"You've heard of wine pairings with cheese, but what about beers? Here, each small-batch brew is paired with crusty bread and a platter of cheese for those who sign up for a tour. The beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, brewed and canned on-site. Tours require a minimum of 12 people, and pre-booking is recommended." - Meryl Koh

A friendly environment with lots of great beer produced in the same building. They also serve cider and kombucha brewed on site. They serve wine as well. If you like sitting and watching a brewery work, then sit upstairs and see the magic happen. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of their products. They serve pies, but you can bring food in from outside venues and enjoy at table inside. They do bottle fill and off-site sales as well.

Three Boys Brewery is definitely worth checking out. Nestled in Woolston, you'll find their amazing brewery as well as a great bar space where you can drink their delicious beers poured fresh on tap. Three Boys often have nights where a food truck is parked outside (we scored Empire Chicken night yusss), and there are plenty of snacks too. You can also bring your own food! And dogs!! It's a really easy, casual atmosphere which goes good after a hard day's mahi. The staff are great, they know their stuff and with an ex chemist professor at the helm of all their brewing you know the beer is outstanding.

Great atmosphere and vibe! Pretty affordable for a craft brewery in NZ too. The food truck "Meat you here" was at the brewery the Friday we went and the food was top notch. Fantastic place, highly recommend!

This was an absolutely superb microbrewery I had the fortune of visiting when over seeing family. The beers were great and the operation is top quality. They had some cool merch on offer too. For sure worth a look if you’re in town.. come in and say hi to their friendly staff

Delayed review from March this year but spur of the moment visit while on a road trip and despite calling in late on a quiet day was warmly welcomed and tho I normally wouldnt choose a wheat beer the one I tried here on recommendation was good , took away a 4 mix pack and enjoyed them all . Good music while watching the brewers do there magic .
