Set inside historic Arnold Hall, this lively, chef-driven spot blends Midwestern roots with big-city polish—think wood-fired steaks, fried chicken, and a strong brunch game. It’s a frequent downtown recommendation and a KC Restaurant Week participant, praised by local food writers for consistency and energy.

I ordered the fries and Korean Steak Tacos from the Happy Hour. The fries were crispy, had good flavor, and garlic aioli sauce paired perfectly with them. This was definitely the star of the show for me. The Korean Steak Taco was good. The steak was slightly juicy and it had good flavor. I also ordered a drink from the happy hour menu and it was also good. Overall, I would say this was a good experience and the service was good as well. I definitely plan on coming back here whenever I’m in the area.

The food was delicious. It’s pretty noisy and if you go it’s best to make reservations. Service could have been better. Once our food came out we never saw our server again. No refills on the drinks and no extra napkins for our granddaughter. Again the food is amazing, I just prefer more attentive service.

Was I ever HUNGRY when I stepped into Third Street Social. But little did I know, I was about to experience a taste sensation that would… From the moment I laid eyes on the menu, I was intrigued by the Korean Steak Tacos. Bulgogi-marinated steak, jasmine rice, and a medley of fresh veggies - how could I resist? As the server placed that first taco in front of me, the aroma alone had my mouth watering. 🤤 But would the flavors live up to the enticing description? I took a tentative first bite, fully expecting an average taco experience. Boy, was I in for a surprise.😳 The moment that perfect blend of savory, sweet, and spicy hit my taste buds, I was transported to south Korea of culinary delight. I quickly devoured the rest, already craving the rest of Third Street Social's inspired menu.😋 If you're a foodie looking to expand your palate and discover new flavor sensations, Third Street Social is a wonderful option. My only regret is the noise level—too loud—not great for elderly parents with hearing impaired.🧏

The atmosphere is good… modern/suburban feel. Almost all of the workers are mid 20’s or younger… they all have ‘that’ personality. It’s not kid friendly, especially if you want to enjoy happy hour that starts at 3 in the afternoon. The only seating option for happy hour is the bar seating and you aren’t allowed to use a high chair over there. Summit grill is way more kid friendly. The ew oatmeal cream pie dessert was hard and not very soft like the actual oatmeal cream pies. We were told it was because they are a week old now and the pastry chef is making fresh ones today and to try having them on a Tuesday. Not very helpful when today is Monday and we’ve already ordered and paid for week old dessert 😑 the server was wicked nice and loved his vibe! You can also never go wrong with the social burger. Shrimp and grits is also a huge favorite!

Seven of us visited Third Street Social for a business dinner on April 3, 25. All of us from out of town enjoyed the best friendly, quality service. The tasty appetizers and entrees were delicious and served hot. The drinks were perfectly made. The restaurant is in a safe and well-lit area. The clean and contemporary atmosphere complimented our visit. We are already planning our return visit.

Excellent food and service, great place in downtown Lee’s Summit. Chicken pot pie is amazing as is the Heirloom tomato pie. So delicious!

Google
We got the biscuits, salmon, Korean tacos, raspberry cheesecake dessert, and to drink a bourbon bramble. Everything we ate/ drank was decadent and the service was great and friendly! Parking was great as well. GET THE BISCUITS!!! Update: I have since had the Hawaiian ribeye and my life is changed. I kept waiting for the flavor to be less or for it to be cold and then less flavorful and therefore GET to where I was less excited for each bite… that never happened… it was the best steak I’ve had ever. If you’re not making steak like that you’re wrong.

Friends said Third Street Social in Lee’s Summit was a good place to eat, our experience was not so good. Had reservations for 5:30 on a Friday and we were seated quickly. Immediately noticed that the light at our table was so dim you could barely read the menu. Waited nearly 15 minutes to get a drink order and it was hard to hear the waitress because it was so VERY loud inside the restaurant. It was difficult for the three at our table to have a conversation. I ordered the fried half chicken ($25) with one side (grilled broccoli) and my wife got the stuffed salmon ($36). My broccoli was burnt so bad it tasted like ashes, ironically it was cold. The fried chicken had a good flavor but was very overcooked, dry and though to chew. My wife said the stuffed salmon was “so so”. Wasn’t bad but not the best. We ordered some braised pork belly burnt ends as an appetizer ($16), that was very good but a very small portion. Five very small bites. The prices are very high for what you are served and for what you pay the preparation and taste was not that good. Pretty disappointing for the amount of money we spent.

Yelp
Woah, woah, woah. WHERE is the TEN STAR RATING OPTION when ya need it?!? Celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and my husband's 64th birthday on 4/12/25 at this tremendous restaurant exceeded our expectations. We moved to the KCMO area in August '24 and have been impressed with all of the restaurants in the area. But THIS PLACE?!? Takes the prize. Although there are road construction projects in the vicinity, it did not deter us from our very first (DEFINITELY NOT OUR LAST!) to this fine establishment. It's beautifully laid out, and we were fortunate to be seated near the back where they have these cool high backed booths. The entrance and front portion of the restaurant was pretty loud. Some adjustments to their acoustics could make a difference. We hit the "FINEST SERVER IN THE PLACE" that day. Blake was efficient, exceedingly friendly and helpful - - describing our menu choices, for those of us with questions. The three adults enjoyed delicious adult beverages. The Truman Old Fashioned (my husband) Football Mom for our daughter-in-law and the (YUMMY) Third Street Punch. Foodwise - Biscuits and Gravy for the 17 yr old grandson, cheeseburger for the 13 yr old grandson, fried chicken with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes (she raved about her meal), Animal Style Burger for the hubs, IMPOSSIBLE© Burger for moi. Tasty fries with the burgers, American fries for the big grandson. What's a celebration without dessert? Oatmeal cookie pie for the DIL and Key Lime Pie to share between the lovebirds. No one - - NO ONE - - was disappointed. And we are ALL looking forward to our next opportunity to return.

Yelp
Had a very negative experience years ago with raw wings the first time I went. Decided to try it again for the tacos and tequila Tuesday special. The special is definitely worth coming back for. I had the Korean steak tacos which were good, but I was wishing there was less slaw. It didn't seem to add anything but sogginess to the taco. Service was slow on our drinks but everything else was quite fast. We were a little confused by the "bar/lounge only" special, because lounge does not mean restaurant side. I'm thankful to have checked with our waiter to be reseated so the special would apply. It looks just like the sister concept, summit grill before they figured out how to turn on the light switch. I get low-light ambiance for restaurants, but bar side I would like to read the menu from other than 5 inches away. I didn't fully check out the lounge area, but the whole bar area was packed. All the nearby tables stayed longer than us, our table was flipped before the people who were there before we sat down.

Yelp
If you need a place to eat in downtown Lee's Summit this is a great place. Beautiful ambiance, great service, wide range of options. The shrimp tacos were outstanding. The max and cheese was OK, mixed drinks were solid, pork belly burnt ends were nice.

Yelp
Did a Saturday Happy Hour (yes, they have a weekend one) with some friends and saw the food going to tables and it looked so good! Decided to come for dinner the following week, as it had been a while since we had dined here. Everything was delicious, great menu selections and cooked perfectly. Great service with Tate and the crew! They all make you feel like family! There are several locations around the metro and so check one out soon. There's something for everyone and I like the upscale southern home style cuisine.

Yelp
Third Street social is a locally owned business and I give it a bonus bump for that reason alone. I really enjoy supporting and engaging with locally run businesses. I also find locally run restaurants provide a unique atmosphere and menu that it's a change from the national run restaurants. that is certainly the case with third Street social. The older historic building that the restaurants located in creates a great atmosphere and ambience from the moment you walk in it's a fun and lively vibe. You are always greeted with a smile and a person that makes you feel welcome. Whether you sit in the restaurant or sit in a bar your guaranteed fantastic service meeting here and eating as a couple and the bar is great but so is bringing a business client to the other for lunch or dinner. Props go to the ownership for pulling off such a great mix.

Yelp
Incredible food! Can be a bit of a wait, but absolutely delicious. Took my wife and a European friend from work and we were all blown away.

Yelp
Neil was our amazing server. He was great! Very attentive and kind. I had a couple of draft beers and my wife had a cider and couple of cocktails. The special on Sunday is fried chicken. I had that. It was amazing!! I got it Nashville hot. Absolutely delicious!! My wife had the chicken salad with the hot sauce on the side. We adore this place. It's our new hang.

Yelp
Another visit to Third Street for lunch and not disappointed again! Absolutely love this place-atmosphere and nice dining areas, great unique menu selections, and always great service. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. Others ordered the salmon salad and burgers. The fries are very tasty and seasoned well, and the fried chicken sandwich has this great spicy slaw on top which puts a little pizzaz to the next bite. Our server took good care of our table and had some great menu suggestions. If you haven't visited for a while, it's time to go back!

Yelp
I've heard great things about this spot and it did not disappoint! I came here for a birthday dinner and wanted something kind of light and these tacos were perfect! They were perfectly sweet with a nice cut from the slaw. Omg, I wish I could take the marinade for steak with me. Our waiter was super friendly and the vibe was great.

Yelp
First time here and it was great! For a weekday lunch, it was busy! Our waitress was very attentive and our food came out quickly. Deviled eggs as an app were awesome. I had the turkey club with fries and it was delicious! It was served with fries that were hot and crispy! Definitely will be back.

Yelp
Just because I'm a single patron doesn't mean I like being banished to the bar. of us have a partner and I'm 70 years old. Show some respect.

Yelp
Good place to stop in for drinks and quick bit to eat. We just sat at the bar. They do have a couple of big screen for sport viewing. Plenty table to gather with friend. We had good service at the bar.

Yelp
Food- not so great, not impressive at all. ambiance-great Service-attentive Found the food bland without seasoning and greasy. Gravy tasted it was made with old aged fried chicken grease. Possibly good place for drinks and appetizers.

Yelp
Third Street Social Lives Up To Its Reputation! The Service Was Quick And The Servers Were So Kind And Knowledgable About The Menu And Gave Excellent Recommendations! The Vibe Is Definitely Upscale Casual And Would Be Great For A Little More Upgraded Date Night. I Ordered The Fried Chicken, Mac and Cheese And Collard Greens And OMG Flavor Bomb! 10/10 To All The Dishes, They Were Hot, Well Seasoned And Had Great Portions! And The Espresso Martini?? YES Please One Of The Best In The City! I Will Absolutely Be Returning To Third Street Soon!

Yelp
The food is always perfect here. The service is always 5 Stars and the ambiance is always on point. If you haven't been to the original Third Street location put it on your list.

Yelp
Had dinner last Sunday at the Northland location of this new restaurant, and everything was terrific! We were seated right away for our 5:45 pm reservation of six: myself, my wife, my daughter & son in law and their two kids. Great vibe in this place, open airy, lots of windows, view to the kitchen. Waitress started us off with some cocktails, a Manhattan like cocktail for my daughter & I a Margarita for my wife, a craft beer for my son in law and 2 Shirley Temples for our grandkids. Great start, very tasty drinks! For starters we sampled a number of their appetizers: Crispy Brussels Sprouts & Cauliflower ( delicious, 6-year old granddaughter LOVED the Brussels sprouts), Pimento Cheese and some Biscuits of some kind which were very good. On to our mains: I had a Romaine Lettuce Wedge to start ( good & crunchy) and a grilled salmon stuffed with crab & shrimp, perfectly cooked salmon served on a small bed of mashed potatoes with asparagus, my wife chose an appetizer of Creole Shrimp as her main, said it was delicious ( and we took some home it was so plentiful), my daughter had the Korean Steak & Noodle Salad for her main, which looked terrific and huge for a salad, son in law had the Chicken & Spinach Lasagne ( also delicious) and the grandkids split an order of Chicken & Waffles. Every dish was well prepared, beautiful visually and a delight to eat! We were well satisfied. Not done yet, we opted for a couple of deserts, the Key Lime Pie for me (a favorite) and some cookies & ice cream for the kids. All good! Love this new addition to the KC dining scene and recommend you give it a try!

Yelp
My son and I came here on a rainy Saturday after going to the movies. We sat a reservation. When we got there, we were seated very quickly. Unfortunately, we were sat right in front of a door, so every tome it opened, a brush of cold rainy air hit us. We ordered our drinks and it took 3 times for me to ask for my son's lemonade before he got it. He got his food before he got his drink. I ordered the Chicken and Waffle and he hadnthe Nashvill Hot Chicken with an order of Fries. His chicken he said had no flavor but hot. He enjoyed his fries. My chicken. Was dry and the Waffle wasn't good. My home fries were so hard, I couldn't even put my fork in them. Severely overcooked but so was the chicken. Our waitstaff wasn't super attentive to us but was for other tables. We saw her when we were sat, after our food came and I had to ask again for my son's drink and then when she brought over the check. Other staff members helped us. I definitely won't be going back. Maybe it was an off day but reading some of the reviews, I don't think it was.

Yelp
Very good one of the best Shrimp & Grits in the area. Liked the service and the atmosphere. Very nice to have such a place in Lees Summit

Yelp
went out for my girls early birthday lunch! super cute modern vibe inside, great food on the happy hour menu. i got some shrimp tacos and mac and cheese, really good gouda mac and cheese. our server was great and had good things to say about the restaurant as a whole. the dessert menu was pretty fun it was a showcase of the sweet treats which i though was really cute and cool! must try the smores dessert!!

Yelp
If you have dietary restrictions, this place is very accommodating. The impossible burger is vegan if you sub the bun for lettuce, remove the cheese, and sauce. Cocktails are super great as well!

Yelp
I use to really like this place/location. Went for lunch and the food was just sub par. The food didn't taste fresh, it tasted like they reheated it. I was really disappointed with the apple pie...it was not warmed and tasted gummy. The service was cool and the restaurant is always clean (hence the 3 stars), but I won't return.

Yelp
My family of 3 came in for lunch, on the description on Yelp: "for people who enjoy Roadside Bar and Grill". We frequently enjoy Roadside, so we thought we were going to a reasonable priced establishment, with similar decor and menu. This couldn't be farther from the truth! The menu was nothing like Roadside, the decor was nothing like Roadside, and the bill..... WOW! $70 for lunch for 3.... The service matches Third Street Social: snobby and priced too high for what they offer.

Yelp
Great service and one of the best meals we have had in a long time. I had the Hawaiian Ribeye and the wife had the grilled Salmon. Totally awesome. And the old fashioneds were top notch too!

Ed W.

Yelp
My wife and I had reservations last Friday night. We had never been here before. Our server was Alyssa and she was WONDERFUL. She was so personable, funny and did a great of going over the menu with us. I had the shrimp and grits with collard greens and my wife had the fried chicken. The food was fantastic as was the service we received from Alyssa. We will definitely be going back!!!

Yelp
This is one of many establishments in the downtown area. Being the Sunday of the St. Patty weekend, it was surprisingly quiet compared to Saturday. We sat in the bar area tables as we didn't make a reservation. The service was not extremely fast or attentive but we were in no rush, all good. Given all the BBQ I've been having, I selected something a bit different. The bone marrow was not very flavorful however the pastry was crispy. Contents in the dish varied in temperature but my friend thinks the dishes were sitting out on the warmers for a longer than desirable.

Yelp
The server sat us quickly but the placement was beside the utensil rolling station( very busy and loud area) The waiter was new, but kind and attentive. I ordered biscuits and gravy 3/5 it was light on the gravy but the biscuits them drives were great. I asked for scrabled eggs with cheddar cheese it looked like they added cheese after the late was made and it shows . The food was luke warm once it came to the table. The doughnuts 1/5 they crumbled and we're not flavorful The side of breakfast potatoes were 3/5 The avocado toast was enjoyed by the Mrs

Yelp
I've reviewed this before but wanted to show the meat loaf. Due to the rules of reviews you must eighty five characters so I am making this very very very very much longer.

Yelp
Wow! What an amazing spot. Our server was Jay and he gave us some great recommendations for food and drinks. He also told us some history of the building which we had asked about and it was super cool! The restaurant was great aesthetically and was super busy because we went on a Saturday around 6, so busy was to be expected. It was a bit loud inside but again that was expected. Will definitely come back when we come to visit. Best fried chicken I've had in a verrrry long time!

Yelp
We were in Lees Summit for Downtown Days and decided to check out Third Street Social. I ordered a Spiced Pear & Bourbon:Four Roses Bourbon, Pear Nectar, Spiced Simple, Lemon, Curacao. It was a beautiful drink. And it was super tasty. I was also able to try the Cranberry Cardamom Mule: Tito's Handmade Vodka, Cranberry Cardamom Simple, Ginger Beer. This cocktail was also delicious with strong cardamom flavors. For lunch I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich: Smoked Bacon, Fontina Cheese, Garlic Aioli, House-Made Focaccia Bread. The focaccia bread was delicious and had a nice chew. I really appreciated the boujeeness of this grilled chicken sandwich and would definitely order it again. It came with fries but I upgraded to the Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese. That was the best decision of the day. This is some legit Mac and cheese. Super creamy and tangy and just straight up goodness. And the portion was huge! I was also able to try the Stacked Pastrami: House-Smoked, Fontina Cheese, Russian Dressing. This wasn't as good as the other dishes. The pastrami was super chewy and not tender. I would skip it the next time. The service was friendly but a bit slow. The restaurant wasn't super busy but it still took about an hour to get two sandwiches out. They may have been short with the festival going on so it wasn't a huge deal. The inside is pretty large and has plenty of seating. And they have a decent sized patio.

Yelp
I have visited Third Street Social in downtown Lee's Summit SEVERAL times because of how delicious and fresh the food tastes. This spot even offers a great happy hour menu and daily specials like 1/2 Wing Wednesdays. If you are craving wings, I highly recommend ordering the Smoked & Charred Buffalo Wings. You also MUST order the Smoked Salmon Dip for the table to start wi because it is a local favorite! Some other great options include the Dry Rub Burger with bacon, smoked gouda, house BBQ sauce, & jalapeño aioli. The Nashville Hot Chicken Salad is mouth-watering as well. Don't forget to leave without ordering one of the tasty rotating desserts!

Yelp
Came here for brunch with my family. The place was very busy but we were seated right away. Great ambiance. The staff were very friendly. The brunch menu had a variety you pick from. They also had great drink selections. We enjoyed our meal. Will come back again.

Yelp
My husband & I have a new baby and needed to get out of the house so we decided to go for happy hour. We waited at the door for over 5 minutes before anyone greeted us. Finally a host came over and told us we could seat ourselves in the bar. We grabbed a booth and waited to be greeted by a server. Once our server came over she told us we couldn't have our baby in a stroller in the restaurant, claiming it was a fire hazard. Don't offer to get us a different table, or anything. Just told us our newborn baby had to sit in the booth with us or we needed to leave. I've worked in the service industry for 10+ years and have never heard of turning away a family for having a baby in a stroller. What if she was in a high chair? Or a wheelchair? By far the rudest, worst costumer service I've ever experienced.

Yelp
Must Visit in LS Enjoyed: Cocktail: The Lavender Bee Tom's Town Gin, Lavender Simple Syrup, Honey Syrup, Orange Bitters -Fresh, tangy, citrus, edge of sweet Pork Belly Burnt Ends -carmelized, savory, crispy ends Corn bread was just ok, but comes with the burnt ends, no substitutions Mini Cheddar Biscuits Buttermilk Drop Biscuits, Honey-Butter Glaze -Flavorful, Slight honey drizzle, not dry Peanut Butter pie: Oreo crust, cold creamy pb filling, chocolate top - big enough to take most home to freeze & enjoy for a few days Tip: Parking lot can fill up, allow time to drive around & find street parking if needed Service: no complaints Ambiance: Snappy casual, can be a tad noisy depending on crowds Visit: 12.14.24

Yelp
The Customer Isn't Always the Customer! It had been a while since we had been there as we expected them to recover better from the COVID lock downs. As the last time we were there the food was very good, but the service lacking for the overall cost of the meal. Sadly, that has not been the case. Wanting to put the least amount of pressure on their staff, we picked a mid-afternoon time and made reservation for to two of us. Arriving on time, we were seated at a corner table (with the sun shining brightly in our eyes) and left to wait. The place was about 1/4 filled with many staff members visable moving around the floor. Next to us was a pretty good size party having drinks. After over 15 minutes sitting uncomfortably with neither set ups (silverware) nor water, I got up and went to the hostess and asked if we could be waited on, at least for drink orders. She replied that someone would be there quickly. Over the next ten minutes we watched a nearby table receive drink refills and finally their bill. The we watched two more parties (one of 4 and another of two) be seated, given menus, served their drinks and appetizers. Out of frustration we headed out towards the door, but stopped by the hostess stand and vented our concerns to be told they were sure someone would by soon. As we entered the parking lot a young woman hailed us with, "excuse me!" My wife had left in such a hurry that she had left her shawl on her chair. I thanked her and said, "we had waited too long for even a glass of water so we're leaving!" Her reply put it all into perspective: "We are sitting at table next you, and been there for over and hour and a half- we still haven't gotten our appetizers. It's obvious they could case less about their customers!" So we went over a couple of blocks to Konrads and had a very good meal and overall experience. It is sad to watch a restaurant with such potential sink to such depths because of their lack attention to customers. Support local? Always when they deserve. Do not see myself returning.

Yelp
Based on the food this would have been a 4 or a 5, but the service was a 2 or a 3. We sat at the front waiting to be sat for a few minutes, before I went up and asked "do we just sit wherever?" And the busser said yes. We then sat at our table for 15 minutes before we were finally greeted, and the server was apologetic but not very helpful. We had been in the restaurant for almost 30 minutes before she moved us to the bar for the specials we had requested. I don't know if the communication was off or what, but it took way too long to get to a point of ordering. The food was great. We came on a Tuesday and had $5 margaritas and $2.50 shrimp or steak tacos. They were all delicious. The shrimp tacos were a little better than the steak, but everything was great. The margaritas were pretty standard. At the bar, one of the servers gave us attitude when we ordered the specials, although the guy was nice. I thought this was a place was highly recommended, but maybe we went to the wrong place or maybe we got the name wrong. But this did not seem like a place everyone would recommend.

Yelp
The service was slow. I don't even think it was the waitress. The hamburger that my husband ordered wasn't made the same as the description, it was over seasoned, overcooked, and worse than McDonald's. The meatloaf was good but dry, the peas that it came with it wasn't even a cup. The dessert was great put took way to long to come out. The chicken tenders that my son ordered wasn't the best part of the $72 check.

Yelp
We thought we would try a new place downtown lees summit and made reservations for 7:17 pm tonight. When we CC arrived we were sat quickly. Unfortunately we were set at a little booth right in the path of all the foot traffic across from the main door which when opened the cold breeze hit our legs. We told our server it was our first time and she was excited about that brought us waters and proceeded to disappear for some time. She took our orders which we ordered an appetizer. We waited an hour and no appetizer, no refills on our drinks no sight of the server. Finally food came and she reappeared and I said don't bring the appetizer. When food came it was Good but very high priced for what it is. Overall the whole experience was a let down. Be there done that we will pass on a second visit.

Yelp
Wow! My hubby said "everything at Third Street Social is good!" We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Absolutely too many delicious choices on the menu. I opted for the charcuterie board (it was massive and a little pricey) and a pineapple upside down martini. Yummy yummy for my tummy. Hubby ordered stuffed salmon. He smiled and hummed throughout his meal. And his plate was clean at the end. Third Street Social is First Rate eating.

Yelp
We started our brunch with the deviled eggs and brussels sprouts which were both very tasty starters. I got the hot chicken benny and it was excellent. It had a little bit of a kick but not too spicy by any means. My friend decided on the chicken biscuit and was good but a little dry. There was only a small smear of the aioli. Overall our experience was good with good service. 3rd Street always hits with a fun atmosphere. Brunch was no exception.

Yelp
Chicken not made fresh to order. I ordered 4pc chicken with Mac & cheese and side of collard greens. Chicken came out barely warm, which tells me it's been sitting there it's not made fresh to order. I took a bite and realized 4 pcs of chicken for 25 dollars it should be fresh. They picked my chicken up that i bit off of, dropped it back in the fryer and brought it back. I wasn't pleased. I didn't want to make a scene so mgr saw i didn't like it, and brought me a fresh batch of chicken. If i wanted chicken from a lamp. I can go to Popeys or KFC. They shouldn't be serving lamp chicken and I'm spending over $100 for a meal.

Yelp
I don't feel they were concerned about the toothpick size stick in my sandwich this could have been a bad outcome if I would have swallowed maybe this is why it is so dark in the restaurant

Yelp
I wasn't a fan of the slaw on the Fried Chicken Sandwich, but that was easy to pick off. The menu doesn't state that fries is included, which was a nice surprise. I was expecting the Smoked Salmon Dip to be warm, but it was actually served cold. Probably wouldn't order it again, but it was nice to give it a try. The atmosphere at Third Street Social can be dressed up or down, and it's loud and echoey. We were celebrating a birthday as a party of 10, so the food took sooo long to make. It wasn't super busy though, so I can't imagine how long we'd be waiting if the place was a full house!
