It honestly breaks my heart that I’m forced to leave a 1-star review for a place I absolutely love. One employee completely ruined what should have been a simple, enjoyable experience. So today (1/6) my husband called ahead and ordered two açaí bowls, and a girl took the order over the phone. When he arrived about 20 minutes later, she was sitting on her phone and then asked if he wanted bananas on the bowls. Confused, my husband told her he had called 20 minutes earlier and asked why the order wasn’t ready. She said it wasn’t made because they didn’t have bananas and she didn’t know if we wanted them. She never bothered to call and ask. My husband politely mentioned that a quick phone call could have avoided all of this and asked if there was any consideration for the inconvenience. She showed no empathy and flatly said no. He walked out without my açaí bowl and without any care, concern, or attempt to make things right.

The location is located in a apartment complex parking area in a small discreet suite. Thick and Thin Treats has a nice selection of healthy and indulgent treats. Walking in, the decor was vibrant and welcoming. The individual who helped us was very kind and helpful, very good service. I opted for the Green Goddess for the Elite event for my wife and I purchased the Hazelnut Freeze for myself. The green Goddess juice was fresh. We watched as the fresh fruits were freshly juiced and are done so per order so you won't be receiving juice that has been sitting. The hazelnut Freeze was just right for me! Most other chain coffee places saturate their drinks full of coffee and syrups that you can't even taste your coffee. This was very delightful, perfect amount of sweetness! I also found it helpful that they offered ice cream of you're feeling a little indulgent.

What a unique concept and amazing place! It’s a great blend between juice bar and ice cream parlor. Their healthy side of the menu offers: a big selection of smoothies, juices , protein shakes. While the dessert side of the menu gives you an indulgence to build your own ice cream creations. The place is located in a quiet and clean complex next to new apartment buildings. It’s conveniently located, right off the I-15 & Cactus Ave. The decor is vibrant, welcoming and ultra modern. Inside there is a cool swing for taking photos, very cute and overall very trendy atmosphere. It’s more of a grab and go place, not a lot of sitting options available, unless you sit outside. They have an outdoor seating area too , which is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we did not wait that long for our shakes to be made at all. We have ordered Cookies and Cream protein shake and Pina colada protein shake. Very fresh and tasty, absolutely perfect! Healthy ingredients and healthy treats! Highly recommended!

We came here a few years ago and it has changed quite a bit. They would use hard ice cream and blend all the mix-ins into the ice cream, creating like a soft serve texture. Now all the suggested ice creams are premade and the mix-ins are placed on top whole. It still tasted good, but definitely not as good as we remember it being.

In town for vacation decided to have icecream for breakfast before we flew back home and this place ended up being the only thing open before noon. I do not regret coming here $10-11 for this large decadent milkshake was GOLD. My roommate and I did BYO I and added mix ins and never have I been hit with such a sugar rush from eating too many Reese’s cups it was heavenly! Sadly had to scarf it down before we went to the airport so couldn’t indulge as long as I would’ve liked. I do recommend this to anyone looking to end that sugar craving they have so much to choose from for mix ins it’s impossible to get something you will dislike then choose between chocolate or vanilla base remember there is no such think as a chocolate overload!

I was excited about this one because I'm pretty close to it but I never knew it was there so this is a good find. I was going to order ice cream, but they only had chocolate left and since I am not a chocolate fan,. I asked which she recommended and she said the protein shakes. She suggested the piña colada, which was tempting but also if I liked peanut butter, the peanut butter and jelly. I've had a peanut butter shake before but never a peanut butter and jelly shake so I was very curious so I went with that one. She made me a large and asked if I wanted one or two scoops of protein powder. I said only one because I'm not a fan of when it tastes too much like protein... So my shake was really different! Good, and different. Was cool how you could taste the jelly in with peanut butter and protein. It's also right next door to that IVI gym so I can see why they have plenty of protein shakes and juices to choose from! Inside is decorated really hip and cool. There was a group of people sitting outside having a good time so that was nice to see. The girl that took my order was super sweet. Welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door and was very helpful. Also she helped me choose which is great for me! Definitely gotta go back to try their juices and ice cream when they have vanilla stocked again!

A hidden gem along Cactus Ave. just down the road on Dean Martin. I first tried here from a yelp event and had to try the place again. The staff were extremely friendly and walked us through the menu. Smoothies are made fresh with fresh ingredients with a modern and clean interior. With lots of seating it's a perfect place to enjoy with a friend or after a workout. There are sweet options as well as protein packed smoothies or smoothie bowls with fresh toppings. I got the strawberry smoothie which has a unique flavor with the addition of apple juice. I also got the matcha mama which is a protein shake plus matcha pick me up. The flavor is subtle and creamy. Tastes like a dessert with less of the guilt. Definitely will come back to try other smoothies.

Sometimes, things are a little too good to be true. Thick & Thin Treats is an AYYA Hospitality Group creation on Dean Martin near Cactus. I've tried them through Yelp stuff previously, and after hearing about their BOGO discount on juices on Monday, I vowed to stop by again. Today was the day. I came in and, after a bit of a hitch, got the employee on duty to ring me up for a BOGO, with a base price of $13.00. Half of that still sounds pretty high. Then I had a brief wait as she actually freshly squeezed/pressed my orders. Since it was totally empty aside from me, that didn't take long. The orange juice tasted like fresh squeezed orange juice. The fruit wasn't absolutely bursting with sugar, but I guess that's just natural variability. That said, I'm not sure why my apple juice seemed to have celery notes/texture in it? It also didn't seem to have the most intense sweetness which you can get on the apple continuum. Overall, both products today were good, but not on the level of the peak examples of juices I've ever had. Parking was not hard late in the afternoon, although it is a bit confusing as many of the nearby spots are marked for the restaurant instead of this business. The seating area was of course quiet, but still felt very pleasant to sit in if you feel the need. Maybe there's study spot potential since they have some coffee on the menu too. I will consider returning to Thick & Thin Treats for the BOGO juice Mondays or if I want to revisit their fresh ice cream blends eventually. It's a good place to try for healthy and tasty treats, but the flavor may vary the way fruits differ in ripeness and quality.

The yummiest protein shake I've ever had! Tastes just as good as a milkshake! I think there's around 20 something grams of protein in the smaller size and around 40 something grams in the larger size. Very creamy, doesn't taste chalky like a lot of protein powders do. Only down side, there's no way to make it fully dairy free. Perfect treat after the gym! Almost feels illegal lol

What a gem in Southwest area. I didn't know about this beautiful protein place after trying it out at one of the Yelp events. The shop is beautifully decorated with modern design and cloud wall. It is giving light as the cloud. The menu has a variety of smoothies, protein shakes, and well was shots. We ordered the matcha mama and strawberry smoothie. They are delicious tho, not too sweet which is perfect for me. The price is a little high but they use fresh ingredients so I guess it is worth it . The staff was super nice and friendly as well. I would highly recommend this place for all the healthy peeps.

Nice juice bar next to Pine Bistro. We were the only customers but needed to pick up something for tomorrow am. We were greeted when we walked in, no issues. Lots of pastel colors here like an Easter Bunny explosion! Cute though, prices seem ok - however...these were hand delivered to us next door when we stopped at Pine Bistro, top box service!

Loved the vibe. Came in with the Coffee Club and the atmosphere was great. The workers at Thick & Thin were very hospitable even with the large crowd! I had the Ube pastry and the butter pecan latte. They were AMAZING! I loved that the menu was so extensive. Açaí, fresh juice etc. My only suggestion is to honestly raise the prices because they're almost too accommodating lol also, the cups we received with our drinks were so nice, almost like a souvenir cups. I'll be back!

Healthy and delicious protein shakes. Kids love the ice cream! Addicted to this place

It's been a minute since I've updated my review for here! I loooove this place! First of all, they have a variety of healthy and then not so healthy. They have juices and whatnot, but also have milkshakes. Obviously, the holidays are upon us, so I'm not looking to be super healthy rn so I went for a milkshake. Ordered the coffee milkshake this time and WOW what a delight! It reminds me of when I worked at Tropical Smoothie in high school and we had a mocha madness smoothie. This tastes like that, but only a bajillion times better! My only thing is I wish this place had a drive thru, but totally fine. If Ilived in those apartments across the street, this place would take all my money. Will be back again soon, I'm sure!

The place is cute and quiet when I visited. I was the only customer so I got helped right away. The server was friendly and helpful since it was my first time. My only complaint is that they were out of my favorite topping and what I wanted when I chose the place, and that was Heath Toffee. So sad.... Order more and try not to run out. Maybe I would call ahead the next time.

The acai bowl was pretty good but they were out of peanut butter the blue berries were frozen and the lobby floor was dirty.

Stopped here on our way out of town, so good!! Delicious paradise açaí bowl, would love to try more next time.

This hole in the wall ice cream was so cute. My favorite type of ice cream is vanilla mixed with cereal and that's exactly what you can get here, the pre-built options were great selections. Although the ice cream was $9, they give it a big amount in a to-go cup and cover so I was able to take home more than half of the cup. The store had two swing chairs for those who like aesthetic photos. I highly recommend this place, we went at 8pm and no other customer was there so our service was quickly!

Stumbled into this little shop today that I never knew was here! Needing a smoothie, I found just what I needed. Plus about 13 other things I need to try! Sweet girl at the counter was so helpful in explaining menu choices. Cute shop. I'll be back!

Really delicious. I had the Nutty Bowl and it was delicious. Plenty of the good stuff in it. My husband had a chocolate brownie milkshake and it was thick and delicious. Would recommend. The guy working was really lovely.

Had the chance to check out Thick & Thin in June of 2023 thanks to a Yelp Elite event and I've been back quite a few times since. I will say, the service is not great. One time I went when the owner (I think) happened to be there taking inventory, so the two employees were overly enthusiastic in front of him. Other than that 1 time, the employees are never friendly and honestly seem just miserable. Prices are also a bit high. I'm addicted to their Mint Chip protein shake which is $12 for a regular or $16 for a large. Their bottles of fresh juice range from $9-$12. This is 15 mins from my house and the only thing that keeps me as a customer is the fact that everything is extremely fresh and made with quality ingredients. If they could get their staff to be more hospitable, I'd turn a blind eye to the prices and I'd come in more frequently for the friendly staff & great drinks. As it stands though, this is a once every 4-6 week treat for me.

Ok, so when my boyfriend and I first started dating, he lived in the apartment complex across the street, where back then Thick & Thin Treats and all these other businesses surrounding them did not exist. He has since moved out of that complex and I recently came back around this area for the first time in almost four years to visit this business. I wanted to go this past Saturday night, but due to the high wind warning that night, I decided to delay my visit to Wednesday night. Thick & Thin Treats is located right on the property of Cactus Hills on Dean Martin. It was a little hard to find them at first because their signage was obstructed by numerous trees from the street and it wasn't very well lit. Here, they have a mix of healthy desserts and sweet desserts. I'm trying to lose weight and stick towards healthier food items, especially with more protein added in, so my eye was on their freshly pressed juices, smoothies, and protein shakes. I walked in and studied the menu, and oh boy, lots and lots of options to choose from! I ended up getting their pink starburst smoothie in a large cup. I was the lone customer there, so my order came out super quickly. The guy working behind the counter was in a great mood - he was pumped and was jamming along to the music playing inside while he was making my smoothie. Man, while this smoothie was thick, it was still super delicious! It tasted like a real strawberry/watermelon starburst candy with little red seeds inside. I had to wait it out a bit so it could be easier for me to drink out of it with a straw (spoons are necessary in this case). They have little swings inside by the entrance that you can sit on while you wait for your order to come out. I thought this was cute. They also have lots of outdoor seating as well for those nice sunny days. Will definitely have to sit outside next time once the weather becomes warmer very soon! If you're looking for a great place with healthy items and sweet items, Thick & Thin Treats is your place. Go check them out!

We decided to try this place after driving by it a couple of times on our way home and I'm so glad we did!!! Anisha was so patient and helpful with it being our first time here. I got the build your own ice cream with Cinnamon Crunch and Apple Jacks....it was so bomb. Wifey got the Brown n' Bomb that comes with chocolate ice cream...Cookie Crisp...coco puffs....brownie...and chocolate sprinkles. She definitely loves it!!!

Overall our items tasted great. The açaí bowl was not icy and had a good consistency. The jungle jam smoothie my sister ordered was also very delicious and not too sweet either. My fresh squeezed orange had lots of pulp which I loved and this is not on menu but you can order it, however it was pricy for a small squeezed OJ. The cashier was not too friendly and very short. I did see she was by herself but it was early in the morning so maybe she was tired. The place was decorated nice but I think they should have music playing because the silence felt awkward, and not a lot of seating inside.

What happened Thick & Thin? Whenever I come here, I'll usually get the pink n bow ice cream. I'm attaching 2 photos with my review of apparently the same item. One is from last year and another for current photo from today. As you can plainly see, there's a huge difference. What I got today was basically vanilla ice cream blended with strawberry syrup and a couple chunks of cheesecake bites. No KitKat or sprinkles to be found. I basically paid for an overpriced strawberry sundae. If that's what I wanted, I really could have gotten it anywhere else for much cheaper. I was so disappointed with what I got today, I tossed it in the trash after investigating it and a couple bites. My husband pointed out that their machines that used to make the ice cream weren't there anymore. We noticed that they were using a regular blender instead. I'm pretty sure that's the main reason why it turned out the way it did today, but I'm also certain that they missed putting any KitKats or sprinkles in the blender. Sadly, the service had also taken a hit. They never asked if I wanted toppings like they always have before, and I had to ask for a spoon since there weren't any available with the rest of the utensils at the pick up area. I really don't see myself coming back here unless they got their ice cream blending machines back. It was a big let down since this was the only place I knew nearby that blended their ice cream with toppings and other ingredients for the texture-loving peeps. It was nice knowing the old Thick & Thin.

This chill little shop is beside an apartment complex (nearby SouthPoint casino) with the a few designated parking spots available for Thick&Thin customers. There are a lot of variety in quick and portable snacks, baked goods, merch, and a decent menu selection of drinks and bowls available. My group stopped by for a post-workout smoothie and it hit the spot. We got two mintchip and two PB&jelly protein shakes, which we had no complaints about!

been coming here since it opened and haven't been dissatisfied until tonight.. it had been awhile since i came so i decided why not!! i love alot of things on the menu but i usually always get a fruity pebble shake because its made to perfection every time however - it was not blended all the way tonight, had layers, could barely get anything thru the straw, had enormous chunks of marshmallows throughout & had a overload of pebbles on top that i didn't ask for. i called back and i was able to get it swapped out for smoothies but then the smoothies were wayyy too icy so barely had a taste to it didn't feel like going back again after that... overall, not the worst experience in the world but was still pretty disappointing due to the fact that i drive from centennial just to come here

Thick & Thin is top-tier! I'm obsessed with the Açaí Nutty Bowl and the Banana & Butter combo, but the real star is the Banana Butter Protein Shake absolute fire. The shop is always super clean, and the staff is A1--friendly, knowledgeable, and all about that health life. One of the best spots in the city! @RazB_B2K

Ambiance - 5 stars! This place is located in a quiet and clean complex next to new apartment buildings. There were designated areas for customers to park which was convenient and close to the shop. Inside, you are greeted with colorful wallpaper, cute merchandise, and a variety of protein-packed snacks to purchase. Service - 5 stars! I was welcomed in immediately and loved that recommendations were made since this was my first time visiting. There was only one employee working, but she took my order and was able to get me my drink quickly. Food - 3 stars. I ordered the 12 oz cookies and cream protein shake. The flavor of the drink was not bad, but I think the flavor could have been stronger. I paid about $14-$15 total for my order. This was a little more than what I'm used to paying for this type of item, but I understand that whey protein is expensive these days, and that this needs to be accounted for. Overall, very cute place and worth a visit if you're in the area.

The menu here is filled with SOO manny delicious treats and i couldn't decide. Thanks to Kai working the front we were able to get an ice cream with all the best toppings. i want to come back in the morning one day to get a coffee. their coffee machine looks top notch. super cute place and we loved the front swings. I've been on a smoothie kick and the Watermelon Mint smoothie was the perfect pick for the end of summer. The large was $13 and popped up with a discount for my first purchase. The smoothie itself was tasty and I like that it was well-blended so there weren't chunks of ice. I also like their clear cups, fun marketing extra. Service was okay - I went in pretty early, there was only one person working, and they were in the back before and after making my order. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here specifically, but it's a nice asset to the area and convenient to the gym next door. Bonus points for having outdoor seating!

I was so excited to try this place out once I saw their menu go by! It was nice to finally have a place where my boyfriend could get a healthy protein shake and I could get the complete opposite in a not as healthy milkshake. Most importantly, they are DOG FRIENDLY! Location wise, it's right off the 15&Cactus so you can't be that. It's in a new little area but there is plenty of parking. They have seating inside but there is also some outdoor as well. The inside is decorated simply and the menu is so easy to understand their options. It is a quiet area which made it nice as well since we had our dog with us. Since this was our first time, we did have a few questions and our cashier (Remington I believe) was awesome. He helped guide us through all of the different things we ordered by explaining alternatives and substitutions along the way. My boyfriend had the cookies and cream protein shake and I even had a sip and you wouldn't have known it was healthy because it was so good. I have the TNT Açaí bowl and it was refreshing on a Vegas day. I also had to have a milkshake and went for the one that included the most chocolate and it too was delicious. They do offer pup cups as well! Overall, such a great spot and so glad we went to try it out!

The spot is super cute, but heads up only outdoor seating, which I love but maybe not for everyone! Everything we ordered tasted great, especially the Orange n' Dream ice cream. The girl working was as sweet as can be but I don't think I've ever gotten food slower in my entire life. I think it took about 45 minutes to receive our order. To the point she went so slow that additional customers walked in and left without ordering bc she was taking so excessively long. I hope I can come back to support this business but I don't have that long to wait on something so simple normally.

Well this little gem is well hidden and seems like in the middle of nowhere. It's nestled on Dean Martin just south of Cactus in a small little complex next to some new apartments. I'm secretly glad I don't live there or else Thick n Thin Treats may take all of my money! I brought my son with promises of ice cream and it was perfect because it was nearly 97 when we showed up after 4pm on 6/26. It was empty so we were able to ask questions and inquire favorites, flavor profiles and such. They were super friendly and helpful! My son decided on the Orange N Dream ice cream and since he was craving Dole Whip, they said they could add some pineapple into it. I had narrowed it down between Pink Starburst and Gummy Bear smoothie and was gently coerced into getting the Gummy Bear. We sat on the fun set of swings for a bit and then walked over to watch them make our items. They have a drill machine similar to Drill It Creamery and they threw in vanilla ice cream, orange sherbet, some pineapple, and some cornflakes. It was a nice tall tower that was then topped with whipped cream, which made my son super happy. The Gummy Bear was blended and looking good. As my son said, he was jealous I got a souvenir cup lol. The Orange N Dream was definitely like a creamsicle with tiny bits of ice cream cone (imagine texture). We both really liked it but on the way home my son did state that next time he would definitely ask for it without. We couldn't truly taste much of the pineapple but we appreciated the efforts to try and make it a custom flavor. The Gummy Bear smoothie was thick and flavorful: mango lemon, raspberry, and orange sherbet, peach juice, apple juice, and milk. Overall we were happy with this new little local shoppe. There are definitely many items we would like to try in the future. Just be aware that unless you like a little crunch in your ice cream, you may want to read the fine print or ask for it without.

Came here for the 1st time! It's right off freeway, so it's super convenient to get to! There aren't that many parking spots, as this is right next to an apartment building. But they do have 15 min spots right in front It's VERY cute inside ! Lots of great naturally lighting. Great for pics ! The menu is large but there's something for everyone here. I got a juice because I need the immune boost! Next time will definitely do a smoothie or ice cream. So many items looks delicious! Staff was sweet and offered insight!

This place hit the mark! I've been CRAVING fruity pebbles for months ... I happened to be in Vegas and came across this place thanks to Yelp and they offered fruity pebbles. So we took the drive over and the place was empty, the staff was quick to take our orders, and while it may have taken a little bit because we place 1 ice cream and 3 juice orders it was worth the wait. As we waited so many people came in! I ordered the vanilla with fruit pebbles, mini marshmallows, and sprinkles. The size felt so large and I ate almost every ounce of it! Take a chance and check this place out, cool concept to make your own or use their menu!

This is one of my favorite spots!! I go at least once a week and have been for a few years. I mostly get the juice and juice shots which are all delicious! I also get smoothies which my husband also LOVES. He always gets the cookies n cream. The service was hit or miss for a while but for about a year maybe now, Veronica has been there. And she is AWESOME! She's so sweet and super efficient as well. The place is really cute inside. There's other stuff that's cool as well. They have merch, healthy bars, candy, all sorts of cool ice creams and coffee. Definitely 10/10 recommend!!

The ice cream is extremely over priced and not that good. There are only two basic flavor options. The place is clean and smells good, though. Service was extremely slow and when I was ordering, the woman who took my order was very rude and kept interrupting me. Do not go here.

Location is a bit confusing as it's across the parking lot from an apartment complex. I went 2 days in a row! I didn't get the concept until I got there and saw the menu. Thick & thin serves both decadent treats like ice cream and shakes for "thick" and freshly pressed juices and açaí bowls for the "thin". I love the concept! Prices are on the higher end but I personally think its worth it cause its so freaking good. The first day I stopped by I tried one of their juices. It came in their own labeled plastic bottle similar to Pressed. The next day I went back to try a Thick treat and ordered the Toast N Toffee. Their ice creams are if cold-stone were made into soft serves. I'm obsessed with the texture of the ice cream and crunchy bits from the mix-ins. They have pre-made flavor combinations but you can custom choose your own mix-ins too. I also appreciate the design and aesthetics. The store itself is really cute. I'm happy to have a new place like this in the neighborhood :)

We love supporting small businesses so we went in on a Friday night around 8 and sadly we won't be returning. We were the only guest and the employee made it super awkward for us, gave us the ice cream cup all covered in ice cream and when handing the cookie he gave it to us with no packaging nothing? We were kinda confused so he gave us a cup to put it in: when handing the spoon he put it on the counter? Just everything was strange to us and seemed unsanitary. So sadly won't be returning.

I love this spot! The drinks are great for someone like me who is always looking for a new protein shake. The service was good, and the ambiance was super cute.
