The food here was pretty good, a bit on the pricey side. We ordered the French onion soup, the wings and the mac n cheese. I really enjoyed the wings, they had so much flavor and the French onion soup hit the spot on the rainy day that we went. The mac n cheese was not bad, but a bit on the mild side for flavor. Service was great, all the staff were super friendly and there was plenty of outdoor seating so we could sit with our dog.

We visited Three Bears Brewery over the May long weekend looking for some cozy comfort food on a rainy day, and it did not disappoint! We booked our reservation through OpenTable, which was super convenient and made the whole experience smooth from the start. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming — I especially loved the rustic decor and the sunroof on the top floor, which gave the space a bright, open feel even with the gloomy weather. The vibe was fun and relaxed, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Our server was fantastic and took the time to answer all of our questions, which we really appreciated. My husband was excited to try the infuser tap (a fun touch!), and he ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich — not overly spicy, but just the right amount of heat. I had the mac and cheese, and his friend ordered the mushroom pizza. All of the portions were generous, and we ended up taking some back to the hotel for a delicious midnight snack. Great food, great service, and a cozy atmosphere — we’ll definitely be back!

Spacious spot with lots of natural light. We walked in for dinner and only waited about 15 mins. Food was great! We loved the elk pizza and crispy wings. A bit pricey, but that’s expected in downtown Banff.

There are cute bear decorations both inside and outside the store. 🐻 The staff were very kind and patient, especially helpful since it was our first time visiting. I ordered a few dishes to share with my friends. The bison ribs, recommended by the staff, were delicious and paired really well with wine. The crust of the peeled pizza was also very tasty, with a nice charcoal-roasted flavor. It’s worth mentioning that the beer was excellent. 🍺 Also, the bathroom was very clean — a big plus!

We had had enough hiking. Time to drink beers and eat too many calories. Three Bears was a great resource for our pressing needs. The beer flight was a pleasant journey through the many varied drafts available. To me, IPAs will always taste like the gym rope we had to climb in the third grade, but the other brews were a delight. I could go back for another pint of the copper ale, boysenberry wheat, or brown ale. The flavors were dynamic with distinct things happening early and late with each sip. Strongly recommend. Next we took on the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and big kahuna pizza. The sandwich was a well-constructed, two-patty affair that didn’t feel too heavy yet packed enough heat to carry the spicy moniker. The pizza was a valiant effort. I appreciate the special 72 hour ferment they do for the crust to give it a more mature sourdough flavor. However, the pizza thrower was a little heavy-handed with the cheese, and so the pie ended up moist and floppy, no crisp to each bite. If you’re going to put all that love into the dough, you gotta get the bake right. For a brewery pizza, I’ll let it slide. Overall an epic meal. Worth the stop if you need an emergency brewery experience.

Lovely brewery! Lots of good beers to choose from and great food. Got the Thai green curry and it was delicious. Cocktails were well made and good service. Recommend making a reservation as it was busy on a Friday evening

Second time here after 2 years, and it’s still excellent! The food is top-notch and the Bears beer flight is awesome. It’s a bit pricey, but the portions are big — totally worth it. I had a gigantic fried chicken burger with waffle fries and a flight of their 6 best beers. Delicious all around!

The vibe at Three Bears was lively and fun, with a great atmosphere both inside and out. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio — the view added a nice touch to the overall experience. The staff were professional and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout. The drink selection, especially the variety of beers, was a highlight. As for the food, it was just okay — nothing particularly stood out, but it did the job. Worth a visit if you're looking for a fun spot to grab drinks in Banff.

Yelp
Wow. Blown away by the food here. It's so good! Yes, the pricing reflects that but you get a good portion with it so I would not say it's not worth your money. The vibe of the restaurant is a bar but it's not as rowdy and loud. It's very tamed and still classy. The servers, staff and service was also very good. They were very accommodating to us and our infant. We had the three bears Burger, deep fried pork skins, waffle fries with cheese, steak lettuce wraps and a ahi tuna taco. Everything was honestly so good.

Yelp
Upscale looking restaurant / brewery one block off the main street in Banff. The inside of the restaurant looks very nice, and service was decent. The food was just ok though- my wife and I both had the Tuna melt and it was OK but a little off. The kids both had Pizza and thought it was OK, but liked Pizzeria Sophia down the street better. We also had the Shrimp Bao, which was probably the best part of the meal. I'll probably come back and give the place a try for happy hour, but maybe skip the dining.

Yelp
This place is 10 out of 10 in all aspects! The staff are so friendly and the ambience is great! Located in beautiful Banff with plenty of places to seat you, your date, and all your family's and friends. The food was unbelievably delicious! Everything we tried and we tried a lot, was just a match made in heaven of flavors. Don't miss out on this place when visiting stunning Canada you'll love the Three Bears Brewery and its jaw-dropping views.

Yelp
We had a reservation early and caught happy hour. It was great because the beer was a little cheaper & we wanted pizza so that was good. the bao bun appetizer was just $6 so we assumed it was less food but it was only ONE. Would have ordered 2 if we knew that. It was tasty, regardless! The blueberry smash was awesome - the pepperoni pizza was delicious! Service was great & the place is very cool. Live music downstairs was nice but it was pretty loud for 4:00pm. Overall a good time & perfect amount of food

Yelp
We just visited on our afternoon in downtown Banff. We had some flights of beer, but we didn't come hungry...so we didn't sample the food. We had good service and yummy beer!

Yelp
This is a top notch brewery in the heart of Banff! I ordered the pomegranate glazed bison ribs and the elks sausage and kale pizza. This was a LOT of food for one person, but it was delicious and my friend ate the leftover pizza so it worked out great! I thought the bison ribs would only come with 2 ribs since it was a starter, but it came with 4 big ribs! The ribs themselves were so tender the meat was literally falling off the bone. And I loved the pomegranate glaze, it really complimented the meat so well. 9/10 The pizza was great as well. Super thin crusted. The cheese went really well with the elk sausage. It was very ooey gooey when it came out. The sourdough crust was delicious as well. There was is a lot of bacon on there. 8/10 I really liked the beer tasting. They give you 6 full tastings so it was great to try so much of their selection. I sat at the bar, and I had a great time watching the retro skiing video they play on loop. It was a fun throwback. I never had to wait, and they asked if I wanted my food all at once or coursed. It is really nice inside. Very wood-cabin forward like most of the places in Banff. They've done a great job with the displays inside as well. I highly recommend coming here for both the food and the drinks!

Yelp
Service was great and they have a big outdoor patio & can open the doors to sit close to outside. Beer was good but only 1 sour option. A little pricey but the pizza was great!

Zeev C.

Yelp
Fun and vibrant brewery. The beers are nothing special but are good. The food is good and the service is friendly. We sat on the patio on the top floor watching the street, which is a really nice setting. All in all would definitely go back if in Banff.

Yelp
Loved this restaurant, it came highly recommended from some others we went morning hiking with at Moraine Lake. The atmosphere is really modern and woodsy fitting right in with the scope of downtown Banff and its much more upscale than it seems. There are two floors and the top floor has a patio overlooking downtown which is where we sat and I highly recommend so you can enjoy fresh air and people watch. Our service was attentive and friendly and she kept our water and drinks filled. We ordered a beer flight and that was awesome, the only thing was figuring out which beer was what was kind of confusing, especially if you are tired after a long hike... haha! They also serve cocktails and wine. Crispy fried wings were soooo incredibly good! There were juicy, cripsy, and filling with a ton of flavor, I ordered ranch to dip them in! We split the confit ahi tuna melt - it was toasty on the outside bread with a cheesy fresh tuna center. I am glad we split the sandwich since it was quite filling. We subbed the fries for their caesar salad and the house made croutons really made it pop. They offer a happy hour with select menu items!

Yelp
Had a great evening at Three Bears in Banff. We tried five different cocktails throughout the night, all of which were really tasty, and finished off with an espresso martini as a dessert-style treat. During dinner, we shared a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc that paired nicely with the food. For starters, we had chicken wings and wraps. The wings were a bit much in portion but flavorful. For mains, we had the salmon and the chicken burger, both were well prepared and hit the spot. The service was good, and the overall vibe of the place made it a fun night out. Next time, we'll definitely try their beers, since that's what they're really known for. Looking forward to going back!

Yelp
My husband and I fell asleep and woke up late STARVING. This was one of the only spots still serving food at 9:30PM so we walked in and didn't even care what they had. What a treat though! The place is really cool, huge ceilings with amazing decor and a huge bar sitting in the middle of the location. It's a beautiful spot. We sat at the bar and had some of the best service we had all week. Drinks were quick and the cocktails were fantastic. We ended up with a pizza and woah it was great. We're not usually pizza people when we're traveling but I'm glad we got it here - awesome dough and great quality toppings. They were so quick we were able to get in and out before closing so we didn't feel bad haha! Fantastic experience I would highly recommend.

Yelp
When I saw Buffalo ribs with pomegranate glaze on Three Bears menu, I immediately knew I wanted to dine there and order them. They're listed as a starter and the dish is supposed to include four ribs, though somehow luckily I received five. The meat was fall off the bone tender and the pomegranate glaze was so flavorful and delicious. On rare occasion, you might be lucky enough to enjoy a dish that you will likely remember forever & this was that dish. I could eat this again and again. I also ordered the Three Bears salad which is supposed to come with fennel, however this was missing & I was really looking forward to having in the salad. Also, the kale wasn't massaged so it was a bit tough. Unfortunately this is what dropped my five-star review to 4. However, the Gouda and the pecans added amazing flavor to the salad. Hubs ordered the steak lettuce wraps. This was also delicious and the steak was so tender and flavorful. Our server Will was amazing. Also service was relatively quick, especially considering how busy they were. So next time you're in Banff, go to Three Bears and definitely order the Buffalo Ribs.

Yelp
As soon as you walk in you are greeted by someone and wait to be seated. The ambiance and flow of this place is very dainty and such a bright space, love all the plants and just an inviting place to have a meal. We had to wait for 20 min during lunch hour but wasn't bad. We were walked upstairs and love their system on their walkie-talkies to let the host upstairs waiting for you and get's you seated. The waitress we had was very nice and upbeat she was sweet, she gave us a few minutes to choose our drinks and food. Their selection of food is Great for sharing. The wings we had were some of the best we've had. The pizza dough was out of this world soft and fresh and they have a different method to their pizza but it was a solid 10/10. I had their 3 bear salad and it was delicious, lots flavor and crunch can be shared as well. Everything we had was delicious and would love to try other things soon. They have a bar area that you can sit at and enjoy a drink and they have TV's to watch local sports and just hang. It's a family place, hang with friends and overall ambiance was very inviting. Loved it!

Yelp
So good! Super fun upstairs dining area. Service was fantastic. We had a salad and pizza. The pizza had the best crust I have ever had...and I really love pizza. Cocktails were really good as well. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Great service, very friendly, attentive, fast and detailed bartenders. We sat at the bar and everyone we saw worked very well together and all helped us. I got the Nashville hot burger- it is not spicy at all but great fried chicken. The waffle fries were our favorite, crunchy and perfectly fried. The bison ribs were good and braised in a sweet sauce. If you don't mind sweetness, it was great. My hubby was okay on it bc the sauce is quite sweet. We did not order drinks, but they looked amazing and well crafted. Would def come here if ever we're in the area again.
google avatar

Yelp
We came to three bears for a birthday and it didn't disappoint. We ordered a kale pizza and wings. The wings were tasty and the pizza was crispy.
google avatar

Kelly S.

Yelp
We had to make a reservation since every time we tried to do a walk-in they were too busy. We were sat on the upper floor and enjoyed the views. Service and beers were good. They offer flights, so you can try more than one beer. Great place to meetup and have a good time.

Yelp
Pros: Good location in downtown Banff Service was friendly and smooth They have their own distillery and are owned by same parent company as Park Distillery Ample seating upstairs for larger groups Chicken wings cooked perfectly - nice and crispy Cons: The pizzas were overdone so the crusts were hard Menu is pretty basic - pizzas, salads, sandwiches Pro tip: They sell cute T-shirts if you want an unique souvenir from Banff
google avatar

Elouise J.

Yelp
Friendly service, nice and open dining room with patio seating as well. It's a little limited to find parking so you might need to walk to get here. Started off with cocktails, had the red velvet sour and the kaffir lime drink. I really enjoyed the red velvet, very sweet and refreshing. The lime drink was super sour for me. Food was OK, probably would try their pizza next time. The wings were crispy and had a nice tangy mild sauce but they were pretty small not much meat. The bison ribs were highly recommended but the glaze they use is so sweet. The fish and chips were heavily battered and the chips were dry.
google avatar

Lara G.

Yelp
This was one of our favorite dinners while in Banff! The loaded cheese fries were amazing and a huge portion -- a meal on their own. We also loved trying the elk sausage on the white pizza. But our favorite thing was the kale salad. It just hit the spot. I will also give a special shout out to the service. Everyone was so nice. And when I came back to buy a shirt the next day and they were closed for a private party they still helped me out.
google avatar

Jessica B.

Yelp
I really wish my review was as high as the other ones. We usually make this a must when we come to Banff. This last time we were disappointed with the food. Service and ambiance are great, really bright and beautiful. Staff were great and funny, seated us and took care of our stroller. The bad: food and fruit flies. We ordered the tuna tostada and it just isn't good. It's almost a traditional tuna tostada with cheap Asian bag salad thrown on top (the kind you buy at the grocery store for $3) but end up paying $20+. The French onion soup was mediocre. But the worst of all was the swarming of fruit flies landing on our food. They were everywhere, I spent most of our time swatting and killing them with our napkins. Sadly, won't we back on our next visit. I'd stick to strictly cocktails at the bar.
google avatar

Chris O.

Yelp
Went in for a quick drink and decided to try the bison ribs. The ribs were tender and very flavorful. The staff was nice and the restaurant had live music. Would go back for drinks and to try more food
google avatar

Kara S.

Yelp
The cutest little brewery in Banff! It's definitely a cozy cabin in the woods feel, with little fire pits on the porch as you walk in. It was one of our favorite spots to eat at while on vacation. Food was unique and so good. I still crave their cheesy waffle fries with caramelized onions on top to this day.... They had a crab and shrimp doughnut as an app that we had to try as well! The brewery was definitely busy just about every single night. I would definitely recommend using Open Table to get a spot. We still had to wait about 45 minutes, but we went somewhere else and got a drink in the mean time.
google avatar

Jessica S.

Yelp
Banff (the town) itself sucks, but this brewery and restaurant in downtown Banff is a sweet hideaway from the commercialized chaos of the wannabe mountain town. Happy hour was an especially sweet surprise which occurs daily from 3-5pm. Pints were $6.75 each and selection was in the many. We had a couple of pints and added on a burger, mac, and a pizza. Solid prices, but aside from the mac served in a cast iron pan, the other items did seem to be reheated. Service was unsurpassed, however, and the live music downstairs made for all the pleasant vibes. We sat on the second level mostly covered patio where it was a bit hot, but the pleasant tunes and service, and exceptional HH prices did make up for it.
google avatar

Kelsie K.

Yelp
Super dog friendly patio! We had a great time and our waiter was so nice to our dog, the restaurant even has a dog menu! I loved the mini fire pits on each table, it was a nice touch on a March afternoon when it was just barely warm enough to comfortably eat outside. My margarita pizza was delicious and the perfect size, their crust is amazing and it talks about the dough making process on their menu. I also really enjoyed the Canadian cider I tried. Great spot in Banff!!
google avatar

Chris D.

Yelp
Happy hour runs from 2 to 5 PM, offering some great deals on food. Prices are fairly average compared to other restaurants in Banff. This spot seems to be quite popular. The menu offers a wide variety of options, including several gluten-free choices and items catering to other dietary sensitivities.
google avatar

Nadia K.

Yelp
An absolute gem in Banff! I went in not expecting much honestly since it's a casual/bar sort of restaurant. But the service was super friendly and welcoming from the start, which is always a great sign! The kicker though... that elk and kale pizza. The pizza in general, I thought the dough making process they had seemed like hot air. No sir, the dough was absolutely DELICIOUS. I feel a bit bad eating elk but they really pack it on and it is tastyyyy. Also really loved their peach ale on tap to accompany. It was just a fantastic pairing. So happy our first meal in Banff was here! It'll be hard to top though.
google avatar

Neil V.

Yelp
We came here for happy hour after hiking at Lake Moraine and the food was amazing! My favorite was the bison ribs! It was drenched in this pomegranate bbq sauce that was out of this world delicious! Our waiter recommend us getting an order of the bread to dip and soak in the remaining sauce and it was such a big mood. The service was great and our waiter (blonde guy with big biceps) was very attentive and friendly. The beer was also refreshing and tasty. I got their infusion beer but also had a taste of their peach ale and it was delicious as well. Overall, highly recommend this place and tip: get a reservation if possible since it can get pretty crowded.
google avatar

Aman A.

Yelp
Pretty cool place with good vibes and friendly staff. The pizza was a bit greasy but everything else about the experience was good. Fried chicken sandwich was really good. They had an interesting herbal tea type of beer, which was unlike anything I ever tasted and I'm glad I tried it. We'd heard a lot about Bear St. Tavern, so if you're looking for pizza, perhaps that might be a better spot considering this one was a bit greasy and didn't seem all that special. Overall though recommend if you want some decent bites, positive vibes, and good beer.
google avatar

Vivian Q.

Yelp
Cozy decorations and attentive friendly service were the highlights of this place, the food was pretty good with quite large portions. Enjoyed the chicken wings and the bison ribs, both were a little bit on the sweeter side. And be careful if you ask for sauce - we asked for a side of chili sauce and the small saucer we were given was charged on our bill for CAD$2.50...

Yelp
I came here to meet some friends for happy hour. After my first drink, I decided to just eat there for dinner and I'm glad I did! The French Onion Soup was superb. I'm a sucker for it and I'll order it anytime it's on the menu. There's just something about that savory broth mixed with tender onions, flavorful croutons, and topped with melted cheese that sings to me. The star of the show however was The Boss Beef Ribeye. I wonder if it's named after the famed grizzly that lives in these parts. It was 18 ounces of Alberta Beef. I've had my fair share of steaks during my life and I'll admit, beef from Alberta (I've had it 3 times during this trip) is some of the best tasting beef I've ever had. It's very flavorful, very rich and intense... not like any I've had from the United States. Even the steak I bought at the grocery store had the same flavor profile. It was cooked perfectly and I devoured it like a wild carnivore. The Cheesy Waffle Fries were actually a surprise. I didn't know that's what came with the steak but probably because I was distracted talking to my friends. The fries were crispy and drizzled with gooey cheese. The sauteed onions on top were a nice touch and added a slight sweetness to it. The portion was probably enough to feed four people. Of course I didn't eat it all but I ate what I could. Banff is known for a lot of excellent restaurants. I wasn't here enough to try them all but I'm going to make it a tradition to come here every year. I recommend this place!
google avatar

Byron S.

Yelp
This was a recommendation from a local friend and it's worth the stop. Sitting at the bar, I was grabbing lunch and a beer. There are several options on tap, and I tried the Amber. Good flavor and it was cold. The service was quick and friendly at the bar. I went with the fish and chips. It was very good. I would stop by again when I make it back. Give them a try, enjoy!

Yelp
3 Bears Brewery is a nice family establishment. If you're in the mood for pizza while in Banff, head here! It is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is good! What more do you need? We had a reservation but there were plenty of open tables. We ordered the pork rinds app and a pizza which was plenty for two. However, my husband's sweet tooth kicked in and we got the chocolate cheesecake recommended by our waiter. Skip that, it was dry and not very flavorful. We regretting getting it.
google avatar

Sarah S.

Yelp
Word on my street is this was the best brewery in Banff, so you know ya girl wasn't about to miss it. Really cute vibe and bartender that was just nice enough. He explained the beers in depth to every patron and could gauge pretty well who wanted to chat and who didn't. Pretty perfect! I had their beer flight which came with six 5oz pours for $25.00. I then opted to add their special tea-infused beer, as well, for a few extra bucks. PINERY PILSNER (4.9%), WISHING TREE IPA (6%), HAPPY TRAILS PALE ALE (5.0%), KENTUCKY COMMON ALE (5.2%) were all solid options in the flight. The Lemon Shandy (3.5%) was above average! The seasonal Peach Ale (4.5%) was so juicy yet so clean clocking in at such a low abv. Undoubtedly the best of the bunch as the Peach & Mango infused version of the Wishing Tree IPA. 6% hitter, same as the regular version, but the infusion is just so cool and adds a nice little oomph if you're into fruity vibes. And I sure am. So glad I popped into Three Bears and highly recommended!

Yelp
Great place for casual dining! We tried a few things (below). Pizzas were delicious and loved their Three Bears Salad too! Chicharrones French Onion Soup Three Bears Salad Elk and Kale Pizza Pepperoni and Chili Crisp Pizza It can get pretty packed so would definitely make a reservation if you can. Also, they do offer free Wi-Fi.
google avatar

Sara L.

Yelp
So, service and atmosphere great! Food ehhhh our favorite things were the wings and the French onion soup. The tuna tostada and steak wraps were ehhh for both of us. I think we may have messed up and not got the pizza, but the pizza is not a GF option sadly, which is what they are know for. Drinks were amazing though.
google avatar

Shanelle S.

Yelp
Casual brewery which has live music on the weekends. Came here on Saturday for a late lunch and they had happy hour going on. Indoor and outdoor seating available (the latter having fire pits blazing). We split a pepperoni pizza, shrimp baos, and the mac and cheese (all of which were on the happy hour menu). Two single occupant restrooms available in the back. The food was solid and the vibes were chill. They had a lot TVs showing hockey games around the restaurant so sports fans can stay entertained. Credit cards accepted. Parking in front is hard so I suggest parking on the outskirts of downtown and walking or taking public transport.
google avatar

Tom A.

Yelp
The food and drinks were delicious especially the crab and shrimp dough. The server was really nice and knowledgeable. Ambiance, ohh it like a cherry on top!
google avatar

Caroline L.

Yelp
We just had a few drinks on the patio during happy hour but they were delish. Service was great and there was live music! I like Bear St much better than Banff Ave.

Yelp
Just stopped in for drinks after touring the shopping row in town. Great service by Jamison, and a nice selection of options. The food looked good, but we decided to eat closer to 'home' in Canmore. Reasonable prices and a fun atmosphere.

Yelp
My friends and I had dinner here one night--the service was phenomenal. Both our server and even the bartender took great care of us. They were attentive and helpful with our questions about drinks and the food menu. The inside of the restaurant had a cabin-feel, with the addition of the brewery equipment, it felt cozy and alive at the same time. My wife and I decided to split our dinner with one another. We ended up ordering a pepperoni pizza with sides of ranch to dip in, and an order of Macaroni and Cheese with Elk. SOOO GOOOOD. The pizza had a great balance of softness and crisp. And the Mac n cheese was very flavorful, which isn't always the case. The elk provided some additional delicious flavors. We left the restaurant super full, but it was well worth it. The pizza is definitely big enough to share. I did have a beer in my time there, as anyone should. Go with the flight!! Gives you a little taste of everything. Well-worth it. We're definitely coming back to this place whenever we come back. Loved it!!

Yelp
Visited this spot on a Thursday night and it was packed, we were glad we had a reservation! The service was friendly and super chill. We had their own beers and burgers. Everything was excellent! To top it off, the restaurant is beautiful. We had to come back in the summer time when the rooftop opens. A must visit in Banff!

Yelp
Great experience. Can't wait to go back. Staff was awesome. Food was great.....although if you get the ribeye, be prepared for some kind of weird seasoning. But still goodish:).

Yelp
Fantastic meal and service. I have a dairy allergy and was able to have pizza! We really enjoyed the open roof as well. Very cool.

Yelp
We visited Banff for the day and had a late lunch here. The restaurant just sends out cool mountain vibes. Our cousins had their labradoodle with them so we took advantage of the covered outdoor seating. Steph was a fantastic waitress and rates at the top of any service we've ever had at a restaurant. She had several tables she was taking care of and she managed us all well by checking in several times and making sure we didn't need anything else. She was friendly and had a genuineness about her. It seemed like she really enjoyed her job and wasn't just trying to be nice because she wanted a good tip. The food we ordered was amazing, but we have to admit that Steph's service took it over the top. Management, give her a raise or promote her, she's going places and you're so lucky to have her as part of your staff!

Yelp
We stopped in Saturday around 11 am. It was not crowded at all and we had a choice of seating. By the time we left the place was packed! Our waitress was wonderful. There was a great selection of food and drinks to choose from. We decided to split some appetizers. They were all so delicious!! We can't wait to come back to town and enjoy another meal here. Would definitely recommend.

Yelp
It was.packed when I came around 7:30. Put my name on the waitlist and got in after ~15 mins. Food: We ordered ribeye, margherita pizza, caesars salad along with some beer and wine. The caesard salad was fresh and flavorful and the ribeye was juicy as well. Margherita pizza needed more sauce but the thin crust was good. Overall, I liked it and will come back if I visit Banff again.
