Good and tasty food. I recommend the quinoa avocado bowl, although I don't think it was well balanced (too many seeds, not enough quinoa, not enough pomegranate seeds)... it was too expensive in my opinion, given the small portion. I understand it's Thierry Marx and his boutique is in the 7th, but still. It's a whole budget if you need to grab a sandwich or salad and dessert every day.
He is famous for his praline brioche. All the viennoiseries looks delicious. The flan looked tasty as well. Good store, since you can find everything you want: savory, bread, sweet, patisserie, viennoiseries etc. The staff is pretty friendly. The store is weirdly designed, you have to loop inside and go out the way you came in, even though there are glass doors near the cash register (maybe because of covid?!). Will go back for the name and try new flavors but it's expensive, which is too bad. I would go more often if it was cheaper. Perhaps my liver will thank me for less butter and sugar!
You can eat outside, which is really pleasant
