Three Star Market has an history behind it. Bill, who was the meat manager at the behemoth Three Star Market at the corner of Noreiga and ? opened this eatery with an eye for making chinese roasties and cheap combos for lunch. (10 or 20 years ago).
Bill prospered for a while, then retired. Three Star market didn't do as well.
