"Overlooking a park, this food truck is pretty self-explanatory. Three piggies went to the market and are now all on the menu at this pork-only barbecue spot. The menu changes regularly but standards include the pork belly sliders with maple soy glaze, green apple, and fried onion, or the pork ribs with baby bok choy and jalapeno sauce.
