The 1 thing that can make a customer not happy, is not listening to your customer. I came in Saturday for a Vape Cartridge, Sour Desil and 2 pre-roll.
I asked for a "Vape Cart" and I referred to what I saw online, 2 vape carts for $40. She told me that the deal was 2 for $45, so I decided to get 1 cart instead since the deal was different.
I waiting to pay and I see the same deal that I saw on line flashing on one of your boards, I thought, "maybe it's $45 after tax?".
I paid for my product with content and left, when I got to a secure parking lot, I check my order.
2 pre rolls and a Disposable Vape?
I asked for a Vape Cartridge, clear difference.
I enjoy Vape Cartridge so I can see what I have and maintain my usage. The Disposables are nice and all, but not the same as a Cartridge. Plus my pen has heat control variable.
