Such a great spot with delicious food and drinks! We came on a Saturday evening, and it was packed. Even so, the entire staff was doing their absolute best to keep things moving fast. We got our drinks almost immediately, and the food came out in about 10 minutes. We ordered the pub burger, the American burger, and mozzarella sticks. The pub burger was so big I couldn’t even finish it. What really impressed me was how juicy it was without the bun getting soggy or falling apart like it does at so many other places - the bread was firm and really good quality. Both burgers came with fries. Definitely grab sauces right away; I especially loved the spicy ranch sauce. For drinks, I had a sour beer, blueberry and lemon, and it was absolutely amazing. If you’re not sure you’ll like it, you can ask for a sample, which is a really nice touch. The atmosphere is also super interesting: upstairs they have large communal tables, which makes it easy to sit, chat, and even meet new people. Such a fun experince. The service deserves special mention - I honestly don’t know how the owner managed to hire so many friendly and professional people. We chatted with several staff members, and every single one of them was the definition of polite. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Saturday around 5 PM. We stopped here after a bike ride around the city — hungry, a bit tired, and ready for a proper break. The place was slightly tricky to spot at first. Nothing critical, but a small sign or clearer indication from the street would help, especially on a busy weekend. Once inside, everything changed quickly. We were welcomed by a great host — friendly, confident, and genuinely helpful. I had plenty of questions, and instead of just answering them, she helped narrow things down and suggested exactly what fit my taste. Calm, professional, and very natural service — the kind that instantly makes you relax. I ordered mozzarella sticks, a strawberry mocktail, and the American burger. The food came out fast and hit the spot after the ride. The burger was juicy, simple, and well balanced — no gimmicks, just done right. The strawberry mocktail was refreshing, not overly sweet, and perfect after being active. We also asked for an extra sauce with the mozzarella sticks. It was brought out without any mention of an extra charge — a small gesture, but one that really stood out. Overall, great experience. Solid food, excellent service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely a place I’d come back to again.

This burger spot is known for the craft beer but I was here for their talked about Wagyu Pub Burger. It’s loaded with almost everything! I’m talking about your standard lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onions with a slab of cheese and some bacon then slathered with thier secret pub sauce in a pretzel bun. Just by writing this doesn’t it just make your mouth water?! Well it definitely saturated my craving for a burger. It came with a side of fries which were also good and something I would definitely order again. They have an upstairs and an outside patio in the back so there’s plenty of room. Service was great and they bring your order out to you. So after this tasty and positive experience I’ll be definitely coming back. So if you’re in the area and craving a brew and burger the definitely check this place out when and if you can.

Food and service were great. I ordered The veggie burger and strawberry splash mocktail. Burger was declined and came w/ fries. It had good savory flavor. Not too dry. The drink was sweet and tasted similar to a Shirley temple. Would recommend both! Ambiance was very spacious and social. They have an upstairs seating area and outdoor seating w/ portable fire warmer thingys. Veggie Burger: 4.5/5 Strawberry Splash Mocktail: 4/5

Family friendly,welcoming and full of great energy. The food is amazing! A full brewing house with specialty crafted beers and non alcoholic thoughful for everyone to enjoy. The space inside includes, games,just introduce to plant bingo. Which is educational and enviroment friendly, just the right amount of green. Went here with a friend. Service was great, but after that things didn't go so well. I ordered the brisket mac n cheese, which the brisket was OK but the Mac was inedible. No flavor and a chalky texture. My friend got the buffalo chicken sandwich, which she said was good but messy. The place itself looked a bit rundown and haphazard. Only 1 TV in the whole place. It is nice that they bring the food to your table (since you order at counter). However, ice machine was down, out of sour cream, some soda was out. Overall I would not likely come here again. Although, it was a brewery and neither of us got a beer. So I cannot speak to that.

I’ve visited this place for its beers but never tried their food. I had the Brisket jam burger and truffle fries with garlic sauce. The burger was delicious, and the garlic sauce complemented the fries. The honey blond was refreshing with a subtle honey flavor.

The food and beer here are exceptional - highly recommend! Making reservations is quick and easy; last Friday, I made a free reservation for 30, and Martha was incredibly accommodating. They also had a live band playing 2000s and classic rock, and they were awesome. Such a fun atmosphere all around! The patio is my favorite - it's well-heated even for February. There's also seating inside and upstairs, which can be perfect for the wintertime.

Really decent food and nice customer service too! We came for pup & Brews and Sunday brunch- the only thing on the breakfast menu available. Today was the burrito. I got mine without meat since I got my pup a patty. Husband got the vegetarian burger with fries. He always likes it. We had a few friends with us and they liked their food too The seating arrangements unusual with one large table right by where you order and then stairs to go up and sit at different tables, but they also have tables where they brew beer and in the back luckily, it was cool enough outside to sit out in the back Made for a really beautiful day

I've been here a few years ago for drinks. Came back recently with my family to celebrate my birthday. The gentleman at the cash register was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't sure what seltzer I wanted and he gave me a few samples, but didn't rush me despite having a line behind me (many were my family, LOL). I decided on the Hard Tea seltzer and it was refreshing on a hot day. I also ordered the Classic chicken sandwich, and the chicken is two crispy chicken fingers in a sandwich. It was really crispy and not greasy, which is a major plus. I also got the pickle chips and those were amazing. Crunchy texture (possibly Panko crusted) and minimal grease. Esteban brought out our food and he was very friendly and upbeat. He said they have many house made sauces and I tried the white Bbq sauce with my meal. It tasted more like a white honey mustard than Bbq sauce but was really good. We did sit outside on a warm day and found that a few more umbrellas would have helped ease the heat. Many people came out and went back inside because of the heat. We did appreciate that there is a napkin dispenser on each table. Overall, great food, service and atmosphere. I'll be back to try a cheeseburger and seltzer flight.

Thompson Brewing is cool & friendly and has some tasty menu items. I had The Space Kitten West Coast IPA (6.6% ABV) and Chopped Brisket BBQ Sandwich. Both were really tasty and I'd like to sample a burger. I think they should invest in a canopy and another TV for the patio. There's a a lot of seating upstairs and downstairs as well as games for everyone.

This is a family-owned spot in Riverside known for bold house-brewed beers and scratch-made food that goes way beyond typical pub fare!!!! Totally recommend pairing your beer flight with ANY of their awesome menu items. The burger here is the BEST OF THE BEST!!! And while you might be too full, please TRY to make room for the desserts. If you're a chocolate lover, the Brownie with COOKIES & CREAM ice cream is amazing!!!!!

A fun Halloween experience. Great food and seasonal drinks. It's nice that we can bring out dog too.

Heard and have seen lots of great reviews about this hidden gem. Family friendly and family owned location. Food was great! The breakfast burrito with brisket was 10/10 and our favorite dish of them all! The Pub burger 8/10 (kinda cold by the time we got our food). Not a fan of the The loaded breakfast tots because the gravy overtakes all the flavor 4/10. the Mac and cheese tasted basic 4/10. My wife tried a mocktail really refreshing 9/10 (served in a small cup). So many items on the menu, we will definitely be coming back! Loved this place

Great spot for a Sunday afternoon! Not ideal to watch a game but still cool. I tried the pretzel and the cactus cooler slush which was good. Wouldn't commit to again because of the size though. Next was the double hazy & boy oh boy it did the trick. The cashier was fun & offered speedy service. The food comes to your table which is nice. During our visit there were lots of families and dogs and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

Went in for the first time last night and was amazed by their beer selection. First off, the way they display their beers so you can see the color is TOP TIER! The staff were quick to offer samples and discuss flavor profiles and selections. Personally I stuck w the Nut Brown (pause) and even left w a six pack to go! Best beer I've had in a long time. They have a huge back patio area and even had good live music. Definitely will be a regular spot now.

Came here for the beer flight. Lots of beers to choose from. Can even add seltzers. Service exceptional. Everyone is very friendly. Its an old building in a brewery. Keep an open mind.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon and the place was worth the trip. They have seating inside for those who want AC and plenty of outside seating as well. You order and then find some seating. We took longer to find a place to sit than it took for the food to arrive. Yup they were fast! They have plenty of beer options and beer flights so you can try a few. Everything we got from the menu was amazing. The staff in the front counter were very friendly and made recommendations on food. They have games upstairs which is great for hanging out with friends. Will definitely be back to try more food items and their wide selection of beers.

This was my first time here. It's been a while since I have been to a local brewery. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was there to visit friends so I was a designated driver so I did not get to experience the local craft brews. I did however get to experience some pretty good food. I have the loaded french fries with pork on it. That was a meal in itself and was very good. Also had the double American burger. The loaded french fries were better than the burger. we sat out back at the picnic tables, which was very relaxing. I was jealous of food that I saw coming out to other tables. So I definitely do wanna try other food when I return and can enjoy a craft beer. Thank you, Thompson brewing for a wonderful experience as I will be returning. Thank you.

We go here once a while as a nice treat, and their food is always consistently amazing taste good. The reason I came back cuz I've never brought my dog over. I got an email saying they're having a pups and brew event so cute concept and that's why I went! Food tasted amazing as always and bringing my pup was so much fun !

This is a brewery that has some food. The focus is beer not food. Huge beer menu. Large amount of merchandise as well. Located in an industrial park the layout is not cohesive. They have 4 different areas to choose from. All different and all separate. The upstairs area has added arcade games. Downstairs has a family table at the order counter. There's a back inside area with air hockey and they have a large outside area with a corral full of picnic tables on astroturf with corn hole. The staff is very nice. No table service. You order at the counter. And they have a self service soda machine with no national brand of soda's. But they do deliver your food to the table. Tipping is done upfront when you order and I bussed my own table after. The menu on Yelp is not at all accurate. The menu on their website is kinda confusing. Example the California burrito on line shows $10.75 bit thats the price without meat. I ordered the brisket jam burger it's a double burger, it doesn't say that, I added lettuce and pickles and a side of Mac and cheese- no drink and it ended up over $30 with the tip. This just is not worth it. And they don't ask how you want it cooked. This is really expensive.

My friends and I went to the Mud Hut studio next door and had a great time. When we finished we walked over to Thompson Brewing . First of all we made it in time because it filled up fast. I know why. The food was so yummy. I had the pulled pork sandwich. The sauce was so good, the cole slaw crisp and fresh, even the pickles were delicious. We will be going back after we pick up our pieces from Mud Hut.

Best burger I have had in a really Long time. Simple yet good food not to salty or sweet allowing the ingredients to speak for themselves. Everything we tried was really good. Also the beer was good too especially the tangerine wheat. Will definitely be my go too place for a cheat meal... that being said the options are limited if you are looking for something healthy. The employees were friendly and certainly demonstrated a pride for their product. Super dog friendly outdoors and low key picnic bench style seating. Will certainly go back.

We hosted our soccer team's end of season dinner at Thompson Brewing and everyone had a great time! The owners and staff were so accommodating and the food was good, especially the brisket jam burger!

5 stars for the food - it was delicious! My partner got American burger w/ fries and I got the burger salad. Everything was delicious, the smash patties were flavorful and tasty, fries fresh cut and seasoned. Sign me up! Yum! I was underwhelmed by the beer. We both got a flight and got different beers so we had a good sample, and I was just not impressed. Service was great. It's in an unexpected strip mall/commercial building type of place. I'd go back for the food for sure.

Yelp pictures vs what I got The food I received didn't quite match the appealing photos on Yelp. The presentation could definitely use some improvement, and the portion size felt a bit small for the price. As for the taste, it was just okay--the brisket was a little tougher than I expected. On the bright side, the beer selection was good and hit the spot. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement.

Nice small brewery located in a corporate/industrial area. Varied selection of beer, I really enjoyed the cream ale. Tastes sweet from the cream. Warning to those who are lactose intolerant. Lots of hot food options. Special jalapeño sauce on the fries. Service is fast and easy, food brought directly to your table after you order at the counter.

The food here is EXCELLENT. My wife got the American burger and she said it literally was the best burger she'd had. I had the pub burger and it hit all the spots for me! The beer is awesome too! The service is quick and unfussy, and the ambiance is family friendly and lowkey. 10/10 place, 100% recommend, this isn't just a brewery, it's a full experience, drinks, food, atmosphere and all!!!!

In the warehouse area next to a salon for parties. Staff was nice & there was inside and outside seating. Beer options were great! Really liked the sours. Mozz sticks were good but the rest of the food was whatever could have just been the choices. We got chicken tenders & like some jalapeño fries both underwhelming. Would return for beer but not so much for food.

Food is tasty and 2 of my favorite beers was the tangerine wheat & honey blond. As well as great customer service. This brewery is a must try!

Came here on a Sunday with my girlfriend. I was a few minutes early so they weren't open yet. But to my surprise, there were a few groups of people already waiting outside! That's when I knew this place was going to be really good! We ordered the flight to get a variety of beer to try. My favorites were the hazy ipa and Belgian tripel. It's really cool that they have boozy slushies too (seltzer-based) We ordered the award winning pub burger and this thing was massive! Two Wagyu beef patties on a pretzel bun. Super flavorful and definitely worth the price. We also got the hot mess fries and it was really good too. Sweet and savory and giant portions too. You're for sure gonna need a nap after eating these lol Good vibes, great people. Definitely gotta check them out when you're in the area!

This place truly cares from the yummy food they put out to the amazing customer service . Me and my family were celebrating an early Mother's Day lunch here . When we got there it wasn't too busy which was nice because this place can get crowded . I ordered the brisket sandwich with the beans and the Mac and cheese . I also got a boozy slushy because why not . Overall the food came out pretty quick and they delivered it to our table . The brisket sandwich was juicy and flavorful and they were stingy with the pickles or the onions . The baked beans were amazing and they had good flavor to them and chunks of meat in them . The Mac and cheese to me tasted okay . I have had it before and it was super yummy but this time it dindt taste the same . The boozy slushy was green apple flavored and it was a not to sweet and went down super easy . Overall there was An ample seating and they have all kind of board games for the family . Overall I give this place a 5 out of 5 .

We've been here a few times now and always love this place! Casual, with good music playing, and a nice selection of good food too. The burgers, wings, chicken sandwich, pulled pork, BBQ and tots are all our faves here. And of course, all of the beers! Every flight I've done has been great. You order when you walk in at the front, and even if the line seems long, don't worry - it moves quickly and service is never slow. I also appreciate that we can comfortably bring the kids along, and not worry so much about them being louder than normal, and there are games to entertain them too.

Food is good. Service is nice. The atmosphere is definitely lacking. The patio needs a power wash and is kinda cramped. The plastic folding tables and chairs in the brewery are pretty cheesy. The atmosphere definitely brings down the experience. Luckily it was on the cooler side when I went as I can't imagine sitting in a parking lot with AstroTurf on a typical riverside summer day.

Wow. All these years Thompsons Brewery has been in my backyard and I've been missing out!!! My husband and I took our 8 & 10 year old tonight and loved it!! Great food, great cider, great service and great clientele!! Awesome, low key night out for the whole family. Pub Burger, pretzel, wings...YUM!

My family, friends and I were looking for a place that would accommodate a large party 16 and above. We all decided this would be the place. It was busy when we got there for Saturday night. They have upgraded their food choices since last time we were here. Of course we love the beer choices too. We tasted a few beer options. In addition we would come back for their desserts We appreciate the fast service and food options. Thank you! We will come back

Stopped in with my whole family for lunch and we underestimated this place! What looked like a small venue, we discovered the beauty of maximizing space! As you walk into the front door, there are two separate lines, one is designated for drinks and the other is designated for food and drinks. The menu had so much to choose from and with our medium sized group, my family and I enjoyed a little bit of everything! After placing our order, we had choices to sit upstairs in a game room area or out back in the outdoor patio area where we were greeted by a band playing St. Paddy's Day music. Of course, we chose the patio area and enjoyed every minute the band played for us. There are picnic table seating under tents and a lot of room to move. When our food arrived, we taste tested the nachos, wings, burgers, pickled chips, and the beers! Everything was tasty! Wings came in several flavors, maple bacon and buffalo, the BBQ is delicious!! Briskets, fries, and the burgers were a good mix to include a spicy bird, Wagyu Burger, and hot mess burger to name a few. We had a blast and we love the food and beers they prepared for us! We definitely plan to visit again!

We had a great time on our visit. The service was incredible. They people are so nice, happy, and helpful. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The food was fantastic. We tried the Pub Burger, the Truffle Fries, and several of the BBQ options and I would order them all again. The beers were also great. We will be back and I highly recommend this place!

If I could give them more than five stars I absolutely would !! Thompson Brewing is located in Riverside off Indiana inside a commercial building (their logo can be hard to see from the street - it will be on the front door). There is plenty of parking out front. You will find both indoor and outdoor seating here with low top tables. Ordering takes place inside at their front counter. If you choose to sit outside, it is in the back where they have setup artificial grass, Picnic tables with umbrellas and heater lamps - best part? The patio is dog friendly making this the perfect place for any dog PAWrents ;) Service is extremely friendly and so helpful if you have questions! The food here is award winning so you can't go wrong but I highly recommend the pub burger ! They only use wagyu beef and WOW. One of the best burgers I've had ever !!! I paired it with the truffle fries which were perfectly cooked by the way ! The Mess came in at a very close second and the brisket taco was phenomenal!! They also taking reservations for large parties and catering. There are multiple family games setup around the brewery for you and the family like uno, connect four and scrabble. This is a family owned business so come support them , you won't regret eating here !

Hidden brewery in Riverside. Love that they had Belgian beers which is rare for breweries to have nowadays. One line for everything (beer and food) They have a back door patio. Friendly staff. The guy taking our order was kind enough to be patient to let us try some seltzers they have on tap before we order a full pint, even with a line waiting to place their orders. Food was amazing. We got a smash burger with friends. We also got wings and BBQ fries. Delicious. Definitely get a flight to get a taste of all their beers or seltzers. One thing I would say that will help them, have one line for food and another for beer. Will come back. Thanks Thompson Brewery.

Oh my goodness, what a great place this is!! The people and owner were so amazing, nice and helpful They went over and above, & helped us make great choices. We were looking for a local brew place with a great cheeseburger & good beer. Wow were we amazed! Great beer on tap, cool vibe & pet friendly for our puppy The food was just what we were looking for. Hubby really enjoyed his chicken sandwich, which was tender, juicy & very flavorful! My cheeseburger was just what I was craving... delicious, juicy, perfectly cooked smash burger with amazing flavor... and at least 12 napkins required! We will definitely be back & can't wait

We celebrated my daughter's 40th birthday!! We had a wonderful day !!! My daughter was so happy and surprised! Kristi was so helpful with setting up our reservation!!! Staff and food was great!! The kids were able to play with some of the games and were happy too All the staff and servers were so accommodating and helpful with everything!!
