Situated deep into Concourse C, Three Casks is a solid spot to grab a drink and/or bite while traveling through BNA.
I am usually flying SW out of BNA, so I spend most of my time in Concourse C, so Three Casks is always an option depending on my flight schedule. My latest visit to BNA saw a couple hour delay to ORD, and since I was already in C, I bellied up to the bar at Three Casks for a cocktail and bite.
While they are a very whiskey forward and focused spot, I went with one of the house cocktails featuring gin, The Cumberland 75. The gin was tasty, the fruit gave it a bit of a bite, but the chamomille balanced it from being too tart. It was a decent cocktail that hit the spot.
Since I was delayed, I decided I might as well eat, so I went with the classic nachos and added pulled pork. The nachos were solid. The cheese sauce was tasty, but a tad too thick. The pickled veggies were a stellar add, and the pulled pork was good and well paired with the house bbq sauce.
Service at the bar was okay. They were overwhelmed I am sure given the amount of delays, so they provided the best and most efficient service possible.
Overall, solid spot to visit when you have the time at BNA. If I was flying out of another concourse, I wouldn't go out of my way to visit, but when in C, it is definitely worth it if you have the time.
