel like this spot is the only one that stuck by the authenticity of these small pizza shops. The rest of them seems to be trying too hard, and the quality just sucks IMO.

Angela G.

Yelp
The only place my daugher will eat pizza from! We enjoy their pizza, wraps, salads, cheesesteaks, burgers, and more. Sweetest family who runs the place

Angela K.

Yelp
One of my favorite go-to places in Natick for pizza and subs. They have a good space to sit down too with a lot of tables, so definitely good for groups! They have a lot of unique pizza combinations that you can add... and one of my favorite's: the gyro pizza. Never before have I had a gyro pizza so I had to try of course.... it was so yum. The perfect combination of flavors and a generous amount of gyro meat. The chicken pesto pizzas are also really good too! The crust is very crunchy and is your classic Greek Style pizza. All of the staff are friendly and Greek which is fun and authentic too! They have homemade Greek pastries, like baklava that you can add on as well. I love love love their subs, specifically the chicken parm and Italian which are both good portions and great flavors.

Kyle A.

Yelp
Ordered Greek salad and pizza with sausage, green pepper and olives. Salad was a large portion with iceberg lettuce and small amount of onion, tomato and cucumber. A large amount of feta cheese plus 2 olives. The Greek dressing wasn't what I was expecting kind of like ranch. The pizza was medium crust plus a lot of melted but not crispy cheese.

Crissy S.

Yelp
The grinders that we had were great...but even more impressive was that when I left my credit card behind they called me from my order number. then they held it for me for 2 days until I could return. Honesty like that is rare nowadays...I felt it should be shared.

Liz A.

Yelp
I was in today waiting on my food and witnessed a customer who was not pleased with their order and brought it back and the two people working there weee screaming that she is crazy and that in over 3 decades, they have never had a food return. Then the woman told the customer to never come back there and then added "God Bless America". I work in the food industry and no one should ever be screamed at for returning food they didn't not like. It was very sad and I will not be going back there again.

Ed R.

Yelp
This place is so cheap, Italian sub has one slice of meat on it and the meatballs are the worst I have ever had...soft and squishy so much breadcrumbs in them I don't think they should be allowed to be called "meat"balls...they should have to call them bread balls..GROSS! I try to avoid this place as much as possible but every once in a while I forget how bad it is and try it again....uggghhh!

Mike H.

Yelp
I don't get the hype. It's Greek style. Very light crust and flavor. Good, but not amazing.

Ari K.

Yelp
I had placed an order through GrubHub that 2 out of 3 items were wrong because somehow none of my requests went through. For example, I selected calzone but got a pizza (thankfully my son was happy with either). But also, my request for no cheese on a salad and a dairy free dressing (I'm lactose intolerant) never got through and I couldn't eat what was delivered. I tried to reach the driver who delivered my order but no luck, so I reached out to Theo's having learned my lesson to not order through GrubHub and stick with ordering directly as usual. Not only did the amazing people at Theo's make me a new salad for free (which I was more than willing to pay for) but they also delivered! I tried to pay their driver but he refused even my offer of a tip for his trouble. Their food is amazing, their people are the best - just always order directly!!

Giselle W.

Yelp
We got a small cheese pizza (6 slice) for about $9. It was pretty good! Hit the spot.

Fig N.

Yelp
This might have to be the worst place to eat in Natick, maybe in even all of Massachusetts. The sandwiches and everything that isn't Pizza always comes out soggy. The pizza is cheap and greasy and taste like a generic brand frozen pizza you'd find at your local grocery store. and don't even get me started on the customer service, The old women tried to scam me and my friends of two pieces of pizza, on the menu (in person) It says for one slice $3.00 so when i went up to order the two slices it would total to $6.00 and the old women demanded $12.95. I told the women she must be mistaken and she yelled at me that i was wrong, not her and I mumbled "this is a scam" and she must've heard me and ended up giving us the slices for $8.25. The women shoved the slices at me and after all that trouble the pizza was so gross. The cheese fell off and the crust was soggy. The service was terrible, food was horrible, the workers were scammers and rude and overall a horrible place that wouldn't be missed if shut down.

Nathalia G.

Yelp
This is our favorite pizza place!! Delicious pizza and subs and even their grilled chicken plate is amazing. Quick service and very friendly delivery guy. Despite what Yelp says, it's open on sundays!

Kayla F.

Yelp
Me and my boyfriend called 40 mins before they closed they put us on hold for 10 mins and we heard him have a random conversation with someone and we hung up and called again and he picked up and said "were closing in 30 mins and the grills are off what do you want" he was very rude talking over my boyfriend while he was trying to talk it's not very polite and why are you shutting your grills off a half an hour early

E W.

Yelp
Their reviews are all old. Probably because no one cares enough to take the time to tell others how doo-doo the customer service is. We just moved here and ordered a half dozen times or more over the year. The delivery guy is a sweetheart but NOT indicative of the guy who takes the orders(probably the miserable owner) I don't know. He's a huge Dword. I can only imagine an owner having the audacity the be so disrespectful to customers placing an order. Probably pissed off because business is dying. Maybe his wife left him? Who knows. We've ordered a handful of times and never received particularly friendly or courteous service, but tonight, because I had questions about something I never ordered before, the guy was a complete an unprofessional unnecessary jerk to put it lightly. We weren't a couple sentences into the convo before he's sarcastic and rude. I ignored the first comment about the menu, "that's what it says." Asked another question and got more rude comments from him and attitude. Before hanging up on him, I said, "I know YOU work at a sub-shop and know exactly how everything is prepared, but I DONT, so please forgive me if I'm not an expert on how you prepare food or what's included. Maybe that great service and professionalism will keep you in business. Thanks!" And hung up called another local place. Unbelievable. Smfh It bothers me that you have to give one star. The previous food orders were adequate at best. Best description "plain"

Curtis J.

Yelp
If I could give a negative star I would. Rude rude rude manager. The pizza is disgusting try elsewhere there's a Pizza Hut right around the corner and you don't have to deal with ignorance.

Jamie S.

Yelp
SOLID, GUY. Theo's has been serving the students, faculty, and alumni of Wilson Middle School for years. A great Early Release Day spot! They serve other loyal patrons as well. No membership club dues needed here. Buffalo chicken sub is a great choice. Good calzones too.

Kerri O.

Yelp
Pizza is okay, though slices are are small, and rather greasy for my taste. This is definitely Greek style pizza. The Chicken Parm subs are Luscious, and large. Yesterday I got a Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap that would have been stellar, except that they hadn't washed the lettuce well, and I ate a bunch of dirt along with the salad. A bit of a turn-off, to be sure. Otherwise, it could have been perfect.

Ana R.

Yelp
This place is just down the street from our office building. We get take-out a lot for meetings, long days, etc and these guys already know us and our likes/dislikes well just after a few orders. They must have caller ID because they know exactly who is calling. They know our salad preferences by heart and are not at all bothered by our picky substitutions and requests (extra cucumbers?). Love that! Their salads are huge and the $5 - $6.50 prices are more than reasonable. Haven't tried the pizza or subs yet, but we are already fans! Too bad they don't deliver.

Sebastian J.

Yelp
This is you're typical (Greek style) mom n pop pizza shop. We placed an order for 3 Large pizzas, Theo's special, chicken Alfredo and a plain cheese pizza. The chicken Alfredo pizza was really really good and definitely not too bad for $15 but I was very sad with the Theo's special pizza. For $17, I could tell right away that some of the toppings were processed or canned (mushrooms) and the veggies (peppers) were certainly not as fresh. The cheese pizza was like any other Greek style cheese pizza. I can't say anything about their subs as I haven't tried them but this isn't bad if you would like to pick up a quick pizza on the way home. If I come back, I will only be going for the chicken Alfredo pizza.

Joel O.

Yelp
This place ROCKS! I think this is by far the best pizza house in the area. I order from here several times a week and it is always good and the service is always friendly. I highly recommend the greek salad with grilled chicken. Yum. I grew up on "greek" style pizza so this place is as comforting as it gets.

Tatyana L.

Yelp
This is our go-to pizza place. The kids love they pizza! The staff is so friendly ... they even know their customers by name

Leann S.

Yelp
I wish I could say better things. But alas, no. My husband and I live in Natick Center and like to try new places to eat, especially delivery because we have two little ones. Theos was our try tonight - and will be our last. It took over an hour for delivery, which was ok. However, the delivery couldn't find our house and asked me to stand outside in the cold while he found me. For over 10 minutes in the cold. And he hung up on me. Ok so pizza made it. I wish I could say it was good, but honestly was just a step above frozen.

Goudy L.

Yelp
A classic Mom n Pop Greek "House of Pizza" joint. Personally I order the Gyro's and salads more than the pizza's.

Steff B.

Yelp
I order from here a lot and my last order was not so good. Everything was soggy the French fries subs etc... I think this place has its good days and bad days and especially when it takes over an hour to get to your house. But I love the driver who delivers because I know him personally and he is a great guy!

Nia R.

Yelp
My children love their pizza! I've been obsessed with their Greek salad with grilled chicken and feta since I was pregnant 7 years ago to this day. Definitely recommend.

Summer P.

Yelp
Always meets expectations. Tonight we had a small cheese pizza, veggie calzone, spinach salad, and the Greek wrap. Everything was cooked perfect, the salad was top notch (no gross/wilted pieces) yummy goat cheese. I was impressed the calzone wasn't soggy even with all the fresh veggies inside, it was amazing! We come here often, they always greet us by name (actually my husband has been ordering from here for about 20 years so they definitely remember him) and our order is always fresh and correct. We've tried other places in town and we were not as impressed. Theo's is our go-to takeout and delivery (great dine in option too but we just don't have much time anymore. Read: rambunctious toddler I don't always feel like chasing around the entire place)!

Brittany H.

Yelp
It was my first time eating there. Buffalo chicken tenders tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. Definitely wasn't satisfied with my calzone:(

Kara D.

Yelp
RIP OFF!!!!!! Have you every heard of $30 pizza We placed an order for large extra vegetable pizza and it cost almost $30 We have ordered multiple times the same order and it has been always less than $20 So how did it go up $10 and they stated extra topping is $1.75 for each extra topping. Are they CRAZY

S M.

Yelp
Love this place! Our go to order is a large chicken bacon ranch pizza (with extra bacon) and chicken tenders. Their red sauce pizza is equally delicious. I've tried almost every pizza place in Natick, and Theo's is by far my favorite, they are always so consistent and friendly! We highly recommend it

Christiana E.

Yelp
My daughter and I were staying the weekend in Natick for a convention. It was late and we hadn't had dinner. My daughter was really craving pasta. I was having a hard time finding many options for delivery at 9 pm. We are EXTREMELY HAPPY with the food we ordered! A Greek salad (good portion and not shy on ingredients), small cheese pizza (delicious) and the broccoli chicken Alfredo my daughter was craving (also, delicious). All forb$27! Also, a super cute older gentleman that delivered to us!!

Pizza M.

Yelp
Theo's is your classic local mom-and-pop Greek-style shop. I must say, they know how to make a killer Greek salad. Veggies are always fresh and crisp with loads of onion and feta. WOW. Solid pizza too.

Nick P.

Yelp
Got some great sandwiches here. This is a great example of a family owned business. Jimmy the owner is a great cook!

cheryl s.

Yelp
Stay clear of this place! The owner is very rude!!!! I called to order a pizza & sub then... I told him how the pizza slid in the box and stuck to the top of the box, and he said "well, that happens you don't come here anymore." I said, "excuse me?" he said " you don't come here anymore. go somewhere else." I couldn't believe it! Here was the owner of this place (I asked him if he was the manager. he said," I"m the owner.") treating his customer like garbage!! It's very rude because when we ordered the pizza that slid and stuck to the top of the box, I called that night just to let them know. The guy on the phone that night said to mention it the next time we called to order something, and they would give us a discount! So, this guy is just a dishonest, rude man! He should be put out of business! And, my husband hates the greasy pizza. He's happy that I won't order from here anymore!

Kara M.

Yelp
Delicious and a good price point! We order from here a lot from the office. The pizza is delicious, the delivery time was reliable. The price point is also worth looking at for large orders - we shopped around for best price for a tray of pasta with sauce and Theo's was more affordable than even some supermarkets.

Cassio E F.

Yelp
Awesome pizza! Very delicious. I highly recommend Theo's Pizza. I ordered a pizza from them a month ago, but I still do not forget the awesome flavor from their pizza. Caramelized onions, with pepperoni, pineapple, tomatoes, and extra cheese. Wow!!!!!! Awesome! The delivery was fast, the pizza was warm and very delicious. I definitely will order more pizzas from them.

Ed L.

Yelp
I started frequenting Theo's a few months ago, after I gave up on Papa Gino's because of uneven quality and poor service. Now, just a few months later, I walk in and they greet me like a friend. If they are busy (which is often), they give me the food and trust me to pay just before I leave. The pizza is great, the sandwiches and subs are a good portion size , and they offer lunch specials and a slice of the day. The same people (family) are there every day. They work hard, and manage to smile, present good service, and produce great tasting food.

Marya K.

Yelp
If I wanted to eat cold onion rings that taste like freezer burn then I could have gotten them out of my own freezer.

Michael S.

Yelp
Been going to Theos for 20+ years. Pizza is pretty good but I like the gyros dinner, Their salads are pretty good too. Nothing special just solid average pizza shop fare. Nice people

Rusty Shackleford D.

Yelp
Pizza is actually pretty good if you like greek style. The other stuff was solid but nothing special.

Nicole W.

Yelp
My office loves this place for our office meetings! I don't do dairy and they still make an amazing pizza with no meat or cheese. Fair prices as well

Amber J.

Yelp
Been coming here on and off for years. I really like there pizza and Greek salad. Delivery sometimes takes a while, but it's def worth it, I usually try to just pick it up myself and don't have a problem.

Amanda B.

Yelp
Large, cheesy, calzones made to order with tons of toppings to choose from! I was craving pizza and I'm so glad I found this local gem. I had a calzone with spinach and eggplant and got sauce on the inside - yummy! There was tons of cheese, the dough was delish, and the service was friendly and fast. This is my new fav pizza place!

Bill W.

Yelp
Worst chicken Parmesan I've ever had. It was dried out and seemed like yesterday's chicken that had been sitting in their oven for a day. Threw it away after a couple bites. Too bad. This place used to be good.

Adam W.

Yelp
I just signed up for yelp because I couldn't believe some of the reviews for Theo's. My fiance and I order this pizza all the time and it is awesome. The Grecian Chicken Pizza with garlic is quite possibly the best pizza in the world. The inside is not sharpest joint, but if you want a good pizza it can't be beat (except possibly by Pizzeria Regina (the real one in the North End)), and you can always order delivery.

Jessica B.

Yelp
was doing laundry around the area so I got two slices for me and hubby and the pizza tasted really, really cheap, usually the cheese outweights the the pizza but ,will never come here again!
