Think Coffee

I went there during my stay in New York last year and I loved it! The place is very nice and cozy. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the matcha and croissant were great. Would love to come back here in the future

Light is an absolute joy. It’s so clean, smells amazing and staff is great. The crembru latte and chai latte taste amazing as well as the sweets. Definitely stop in!

Think Coffee in Tribeca is a great place to unwind or get some work done. The space is bright and open, with huge windows that make it feel welcoming even on a busy day. The coffee is consistently good, and there’s a nice selection of snacks if you get hungry. Service is friendly, and while it can slow down when it’s packed, the relaxed atmosphere makes it easy to settle in and stay awhile.

Nice quiet little coffee shop that serves excellent tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The Flat White was exceptionally good The service overall was very good with the only issue being having to ask for a code to use the restroom. I never like doing this and find it unnecessary, unless you’re in a real poor area, which is not how it felt?

Miranda and Kal are wonderful! The coffee was amazing. Pastries chefs kiss. If you are in the area would highly recommend

The coffee is super good! Miranda and Kal were so sweet and explained the best pastries and drinks when asked :D They also roast the beans in Brooklyn, really yummy if you are in the area!

Nice coffee! I tried the Spanish Latte is really unique and taste smooth. However due to too many great coffee shops in NYC this coffee place does not have a reason that make it a must go spot.

Best service in town, hands down. Feels like I have friends when I go there. I ALWAYS end up talking & almost always end up laughing with one of the baristas. That's why I'm writing this review. The place cheers me up. I get a buzz from the coffee but that's not it. I won't name names but honestly all the baristas are incredibly nice, friendly, funny and super helpful & if there is such a thing as believing in exceptional coffee service, they seem to. And apparently now I literally recommend where to go to find it. They seem to really like each other too which is noticeable because it's kind of rare. Always a sweet design to top off my latte. The place also has great natural light and it's a good place to go if you just need a minute to sit, breathe and..well, THINK. Seriously. I never feel like I'm being pressured to rush out the door. This city kills me with its rushing. I love THINK coffee in Tribeca. Go. Now. Or go later or tomorrow or next week.

The interior design is elegant. Coffee wise is very good. I ordered a small latte which taste a bit deep on the bitter taste. The whole combination is awesome. The staffs are very friendly, very good service. However, maybe it is towards the closing and was a busy saturday, place need to clean up a bit...

I'm not sure how to rate this place. It's perhaps 3 something stars. There are a few things I did enjoyed about the coffee shop. First, I loved the space. A lot of coffee places in NYC are small, but not this one and it has plenty of seating. Second, I liked their warm and cozy ambiance. It seems like a great place to study, work or just chill. Lastly, I like that some of their proceeds goes back into the farming community. Unfortunately, I did not like their coffee. Maybe it's what I ordered. Anyways, I would probably drop by again and give it another shot.

I stopped by here quickly one morning (around 8:15 am) before meeting up with some family in the area. I grabbed a cold brew and yogurt parfait and sat for a little while to kill time. The parfait wasn't the best but the cold brew was delicious. Price seemed reasonable as well. It was overall really quiet and served as a great place to dog watch as other patrons came to grab their morning brew. I appreciated how roomy it was and how calm the entire place felt. The flow of the space was a little weird though - the milk and lids are near the door so it felt like it wasn't encouraged to sit and enjoy the space and staff was a little tongue-in-cheek when I asked for milk.

The place was chill, not loud, and not crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Staff was friendly. High ceilings and some creative furniture. Coffee was perfectly fine -- not sure what other reviewers are complaining about. Will definitely be back to study here.

Inside is nice and spacious and coffee comes out quickly. Free WiFi is available with plenty of tables and seating. There's a unisex bathroom that is very clean as well. Easy to spot location at the corner. As for the taste, it was acceptable. It doesn't taste like a full bodied coffee, but instead a rather light roast. If this is your preference, this will match you well. Otherwise, consider a different coffee shop. Hint of roasted berries with a smooth finish on taste. No bitter or sourness. Cost was reasonable as well. Would I come back? If I was in the area, yes. Plenty of cups and souvenirs for those who love the coffee. Friendly, quick, efficient service. A short wait to order.

Nice. Not cheap though. But a good ambiance and cause. First time visit just outside of Chinatown on Chinese New Year

Greatest place on EARTH! Ambiance: downright amazing! Tastefully decorated with ample seating options and outlets for charging cables. It's bright, open, and there's lots of natural light pouring in. Service: above & beyond workers want to help you here. They're very friendly and certainly helpful. Food: forget it! Amazing vegan options for pastries! They have SO many amazing options. The chocolate chip scone is just game over. So is the pumpkin bread. Coffee is out of this world too! Have nothing but positive things to say! Great location too!

Not a fan of the coffee at all. Doesn't taste good and the cup doesn't hold in heat well. I had to cover the cup with a few napkins to avoid burning my fingers. Definitely not coming back here.

I had an amazing espresso, macchiato here. The other person in my party had a delicious latte and chocolate chip cookie. The last person had a hot chocolate with a chocolate chip cookie. Everything was amazing. My espresso macchiato was right on point. Absolutely delicious. This is one of my new favorite coffee houses near Chinatown. The people that work here are friendly and kind. The employees were very social & talkative. Just really nice people. They had a bathroom that we could use which seems to be a big problem in this particular area to find. Of course you have to be a customer but I love coffee, so why wouldn't I want to be. If you're near Chinatown, where the courthouse is I definitely recommend a stop at the coffeehouse so great. With lots of little nooks for some privacy. Don't forget to tip these amazing people working so hard to make such a delicious espresso. No I don't know any of them I'm actually from a different state completely just visiting for a few days. But I love me some coffee. LOL

Read some of the older 1-star reviews and assuming those were true, I can say this Think Coffee got their act together! I've been coming here every single day the past week around lunch time. I've been at other Think Coffee locations and somehow never noticed their Spanish latte option until now! I used to drink Spanish lattes all the time in college and was excited to see it in a New York Cafe - I don't think it's a common item at many third wave Coffee shops. They also have a pretty wide variety of pastries and baked goods available, including croissants (plain, chocolate, almond, ham & Swiss, etc.), scones, muffins...I've had the ham and Swiss croissant and it was standard and pretty good. I also got a pumpkin spice scone which was not my favorite as it was kind of more dense and drier than a scone should be. They also have bagel selections available where you can add various toppings. I consistently got salmon and cream cheese (and it was decently priced!) However, it doesn't seem like that option is available every day. The staff I've interacted with all week have been so great! They're friendly and kind, look like they enjoy their work, and recognize regulars that come in. Lastly, the space is huge! Long wooden table near the counter, and a bunch of smaller circle tables around the side and in the back. Perfect space to spend my lunch hour and a great space to meet a friend, do work, or kill time.

Love interior, really good coffee and bran muffin (baked locally too!). I ordered a cortado and it came out so quickly. Aromatic espresso with really good microfoam. Friendly workers. Sat for a few minutes to enjoy the atmosphere. My apple bran muffin was moist, not too sweet.

A perfectly solid place to get a cup of coffee, and one of the best if you're at the courthouses. It's a nicely decorated space with a nice variety of pastries and coffee offerings. The commitment to social impact is a nice touch.

I'm disappointed Think Coffee in Tribeca stopped selling over night oats with apples and cinnamon - conforming to the changed menu of other locations and raised prices. I ask Think coffee to bring back the over night oats they had before

Fantastic coffee, super spacious, and extra friendly baristas. Being the coffee addict that I am, I had to get my morning fix and I wanted to make sure it's a local place I've never been before. I was visiting NYC and staying a block away from Think Coffee Bowery. First it was just a morning Cold Brew fix, but then the friendly barista started telling me about all of the amazing things they're doing. That's when I got all crazy with my phone and started taking pics of everything. They have a personal relationship with all the coffee farmers, mostly from South America. They also sponsor a handful of social projects, from clean water access, to adult literacy. I was curious and checked out their website after I left. Just this alone has won me over......

Their coffee drinks are great and so is the atmosphere. It's a calm and peaceful atmosphere and aesthetic inside. They also have great music playing! Pictured is the caramel latte.

Im glad they have indoor seating. I know it is spring but in early morning it is a bit nippy and I have to wait for my friend to finish her appointment so I need the place to stay. Staff is very polite and my coffee comes very quickly.

This Think Coffee was a blessed savior on a frigid afternoon spent wandering around Tribeca looking for a unicorn coffee shop that had all of the following: available seating, WiFi, and outlets. Even on a bustling Friday afternoon, I was able to snag a seat - there's also a little room tucked behind the order counter with more chairs and tables. The front door opens out into this bright, beautiful space with high ceilings and an extremely inviting couch that was sadly occupied. Definitely one of the prettier cafes I've seen. The granola and yogurt was absolutely delicious - I did that annoying thing of scraping my spoon repeatedly along the sides to make sure I got every last remaining drop of yogurt. The chocolate croissant tasted a bit stale, as was the banana walnut muffin. Not that that really prevented me from finishing both. I don't really have an opinion as to the quality of Think Coffee's beans but ... the Earl Grey tea satchel they used was pretty good? The WiFi was a bit slow for working remotely but it was good enough to send emails. The one downside was the slightly oblivious and detached service. I was looking all over for the pitcher of complimentary water, hoping maybe one of the pair of baristas who were chatting and making drinks would notice. No dice. Not even after making eye contact repeatedly. Maybe they thought I had Resting Confused Face (which I actually do) but man - it would have been nice to be noticed.

I absolutely love their iced vanilla oat milk lattes. Very delicious, creamy, and smooth. They also have yummy pastries. I like their chai muffin. The place is also very spacious and great for doing work/studying.

I recently decided to give Think Coffee a visit after passing by for a while! To start off, I was immediately disappointed just as I entered the store. The air conditioning was freezing, and seating was awkward and inconsistent--some people sat at tiny tables, some at a wooden table that featured a giant crack along the middle, causing me to drop my phone into it multiple times, and some at a sofa with a table much too far from the seat. The air conditioning was so cold that I found it hard to do any work, despite wearing a long sleeve. But the worst part of my experience here was the unbelievable lack of hygiene--upon walking up to the display of croissants and pastries, I immediately counted five flies!! The first one caught my attention for evidently flying around inside the display case, and I noticed the others lying on the croissants! It was unbelievably disgusting, especially for a store that has an "A" rating in hygiene. I was still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, and tried their parfait. It was undeniably one of the worst parfait I've ever had. The texture was incredibly watery and tasted like yogurt gone bad, which wouldn't surprise me given the fly situation. The parfait was mostly fruit that was way too sweet, and some of the fruit was squishy. Overall, I think I will be better off staying with my normal cafes, where parfait actually tastes like parfait and there are no flies crawling on my croissants.

I went to this location on Leonard and Broadway at 4pm on Memorial Day and was refused a matcha latte because " they stop making espresso drinks an hour before close. " First of all this isn't true, I always stop in "close to closing" because I work just down the street and you're one of the few places open later... Secondly, a matcha latte isn't an espresso drink - Maggie the cashier was incredibly rude and mater of fact in her explanation even though a matcha simply requires steamed milk (or cold, but she insisted that my only beverage options were hot or iced coffee). Im sure the steam wand or mixing cup can be cleaned with in the entire hour (before closing). A whole hour of not servicing any other beverages??? I just simply can't believe that this is protocol -it was very clear that the staff was in a hurry because of the holiday (even though they still had an entire hour before closing) ; But perhaps a staff that actually wants to work, ya know AT WORK would be very beneficial for the business and the guests. Im disgusted with Maggie's poor attitude and lack of service. I hope this situation does get visited with better policies and staff for the next holiday.

Review of doing work at this coffee shop on a Thursday afternoon for 4 hours. Enjoy :) Loudness: 7/10. There were not that many people having extremely loud conversations while I was there. Outlets: 5/10 I only noticed one person plugged into an outlet but I would say there had to be less than five in this place. I would make sure I did not need outlets before I came here Bathroom: 8/10. Only a single bathroom that I used a couple of times that was fairly clean. Never had to wait to use the bathroom. Table height: 7/10. I sat one of the wooden tables that had a height for someone who is just beneath 5'9'' and I did not have a neck cramp afterward. I also sat at one of the wall booth side chairs on the right with an accompanying single table, those tables while being small seemed to be a good height Chair comfiness: 5/10, wood is not comfortable to sit on for prolonged periods. I remember my butt hurting which is why I had to change where I was sitting. I will say the booth chair things were fairly comfortable. Lighting: 7/10. It was summertime when I went and I did not stay past 7 pm so it is hard for me to judge this. I do not remember having to turn up the brightness on my computer. Paying: ..../10 I cannot remember they took cash or not. You can for sure pay with card and I used apple pay! Coffee: 7/10. I got the normal drip coffee and it was not super overwhelming for my stomach but also gave me the kick I needed Hours: 7/10. 7 am to 8 pm on most days. I guess normal WiFi: 3/10. I should have asked but I could not connect to the wifi although I tried on both my iPhone and Mac computer. Maybe it was my computer but next, I would probably ask. In theory, I just did all of my stuff using my hotspot from my phone but just not ideal Food: 7/10. I saw some people come in and just get food and leave. For a coffee shop, that is just a great quality. Most people come in thinking coffee than food but these people just wanted food, the food cannot be that bad. Overall: 63/100 =0.63*5(only having 5 stars)=3.15 star rating so a 3.

By far the best latte I had while in New York. I tried a couple at other places and this one beats them all. Friendly staff, cool vibes. I'd go back for sure!

Disappointed in the customer service here. I work from coffee shops often and stumbled across this one. The girl at the counter was very passive aggressive and would cut me off as I talked. She would get annoyed of my questions and I waited a really long time for my coffee. Then I noticed she was sitting down on her phone so I asked where my coffee was and before I could finish my question she talked over me again and said it's been on the counter. I said "you guys didn't call it out so I didn't know" and she talked over me again and said that they called it out three times. Mind you, there was only about four other people in the coffee shop and it was very quiet. I would've heard if they called my coffee because I was sitting there waiting for it. It was cold by the time I got it and the attitude I received when I requested a new coffee was unbelievable. He said it wasn't their responsibility that I should've came and got the coffee when they called for it. Then I said again I did not hear them call for it once. I have to stress that the coffee shop was very quiet I would've heard if they called for me I was just sitting there waiting for it. I wasn't trying to be an inconvenience I just wanted a warm coffee which is what I ordered but instead it sat there for about 10 minutes and she did nothing about it.

Great brews, interior is comfortable and clean and spacious. Outlets and WiFi everywhere.. The staff is courteous and professional I'll be back

-iced latte: so much ice, not so much latte. Ask for LITE ICE if you want more drink & less iceberg. The espresso is pretty strong too so choose your poison. But the taste was smooth. -seating: there's a lot! Tables. Couches. Chairs. Outlets. Good place for studying & a lot of people work here. The vibe is cozy & productive. -croissant: dry. Flaked all over. Which is normal croissant behavior but don't be me- ask for it warmed up. It will be 2 times better. Not a lot of chocolate inside. Shouldn't be $4.75. But ya know. I was hungry. Taste was solid. It's hard to mess up a chocolate croissant though.

Didn't expect it but, Think Coffee was certainly exceptional. The vibe is chill, friendly and authentic. These guys have a miraculous menu also. The staff are pleasant and so helpful. Way to go Think Coffee.

This coffee shop closes at 8pm but they should technically put the hours until 7pm. At 7 they shut the music off, close the refrigerator, consistently dim the lights until it's time to close; they close and clean the espresso machine so anyone who orders past 7-7:10 cannot get any espresso drinks or decaf. I've once walked in at 7:45-50 and the two females who were working had their belongings on with barely any light, staring (like daggers) at the last customer in the store on his laptop. I have been a barista and worked at coffee shops before and we never closed everything off an hour early. The staff looks ready to go before it even hits 7:30pm and they have attitudes when customers order a coffee past that time. Whomever is the manager, I hope you read this. I have seen plenty of upset/disappointed customers walk in and walk out before closing hours because the baristas couldn't make them a cup of coffee.

Cute little spot. After passing by multiple times, I was on a mission to finally get a drink here! Came in on a Tuesday afternoon around 2pm - it wasn't too busy. No line at all which was great, and there was a few open tables. Service was nice and fast. I ordered an iced chai which was good, not the best I've had though - a little too milky. I sat next to the window to get some work done. Now beware, this cafe was pretty loud. Many people were chatting away. It didn't bother me, but might not be the best place to study. The WiFi was fast and sufficient, they also had a few outlets around which was helpful.

Stopped in for a quick pick me up around 3pm on a weekday while visiting NYC. I was attracted to how inviting the space looked from the outside, and that large, leathery couch was literally calling my name. I needed somewhere to sit and re-energize before I got back out into the streets, and Think did the job. Ordered an iced oat milk latte ($5.50). Strong, well brewed, velvety and thick. There were quite a few tables, most taken by people in laptops working. Seemed like a great place to either meet friends, or order caffeinated drinks. Overall, really loved my coffee and the vibe.

Popped in here for a coffee and place to charge my phone. Atmosphere was pretty nice and great variety of seating. Not very many outlets even though it is advertised and spoken about as a great work/study spot. I had a hot coffee with oat milk for $2.75. Wasn't spectacular but wasn't bad by any means. I can fully agree with some other reviews that this location has rude staffing. The woman who took my order wasn't rude but wasn't welcoming at all. When I asked another for the WiFi she rolled her eyes and pointed to a small board with it written without saying anything. This doesn't break the location for me as you don't interact with the staff once you have your drink/food, but puts a damper on the atmosphere for sure.

I had a good experience at Think. The food was decent and the staff was nice. The chai latte was good. The place was clean and the staff was friendly.

Stopped using Starbucks a long time ago. This space is lovely. Mostly, I get my workday coffee and snack from a roach coach along Broadway. Finally got a chance to visit this location. Ordered banana bread and a small Americano. While paying, a server stood in front of me holding the bag of banana bread. I had my wallet in one hand and my card in the other, he stood there waiting for me to put down my stuff and take the bag. Either the service is lousy or there isn't enough counter space: both of those things can be fixed. Upon getting to the office, I discovered that the banana bread (though freshly sliced) was old, dry and flavorless. The Americano was moderately passable (too thick), and I didn't finish it. $7.88 + $1.00 tip wasted. Went out to eh local roach coach and got a delicious cup of coffee and a glazed cruller for three bucks (including tip).

This place is near my job so I come here at least once a week. Ambiance : Spacious and vibrant with enough sitting room....they play music all the time which I like. Coffee: I usually get almond milk latte which I love. I have had their version of Cafe con leche and it is a cafe con no- because it tastes so weird. I emailed them about serving matcha and they said they are exploring matcha options, so I am super excited for this! Food: I have had their bagels usually with tofu cream cheese and it is quite good. I recently decided to add tomatoes and it was $1.25 for two slices! When I emailed them about the prices their replied was "All I can say about the pricing is that we have to factor a lot of things into our pricing, including labor, necessary waste, etc. " I understand they have various good causes, but $1.25?? No more tomatoes for me. I have also had this avocado/cream cheese sandwich and it is super yummy as well. I like that they give 10% of their post tax earning to Grand Street Settlement which provides awesome services to the LES/Chinatown community. Staff: Some of the staff are extremely friendly and some just seem like they have this "I am too cool to care hipster attitude".

My group had really good coffee here. I ordered the mocha latte and it was wonderfully warm and tasty. We also got a peach muffin which we really enjoyed. My family ordered various drinks and were all pleased. The decor is cute and they don't rush you to leave, though it can get crowded.

My favorite coffee spot for getting work done. Lots of outlets, fast wifi, yummy pastries and coffee, restroom that never has a line. They play good music too :)

Great spot. No complaints. Good place to get away from the busyness here in the city. Aesthetically nice and the coffee tastes good.

Good enough. I come in here most weekends when it opens 7-8. The seating begins to fill in early but seems to stay relatively available. There are a few people parked in corners with laptops almost always. Parents tend to come in and let their kids run amuck about every hour. Music can be a little loud, sometimes interfering with making an order. The really do need some sound panels to dull the echo. I bring a 16oz travel mug most mornings and an iced latte with oat milk is $5.50. It's mostly espresso flavored ice with a little oat milk.

I've never in my life left a Yelp review but I hate this place so much I am leaving one. So overpriced but that's not even the problem-- everything from here is awful. The chai tea latte is the worst thing I've ever had. I didn't even care though because it wasn't until today that I had the egg and cheese. I spent however much money for two pieces of toasted bread and a few shreds of cheese barely melted on them. Not even an egg. The sandwich fell apart and was literally inedible. Absolute trash coffee place. Workers seem nice absolutely nothing to say there. Just horrible food and drinks

I don't understand how this store could own 3 spreads. First of all, the counter girl was super rude, didn't look happy when I asked for less ice, and didn't reply when I said thank you. Second, the coffee was bad. I only finished 1/3 and dumped it, the coffee was not smooth and has a wired old taste.

I go here almost every morning on my way to work. I love it because it is not as crowded as Starbucks and I almost always get a seat to charge my phone which is a mega plus! I wish that Think Coffee had a location closer to my apartment. I always get the same thing the Nitro which is as someone who worked their told me, is cold brew but more concentrated. Whatever it is, I love it!!! Favourite coffee shop near work.

Hipster coffee joint in Tribeca. Not particularly clean and seemingly over-run by neighborhood toddlers and too-busy-to-care parents and staff. Not planning on stopping here again.

If only you guys werent so dirty all the time. the tables, the chairs, spilled coffee, milk, dirt everywhere. But you have the best in town jasmine green tea and a wonderful bonus system so I keep coming back
