I was originally drawn to Third Space for their summer coffee flights and was pleasantly surprised by the coffee shop upon immediate entry. It is an open floor plan with the baristas in the middle and tons of open seating on all sides. I ordered the summer flights, and as a new coffee drinker, I was overall impressed. If you do order a flight and you like a bit more of a prevalent coffee flavor, this may not be the flight for you. I LOVED the prevalence of the fruits in all drinks and personally loved the spumoni latte the most, but all 4 drinks were in general quite sweet. I would rate the summer flight a SOLID 4/5. In addition to my flights, I had the LynLake Classic but I subbed in bacon for the ham. This sandwhich was incredibly heavy but full of flavor. It was a bit more expensive then I would typically pay for a sandwhich, but the salad was fresh and the sandwhich was a large portion. I also tried their winter
flight in December and, again, was overall impressed. These flights I found to be even more sweet than the summer flights; specifically the matcha. Personally, I didn't love the cinnamon flavors that were heavily prevalent in 2 of the drinks. All in all, I would give the winter flights a solid 3.5/5. While I generally loved the flights and the food, I did have 2 qualms with the cafe. The first is that the menu is a bit expensive. For a flight and a sandwich, it was around $32 before tip. While I think the flight experience is worth it, know the prices can be a little spendy. My other note is that the service can be a little slow. Because the flights are so intricate, the wait time can be up to 30 minutes. The staff is always SO sweet, but know that because the flights are so detailed, the wait time will be a little on the longer side. Overall, I do recommend this cafe and I think the flights are a fun experience every sweet tooth coffee drinker should try,
