I have been to Maui on two occasions...I went to this jewelry store each time and found great jewelry at very reasonable prices. Their pieces are unique and many pieces are hand made. Go to this store if you have an eye for the unusual.

Great staff, and the only place that carries Marta Howell jewellery. Great selection, and a good range of price points. The staff there are always very helpful.

IMHO I like to buy jewelry in Hawaii because the sales tax is less than half of my own state's tax and that can add up to a nice savings. Ever since I lost one of my favorite gold earrings, I've been on a mission to find a replacement pair. Denny, the co-owner of Three Crowns told me to let him know if I needed help. I liked that he didn't hover over me as I scanned the cases. I knew what I was looking for, and lo-and-behold I found a few pair of pretty earrings to my liking. Denny told me to try them on, while he chatted with my hubby. Of all of jewelers I met on this trip, he was the only one who knew the name of the type of earring clasp I was searching for! Mahalo, Denny! I left the store wearing my new gold earrings, which was a lovely anniversary gift for myself!

First time learned about Danny Wong's design from Birgitta, truly enjoyed her traditional charm way of running the business. Very happy to find the earrings representing the Aloha.

Owner refused to sell me a gold earrings as she realized the price on the back was lower than it should be due to the store being closed for so long. Accused me of being a bad customer as I asked a few questions and wouldn't buy on the spot. She does not know how to deal with people of colour and is unethical.

Very nice people who have integrity, fair prices and the highest quality work in Lahaina. I had 2 diamonds soldered on a solitaire setting and I was not worried about the stones being changed. Dennis and Brigitte have been in that same location over 20 yrs.

They provided a service for me in a prompt manner. I needed to replace two watch batteries for a formal dinner. They did them in 30 minutes. Granted they could not seal them to spec. But I needed working watches and when I get home I can take them to my personal jeweler. I did try the other places near by and no one would do it or in time.

About 3 weeks ago my wife and I were on holiday in Lahaina, Maui. During this vacation we spent time searching for and buying Hawaiian designed bracelets and jewelry. We were shopping at the Maui Cannery Mall in Lahaina when we came across "Three Crowns Jewelry". We spoke with the female owner who told us she had been in the jewelry business on the islands for over 40 years. She seemed honest and pleasant at the time and my wife found a gold bracelet she liked.The female owner told us how that bracelet was special and that she had contacts with 3 Hawaiian jewelry makers that produced jewelry for her. She made it sound as though some of her jewelry including the bracelet we were about to buy was specific to her shop and made for her. She said her prices were some of the best on Maui. We felt she was truthful in what she had told us and $2100... and we were out the door. We briefly had browsed through jewelry stores on Front St. and entered a small family run shop. My wife saw the exact same bracelet she had purchased from "Three Crowns Jewelry" in a display case. The store owner let my wife examine the bracelet and it was the identical to the one she paid $2100....yet this store was asking $950.00!! This jewelry store also had several of the exact same bracelets. We felt cheated by the purchase that we paid twice as much for at "Three Crowns Jewelry". My wife and I went back to "Three Crowns Jewelry" and met with the owner and woman who sold us the bracelet. We told her we had found the exact bracelet she sold us for $950.00. Her response was, "If you saw it at one of those Vietnamese or Asian shops on Front St., it is probably counterfeit. They copy the design and make them in China". .I asked her how did I know her bracelet was not counterfeit and I asked for a certificate of authenticity. She said the bracelets don't have such certificates and showed me a catalog from the bracelet maker. She also brought out a jewelers loop and showed me the initials "CL" which she stated was the designer and manufacturer's stamp. We asked her for a refund on the bracelet and she said she would accept a return only for trade of merchandise in her store. Why would I trade over-priced jewelry for more over-priced jewelry. We left "Three Crowns Jewelry' with a very bitter taste after the owner's "racist remarks about Vietnamese and Asian business credibility", and her poor business and customer satisfaction attitude. We went back to the shop that had the same bracelet and told the owner about the comments a rival business owner made about her integrity and the integrity of other Asian jewelers on Front St. We told her about the "CL" brand and the catalog the "Three Crown Jewelry" owner showed us. She in turn showed us the same "CL" branding and the same designer's catalog and was humble about what was said about her and her jewelry business. We bought several pieces of jewelry from our "honest and truthful" Front St jeweler and felt confident with each purchase we were treated fairly and did not overpay as we did at "Three Crown Jewelers". As you can see from my review, this is not a "stump" for any particular jeweler on Front St., but more of a BEWARE of "Three Crown Jewelers"...the jeweler with the real integrity issue.

the owner is a complete b****. Don't buy your jewelry from here. If Something Happens she will be a smart ass and blame you and try to charge you and rip you off and not give you your money back. Go to a real jewelry store. The one across, Hoku is way better and nicer. She literally said "emeralds don't seem to suit you" when mine broke less than a month after having it. What a shame- should be out of business.

Horrible service from the owner! She blames you and insults you when her cheap jewelry falls apart. She threatened to not give me my money back and blamed me for breaking it saying if I'm a bartender (which I'm not) I shouldn't wear it to work. You should be able to work quality jewelry anywhere no excuse for this type of service. Do not buy jewelry here.

Beautiful jewelry. They helped me find special Christmas gifts for my little nieces after days of searching other jewelers.

The best jewelry store on the island. Birgitta is wonderful-very accommodating. Beautiful selection with excellent prices. Highly recommended!

The gentleman here was so nice and very helpful. The jewelry is not like the other typical jewelry stores you see on Front St. It is very eye catching. My husband bought me a beautiful Denny Wong plumeria necklace as a wedding/honeymoon gift.
