Threefold Cafe Brickell

Threefold outlet on Brickell is tucked away on 3rd floor of an office building - right by access to the car park. So it’s remote and has no windows. Not the most welcoming environment. It’s an Australian coffee shop and the Aussies do coffee right. They play good music too. Angie, the barista on duty, made me an excellent double espresso ($5 w/ tax). Good quality beans. But she never felt the need to smile nor engage with the customers - myself or the other two there at the time - in any way. So go for the coffee and it you want time away from the crowds. But the service could be one reason - along with the location - as to why it’s not busier.

Knowledgeable and attentive staff that are willing to give recommendations and suggestions. Personally, their decor is my whole aesthetic and I could’ve stayed there all day if I didn’t have a flight later that day. They didn’t make us feel rushed and welcomed us to continue to stay and chat as long as we needed. If I lived here I would always be there for the great food and coffee. I got the flat white based on Ayana’s suggestion for it being their speciality and they roast their own beans. I added a couple sugar packets and it was the perfect creamy cup of coffee. The chicken sanga is a large, juicy, crispy portion of chicken sandwich with perfectly seasoned and crunchy fries. This ended up being the cheapest place we ate during our Miami trip and it could’ve been more expensive and still well worth it. I wouldn’t have changed anything and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Hi all, Threefold is still progressing in getting set up and meeting a demanding workforce being situated on Brickell. Cafe is still setting up the table and chairs which I assume will host its patrons once completed. It’s a bit rough but I’m sure within the next coming weeks it’ll be 100%. Thank you for the delicious breakfast sandwich!

I will start saying that the location that appears on google maps is not accurate. The restaurant is on the third floor of the Four Season building. On the other hand the flavor of the food is really good!! I ordered a Bowl with Benedict eggs, mushrooms, tomato and Toast that was delicious!! You have to pay your food first, and later the wait staff will bring your food to your table. I think that this restaurant neds more light.

Best coffee on Brickell. Also has the Mediterranean sandwich. Really good. Healthy portion. I’ll be back.

Such a great place, nice ambiance and friendly staff, the coffee was delicious and the food as well. they have a happy hour in the evening and the two young ladies that took care of me were so welcoming and friendly, I definitely recommend and I will definitely be back for more :)

The wait is going to be long 30-60 minutes depending when you arrive. The homeless people do make you feel privileged to be there. So bring a cup of coffee and wait, it's worth it!
