"Overlooking a park, this food truck is pretty self-explanatory. Three piggies went to the market and are now all on the menu at this pork-only barbecue spot. The menu changes regularly but standards include the pork belly sliders with maple soy glaze, green apple, and fried onion, or the pork ribs with baby bok choy and jalapeno sauce. Don't expect service to be perfect, but the spot-on, Asian-influenced food forgives those sins." - Jenna Scatena

I tried the twice fried pork belly on Jasmine rice, and the meatloaf! Both were great!! Combination of flavorful meat, with greens and carbs.. ultimate fuel. Portions size is just perfect, high on taste.. $8 - $10 for all items on menu. Chef is humble and quiet, but great attention to detail!

Three Little Pigs is a food cart operating in the parking lot of East End Wines. The following review can be reduced to this simple statement: Three Little Pigs knows how to cook pork. I went here for a dinner on a Friday night before a concert downtown and I was completely unprepared for just how good the food was. All of the dishes are $7, which seems a little pricy at first, but once you eat one you'll no longer have any qualms about pricing. I ordered the Pig Cheeks with White Beans + Salsa Cruda and the Pork Belly Slider with Maple Soy Glaze. The pig cheek was incredibly moist and exceptionally flavorful and basically fell apart at the touch of a fork. While it's not part of their standard menu (it supposedly changes day-to-day), I'd definitely recommend getting it if available. And now we move on to the pork belly slider, which is possibly the best one I've ever eaten. The pork belly is cooked perfectly and the entire thing is drenched in a sweet maple glaze that just confuses the senses (in a good way) when you taste it all together. The maple flavor made me think I was eating a pancake or some other type of breakfast dish doused in syrup. It was phenomenal. The slider is an absolute must-purchase for first-time visitors to Three Little Pigs. I know I'll soon be returning and with greater numbers. Just as a side note, the place is BYOB and there is a awesome little convenience store next door with a solid selection of beers and wines for your dining please.

VERY good food and atmosphere!! Got the duck confit, pork belly slider, and kimchi with BBQ pork and it was all amazing for a great price. The food truck is behind a bar and you can eat inside/outside while enjoying some drinks. A little ways from DT Austin but it is a nice retreat from all the bustle. Highly recommend!!

We got the three items on the permanent menu (pork belly sandwich, meatloaf on grits, and Asian fried chicken). So good! We needed to get them "to-go". The chef/owner packed the meals into containers so carefully that the food presentation was still nice to look at even after a twenty minute walk! This guy really cares...

Best food trailer in Austin for my money. The soul food/ Asian fusion is brilliantly executed by a gentleman who clearly has a passion for his craft, and the prices are more than fair. A fee staple dishes as well as rotating daily specials.

Perhaps the exuberant recommendations leading up to my first bites of bacon-wrapped meatloaf did me in, but I was let down by Three Little Pigs. The concept is great (and spreading)--what doesn't taste better with a little bacon? Everything on the menu except for the veggie options include pork in some way. However, the serving size was small and the pork was fatty. I'm not a big fan of collared greens, so I can't count against them on that, but overall the meal was overpriced.

Well, it's just stunning. The slider--it is a godsend. So is the rest of the menu. You have to order at least two things, or else. I've been going to Three Little Pigs for like 7 or 8 years. If the food sucked, I wouldn't do that.

Had this a few weeks ago when wandering around East Austin. Big perk was getting to step inside East Side Wines for a tasting while we waited for our food! We had the black eyed pea/tongue salad and the asian fried chicken - both were very good! This place is also byob so next time we'll buy a bottle of wine next door and have a more leisurely dinner!
