How Restaurants and Bakeries Are Adapting to High Egg Prices | Eater
"A small, local egg supplier used by a breakfast tavern the restaurant switched to about two years ago; the tavern’s owner reports that the supplier is “incrementally raising their prices, which is obviously fine,” and that they’re still supplying eggs at roughly 50 cents less than the current market price, according to the owner’s comments: “We’re actually still getting [eggs] for about 50 cents less than what is current market price.”" - Bettina Makalintal
5 stars because you should always support a local family business. Worth mentioning that yolks have always been yellow for me, haven’t found those nutrient-rich orange yolks with Three Brothers Eggs, but if you’re buying eggs from the grocery, this is the best choice.

Best farm in the northern hemisphere, bar none. I’ve been eating their veggies, eggs, and beef as much as reasonably possible since the farms inception, and I can say with total honesty I am a better person for it. Great people, great business.
