We tried to go to a Bun Bo Hue restaurant but unfortunately it was closed. Luckily Thia Go was close by.
They have indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of staff and it was a nice relaxed vibe. If you’re heat sensitive, it is a bit hot in the restaurant, but you know what else was 🔥 was the food.
Craving Bun Bo Hue, I had to try it and it didn’t disappoint. I never really think of Al dente when it comes to Asian noodles but these were some of the best “bun” noodles I’ve ever had. The veggies were fresh, crisp and the broth was tasty, tangy goodness. Not spicy though, so add 🌶️ to fit your 🌶️ levels.
The banh xeo was also fantastic. It was such a large serving. We opted for seafood being close to the ocean and the shrimp were fresh. Crisp veggies and hot crisp “crepe”. If you haven’t had this dish before, there was even a warning to say that it’s oily. The fish sauce was just right with enough pickled veggies.
We paired it with a local Danang red ale and a passion fruit soda and it was perfect.
Great restaurant.
