"All five of Theo’s local locations reopened earlier this month, telling Nola.com that after closing previously due to concerns of staff, “we heard from enough employees who were ready and our customers were calling out for it.” Order online through its site for curbside pickup or delivery from any location, Tuesday through Saturday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m." - Clair Lorell

The classic Pizza place, service was through the roof so good that you want to come back. And that is the type of customer service I look for when doing a review like this, Kayla was awesome & delivered an exceptional experience here. Theo’s reminds me a lot of the old style pizza restaurants and that’s a good thing. They’re not trying to be something they aren’t & are standing out in their own unique way with original pizza names & styles that feel familiar yet different in Theo’s own style.

One of our staff members would always bring Theo’s for lunch. It would disappear before I ever had it. With all the rave at work, I decided to visit for lunch and get the lunch special. Can I tell you how wonderful that pizza was! This coming from a person who dreads thin crust pizza. My first visit I ordered a veggie pizza, the second visit I ordered extra cheese with jalapeños and a side salad, and on my last visit I ordered a plain cheese pizza. Each time was wonderful and consistently made. The restaurant was clean and well-kept. Bathroom included. I can’t say my experience with the staff was good. It wasn’t too hot during my two visits. Seemed to be the same woman. I highly recommend Theo’s Pizza on Elmwood and will definitely be returning for my 4+ times.

I ordered the Club. Very tasty sandwich! Kinda busy in the place, but a very nice server checked on me and also I assume is the manager. No complaints from this Yankee.

I ordered a small thin crust of anchovies and onion. The ingredients were fresh. The pizza was delicious. Service was fast, friendly and efficient! The wait staff came over several times to see if we needed anything or drink refills. I'd definitely go again!

Doesnt matter how great the food is (which it is), bad customer sevice will always ruin the experience. We came here for my girlfriends sons graduation with a party of 6. We were expecting 7 but one person couldn't make it. There was barely anyone There so we put a small table next to a longer one. There was 10 more of the small tables empty. When the guy brought out our appitizer he told us unless we had more people coming we all had to cram elbow to elbow onto the long table and give up the small one. With the place mostly empty. And He was kind of rude about it. Best part is, the table he kicked us off of stayed empty the whole time we were there. So he kicked us off of it for no reason other than to be a jerk. We'll stick to that's amore when we want good pizza and good customer service. Probably not gonna come here again.

Ordered a small pizza and some jalapeno breadsticks last night, only 2 other tables were dining, I got my breadsticks and another couple came in and ordered. The other couple that came in after me got their pizza and were halfway done eating and I asked the waitress, let's call her "red head woke attitude" where was my pizza and she says it will be ready when they put it up, instead of saying hey sir let me go see where it is, since the table that came in behind me was almost finished eating, instead I got her attitude, I wish I hadn't put a good tip when I ordered cause she wouldn't have gotten a dime. My advice is skip the tip at the register and see what service you get first, it's back to Lit Pizza for me now.

It’s just not the same anymore to me. Recently got a Margarita and there were more tomatoes than fresh mozzarella and basil. Also the prices for a large pizza are insanely high. It just didn’t seem worth it to me.

It's something about that crust!!! We as a family went once, and I went back the next day for my own personal pie. What a delicious pizza! No sauce needed on the Three Cheese Pizza and the Rebo's Salad, More Olives please!
