We enjoyed every bit(e) of our experience at the restaurant. The service is amazing - from the time you enter the restaurant until you leave. A lot of attention is paid to making your experience unforgettable, and it shows.
The food is, of course, part of the experience. We opted for the surprise menu, based on the chef's inspiration. The chef likes making vegetables the stars of the dishes, and I would say that was a resounding success. We will both remember the amazing snow peas dish, as well as the dessert around white asparagus and vanilla. We also followed the recommendation for a natural wine to pair with our menu (hard to choose when there are over 1600 wines to choose from!), and it was the perfect discovery for our night.
We will be back, in a different season - to try new vegetables.
