"Copious eye candy is on the menu at this wildly decorated Mediterranean spot in the Hotel Indigo, so it’s bound to disarm even the most jaded out-of-town guest at a glance. And speaking of sweet things: While small plates, salads, and sandwiches of all kinds are the main event here, be sure to save room for the delectable dessert called coconut tocinillo del cielo." - Ruth Tobias, Eater Staff

Went with a large party for a celebration and felt the dishes served were inconsistent. Several of us ordered duplicate dishes, and it was different from each plate ingredient wise. Highly recommend the grits and shrimp..stay away from the steak and eggs. Loved the mimosa bowl! the servers were amazing!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Three Saints Revival for the first time. As I walked in, I was delighted to discover their 4-6 pm happy hour, which I couldn't resist trying. I sampled the French 75, even though I'm not a gin fan, and it turned out to be surprisingly tasty. The Sidecar was also a pleasant surprise. These drinks set the stage for a delightful happy hour experience with a variety of tapas to enjoy. We kicked off the evening with a shared flatbread, which we cleverly transformed into a hand sandwich with the delectable lamb meatballs. The Patatas Bravas, Harissa Carrots, and the Lamb Meatballs themselves were all excellent. I couldn't get enough of the flavorful sauces accompanying these dishes. Impressed by the happy hour offerings, I decided to explore the dinner menu as well. The Smoked Trout Rillettes were a delightful start, followed by tender and flavorful Chicken Thighs. However, the star of the evening was the slow-cooked Moroccan lamb, which was simply outstanding. For dessert, we indulged in the Pistachio Cake with Saffron Rosewater Gelato and Apricot Sorbet, a perfect combination of flavors and textures. The Lemon Cheesecake, with its unique texture, also surprised me in a good way.

Boldly decorated beverage focused spot with amazing cocktails - I ordered a Mezcal margarita and it was fabulous. We stopped in before an event at Coors field and ordered the hummus and pita which didn’t disappoint! Would love to return for a full nosh session. I love that they indicate dairy and gluten on menu.

We went to Three Saints Revival on our day off on a Friday morning for breakfast. It wasn't busy, so we could pick our spot to sit. The service was very good and speedy. Arianna, our server, was very attentive and friendly. The interior design, the whole flair of the place, is really cool. The drinks and the food were splendid. We'll definitely want to come back for dinner sometime soon. Pretty cool place!

The ambiance in the restaurant was really chill and calm. The waitress was friendly and was standard. The came out slowly, we ordered the shrimp chorizo, hummus, pork belly, and lamb meatballs and mussels. The mussles came out and it took a while we had to ask for them. The lamb meatballs where cold so we sent them back. We got a new order and they tasted better. Overall I do recommend this place the I think its great for a date night or a girls night out.

Loved their dinner menu! Even though it’s a tapas place the portions were huge. We each ordered 2 plates per person and it was more than enough food. Our favorite were: Mushroom Risotto, Carbonara and Lamb. We will definitely be back!

Tapas & a wine tap program? Count me in. We visited Three Saints Revival for dinner and enjoyed old & new world wines as well as small plates inspired by every edge of the Mediterranean. We arrived at Three Saints Revival and were seated at a booth in the main dining room. The aesthetic of the restaurant was funky & whimsical - vibrant colors dominated the space with a bohemian flare. Our server Rob was attentive & knowledgeable on all food & drink offerings - he had solid recommendations for us. Manager, Jesse had amazing energy and ensured we tried some of his mini cocktails that can be ordered during Three Saint's Revival brunch service. To drink, I started with the Monthly Flight for a Cause, Summer Sips. Each Month Three Saints Revival selects a special charity to partner with & this month it was 4 Paws 4 Life Rescue (an animal rescue in Denver dedicated to finding homes for rescue pets). For every Summer Sips flight sold in July, they donated $1 to the cause. I loved this so much. The Summer Sips included Chasing Venus Sauvignon Blanc, Tiamo Pinot Grigio, & Dry Creek Chenin Blanc. Then it was time to start ordering tapas. The Curly Pappardelle was made with basil pesto, summer squash, & cherry tomatoes. This was our favorite tapa of the night. The pasta was piping hot and generously tossed in delicious basil pesto. The juicy tomatoes and summer squash were vibrant against the silky noodles. The Patatas Bravas was served with aioli, sofrito, & dill. The crispy, golden-brown potatoes sat atop bold, red sofrito. The cool creamy aioli was a nice contrast to the hot potatoes. The Flatiron Steak was served with salsa verde. The medium cooked bites of flat iron steak were brightened by the salty & tangy salsa verde. The Watermelon Salad was made with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, mint, & feta. The watermelon salad was a simple & refreshing summer tapa. The juicy sweetness of the watermelon complemented the tang of the feta and fragrant mint. For Cheese we had the Manchego, Le Clair, & Sweet Red Cheddar served with sourdough bread, oil-cured olives, almonds, & pickled onions. The sweet red cheddar was my favorite. The flavor of the cheddar was subtly nutty with a lovely crumbly texture that had a bit of a crunch. The Stuffed Piquillo Peppers were made with goat cheese, white anchovy, & egg. We had two orders of the stuffed piquillo peppers we liked them so much. The scarlet red peppers were sweet and had a hint of heat that gave way to the creamy goat cheese. For dessert we had the Lemon Cheesecake made with strawberry, lavender, & almond crust. We also had mini espresso martinis. The mini espresso martinis were a hit - the perfect after-dinner treat. They were strong in roasted coffee taste with a hint of smooth vanilla.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Indigo which is connected to Three Saints Revival. We dined here for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised with the food and the atmosphere. I ordered the cloud French toast, and my husband ordered the steak and eggs. All the food came out looking fantastic and was plated very nicely. We also ordered some breakfast cocktails, a small Kaffeina which is a rum coffee drink and a bloody Mary which was VERY good. I would recommend stopping in and grabbing a bite or even just a drink!

Yelp
This place is fabulous! I absolutely love the interior, one of the most aesthetically pleasing restaurants ever. The food did not disappoint as well. Highly recommend the Patatas Bravas with eggs. If you're looking for a fun brunch spot this is the spot. Plus the mimosa bowl was so great to share among a group!

Yelp
The first couple of times I visited was close to when they had first opened and I wasn't blown away. Food was lacking something. However, the last few times I have visited recently, my opinion has changed. First of all the aesthetic is vibrant and fun. They have a good happy hour that includes a board and bottle deal which you can't go wrong with. Their food menu is diverse and full of flavor. I would say 3 tapas are a good amount for 2 people. The za'atar fried chicken is a must. Last time we went our server treated us to a drink becauseI inquired about it, which was so nice of her. (Salt of The Earth) it's unique but we really enjoyed it.

Yelp
The papas bravo were INSANE!!! Wow!! I got 2 servings because it was that good. Honestly will come back just for this. We also got the cinnamon roll which was really good. The prices were relatively cheap as well. My husband and brother in law got the mimosa bowl and it did not disappoint. Overall such a great vibe and loved the food 5/5 will be back

Yelp
I really enjoyed our Sunday meal here- we had a reservation at 8:30 and they closed at 9, but they were very sweet and did not rush us. We had a good variety of tapas- very Mediterranean feel. Great service and delicious bites. I ordered the pork belly- so good!!!! They from risotto, also very tasty. H like a frame diet risotto but I know traditional risotto has a bite- very flavorful.

Yelp
I had been wanting to try Three Saints Revival for a while and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is beautifully designed and there is much to look at. My only critique is that the lighting was a bit strange. On a cloudy day, we could have used some warm lighting to make the atmosphere more cozy and less sterile. We tried many things on the menu as it is a small plate/tapas restaurant. The stars were the shrimp and chorizo, sea bass crudo, bolognese, harissa carrots, and the risotto. The cheese and charcuterie board and the shishito peppers were excellent starters. The lamb meatballs were just OK in our opinion. My recommendation would be to ask for the shrimp and chorizo with a side of crusty bread because the sauce on the bottom is amazing and you don't want to leave a bite! Limited parking because it is downtown. Ubering and walking here is best. It is located next to union station so you could take the light rail as well.

Yelp
It was so delicious. The cocktails were well crafted, our waiter was very helpful with suggestions. Our food choices were awesome! We ordered the Moroccan lamb dish, pasta Carbonara, harissa carrots, and hummus. Everything was great! I highly recommend. Nice ambiance too :)

Yelp
Great place for a night out, but didn't totally wow us. Nice atmosphere but unfortunately sat in the bar area with no seat back. I prefer chairs to stools. Ordered cocktails and mocktails that were excellent, ordered a cheese plate and multiple tapas. The carrots came out immediately before we even had plates but the waitress was very apologetic about that and comped us the cheese plate because it should have came out first. Our favorite was the delicious fusilli which was enough food to be a meal on its own. The cheese plate was lacking, there were only a few nuts and a couple of olives. The other dishes were flavorful but relatively small. Fun, trendy spot but won't be my go-to for tapas

Magda C.

Yelp
I was hoping for better food here. The atmosphere and the establishment are nice and modern, but the service was slow and messy at times. Some of the foods just didn't have enough spices and were bland, like the patatas bravas and Brussels salad. The best dishes were pasta papardele with pesto, mushrooms and the mussels dish. Dessert was really good, both the flan and creme chocolate. Overall not a place for me to return to.

Yelp
Was toying between a 3.5 and 4 but rounding up to a 4. The good: - awesome decor and ambiance - creative and upscale dishes - expansive wine and specialty cocktail list - hummus! Some of the best I've ever had Areas for improvement: - made Valentine's Day reservations here and was not informed of a fixed menu, we came to try many tapas but were limited to picking 2 for the 1st course and 2 for the 2nd. A forewarning would have gone a long way as this caught us by surprise - felt packed in like sardines as a table on either side of us was less than 1 foot away! Half the restaurant is spread out widely besides 1 row of about 6 tables that are crammed so tight - service could improve. 1st and 2nd course came out quickly, then waited about 45 minutes for dessert.. - spicy potatoes, lacked a lot of spice and flavor compared to those over at Barcelona wine bar Will give this place another try as long we can order numerous tapas and not swindled into a pre fixed menu.

Yelp
Came here after seeing some social media posts about it and we do enjoy a tapas place. First I'll say the decor is definitely pretty and has a vibe for a perfect date night or girls night. I'm not sure exactly what they are going for, on the mood. If it wasn't for the manager (or at least I think he was) the place would be very "uppity". When we walked in, we really felt like we were interrupting the hostess cell phone time. She didn't say hello, welcome, hi, no welcoming words. She was nice I guess, she said "sorry for the inconvenience" when our table wasn't ready. Totally fine though. The waitress we had was also nice, pleasant, until she was gone for like 15-20 mins. We had to flag down said manager and basically order our 2nd round with him. When she came back, she said she was in the bathroom. We totally get it, we all gotta go. When I waited tables and I had to go, I would either make sure all tables were good or asked someone on the floor to cover my table that I didn't check with. The manager stepped in and it was fine. Second, the food. Our flatbread and hummus was good. It was nice and did the trick. Our 2nd round...was just ok. The esthetics didn't match the food. Like it didn't wow us. We had the flat iron steak which is very popular, along with the lamb meatballs. The lamb meatballs were good, tasted fine. The flat iron, we felt like needed a little something extra. More seasoning around the edges, maybe a dash of salt to be added on top? We definitely didn't like how the knife was placed on top of the meat and literally was covered in the oil from the plate. Meaning when we picked up the knife...oil is now on your hands. The cocktails were again ok. Didn't love them. So I would just label this place ok. The food was good for the price. Definitely not an expensive restaurant at all. I think experience is good, not a place I'll crave or will be eager to go back to.

Yelp
We loved it here! Drinks and food were great, including the presentation! We loved the ambiance! Definitely recommend getting a reservation

Yelp
Food - 5/5 Ambience - 5/5 (one of the most unique and modern places I've been to) Service - 5/5 Value - 4/5 Highly recommend if you are in Denver! This is a Tapas place so the plates are small but you can try many different options on the menu. We went as a group for a bachelorette party and probably ordered half the menu. Everything was fantastic. The table favorite was the corn risotto. The decor was unique and fun, the place looked to be decorated with tapestry and some of the overhead lighting was made of feathers. Our waiter was very kind and patient with us as we were chatty and took a while to order. We chose this place because the bride has a wheat allergy and they offered lots of gluten free menu options. By the end we were all very satisfied!

Melanie S.

Yelp
This place was mediocre-at-best, through and though. Came here with a large group for a birthday brunch, and I could see why the birthday girl picked it. It is VERY vibey, which makes it a huge draw for this sort of event. While the decor was on point, that was about all it had to offer. The service was unfriendly from the start. I think servers don't like a big group because they imagine what splitting the check will be like, but the place was empty and we are all ex-servers and would have hooked it up. Our server barely made eye contact, offered bare minimum smiles, never checked on us despite the fact we were drinking, and allowed the runners to do the majority of the work. The food was worse. Imagine paying $25 for steak and eggs and getting something straight from Denny's. The steak was cooked well, with the right amount of pink for medium rare, but still somehow had no flavor. It felt like a mixture of under seasoning and low quality meat. After seeing the plate, it made sense why the place was empty for Sunday brunch. Overall, spent a ton for bad food and service, and can't recommend. There are so many better brunch spots in the area, and you will see through the beautiful decor as soon as you get your food. perfect example of restaurants leaning on plants and mural-style art instead of investing in quality chefs.

Yelp
We stopped in for a happy hour, and boy were we surprised! We were actually hoping to have dinner, but it was happy hour. Our waiter, convinced us to order a few things, I wish we did, and very much enjoyed. Especially noteworthy, was the hummus, flatbread, falafel, balls, and complementary sourdough bread with some brie cheese, sliced ham, pickles, mustard, and onions. We didn't have the onions on the complementary board, but everything else on it was fantastic. We are regular. I had many Mediterranean spots, but never had been to this one. till now. We'll be back. Recommend it!

Hang L.

Yelp
Came here for a girls brunch. Loved that they take reservations for brunch so we didn't have to wait, esp for our big group. This place has a nice ambiance, good music and very decorative. The service was okay prob because he knew he was charging us an automatic 20% gruatuity. He barely checked on us esp when our drinks were running low. As for food, nothing stood out or was that good. The hanger steak was soaked in oil from the salsa verde, I would recommend this on the side. The server recommended the patatas bravas and eggs and it was fine for it being the best thing on the menu.y least favorite was the lamb meatballs, it was too mushy and gamey for my liking. It was a cool place to try. It was different.

Dylan S.

Yelp
We stopped in for brunch Sunday morning and really enjoyed our time. We were at right away at 11am. We ordered the patatas bravas and the red chili pork and eggs. Food was great and filling! No complaints on food. The design of the restaurant is AWESOME! A lot of abstract design and plants. Staff was friendly and would definitely recommend trying this place out!

Brittany B.

Yelp
Three Saints Revival has pretty good food. And ridiculous drinks (the mimosa for two is really enough for like 4...). We went with my parents and ordered too much food: veggie wrap (which comes with fries), burger (which comes with fries), red chile and eggs (which comes with cube potatoes), the trout (fabulous), lamb meatballs (pretty good) and shrimp with chorizo (delicious!). Service was good, attentive but not overbearing. Might return if we ever find ourselves downtown again.

Yelp
I love Mediterranean Tapas so I was excited to check out a place that specifically offers Greek tapas! This restaurant has some great vibes, it's very trendy looking - good date spot. The service isn't amazing - they're nice but not super attentive. And it takes a while for your plates and drinks to come out. However, if you have the patience, the food and cocktails are worth it. For my cocktail I chose The Ottoman Empire - its this restaurant's take on an old fashioned. This a good cocktail but beware of how sweet it is! It comes with date syrup which makes this cocktail simultaneously sweet and strong. The flatbread for the table comes with excellent taziki sauce and a variety of flavors with the other sauces. Harissa carrots were super fresh! A little spicy and comes with some SUPER tasty Greek yogurt. The Mussels were only okay ... they come in a very tasty broth though. If you're torn between the chicken or the Steak - go with the chicken. The chicken thighs were so fresh and citrusy. For dessert I went with the Chocolate cremeux which comes with some awesome candies almonds that make the dish. The Apple skillet is a good choice too. This place isn't as good as El Five - but it has great potential!

Audrey O.

Yelp
Three stars for the food, fourth star purely for the service. Upon entry, the ambiance is very modern with light fixtures looking like art installations. Really great and saucy vibe for a date night. The host stand was super friendly and accommodating for our Friday night walk-in, and the server was super helpful albeit having a packed section. Now for the food: 1. Patatas Bravas: 9$ Served as whole potatoes, super filling and best value. 2. Pistachio bolognese: second fave of the table, wasn't super addictive but still eaten. 3. Lamb Meatballs: Good, the meatballs weren't stellar, but we wiped the plate clean. The polenta was awesome. 4. The Farrito: Bland if you don't make concerted effort to get a piece of bacon on your fork. 5. Crispy Pork Belly: Tough texture, good flavor but for the price it wasn't worth three pieces. Overall, far cry from the best tapas spot I have been to. If you aren't a tapas snob and really want a good vibe for date night and great service, this is it!

Shizar H.

Yelp
Only had cocktails here but that drinks were great and I love the vibes in this place. Super low key but also seems like a destination spot which was great. Nice date spot if you want a cool place that isn't super packed. Bartenders were super attentive and knowledgeable about they're menus. The stamped ice is a nice feature

Julia L.

Yelp
I came here for happy hour today and it was great vibes all around! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Their 24 Carrot Gold spirit-free drink was the perfect blend of sweet and spicy, making it a cozy drink to sip on. The charcuterie board was nice and simple with rosemary ham, Brie cheese, sourdough, and other spread and bites. The sourdough was the star of the board for me. I also tried their Lamb Meatballs and Falafel for tapas options. The lamb meatball was my favorite of the two, that came with a creamy tzatziki sauce! Finally, the Orange Almond Torte was the best way to finish off my meal. Sweet, freshening, and nutty in the best way! I highly recommend coming for Happy Hour, which is from 2:30-5:30 pm daily

Laura M.

Yelp
We stopped in here for happy hour last night which was great and goes until 6pm. It was our first time in since this new restaurant went in - I love how they decorated the space - it's super colorful, and we sat at the bar which has nice/plush comfy barstools, and there are hooks under the bar for your bag/purse. The bartender greeted us right away when we sat down, provided us menus and let us know the happy hour was available until 6pm. We started with French 75s, which were the right amount of sweet and sour and bubbles. We had the falafel as an appetizer - and it was delicious. My only comment is that it crumbled apart a bit when I cut it - but still tasted delicious. We rounded out happy hour with glasses of Pinot Noir - which was delicious! We will definitely be back for happy hour again, and dinner!

Tiffany W.

Yelp
This place was the perfect venue to catch up with a girlfriend! It's an adorable place, great art, upscale enough to take clients or a cute spot for a date. The small plates had generous portions, and each were delicious & dished up in cute presentations. We tried 6 or 7 of them. The pork belly for me was a top, it will not soon be forgotten. It was, melt in your mouth... yum! I also really liked the steak and shishito peppers. My cocktail was pear something or another! I regret not getting the recipe for Pinterest to recreate later. (Now we have a reason to go back) My friend tried 3 of the other cocktails and enjoyed all of them equally! The service was great! She was quick and full of knowledge about the menu, we ordered every suggestion and then a few more. Advice: Just park in the hotel garage, they partially validated our parking. I'm normally all for the meters in Denver but this location is usually full & seemingly annoying to find a spot. Plus the garage elevator drops you right in the back entrance and gives you a chance to see how cute the hotel is while you're at it. Make a reservation, sometimes this place is packed. We went on a week night and used open table to book. When one of us was running late (it's me. Hi I'm the problem), they were very accommodating and happily moved it out an hour. Price: It's a little pricier than anticipated, but worth it. When you think $6-$12 mini plates with amazing cocktails, and two girls gabbing for a couple hours...it can really add up I think we were just under $200 before tip... maybe just over. I'll definitely be back soon!

Rachel K.

Yelp
The aesthetic here is so vibey! Loved everything we ate, especially the flatiron steak and hummus! Our waitress was phenomenal and even offered champagne since we were celebrating my friends' engagement!

Kyle M.

Yelp
Nice spot. Came to town for a concert and hung out at the bar for for a pre-concert warmup. Staff is nice and there seems to be an even mix of regulars and hotel guests. Can be a little slow when it's busy. Came back Sunday morning for brunch.

Mallory Y.

Yelp
Spent the weekend in downtown Denver with friends. Three Saints is located in the Indigo Hotel, which is where we were staying. We had dinner here on a Saturday night, ordering multiple tapas such as the lamb meatballs, harissa carrots, charcuterie board etc- all of these were FANTASTIC! There were 7 of us and it was the perfect amount of flavor and portions to start with. I did end up ordering the Bolognese as a main entree and was a little disappointed. The sauce seemed to be lacking flavor, and the noodle to sauce ratio seemed a little off. My group also had brunch here on a Sunday morning and I am so happy we did!! The music and vibes were awesome! I got the red Chile pork and eggs and it was super good! The pork was tender and I loved that it came with tortillas. Overall, three saints was solid for us during our trip!

Lisa N.

Yelp
First off, the service was phenomenal. While I was a little overwhelmed by the menu options and various plates- per other Yelpers, you should definitely not shy from chatting with your server for recommendations. The shrimp was AH-MAZ-ING. Oooofff, that sauce! Sooooo good, we used extra bread to soak up every drop of sauce on the plate. We came in for a weeknight dinner; I had a friend from the east coast in town, so I was looking for a classy dinner with good ambience. Three Saints delivered!

Abby K.

Yelp
Located within Hotel Indigo downtown Denver, Three Saints Revival has an upscale but approachable ambiance. My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel and stopped by the bar to grab two drinks on our way to a show we were in town to see. The bar was slammed, with just one bartender and one bar back, but we were in and out in time for the show. The drinks were fantastic and the bartender, though busy, was super friendly and prompt. My boyfriend ordered the Mediterranean Gin & Tonic (on the left in the photo). As a mezcal lover myself, I ordered the So Fresh & So Clean (on the right in the photo) with mezcal instead of tequila and the smokiness with the watermelon was fantastic. Excellent presentation for both! We got a pickup order from here for breakfast as well. We each had the two eggs any style (we both did scrambled)-- his with bacon and potatoes and sourdough, mine with sausage and fruit (no toast due to gluten allergy). I don't know what they do to their eggs to make them so delicious but after being out til 1am, they literally revived me. The portions for the sausage and bacon weee generous and the fruit cup was super fresh. A few things to note: - Brunch menu is only available on the weekend - They don't always have gluten free toast available for breakfast

April L.

Yelp
Had a great date night dinner here. The construction made entering a little confusing. Pretty sure we walked in a circle. Maybe some better signage? Drinks were wonderful. Service was excellent. Food came out as it was ready and a little at a time which was great because nothing got cold or crowded the table. Highlights were the pork cheeks and polenta fries for sure. Lamb meatballs were so so and the ricotta crostini was surprisingly bland? The cherries gave it a touch of flavor but I wouldn't order it again. Desserts were amazing. The olive oil cake with pistachio ice cream wasn't something I normally would order but it was DELICIOUS as was the chocolate mousse. Overall it was great!

Alessandra F.

Yelp
Yummy! This place is fairly new from what I was told! The decor is BEAUTIFUL and gives off a cool, calm, yet classy aesthetic that will set off your instagram page. Now, the food! Yes! I ordered the most basic breakfast (as usual) but it lived up to my standards. The sausage patties and potatoes were my favorite! I do wish they had more of a selection when it came to coffee, but the coffee I did have was tasty and hot enough to wake me up!

Sanaz M.

Yelp
This place has a great location if your wanting to check it out on the weekend because weekend parking is difficult and there is a parking garage right across the st from it. When you first walk in, for a Thursday evening, this place was busy. Everyone appeared to be enjoying their night out with foods and drinks. The place kept the lights darker for a fun night time feel. The server knew his menu dishes well; which in my opinion, a server should know almost all the menu. He was able to make suggestions based on his pallet liking along with what we may like based on what we were looking for. I personally was looking for a vege/vegan option and he suggested a pasta tapa. What I truly enjoyed about my pesto tapa was the dill mixed in. I never would thought to add dill to pesto ever!!!! All the tapas were creative and different in their own way snd full of bold flavor. Hands down the tables favorite was a yellow beet tapa, we all almost ordered another it was so good. If your looking for some of the best tapas then you have found the place to be!!! Enjoy a night out here with friends, drinks, and tapas.

Yelp
This place just opened a couple of blocks away from me downtown. And I really wanted to LOVE it... but it had its pros and cons. I'm definitely giving it time to get better though. Especially once the staff really catches up. (And sorry for the quality of the photos -- it was pretty dark.) THE PROS: The Pinot Noir was on happy hour for $6, and it's delicious (albeit the Pinot Gris is not fantastic). HH is also every day 2:30-5:30. Some really great tapas here, too! Shown are some of my favorites: roasted carrots ($11), patatas bravas (smashed potatoes, $9), scallop crudo ($13), shrimp with chorizo ($17). Obviously they have some great vegetarian options -- and they also have gluten-free bread if you ask (for the charcuterie, for example). THE CONS: The interior hasn't seen a huge re-design since the last occupants -- and while the bar and lighting are cool -- the mauve/purple dining room with diner-esque seating has never been my favorite. I'd really only come here to sit at the bar. The charcuterie/cheese are on the happy hour menu, but at the same price as on the dinner menu ($19 for 3 cheeses, for example). Not sure what that's all about. And I've seen more generous charcuterie portions with much better executed sides (at El Five for example) -- so perhaps not going to be my go-to here. Also, many of the tapas get into the $15+ range, which makes this only a special occasion kind of affordable if you're going meat-heavy. For example, $16 for a tiny bowl of dry mussels -- compared to Jax, which gives you a full platter (and with delicious broth) for $18. I'd be curious to try some of the larger platters and see how those are, though.

Yelp
Fantastic food and service! The shrimp & chorizo were flavorful and a significant portion. I have no complaints about anything. The waiter went out of his way to ensure we had a lovely time.

Yelp
This place was phenomenal in my opinion. Upon entrance, I was taken a back by the ambiance of the setting. The pops of color, plants and cute furniture were eye catching. The menu was small for breakfast but it was surely because they prepare their options so well. I had the patatas bravas and it was to die for. The potatoes and sauce complimented each other well. It came with toast and eggs. The orange juice I had was fresh squeezed and so refreshing. My friend had the French toast, coffee and a mimosa for a grand total of 30 dollars for both of our meals. 10/10 I would visit again!

Yelp
Food was okay but a little pricey (and that's comparing to other tapa places). Some dishes were super tasty, a bunch were pretty boring (carrots, potatoes, shishitos). Service was bad, we were a largish group, but for tapas style that should impact it less. Our group would have ordered more drinks and such if the server came by more often. It was not crowded in the restaurant either. Finally, the togo boxes are massive flimsy plastic containers. Its a tapas restaurant... there is no reason to have that large togo containers. Also go paper or higher quality plastic so it's recyclable. Honestly the food waste of not taking leftovers is probably preferable to the plastic waste of these containers.

Yelp
We went here for brunch. The restaurant is really cute, definitely meeting the TikTok aesthetic. The food was decent. I couldn't quite make out the theme for the food since it has Mediterranean, Cajun, Italian and Mexican options but the breakfast potatoes were good. The waitress was decent and our food did take over an hour to come. I probably wouldn't come here again for brunch but definitely would check it out for happy hour.

Yelp
Mediocre, Americanized / colonized version of Mediterranean food but aesthetic restaurant with friendly, non-diverse staff. Cons: The steak smelled a little fishy but I ate it regardless thinking it was the green sauce - I was on the toilet for the rest of the afternoon. Thanks. Pros: The cocktails So Fresh & So Clean (tastes like a jolly rancher) and Bloody Mary we ordered were delicious. You could add more to make the Bloody Mary a little more aesthetically pleasing.

Yelp
I had been wanting to come here because it looked like such a cool space and it didn't disappoint. I came with a group for brunch. We ordered a variety of different food and drinks and everyone seemed to really enjoy what they got. I got the breakfast sandwich and it was huge! I really wanted to try the French toast with the cotton candy for the novelty, but maybe next time.

Yelp
The happy hour at Three Saints Revival is AMAZING! Beautiful decor with high ceilings and lots of seating. Happy hour is 4-6 on weekdays and 3-6 on weekends. They have $6 glasses of wine and select cocktails and shareable plates between $7-$10. They also have a $28 board & bottle special. We tried the hummus, patatas bravas, falafel (all really good) and harissa carrots (not my favorite, they're served cold and the sauce is heavy).

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked this place! I had some kind of tequila drink called spice trade and it was so dang refreshing!!!!! Not spicy and you couldn't taste the tequila. It was just a light summer drink!!! Our food was phenomenal. We got the chic peas dish and I was scraping the bottom of my dish. I also got alllll the pasta dishes they offered and they were all phenomenal!! The dill and mushroom dish was my favorite. Our server told us around 2 tappa dishes per person and she was spot on. Overall great place. Our bill was around $150 for 4 drinks, 5 tappas and the tip. I would definitely come back here for the fun vibe and the tappas!!!

Yelp
To make sure this gets read, I'll start with the bad - please, for the love of God, don't sit people who make reservations at high tops on metal stools. I came with my uncle and aunt who are 70 and this is simply not comfortable. High tops should be reserved for walk-ins only. Anyone who makes a reservation should get a proper table or booth. If it was a more expensive place, I definitely would have gotten a manager but decided to tolerate it last night as my aunt insisted she was fine. The reason we come here is not necessarily because the food is great. It's decent, but there's better Mediterranean elsewhere - it's because they have so many vegetarian options that you can enjoy as a vegetarian or with a vegetarian guest. About half the tapas are veg or can be made veg by removing one element without sacrificing the dish. I really appreciate that and it's way too uncommon in Denver. That said, the hummus, baba ganoush, pappardelle, and ricotta crostini are good dishes. The lamb meatballs are tender but a bit under flavored. Still, they joined the clean plate club. The casuela was good the first time we had it (small white beans in a very rich and flavorful broth) but the last time, it was a dry bean dish and just didn't work. Not sure why they changed the recipe - it was fabulous last time. Overall, will my husband I come on our own? Probably not. But will we bring my vegetarian parents back? Certainly. It's a cute vibe, good drinks, and good veg food.

Yelp
Service was extremely slow. Portions were as to be expected, small. For the price, the tapas were not worth the hype. The atmosphere and drinks were good, but food was average or below. In addition, we waited almost an hour for the check, even as the largest party in the place with a handful of other guests... service needs to be addressed there.

Yelp
I was in town and had dinner here to celebrate a birthday. We ordered most of the tapas, some dishes were a lot better than others. Overall, we had a good experience and were stuffed! Our top tapas dishes were: 1. Patatas Bravas - LOVED this dish 2. Shrimp and Chorizo 3. New York Steak 4. Lamb Meatballs

Yelp
We stayed at the hotel attached to this place and went for breakfast. The food was fantastic along with the service! Great friendly staff. The French toast was DELICIOUS

Yelp
Went here for a weekend brunch because a friend saw this joint on TikTok, so it's like OoOooo popular place, cool. Now, there ARE a lot of good things about this place. It is huge, SWANKY, gorgeously decorated and picture-worthy. The soundtrack was on point as well, so, very good vibes. No wait time on a weekend afternoon around 2pm. HOWEVER, it seemed understaffed because it took awhile for the waiter to come back for our food orders after the initial drink orders. It then took quite some time for the food to come out as well, despite the place not being very packed at the time and us having various tapas order that he said would come out as soon as they were complete. Additionally, the tapas portion of the menu are WAY overpriced. Looking at the menu beforehand, I thought it was comparable to New York prices, until the plates actually arrived. I'm very familiar with tapas, which are basically bougie appetizer plates meant for sharing. But, I've never come across a $19 tapa plate that consists of 5-6 shrimp with a "dusting" of chorizo. Tasty, but not $19 tasty. Skip the "Shrimp and chorizo". The lamb meatballs were also very tasty, BUT, the order comes with THREE of them. Three meatballs. Three "on-the-smaller-end-of-medium-sized" meatballs for $15. My memory of the lamb meatballs at District Tap in NY, still takes top place; theirs were MASSIVE with a delicious eggy yolk on top, at a much better value. If you're coming here for brunch, just skip the tapas portion completely; you will not get your money's worth. The one exception is the patatas bravas. Those are delicious, and their price point is WAY more in line for how much of them you get. Go for a drink; I tried 2 different ones that were delicious. Also, my friend got the Cloud French Toast and let me try it, and I wish I had gotten that instead of the tapas. It's deliciously, feathery light French toast with legit cotton candy on the side. I feel like this is their bestseller or something. Cloud French Toast. A fancy drink. Patatas bravas. TRUST ME.

Yelp
You enter this huge space and immediately notice the colors, in shades of purple and orange, from the fringed light fixtures above the bar to the art work and painted ceiling. You feel like you stepped in a surreal movie or a dream, in any case it works, the place is gorgeous! The focus is Mediterranean tapas and we loved our food. Our friendly waitress had recommended 3 per person, and considering they range from about $10 to $20, I was wondering how expensive our casual dinner was going to be.  I am glad we did not order more than a couple each as it seems some of the servings are quite generous. Tapas are popular these days, but it would help if restaurants were more consistent and really go back to the original ones. A tapas in Spain is a very small inexpensive plate you have before dinner with a drink (usually you enjoy a few of them, almost as an appetizer).  Here, my husband's Pappardelle Bolognese ($15) was almost as big as an entree, and this is not something you share easily. My Shrimp and Chorizo ($19) was also generous enough to be a light main dish.  The Patatas Bravas ($9) were big enough to share, but the Sweet Pea Pesto Crostini ($12) was not.  Everything was delicious but quantities were all over the map and with two tapas each, we had more than enough food. I wish portions were more tapas like and priced accordingly. Cocktails were yummy, but the beers surprisingly bad.  My husband was all excited to find one of his favorite ones on tap, but it tasted very different, like something was wrong with it. After that one, he switched to a different kind which was not better. I tasted both, and something was off, but we couldn't figure out what. In any case, we had a great time and I would love to go back (but no beer unless they improve!) A note about parking, it's very easy as the restaurant is in the Indigo hotel so you just park for free in the garage.

Yelp
The food here was really good! We had driven by and wanted to try it, so we came on a weeknight. I absolutely loved the polenta and the potato's. We got too much food, as one does as a tapas place but we were full and happy with our dinner. The reason why I'm only doing 3 stars is because the service was awful. It was a Wednesday night and was not that busy, and there was a lot of staff walking around so I'm not sure what was happening. It took forever to get drinks and our charcuterie board, so when we went to place the tapas orders we asked if we should place all at once or one at a time and our waiter told us he would stagger them for us. It all came out at once anyways. Then we sat for a long time with no drinks and empty plates. I could hear the couple at the table next to us talking about it as well, and seemed to be annoyed. Hopefully it was just an off night.

Yelp
We came here for lunch. Delicious cocktails and small, but good beer selection. We got the burger, chicken sammie, falafel wrap, and one more item I'm forgetting. Everything was demolished and obviously tasty! Staff was very friendly and we love all the colors and the general vibe.

Yelp
Omg!! If I could give this place 1000 stars I would. The customer service by Michael White III was incomparable!!!! He was so kind, knowledgeable and efficient! Seriously, ask to be seated in his section. Management (jasmine and Jesse) said hello! And even brought out one of the round of drinks we ordered. Made us feel so special. It felt like we were regulars even though it was my first time there.
