We recently hosted our baby shower at Therapie Bistro, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From start to finish, the team was incredibly accommodating and flexible, making sure every detail was just the way I wanted it. One aspect I loved was being able to bring in my own vendors and decor, which really helped personalize the event. The food was absolutely delicious—our guests are still talking about it! The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and perfect for a celebration. I’ve been receiving nonstop compliments about how beautiful and well-executed everything was, and that’s largely thanks to the amazing staff and space at Therapie Bistro. If you’re looking for a stylish, welcoming venue for your next private event, I highly recommend Therapie Bistro. They truly helped make our baby shower a memorable and special day!

Therapie Bistro is a must-visit! The atmosphere is perfect for a date night or girls’ night, with warm vibes that instantly make you feel welcome. Every dish is exceptional, but highlights include the Roasted Carrot Hummus, Bluefin Tuna, Miso Maple Yams, perfectly cooked Flat Iron Steak, and the best Carrot Cake I’ve ever tasted. Pair it all with their Chilled Pinot Noir—it’s a game-changer. The Caramelized Shallot Tart is also in a category of its own! The friendly and attentive staff elevate the experience even further. Therapie Bistro nails it on all fronts: incredible food, great ambiance, and top-notch service. Can’t wait to return!

What an amazing find in Mission Valley!! A friend recommended we have dinner there and it did not disappoint!! The onion tart had amazing flavor, we also had many of their dishes like the shave brussels sprout salad and the flat iron steak. Each dish was perfectly prepared and flavorful. The setting was also nice as it is nestled in a office complex so its a hidden gem, and worth finding. The wines were eclectic and affordable. Finally, we finished off with a carrot cake cheesecake that was served warm and can be best described as a homestyle rustic dessert. Staff was prompt and friendly and made great recommendations on menu items and wines.

Fun little place to go for happy hour or trivia. The decor is fun and the appetizers are delicious. I ordered a vegetarian routine and had tasty wines. They even offered us a free wine tasting!

Stumbled upon this place for dinner/small bites and it did not disappoint. I personally loved the steak with chumichurri sauce (can I bottle that up?), the shallot tart, and the carrot cake 🤤. It was cozy and dark and moody and perfect for an evening out with friends! I will definitely be back- and I want to try their brunch menu!

Free wine tasting? Yes please! Warm and inviting. Excellent service. Good vibes, music on point. Food was super tasty and plated gorgeously. Unique location with good architecture.

This spot is super cozy, great for a casual glass of wine and yummy food. Prices are very affordable and they go out of their way to make sure all of the food is local and seasonal selected. The brussels sprout salad was my favorite, the plates are small but packed with flavor. The Pinot noir rose was also SO good, I had never had it and it was delicious.

Perfect spot for happy hour post Fashion Valley shopping. Staff is so friendly and kind, and the food is outstanding!! The brussel sprout salad and the bread + butter (house made) were so delicious!! Can’t wait to return and try their lunch menu!!

This place opened up last month and is currently a secret gem, but I hope it gets discovered soon! The food and service were amazing, and it's also a wine bar with an interesting selection. For the quality, the price was fantastic. With happy hour on Saturday, this was a phenomenal deal and lovely ambiance with outdoor seating. Check it out! It's a short walk from the Town and Country Resort and a little farther walk from the Fashion Valley Mall and light rail trolley.

I'm always on the lookout for new spots in San Diego, and I'm so glad we decided to try this place for date night! If you're looking for a cozy, stylish spot for a night out (or even a solo evening with a book and a glass of wine), this place is perfect. The atmosphere is modern yet relaxed The bluefin tuna was hands down the best I've ever had in a long time. The wine list was fantastic, with plenty of great options to explore. Plus, the staff was super friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back! Try the carrot cake- that's definitely my new therapy

I'm not sure this place actually wants to be in business. My wife and I came for a late lunch and some coffee. Sadly, we missed the lunch window by about 15 minutes. Under normal circumstances, I'd have completely understood. In this case however, I think it was a strange choice not to be flexible. We were the only people in the restaurant and from the looks of it, we were the only people who had visited in the last several hours (maybe even all day). Hopefully we make it back before they close down.

Came for lunch. I love the selection for lunch. Had the harvest bowl with steak added. Probably should have added avocado. It was spectacular. The dirty chai was as tasty as it was beautiful. The decor is calming if you want to sit and enjoy coffee and pastries (I'd suggest the biscuit w/lemon curd) while people watching, or delightfully social for when you want to enjoy wine and apps with friends! Always have service with a smile and friendly attitude. I asked the young lady what was in the harvest bowl and she rattled off the ingredients like a pro.

My wife and I had reserved a table for their Valentines Day Jazz night and it was amazing. The staff were warm and friendly and made us feel comfortable. The food and drinks were reasonably priced especially being in San Diego. As a person of color, it meant the world to me to feel welcomed and serviced on a high caliber. We had a bottle of wine, the steak and the hot honey flatbread. All amazing!

Nice healthy and tasty sandwich, salad, bowls choices. Great quiet calm location. Great service and super friendly staff.

Service was fast and friendly. Coffee was nice and strong and not bitter. They didn't have any breakfast sandwiches that were on the menu. Not sure if it's too early or not. The entrance is between the two buildings. I'd maybe come back another time and give them another try. They don't take cash. Only card. Cold brew was 7 bucks

The place is beautiful, with a pleasant interior, but unfortunately, they don't know how to make coffee. The flavor of the beans is bitter, and the milk is overheated to the point of being boiling. There's a standard temperature at which the taste of the beans is revealed, rather than burning your tongue

Finally got to try this outstanding gem. Such hospitality with legit good wine, and some food that I'll brag at work about. I can't wait to come back for trivia night or a coffee on the run. Check it out 100%! Ask Alyssa whats new while you're there!

I'm here now enjoying the carrot cake and a pour-over coffee, both are really good! The internet is very fast, too. It's just me here at the moment, so I can't say how it would be when it's busy, but I definitely recommend this place. Update: By the way, unfortunately, I went there again and it was closed today (1/10 Friday) at 11am. :(

We were at Fashion Valley Shopping, looking at the area where to eat, we wanted a quick bite and found this THERAPIE BISTRO. We had a hard time finding the place so we called and I spoke to the nice lady on the phone and we were told that if we see a big Red Brick building that's where they are. We tried to open every door but it closed. We called again and the Onwer Bret or Brat was so nice and went out to meet us at the parking lot. So when you get to their building and see the red Brick building they are on the very Right, you will see on top the big QDOBA sign. If you see that, look down and you will see THERAPIE BISTRO. They are just in soft opening so there are no signage of their place yet but . We ordered a Chai Latte and a regular Latte. Both drinks had a good blend. We also had Almond Butter toast and Avocado toast. Both are also well prepared and tasty. Very open SPACIOUS place. They are still in Soft opening, the wine bar will be available soon. Nice place to eat and hang out with Family and Friends.

I live in the apartment complexes nearby and I was so excited when I saw that they opened. I was even more sold when the logo was a dachshund and I enjoy having it on my coffee in the mornings. Fantastic start to the mornings right before work to get a coffee with my dog. They fill up my breakfast and then they have a fantastic wine bar for at night, so best of both worlds. The staff has been so awesome with the opening of the new location, and I love the design and ambience of the café inside. Me and Louie (dog) will be regulars!

They have an amazing happy hour with great deals. The staff were so kind too and brought us some free samples of their menu! The carrot cake was my favorite. Definitely will go back.

Yum! So cute inside. Everything tasted fresh and we could tell had high quality ingredients. I think I found my new favorite orange wine here. And the carrot cake? Changed my life! Highly recommend this hidden gem.

Amazing wine selection! Such unique dishes and delicious bites! Me and my friends had such a fun time tonight! The servers had some great recommendations we will definitely be coming back to try out the breakfast foods and the coffee that they actually roast themselves!! What a hidden gem!!

I came here to work and it was perfect! It was quiet and relaxing. The food was also really good I had the avocado toast and a chai tea. The staff was friendly and the service was quick.
