Hudson Yards Development Will Be the Worst Thing to Happen to NYC Dining in a Decade | Eater NY

"A Think Coffee opened across the street from 10 Hudson as another streetside, corporate-style counter-service option; while it provides ground-level activity, I find these fast-casual spots rarely generate the bustling communal energy of independent neighborhood cafes." - Ryan Sutton

Catherine Lacey’s Grub Street Diet

"A neighborhood coffee shop where the author worked briefly and had a drip coffee accompanied by a mediocre gluten-free pumpkin muffin, underscoring mixed experiences with off-the-shelf gluten-free baked goods." - Paula Aceves, Adam Mazur

Jeffery Self’s Grub Street Diet

"One of several neighborhood coffee spots the author checked that, on that visit, had no available seats and thus wasn’t useful as a workspace." - Zach Schiffman, Margalit Cutler

Lady Bunny’s Grub Street Diet

"A nearby coffee chain the reviewer frequents for simple, dependable coffee and baked goods (apple bran muffin), praising friendly staff and a cozy neighborhood feel despite sustainability messaging she finds secondary to just wanting a good cup." - Chris Crowley, Eliana Rodgers

Wow!! How amazing is this place?! Hidden Gem! Take advantage of this amazing place until it shows up on Texas Eats or Good Taste with Tangi Patton and everybody wants to come here! Pop Tarts are Bomb!

Was happy to find a new coffee shop near my area. It was mentioned all syrups and pastries are made in house! My kolache was delicious. Friendly, inviting service. A cozy, well balanced cappuccino. I’m often scared of trying new places because I’ve had cappuccinos that taste like Lysol. This was NOT THEM. 🥳🥳🥳

Love this local coffee spot! Everything is made to order and sourced locally. Great place to drive thru and get some fresh coffee! I usually stop here on my way to get a haircut at the barber shop around the corner city limits!

I just loved this place from the first time I came through! Such a great environment! Maria is so kind and really makes a connection with her customers! I really love that their syrups are all made from scratch! it really makes the biggest difference! The food was so so yummy! It was all from scratch too!!

I love this place and visit often, all of the coffee options are delicious and you can customize with different milks, sweetness level, they’re very accommodating! The owner and staff are so welcoming and give it that small town coffee shop vibe that I love! Also, try the ham and cheese roll and thank me later!

I stopped by this coffee shop on the way out of town. Let me tell you… it was AMAZING. The browned butter pumpkin latte (half sweet) was perfect. But the show stealer was the sausage jalapeño kolache (more like a croissant). It was the best I’ve ever had. I really wish I lived closer because I’d be a weekly visitor. Lastly, the lady taking my order was extremely sweet and helped me decide on what to get since I’d never been.

AMAZING!!! Typing this as I’m leaving the drive through. Got an iced americano with a splash of oat milk + cinnamon powder and it is PERFECT. Not too bitter, it is perfectly balanced and smooth and yummy. Not only is the coffee delicious, but the barista was SOOO nice and helpful! Definitely had a great experience here. Cute hidden gem!
