Three B's Bar and Bistro

Decided to stop in as we drive by often. Usually the parking lot is very busy. We went on a Sunday around 7:30 PM. Google shows open till 10. There were a few tables occupied not very busy. We were seated within a reasonable amount of time and where the bar is. We were asked for drinks and put in an appetizer order of the wings. Took about 20 minutes to get our wings had to ask for ranch as they were delivered without. We ordered the Cuban sandwich and also the prime rib sandwich. Our waiter disappeared for a while took about 40 minutes to get our food. Then we never saw our waiter again. We had two other waiters assist us during our stay, but it wasn’t often. No drinks were refilled. The food was really good. The Cuban sandwich is done right juicy ham and pork and a good tasting mustard The bread was very soft with the light, toasted outside The prime rib sandwich with seasoned perfectly and very thick sandwich again the ciabatta bread was very good. . The atmosphere was pleasant and the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. There appeared to be plenty of staff, but no one seemed interested in checking on the clients. We didn’t bother with a dessert or coffee as they looked like they wanted to close at 9 PM instead of 10, which is posted so we eventually got our check from the third waiter and left. Maybe next time we’ll have to go earlier and see if the service is better. The food was good and worth the little aggravation.

The food was fantastic. Expertly prepared. A must revisit. They have a bar that serves drinks. Has a good family atmosphere on one side on the other side it has a nice bar atmosphere The decor is nice. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised by the choice on the menus you can go from Italian to German to Mexican and sushi.

Three B’s Bar and Bistro is one of those places we keep coming back to, and for good reason. We are basically frequent flyers at this point, and honestly, if they handed out loyalty miles, we would probably have a free vacation by now. The menu has a wide variety of offerings, which is perfect when you can never decide what you actually want to eat. Burgers, wings, sandwiches, sushi, you name it, they probably have it. The food is good too. Not fine dining fancy, but solid good old American grille style food that hits the spot every time. And yes, they offer sushi. Decent sushi. Not the kind that looks like it swam up onto the plate to file a complaint, but actual nice looking rolls. I have eaten at places where the sushi looked like it was still thinking about the ocean, so trust me, Three B’s is doing it right. The staff is always friendly and easy to talk to. You could walk in on a random Tuesday and end up chatting with them like you have known each other for years. It is that kind of warm, casual place where conversation comes naturally. The location is great and parking is never an issue, which is its own kind of miracle these days. It is also very family friendly, so you can bring the kids without worrying about feeling out of place. All in all, Three B’s Bar and Bistro is a dependable spot with good food, good people, and a relaxed atmosphere that keeps us coming back again and again. It might not change your life, but it will definitely make your stomach happy.

Great bar and restaurant. Excellent sushi and dinners. Service was great always a favorite place to dine.

I have passed this restaurant many times while driving on 70, and always wondered what kind of food they served. When I finally went the other night, I was pleasantly surprised by how many food options were on the menu. From pot pies, to sushi, to butter chicken! (Which I got). My dad got the Chicken Pot Pie, and boy was I glad I got a taste, because it was amazing. It was so big that we got another meal out of it the next day. My mom got the grouper, which was cooked perfectly and tasted great. I got the butter chicken, which I was pleasantly surprised by. Not only was the flavour terrific, but the naan was great and rice was seasoned well. I am so happy we finally tried this place, because now I have another great go-to restaurant!

This rating is primarily for the clams with Crostini. Crostini was way over toasted. So over toasted might as well have been a giant crouton. Crostini should be crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Really took away from the enjoyment of the meal. Topping the clams and letting the garlic clam juice soak into the crostini and bitting a warm chewy bread is part of the experience.

Yesterday , My wife and I had a nice and delicious dinner at this place! That being said the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. We sat adjacent to a wooden divider which wasn’t too appealing allowing no view what so ever ! A divider is a good idea but I would suggest a decorative planter or a glass type finish where it still provides a classy atmosphere! Also the men’s bathroom needs updating and repairs ! Other than that the food, service was really great!

I hate writing bad reviews. I really do. But I have to share my experience that I experienced at Three B’s. I’ve been to this restaurant before. It’s been a while, but never had any issues. I ordered the pot roast. I will say, it was delicious. Great choice for me. My son ordered the lobster roll. He took one bite and spit it out. My mom tried it to see how it tasted. She spit it out. So of course I had to try it. It was a hard swallow. It was not a lobster roll. It was lobster salad on a bun. And the taste was terrible. I don’t know how they seasoned it and mixed it together but the seafood salad you buy in a container at BJs is 10x better. My mother got the teriyaki beef and broccoli. The steak was all fat. She couldn’t even eat it. Now at this point 2/3 of our meals are inedible. And they are not cheap either. We had no choice but to notify the waiter. They took our plates back, said they would refund the bill. Great! A few minutes later the manager comes over. He starts questioning us and asks why did we send back our meals?! They sold over 150 lobster roll sandwiches so what was wrong with it?!? And immediately started getting defensive. I told him the food was terrible and explained why. He said ok and stormed off. The way he spoke to my mother and son did not sit right with me. I told him he came off rude after an already disappointing meal. I explained to him why we were dissatisfied. He was still defensive, stating it was my opinion that he came off rude, and somewhat apologized. The waiter saw the interaction and came over and apologized on behalf of the manager. He stated the chefs yelled at him and the manager and demanded to know why we didn’t like the food. Because it sucked. What a toxic environment to work in 😖 Tonight they lost a customer for multiple reasons.

Met a girlfriend here for dinner last week, I arrived early and sat in the dining area in the back by the party room? my friend arrived and we ordered iced tea. After looking at a pretty extensive menu, I ordered a minestrone soup, Becks beer and the fish & chips- when I say that this piece of fish was huge it literally took up the whole plate it was served on! it was light, flakey and delicious- My friend ordered the turkey & stuffing dinner and she enjoyed it very much, for dessert I had the lemoncello dessert parfait and I really liked the tangy taste of the lemon, she had the cheesecake and said she couldn't possibly eat the whole thing, but did! lol and we also placed a to-go order for her grandson who was still at work but needed to eat when he got home from his shift, so chicken fingers and fries to go. I really enjoyed my dinner here and the staff was friendly and nice- I plan to be back with my hubby and kids, Three B's Bar & Bistro is now on our dining our rotation.

I ordered the hamburger with Swiss cheese and mushrooms with a Cesar salad for my appetizer. The chef obviously doesn't know that Cesar salad is not supposed to be sugary. The burger was ok, no seasoning on the actual burger. A little salt and pepper on the burger before cooking would be good. I was happy that my waiter was able to have the bun changed from the brioche bun to a ciabatta bun. The place is nice but I feel like the food or the chef needs to improve.

I really loved this place the first time I went. Since then, it seems to have gone downhill. I ordered food a few times in hopes it would be good. The first time was ok. The last few times, the food had no flavor. I ordered food tonight and regret it. My burger was ok but very oily. My fries had no flavor and were kinda cold. I also don't feel great after eating it because it was loaded with oil/greasy. I wish they would listen to these reviews and fix whatever has been going on in the kitchen.

Absolutely awful..the German Schnitzel dish had canned cold sauerkraut with inedible gravy...the potato pancakes were burnt...the manager was annoyed when we sent the dish back.We saw our waiter once when we placed our order and he vanished for the rest of our meal..never going back. The manager never even apologized, she had a very bad attitude

The food was so creative, fresh and tasty!!! I had the tuna mango poke bowl, which was outstanding! Hubby had Copa Cabana pork shank with amazing vegetable bean fried rice. Service was attentive. We love the bar.

What a great surprise. This resteraunt in Lakehurst was so nice. It looks like nothing from the outside but inside it was nice with a large bar. The menu was so big with so many option. They have a sushi menu and variety of other items. I had the butter chicken that was delicious. Most of the wait staff was young but they were doing great. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly.

Food was terrible. Hamburger was dry. Fried onion rings were tough chicken. Wings were sloppy service wasn't the greatest sorry very poor restaurant.

Too many items so none are good. Mostly frozen heated up in kitchen. Food quality 2 out of 10. Decent burgers and sushi. Notice cleanliness of bar seating area not good. Woukd love to love this place its close to home. Get with it. People are so educated about food now we would all appreciate better quality.

Our Aunt's repass was held here! The food was excellent especially the cod fish which is amazing since fish dry out when served buffet style. The service was attentive. They even brought out to go containers for us.

I've had enough. I was given a genEric gift card by my daughter. I tried to use it at Three B's but for a variety of reasons that were ridiculous, they couldn't take it. I was able to use it at a store with no trouble. This time around I was given an E gift certificate specifically for Three B's but once again, when I got to the restaurant, they told me I couldn't use it because I had to have scanned a QR code. There was no mention of any QR code on the E gift certificate. I told them that this wasn't the first time they've denied my use of a gc. I left the overpriced food and walked out. It sounds like a scam. I will not go back to that place again.

First and last time I'll be here. Waited to be seated. Girl walked us to our table and dropped our menus without saying a word. Server was a long time coming to our table. Sandwiches were ok but fries were soaked in oil and not cooked. Server never came back so we could never let him know this. We finally get the server and our check. My wife goes up to pay and the girl asked her if she would like change. I've had better service in McDonalds.

Nice atmosphere, good food and great service. We had a large group. We were accommodated easily.

Service is terrible management doesn't care food is just ok. Waited 20 minutes without a server. I saw 3 of them talking behind the hostess desk I asked for someone and they said it wasn't their section. There were only 10 people in the restaurant.

My shrimp was way overcooked. Had to ask for our drinks that was order 15 minutes prior. No utensils were on the table had to wait for them after our food was delivered. Really disappointed since we came here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Also there is stuff all over the floor. No one is cleaning it up.

Good food, great service, pleasant ambiance! My hubby and I enjoy going to the Three B's occasionally for a pleasant date night. I had the grouper special, which was delicious. My hubby had the lemon chicken risotto which he enjoyed as well. We took a slice of cheesecake to go because we were stuffed! We will return there!

Try the grouper or fish and chips....delicious.My wife, cousin and myself enjoy it thoroughly

Poor bar service, one woman working her tail off. Young guy there showing up every so often to mix drinks or to take tips. Took a 50 dollar bill and put it directly in his pocket. Mixed drink was weak. Food not as described on the menu. I had "slow roasted" pork shanks. I had to fight to get the meat off the bone. And nowhere in the description of plate did it say anything about bbq, but the shanks were swimming in bbq sauce. Hubby had pork schnitzel with potatoe pancake, pork was ok, but potatoe pancake nothing more than a hashbrown. Will not be returning!

Too expensive, odd spices in some foods, just did not the ambience and not enough staff

I ordered Japanese rice bowl with chicken and asked him not to microwave chicken they did. It was extra hard never eat there again. Don't you eat there either probably will break your teeth.

I really like this restaurant. The menu selections are creative. Not your usual bar and grill. We always have great service and the food comes exactly as ordered. I typically switch up ingredients and it always comes out perfectly.

Food is ok. sushi is Mediocre. Atmosphere is very nice. The average item on menu is over $25. Great Italian deli attached to the place. WORSE PART A 4% ADD-ON TO USE A DEBT OR CREDIT CARD. Your bill will run over $200 for 4 people easy so they will charge you $10 just to pay ur bill. THATS ABSURD!!! NO COORS LIGHT DRAFT COSTS $5 they can absorb any CC charges!!! Also they have no lunch menu. You pay the same at lunch as u do at dinner....

We stopped here on Saturday, May 11. I had never been here before. When we received the menu I commented on the fact that there was only one burger on the menu. We were told that it was the Mother's Day menu so it had fewer selections. This was on a Saturday, not Sunday by the way. I ordered the Meatloaf. It was OK. She ordered the Lobster and Crab Stuffed Grouper. She said that it was disappointing. The woman sitting next to us said that she goes there often and the meal that she normally orders was 5 dollars more than usual. I later checked the price of the Meatloaf. Normally 21.99. For the Mother's Day menu, 24.99. So she was correct, they increased the prices on Saturday for Sunday. Also, we were charged an additional 3.50 for using a credit card. We will not be going back.

The best part of our experience was the service. Our waiter was polite and efficient. Both my Thanksgiving sandwich and my husband's beef stew were very disappointing. Not roasted turkey but sliced deli meat, stuffing was mush, gravy didn't even hint of herbs, and although the sweet potato fries were fine, they left an old oil after taste. The beef stew was mostly vegetables in a tomato soup like gravy. Sorry, but will not be returning.

We like this restaurant. So many good dishes . Like the atmosphere in the bar area. Just tried their Chilean Sea Bass Piccata. Let me just say... I should have stuck with my favorite Salmon on the plank Or Mediterranean Grouper. It was awful !! Could not eat it ... so fishy it could not have been Chilean sea bass . So much sauce and breading they tried to cover up the taste . I am a big fish eater and I don't usually say anything. This was bad . Sticking with salmon or grouper from now on. They are tried and truly delicious. Adding a star only because yelp makes you... guess we could say it is for the risotto. That was what I did eat .

We went here on 1-3-2023 for a birthday celebration for my brother-in-law! Our first time here. Food was very good! There were 7 of us. 4 of us got the chicken francese, which was excellent! One got the seafood pot pie, which he said was very good, and big enough to feed at least 2! My b-i-l had the chicken jambalaya, which he was good! I don't remember what the other person ordered, but she enjoyed it. The real star of the evening was our waiter, Nick! He was a very personable young man, who did his job extremely well! He amazed all of us by remembering exactly what we ordered w/o writing anything down, and verified everything with us before putting our order in. (The 4 people who ordered the francese, all had different side dishes) Big shout out to Nick! Great job young man! Definitely coming back!

Just okay nothing great . I wouldn't say hurry up and get there. Sandy's is better and so much more pleasant

went there tonight for thanksgiving there were 8 of us. we were seated at 3 did not see our server for about 45 minute. the water bottle on the table had stuff floating in it. told the server finally he did not apologize just brought out another bottle which also had stuff floating in it 20 minutes later we got our drinks And ordered our food. About 45 minutes later I asked another person where our server went she just said that they were bus and very backed up but no apology. The food showed up at this point its 5 :00. The server had only been to our table maybe 4 times he forgot the cranberry sauce. The turkey was full of bones and grizzle and the stuffing was not edible. I decided to talk to a manager but since our server was nowhere to be found I went to the check in place to inquire about one. The girl who I spoke to earlier was there and asked a female manager behind the bar if she wanted to talk to a customer she said no and with a smug look on her face turned and started to walk away I confronted her and she sent a guy over to talk to me. This guy was a real piece of work I doubt that he was really a manager he was serving food to a bunch of tables around us. he was very condescending and rude in the end they didn't even take anything off the bill and had the nerve to charge 20% gratuity. Now I understand they would be busy but how is that my fault the food was horrible and the service was even worse our server barely spoke to us if I would have gotten even 1 apology from him or management I would not have written this review. My family and I will never go back there

Hugh bar; Saturday night and one bartender and she's taking orders and waiting on tables. Absurd! My potato pancakes are good but I could have driven to NYC and went to Jr's in less time that I got them here. Over an hour; seriously

If you haven't been in a while FYI the food is top-notch delicious. The servers are all polite, clean and most definitely care. The bartenders are awesome as well, especially Lori. Give it a shot. The boom boom tacos with grouper are out of this world. The prime rib ciabatta is 5 Bald Head ‍‍‍‍‍ stars. The angry meatball Parmesan is delicious with a side of vodka sauce. And there's so many more entrées that are delicious. You can sit in the bar area or dining room.

Great spot, great food, awesome sushi. Unfortunately the bar is always understaffed by in attentive bartenders. Three times in last two weeks I sat at a half full bar for 5-10 minutes before a bartender ended a conversation or stopped organizing bar stuff before recognizing we were there. Happens every time I visit the area, it's not a onetime event. Sad for such a great place with loyal local following.

Ordered fish and chips the fish was not cooked and when I pointed it out to waitress at the bar she said her husband was a fisherman and it's cooked! This was yesterday -Monday . Have a son as a chef well educated that taught me a lot about cooking may edge out the fisherman , I did not want to get sick and eat uncooked fish Yea

My husband and I ate lunch there today and it was a good time. Great atmosphere, service, and food. The menu offers a variety of dishes from sushi to seafood Italian food to typical bar food. The prices are reasonable. We had a couple drinks at the bar while we ate. They have a large selection of draft beer. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bathroom stalls didn't have any toilet paper. Conditions of restrooms at restaurants are important, in my opinion.

Great place for every type of food you may want. American comfort food (like pot roast) to Italian dishes to Sushi bar . Recommend

Go to place when you don't know want you want to eat...once you figure it out they have everything!

Food was amazing, had the stuffed Artichoke and the mixed grill special. Service was really great and the bartender was delightful. Definitely my new place. Wife had the sushi and raved about it. The ambiance was all decorated for Christmas beautifully.

This place was terrible! The only good thing about this restaurant was the mediocre food. The service was terrible. Wasn't busy at all but took 15-30 minutes for our food. My mother was charged for something she didn't order and when she confronted our waiter about it, he was extremely disrespectful. Kept calling my mother "lady" instead of a respectful "ma'am" or "miss".

So far...I hear grumbling from other tables. Is it the service? I saw an upset father wait on his beer and now smiling. I see another family wanting to send food back because the kitchen messed up but no wait staff has come to help them out. I have no bread at the table or water. Just ordered apps, let's see what happens next. We are waiting for our drink order. Martini without martini glass with no olives. Shrimp Tempura appetizer came out cold. Was only charged for beef empanadas. Warned wait staff about the other customers around us being upset about their dinner and service. Customers were coming up to me and telling how their food was cold. My girlfriend said that this is an uncommon night for this restaurant. Gordon Ramsey would of "Shut it down!"

Try the drunken meatball sandwich with homemade meatballs and vodka sauce was excellent.

I really enjoyed my entree it was broiled flounder with risotto and a side of sautéed mushrooms. My friend ordered the seafood pot pie it was huge she said it was delicious. The staff and waitresses we're very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend Three B's Bar and Bistro.

My family had a little bit of everything. Great food from start to finish. Everything from the lobster sushi roll to the German shnitzel was very good.

Fanciest place in the area. Table clothes. Silverware. Classy. I bring dates there as is impressive. Overpriced though .

We used to like this place. They always had a good selection of menu items. My husband and I had lunch here recently and was very disappointed. I ordered a burger. It was very tough and tasteless. My husband ordered the fish tacos. He said they were just ok. It had cole slaw on the taco that made it very soggy. Then we had coffee to drink, we both had a refill too. When the bill came we were shocked!!! Coffee was $3.00 EACH!!! $12.00 for coffee!! WHAT? No free refill. That is highway robbery!! We don't think that we will return any time soon.

If your interested in a cold plate of steak and mashed potatoes, this is the place to go

Just had our daughters baby shower here. Everything was fantastic! Stress free. Nicole helped us with booking and Jon was our most attentive and accommodating server. The food was great(Commanders Buffet). Chose salmon provinciale, chicken francese, penne ala vodka, and beef tips Marsala. The dinner also came with rolls, spring mix salad, red potatoes, a broccoli/cauliflower mix, and a cookie tray. We paid for the pitchers of red and white sangria and pitchers of soda. The room is very nice and we were able to decorate it with our theme. It was really nice and in our budget. Thank you Three B's!
