I've lived in a few places around New Orleans over the years, and Thirty60 hits different. It's very New Orleans without trying too hard. The building used to be a furniture showroom from 1908, and you can feel that history in the bones of the place. What sold me was how so clean everything is, the common areas, the courtyard, even the bike storage room. The management company seems to really care about upkeep. My two-bedroom is one of those large luxury apartments that doesn't feel cold or stuffy. Plus being in Bywater means I can walk to Elizabeth's for breakfast and actually find street parking when friends visit.
