I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Cindy during my search for a condo to lease. As a first-time leaser, I believe it was fortuitous that I met her as she made the entire process extremely simple and quick. In fact, I can illustrate her high caliber of professionalism during these 3 key phases of the leasing process:
1. Unit viewing: Cindy was incredibly quick in responding (by phone and email) to my inquiries of the unit of interest. She was very accommodating as far as scheduling goes and she was punctual. She has a friendly demeanor and is very pleasant to chat with. She demonstrated an impressive fund of knowledge of the complex as well as the city. Additionally, she was able to provide options for other potential leases in the area. The unit I was interested in was in an excellent and presentable condition. I felt comfortable taking my time looking around the unit. Cindy was able to answer all my questions as if I were asking the owners directly.
2. Contract preparation and signing: After viewing the unit, I decided to proceed and secure the lease. A quick credit check was performed (Cindy provides flexible options for online payment) and the contract was prepared within a day. Both tenants and owners received the contract to examine and sign. The details of the contract were clear and concise, ensuring that the rights of all parties are known and protected. During this time, Cindy kept me updated via text and email to ensure that I was always informed. I really appreciated how accessible it was to keep in contact with her.
3. Transfer of unit: Approximately after 1 week I first met Cindy, I met her again at the condo complex. She did one final review with me to make sure I was all set to move in to the unit. We reviewed the various keys, made sure applicable utility services have been transferred, how to forward mail from the prior tenant, etc. Due to some unforeseen issue with making the rent payment and security deposit online to the property management company, Cindy volunteered to take my cashier's check to the company for me instead which I greatly appreciated (it was over 30 miles away). Before we parted ways, she assured me should I ever have any questions or needed any assistance that she would be glad to help.
In summary, it has been a very pleasant experience working with Cindy. She has a high standard for maintaining client satisfaction which I can definitely attest to.
