Yelp
I've supported Three Girls Vegan Creamery business from the start when they did a Pop up at Compassionfest, through their first location and at both of the newer locations. I've spent a few thousands on their food. They don't like to hear about unhappy customers when they mess up an order. Believe me, it has happened quite a few times. Although I did let them know about the mistakes, it didn't deter me from continuing to order from them.
Some of the issues were : Ordered a Broccoli and Cheese Soup served in a Bread Bowl. They ran out of Bread Bowl but didn't tell me ( that was the only reason I was ordering it). Nor was I given a credit for not receiving the bread bowl.
Ordered a Mozzarella en Carrozza Sandwich to heat at home. The picture showed a container of sauce to dip it in.
Well, no sauce was given. When I questioned it, they said that they only give sauce if you order it to be heated. I didn't have sauce at home, so I had an added cost to buy some.
I ordered an Eggplant Sandwich on Ciabatta Bread, but they made it on a Fried Dough. These problems were brought to their attention. Also, recently I went to the Downtown location and purchased some baked goods. I paid in cash. It came out to exactly $25. I did message them to question how it could be an exact amount, no taxes, etc. Their response was that they don't have any change in the cash drawer, so they round down in the customers favor. What about all the tax revenue the State is losing out on?
One of my recent orders, I was sent via Door Dash, the wrong soup. They were out of stock on what I ordered. Without my consent, they gave me an entirely different one. When I called to question this, they first said to take it up with DoorDash. Why should I fault the delivery when it was Three Girls that made the decision to give me a different food item. After going back and forth with this via phone calls and emails, they finally agreed that I could come by and pick up another soup. Mind you, it was over $17. for the White Bean Soup that I originally ordered. I kept on checking their website, but that particular Soup had not been back on the menu, so I waited a while longer. It was almost a month, and it still wasn't featured. I decided to call again and ask for a $17 credit so I could get something else. The other soups they were making did not appeal to me. I ended up on the phone with one of the owners. She started out pretty nasty, saying that they gave me enough time to get another soup. I tried to tell the owner, Tracy, that I was waiting for the White Bean Soup as that is what I originally ordered. She went on about how long it takes to wash the Escarole, how it takes 4 days to make, etc. During our conversation, she was swearing, dropping the F-Bomb more than 20 times. She said that I'm never happy with the food, that I complained about it a lot, etc. I'm not sure what she wants customers to do when their orders are wrong. She was yelling and angry the whole time we were speaking. Finally, she said, "Come and get your soup, but then don't come back." "We are not a good match.Think of it as a break up" "Go on with your life, but don't come back here"
After being a loyal customer for years, bringing the mistakes to their attention got me banned from their business. Unbelievable!
