Theo's Neighborhood Pizza, Covington

The crew at the Covington location are great. We had a large group, each ordering individually. They were patient with us as we tried to organize ourselves. We have been here numerous times to eat then play mahjong. The crew was nice, polite and all 15 orders were perfect. No errors. The lunch specials are a great value. Looking forward to going again.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I called in my order. I walk in and this lovely young lady greets me and tells me that it’s about 8 minutes left on the pizza. She asks if I’d like something to drink. I asked for water and she gives me an ice cold glass of water. This guy from the kitchen walks out and compliments my old man t shirt, then he asks if he can get me something to drink. Very nice people. Now, on to the pizza. Monday’s special is a larger pepperoni pizza for $10.00. It has plenty of pepperoni and it was delicious! I’ll definitely be back!

We tried to eat at Theo's because they have a gluten-free option on their menu, but they were temporarily out of the gluten-free crust, so we left. The restaurant smelled like great pizza, so we'll try again sometime.

My family and I order to go about once a week from the Theo’s Covington. We have never had a bad experience. The staff is always very friendly and goes about and beyond in making sure we are pleased. The pizza, chicken wings and salad are always top notch! Could not recommend them more and will continue to support!

Great thin pizzas. I found it a little odd that you order and pay for your pizza and drinks at the counter and they bring it out to you. If I’m going out to dinner, I would rather have full table service. I guarantee that they would sell more alcohol if they provided table service. I for one would have had a second beer if I hadn’t already paid the bill when I ordered. For this reason alone I am giving them four stars instead of five. As far as the pizza, loved it. I am a fan of thin crispy pizza and they did not disappoint.

Me and hubby had lunch here Saturday! It was delicious. Loved the friendliness of the staff. Definitely recommend the cheesy bread. Instead of numbers for your order you get pictures!

Pizza is the best on the northshore! Staff is always friendly and very attentive. The ingredients that are used seem to be the highest quality available. Would definitely recommend!!!!

We have recently started going to Theos, maybe once a week for the last 3 or so weeks. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and delicious.

Great pizza. Much Much better than Pizza Hut, dominos, papa John's etc. Tommy's on Thomas is good too n Hammond.

Disappointment prices are crazy for a pizza that taste like cardboard with cheese on it. Employees were great, but pizza took forever to cook

I cannot say enough good stuff about this restaurant! Absolutely love their Prosciutto and fresh mozzarella sandwiches! I've eaten it for lunch everyday the last 2 weeks and cannot get enough of it! Love love love! I also had their cheese sticks for the first time last week... AMAZING! 12/10

We love Theo's. The Expert pizza is amazing. We had it delivered through Uber Eats tonight and my five year old told me he wants this pizza for Christmas lol! The cheesy breadsticks weren't what I expected the first time we ordered, but they're excellent. The staff is always super friendly, and the restaurant is cute. My little one always enjoys going in and getting a coloring sheet and cookie. We've been at least twenty times in the past couple of years, and every time has been a 10/10 experience.

Great food and even better staff! We have made it a tradition to go every Monday for 1/2 domestic beers. We love Theos.

Great thin pizza only one issue I love pepperoni but there's is really greasy and puddles on pizza. And the toppings need some better quality like the chicken n beef are not greatest quality. But the pizza itself is good.

First time to eat here.. I was surprised the manager said this us the best pizza I have ever had. NOT. It was good. Sauce and Crust were good, toppings cut to small. Also staff were loud talking to each other with personal conversations, kinda takes away from atmosphere. Saw several orders to go and only one other dining. It was clean. Still getting used to a Small Pizza for $18,50.

The variety of pizzas and wine ate great for such a small location. Thete specialty pizzas are unoque. I have not tried a bad one yet. Lunch special as well

Nola's favorite local pizza chain hits the Northshore! I think this gives them 5 locations now....I'm sure a quick google search could confirm but I'm lazy. Anyway, Theo's is consistent. Same menu, same atmosphere and even same pop culture table markers while you wait for your pizza. (I got The Meters this past time and I was stoked). The daughter and I came here one day because she was craving pizza. They have 2 sizes 10" personal and 14" sharable. We each got a personal. She got one made with half cheese and half Hawaii 5-0. I got the West Bank Special because I was raised on the Best Bank! The West Bank Special has bacon, chicken, red peppers, jalapenos, pineapple and mozzarella cheese. It's really good! Theo's has about 20 specialty pizzas of which almost half are vegetarian. They also have a glutten free crust for an additional charge. There have several sammiches, salads, a few apps and a couple of beers on tap. The prices are reasonable and the people were very friendly. If I'm craving a pizza on the Northshore, I'll stop back in.

The pizza is always hot from the oven &; the staff always makes sure your taken care of if you need anything!

I would rate this 2.5 stars. The employees are great. No problems here. However, after living in Boston and New York , you can't call this pizza. It is pizza on a cracker. I can' t even........

Sorry guys this was a real fail as far as a good tasting pizza I couldn't even eat Italian sausage I just almost taste like cardboard and then thin crust is something really weird about it is to say we won't be back

Some of the best pizza I've had down here! Super great staff and groovy atmosphere. Music can get kind of loud- also got sandwich and house salad- most delightful!

Pizza is thin & crispy! So delicious So naturally you can eat lots more! So glad they have wines to choose And the music is really cool. Try it out!

Tried Theo's and we were not impressed. High priced for nothing special unfortunately.

Terrible. The crust was hard and flavorless. The cheese had to be very cheap the grease was e everywhere. Topping, very poor quality. Will not return. Just don't go.

Best pizza around! I first had it at the original Theos on Magazine Street when it was the original and only location. Started going to the Covington and was thrilled that they had opened a location near me. About a year ago I stopped going because the pizza had changed and seemed to be run by a bunch ok kids. Tried again this week and pizza was fantastic.

We ordered our pizza ahead of time while driving through. I arrived and it was not ready. The young man checked on it a few times while I waited. Before you know it, it had burned. Understandable that these things happen. Ovens can be finicky. The manager and other employees were so kind and apologetic giving us a refund and making another pizza on the fly. Great customer service!! However, the "large" cheese pizza was so greasy and the crust was inedible due to being so hard and paper thin. I'm sure this is not the norm and they were trying to correct our order cooking it to quickly. (Unsure about the cheese though) I hope while dining in and not rushed you have a better pizza.

Food was quick for a to go order but the pizza was very bland. We got the Expert and Jammer pizza, both needed salt. The wings were very large and a bit on the "fatty" side. Not the same kind of wings I am used to when ordering hot wings.

From hero to zero. Theo's used to be a go-to spot for great pizza and salads. No more...this location has slipped tremendously and the food is disappointing and sub-par. I recently ordered several pies for a family get together, and what I picked up and brought home was literally embarrassing and such bad pizza that my kids wished they had ordered dominos instead. The food was thin, dry, over cooked and the toppings were not baked in but thrown on top. Unless things improve significantly, avoid Theo's on Hwy 21.

We ordered via WaitR. We ordered a half cheese/half pepperoni and a meat lovers. Also had the buffalo wings and pretzels. The pizza was ok. Wasn't the greatest and wasn't the worst in the area. I heard great things on the pizza and I was excited but it was more of a thin crust type of pizza. The wings had very good flavor and were a nice size. The pretzel bites were a great appetizer.

Tonight's dinner was not even sub par, for starters it was over an hour for delivery of 2 items. We ordered a large house salad that was 99% lettuce, limp lettuce at that and a 14" Marilyns POTA supreme that tasted like a frozen store bought pizza. The quality for the price is definitely not there. I'm sorry to say but this is one local eatery I will not be ordering from anymore.

Got a sausage and onion pizza. It looked like it stayed out overnight. The pizza was orange with no spices and little sausage and onion. I will NOT return! Horrible! Poor quality for the price.

I like New York style pizza. The crust was nothing like a New York style. It was Very bready.

Delicious! We really enjoyed the salads and the pizza alike. I love the quirky little table markers they use too. The little things make a place unique and fun. The service was fast and friendly, and they had a decent selection of beers as well. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in the mood for some pizza and salad.

Our favorite place for pizza and salad. We aren't from here and I am currently working in Covington for a few months. We've tried every pizza place in town and Theo's is hands down the best. Friendly service. Food is amazing. Lots of choices. Also has veggie pizza. Their salads are amazing!!!!!!! The Sweet Spinach is our fav!!!! You won't be sorry. Try it out!!

We ordered takeout during a visit from out of town based on Yelp reviews and the menu. The monthly special pizza, "Harvest Moon," was amazing - butternut squash, kale, and purple onion (typically comes with prosciutto too). The squash was soft and sweet and kale was crispy. We also loved the spinach salad with goat cheese, dried cranberries and walnuts with a yummy dressing. There were many other pizza and salad choices we would have loved to try, and they have an extensive selection of beer and wine. We spent $30 on a small pizza and large salad and it was worth it. Recommended!

We will definitely be going back as much as possible!! Our first time at Theo's (Covington Location) was on a Sunday around lunch time, no wait and seating was easy to find for my family of four. My hubs ordered the beer of the month which he thoroughly enjoyed. We split the Thai chicken wings (OMG!!) so amazing. We ordered the cheesy bread sticks for our girls (5 and 1.5) and stole few bites from them and they were awesome and the girls ate them up! My husband and I split the bacon, blue and spinach salad and The Eccentric pizza and we enjoyed every last bite and was happy that we had leftovers for lunch the next day. This will go on our "frequent visit" list for lunch/dinner!

I posted earlier on how great the pizza was. I spoke with the General Manager and as much as I can figure she is the difference. She cares about the product they are selling and has mastered the cracker style crust that separates Theos from the many pizza shops.

I went here for lunch. The lady who we ordered from was SOOO nice. The manager James was also super nice and welcoming. The appetizer with cheesy bread and jalapeños is amazing and the pizza is awesome!! Love this place and will be back!

I love this pizza! I first had it in New Orleans and thought it was so delicious. I was more than thrilled when I learned it came to the north shore. I live in mandeville but will drive out of my way just to get this pizza.

I didn't like it. Sorry. One had no flavor & the other way too salty Got the Hippy pizza... no flavor and the other had Chicken & Feta. Way too much feta,, couldn't taste anything else

Just ordered the buffalo chicken pizza which arrived cold at the house. The pizza crust texture is that of a cracker with little to no sauce and everything has been over baked. I also ordered the bacon and blue spinach salad which was decent and the only reason why this review is getting 2 stars and not 1.

BEST. PIZZA. EVER. Seriously...I've eaten pizza all across the USA. I kind of make it a point to. NYC, Chicago, east coast, west coast... No one has better pizza! Perfect cracker thin crust, perfectly cheesy. The ceasar salad is fresh and crisp. The staff at the Covington location is always friendly and on point also. Love, love, love this pizza. Best pizza I have had in covington! The Jammer'O pizza was delicious!! The wings were made to order and cooked in the pizza oven! Easy laid back atmosphere! Loved it!

Not the best welcome on a slow Friday evening. Waited a loooong time for appetizers before I inquired about them and then got a funny face like I was crazy. Pizza is super greasy.

This Pizza was delicious. It was quite pricy though and the service was very slow. The server was absent after ordering and inattentive. The restaurant was not busy at all this particular evening. Once the food was ordered, I didn't see the server until she brought the check. I had to get up and get my own silverware. When she came with the Check, I had to ask for a refill and box.

The pizza is amazing and the service is good. They used pictures of celebrities to keep track of who had what food. The server checked up on us frequently. Overall 10/10 place. They also have vegetarian options.
