So I’m so stoked to find this location and it’s super close to my house. As if that wasn’t enough to be excited the staff was super welcoming!!! Evan greeted me with a smile and I love his tips on plants and him listening to my new couch banter. Adrian definitely knows his stuff and is my new Thrive bestie for sure ! Can’t forget Nick adding to the super dope vibes. 🤗 Highly recommend this location.

This place is absolutely awesome! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was super welcoming and professional. Shea was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us out with everything we needed—she really knows her stuff! Clay also came over just to check in and make sure we were taken care of, which was a great touch. They told us about the rewards/points system, which was super helpful, and made some product recommendations that turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about your experience and wants you to leave happy. Great customer service, excellent selection, and a super chill environment. We’ll definitely be back!

Very nice spot with LOTS of different options on edibles and smokables, also some glassware and cool accesories, the staff was very helpful. The area is very cool too, nice to be walking around and catch a bit of everything, lots of brewing companies, restaurants, cool stores, theatres, etc. Interesting downtown area.

I was a bit sad and disappointed at first that the Stiiizy started kit I bought yesterday came with a dead battery, so I came back to see if there was a charger that was supposed to come with it (which it does not - so anyone looking to buy the starter kit should purchase a charger specifically for their stiiizy battery). It was Rosa who assisted me and was apologetic and accommodating. She was kind to have offered the ability to charge my battery and assisted me with a replacement as well, with the managers approval, of course, who was also accommodating. It never fails that Thrive has excellent service and great employees 👏
