Third Time Ice Cream

This is probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had! Every flavor was uniquely crafted and delicious, and the owner was so friendly encouraging us to try everything! The vegan flavors were so creamy, and it was so hard to pick just 2 flavors to get. The small was very generous and I loved being able to get two flavors!

I've tried ice cream shops all over the area and had truly given up on finding something homemade with an actual ice cream base (rather than frozen whipped cream and condensed milk). We saw this at Bow Market and the flavors sounded phenomenal so I decided to break my ice cream hiatus. I can't put into words how good this ice cream is. Honestly probably the best ice cream I've had in my life. The flavors are so beautifully thought out. The balance of sweet, salty, brightness, and creaminess is just perfect. The ice cream is rich and you can taste the premium ingredients and techniques that went into it. The owner is a really nice and generous guy who encourages you to sample everything. I don't have a single bad thing to say. I just wish my wallet and waistline would allow for me to eat this for dessert every night. They also sell pints, which I highly recommend grabbing a couple of (trust me, you'll thank yourself later)!

Great ice cream shop! Very creative flavors with a variety of flavor profiles and textures (all with wicked fun names and tag lines!). The owner was there and heavily encouraged sampling the things you wanted to make sure you were happy. He was very friendly and we had a great conversation! I will definitely go back and will bring friends.

My kid wanted ice cream so we stopped in. But you know how kids are...if it's not the thing they're used to, they won't eat it. So he refused to try any of the shop's incredible flavors. Whatever. It happens. We left. But that's where the story gets good...While we were walking back to the car, the incredible gentleman that was behind the counter ran out of the shop and surprised my kid with one of those simple little vanilla/chocolate combo cups (the kind with the peel off lid and the little spoon that they used to serve in school). And he didn't even want any cash for it. It was legit the kindest gesture I've experienced in a while. My kid was so happy and it made the car ride home that much better. So def go and support this place. Good and decent people should win in life.

Best ice cream I have consumed in New England! The flavors are unique and exceptionally yummy. Thought I was going for chocolate until I tested the 'L'eaves of Green'... perfect ginger level with chunks! Nick commanded this one man gourmet ice cream shop like a champ. Definitely returning!!

Found via an Off The Beaten Path Food Tour of Union Square, this spot is an absolute gem! I've had so much ice cream in my life but have never seen such inventive and thoughtful flavors as the ones here. Nick, the owner, is a local dad and is quite passionate about the shop. So excited theyre offering delivery. My new favorite ice cream spot. It's just so so delicious!!!!

Bar none, absolutely fantabulous ice cream. I want to eat this every day! Tried all the vegan flavors and every single flavor combo hit the spot. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re nearby!

Probably the best ice cream I've ever had. Flavors change all the time and there's always one I fall in love with - this time it's the lychee gelato. Nick is amazing and knows his stuff. Highly recommend!!

Maybe the smoothest ice cream I've ever had. Genuinely can't remember having a frozen dessert so silky. Really wild selection of flavours. Got samples of all of them and they were all really great. Super unique blends and a lot of unconventional, savoury combinations. I enjoyed that although the flavours were inventive they weren't gimmicky. Ended up getting a coconut flavour and a coffee flavour. Both were exceptional. The owner was super friendly and really seemed to love creating and experimenting with flavours! The only thing that didn't do anything for me was the spicy waffle cone. Really happy I tried this newish spot. Definitely a contender in my books for the best ice cream in greater Boston/Cambridge

The best of inventive flavors and my overall new favorite ice cream place. Nick rotates in new flavors regularly so if you see/taste some you like, get it before it's gone! I thoroughly enjoyed Vacation in the Philippines and Apple Chai-der and all the other flavors were amazing too. I love that Nick smilingly says you're welcome to try all the flavors; at most places I feel guilty for asking for more samples. And the menu is clear that the small can be 2 different flavor half scoops, etc. It was also interesting to learn that Nick quit his law career to do this, which gives him much more joy!

This small ice cream shop makes the most of their space by skipping all the simple options and devoting all eight selections to inventive rotating flavors. The ice cream is great, firm, smooth, and creamy, including non-dairy options. The flavors are very interesting and not too sweet. This place has quickly rocketed to the top of my list of favorites in a town (and neighborhood) that has many great choices for ice cream.

Holy moly, this place is incredible! Super friendly owner and in a fun, family-friendly location. I've tried about 5 flavors so far, and all of them were delicious. Really unique flavor combinations that don't all sound like they'd work together (sweet potato and parsley?), but somehow they do. The coconut and kalamansi flavor is probably the best vegan ice cream I've had, but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Ice cream: amazing. Service: amazing. The flavor were unique, and I was honestly skeptical about a few but they were all so good! And I know that because we were allowed to taste them all! Great experience. I'll definitely come back next month to try the new flavors.

Extremely thoughtful and well designed flavors . Flavors are constantly updating with interesting and seasonal combinations. The owner is kind and attentive and suggests that you try the flavors you're interested in! I can't wait to go back! The best Ice cream I've had in Boston (and I used to work in the ice cream business!)
