I cannot recommend Dolf highly enough. When purchasing an investment property, he was able to structure a creative financing strategy which resulted in a loan well below what traditional lending can deliver, landing me squarely in positive cash flow territory on day 1. On top of that, he negotiated the deal down handsomely below ask. I ended up on a palanquin being carried upon the shoulders of the seller. I've worked with several other investor-friendly agents both in and out of state, but Dolf's unique mindset, skills, and ability with nontraditional financing allowed him to manipulate the raw substances of a deal in far more creative & productive ways than seen from anyone I have worked with before. 5 stars all the way for Dolf.

My husband and I decided to buy house when we saw how low the mortgage rates were due to COVID. I anticipated it to take months before we would finally buy one but it only took a couple of weeks working with Cindy. Whenever I sent her a listing we were interested in, she quickly got us the details, and if we were still interested, she would set up a showing, sometimes as soon as the same day. We only did two weekends of house tours before we found the house we eventually bought. This was our first time buying a house and I had so many questions. I read ALL of the papers and then some. Cindy was super helpful and never made me feel bad for asking so many questions. The process is pretty overwhelming for a first-timer and she really helped us through it all. She was very detail oriented during the home inspection and pointed out many things we probably would have overlooked. She also gave us advice on asking for credit due to some of the work that needed to be done on the house. She was quick and straight forward with all the communication. The whole process went smoothly and we even closed a little bit earlier than scheduled. After closing she gave us tips on how best to take advantage of the services that were available to us as new homeowners through our warranty. She keeps in touch to make sure everything is going well and offers references for any home repair needs. All in all it she was easy to work with her and we are happy to finally have our own home.

Never thought of selling my house in this Pandemic time, but Cindy certainly gave me enough confidence to give it a try, and we did it!. I had my house listed on October 23, 2020 and the house was sold in about 3 weeks, it's really unbelievable on a time like this, I have done many real estate transactions in the past 40 years, and I have to say, Cindy is really the best! she gave me all the best advice to help us showing our property which I think is the key point why the house sold so quickly. Thanks to her professional knowledge and weekly updates on the market trend, she really made this transaction smooth and efficient . Our escrow was even close sooner than I was expected. Great job Cindy! I hope I will have another opportunity to work with her again, but before that happen I want to wish her more and more successful in her business.

As first time home buyers, we knew absolutely zero about the process. We are so glad Zillow led us to Cindy! She worked with our odd schedules, explained everything step by step, and was always a phone call/text away. We have already recommended her to our friends. Cindy is amazing and we have one awesome home to prove it!!

Cindy was a godsend to work with. She was always available for communication, and she was amazingly flexible. My husband and I have weird works schedules, but Cindy was so accommodating by meeting us later at night when my husband would come home, on the weekends, etc. She gave honest feedback when we were looking at homes and lots of insider tips. I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I have decided to re-review Ms. Hinderberger a little over a year into owning my condo that Ms. Hinderberger assisted me in purchasing. I originally gave Ms. Hinderberger a good review out of the kindness of my heart, even though I had misgivings regarding her service. after 3 weeks of phone calls and emails regarding reviewing her service I chose to give her a good review and get her out of my life. However, after experiencing a difference of service from my current realtors I see that Ms. Hinderberger did not have my families best interest in the process of this purchase. My wife and I met her a total of two times during our search for a home. Most of our correspondences were done by text, email and phone. When we gave Ms. Hinderberger our price point all she would do would was send us via email listings from MLS and have us go over to the properties on our own. We received no advice on whether our purchase was a good decision or if the price was reasonable. She did no negotiating on our behalf and barely made herself present. I wouldn't recommend Ms. Hinderberger if my life depended on it.

This realtor was so unprofessional. She was late to an open house (I completely understand that things happen, but bad first impression). However, I'm writing this review because she insulted us by asking if the house was in our budget range! First off, this house was poorly remodeled and it's WAY overpriced. She also didn't care to come up to us to speak to us. Her first question to us was the budget question and she was standing like a feet away from us. When we replied with our answer, she nodded her head and walked away. So rude! Good luck selling your listing on 205th St, Long Beach.

I wouldn't use her to sell anything of mine - even at a yard sale. Dramatic and over reaching, rude and condescending. Don't waste your time.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Cindy during my search for a condo to lease. As a first-time leaser, I believe it was fortuitous that I met her as she made the entire process extremely simple and quick. In fact, I can illustrate her high caliber of professionalism during these 3 key phases of the leasing process: 1. Unit viewing: Cindy was incredibly quick in responding (by phone and email) to my inquiries of the unit of interest. She was very accommodating as far as scheduling goes and she was punctual. She has a friendly demeanor and is very pleasant to chat with. She demonstrated an impressive fund of knowledge of the complex as well as the city. Additionally, she was able to provide options for other potential leases in the area. The unit I was interested in was in an excellent and presentable condition. I felt comfortable taking my time looking around the unit. Cindy was able to answer all my questions as if I were asking the owners directly. 2. Contract preparation and signing: After viewing the unit, I decided to proceed and secure the lease. A quick credit check was performed (Cindy provides flexible options for online payment) and the contract was prepared within a day. Both tenants and owners received the contract to examine and sign. The details of the contract were clear and concise, ensuring that the rights of all parties are known and protected. During this time, Cindy kept me updated via text and email to ensure that I was always informed. I really appreciated how accessible it was to keep in contact with her. 3. Transfer of unit: Approximately after 1 week I first met Cindy, I met her again at the condo complex. She did one final review with me to make sure I was all set to move in to the unit. We reviewed the various keys, made sure applicable utility services have been transferred, how to forward mail from the prior tenant, etc. Due to some unforeseen issue with making the rent payment and security deposit online to the property management company, Cindy volunteered to take my cashier's check to the company for me instead which I greatly appreciated (it was over 30 miles away). Before we parted ways, she assured me should I ever have any questions or needed any assistance that she would be glad to help. In summary, it has been a very pleasant experience working with Cindy. She has a high standard for maintaining client satisfaction which I can definitely attest to.
