We were able to meet with Roger on Sunday (they’re closed on the weekend) and he took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us (this was our first time dealing with something like this). The compassion and kindness is what I appreciate most. There was no pressure about money up front and the day of service was exactly what we expected. They were even willing and able to make special accommodations for our 2 month old granddaughter. Although I didn’t like meeting them under the circumstances (we lost our 22 year old daughter) I highly recommend Thompson’s Harveson and Cole.

Death is always hard, but Cindy Thompson assisted us with my Fathers funeral. The care and thoughtfulness that they put into all aspects of the funeral from the visitation to the funeral service at the church was absolutely perfect. They exceeded all of our needs, met all of our requests, and made this difficult time as memorable as possible. The facilities at their home is simply beautiful. Words can not express the gratitude that I have for Thompson's Harveson & Cole making this difficult time in our lives a little bit easier. I would recommend them to anyone.

Thompson's Harveson & Cole is exemplary and outstanding. Cindy lives up to her father's legacy with grace and skill. All the people there are masters and I am so grateful for how well they treated my mother when my father died. I wouldn't go to any other funeral home. Thompson's is the best.

Thompson's, Harveson and Cole is the most outstanding funeral home I have ever dealt with. As a clergyman, I have done hundreds of funerals, and Thompson's excels every other provider in the DFW area and beyond by a large margin. This in terms of their professionalism, service, and the artistic beauty of their services, not just in their facility, but in how they handle every detail. Guy Thompson was a wizard, a legendary funeral director, and he passed his passion, attention to detail, and skill to his daughter, Cindy, and her super-competent and professional staff. And amazingly, they are no more expensive, and sometimes quite a bit less expensive, than the larger chain funeral homes, or other better-known area homes, who often do a substandard job. If you need funeral service, or are preparing for your future, you owe it to yourself to use a local, family-owned and run funeral home, that fulfills the highest standards. Having done funerals in several states, I am sure it is one of the finest funeral homes in the nation.

The folks at Thompson's Harveson & Cole are simply the best. My family and I worked with Roger for my wife's arrangements. The level of detail and effort along with the compassion for our situation was beyond our best expectations. There are many questions to be answered when planning or concluding final arrangements. Roger patiently stepped us through the process and the choices available. The folks here are wonderful and our family highly recommends TH&C. It’s bad enough losing a loved one but then having to worry about the cost and planning makes it that much worse. Martin Thompson made us feel like family. He stepped up when our priest didn’t show and performed a beautiful service. He was very professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend using Thompson’s.

Thompson's Harveson & Cole made a difficult time bearable with their attention to detail at every step of the way. We rushed the funeral process to have the burial before a three day holiday and while family was in town. The process was seamless and the team (James in particular) handled deadlines seemingly effortlessly when I'm sure it wasn't easy to coordinate.
