I can't say enough about Charlie and the crew, they did an outstanding job fixing up my 370Z. Very happy with the work they did. The other big shops wanted to soak insurance for every penny, but Charlie did it within budget and saved my car from being totaled.

This guy is amazing! I recently purchased a mustang and less than 24 hours later my friend accidentally backed in it. Brought the car to Thunder Road based on a recommendation from a friend and had it fixed very quickly for about 25% of what was quoted by Service King. The quality of work and customer service I received is top notch. I would highly recommend Thunder Road to anyone in need of body work.

I dropped the car off month ago. Nothing happened. 1 returned call in 4 months. My car was being surround by parts. It was parked under a tree. I finally gave up. The car was covered in dirt, sap, and leaves. It sucks when you wait months and no work happens. I wish I experienced the shop other people gave feedback on.

10/10 service, would recommend to anyone! I've had great experiences with Charlie and Thunder Road. I've had my truck in their shop three times since I bought my truck and couldn't be happier with the service. With my most recent body damage, I took my truck in to the dealership just to order parts and wound up getting a quote. Not only did Thunder Road get the job done for about $700 less than the dealership quoted me, but he also pointed out things that the dealership said needed to be replaced that were not at all needed and saved me even more money there, where he could have agreed with the dealership just to make more money off me...but he did the right thing. This guy takes care of his customers with great work and even better prices. He's got my truck looking like brand new and I couldn't be more pleased.

Charlie does outstanding work!!! He takes immense pride in his craft and the end result is always outstanding! Thunder Road has repaired many vehicles of mine over the years and they always look perfect when he is done. I've known him for 35 years and he's the only one I would let repair my vehicle.

Thunder Road is the best around. Charle repaired damage to my Mercedes from a tree falling on it. The repair work is amazing. You can not tell the car was damaged. Turn around time was was great. Fantastic experience

Although we ended up using someone else to repair the dents in our vehicle (another place already had the parts and could do it a little faster and a little cheaper) Charlie made me feel very comfortable when I came in and asked for a quote. The estimate was right on par with other estimates. Other body shops saw Thunder Road's estimate paper sitting on my seat and had nothing but positive things to say about Thunder Road. I would definitely recommend them!

They had my car for months. They did nothing. Only one proactive call over the past 4 to 5 months. I finally picked up my car because it was being surrounded by parts. It was covered in leaves, dirt, and sap. Really bummed. When I picked up the car he just said, "you want the keys?" That was it. Not a care on the matter at all.

I found Charlie thru a friend over 20 Years ago, and I will not take any of my vehicles or my familys to anyone else but Charlie. You can't find Guys like this anymore. He's old school Quality and Craftmanship and stands behind his work 100%. Charlie always gives a little more buff and polish because he cares, and honesty you can't find in this industry anymore. Been coming here for over decade! Never disappoints and always exceeds my expectations every time.

My son got an accident with my 2008 Kia Optima which had only 94k miles: two doors and more to repair. Everyone estimates were well above the vehicule value. I went to Thunder Road and met Charlie. Not only Charlie did accept to repair the car others did not dare to repair but his prices were reasonable and fair. The work was promptly done and I could not believe I got my Kia impeccable. Unbelievable work: Charlie is truly gifted. He loves his job and is a very welcoming person. Do not get rid of your car before you consult Charlie.

Charlie did a great job on my 4Runner. I had been rear-ended and the body shops all wanted 2-3x what Charlie said he could do it for. He did a fantastic job and I will be taking any other projects to him in the future. I even recommended him to my dad who had is truck repaired for less than half of what other body shops wanted. He does great work at really fair prices. He is an old school body and paint man with talents most places to do not have these days.

Had Charlie repair and paint rear bumper for my 911. He worked with me to schedule a time to bring it in so I could minimize downtime and it was ready when he said it would be. Bumper looks brand new and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Thunder Road for body repair or complete restore!

Charlie at Thunder Road is without a doubt the best auto repair person we've ever met! He is honest, considerate of his customers' personal needs and scheduling issues, and always does a complete & thorough job - no matter how large or small. We've personally dealt with Charlie on several occasions, some of which required major body work and mechanical repairs, and each time when we picked up our vehicle, it truly looked like brand new. On a few occasions, we just needed a minor "quick fix" and again he did a great job in a very timely manner. Charlie truly cares about his customers - something not easy to find these days! I had a vintage car painted elsewhere, and they did a good job, but couldn't get a couple things right (door and trunk lines). I went to Thunder Road and got it handled without any fuss. They really know body work, and paint is what people rave about. Repeat customer.

This guy does absolutely amazing work. I was skeptical to take my BMW X3 to him for minor paint repair. I was recommended by Mario Shop just down the road from this place. I got an estimate from Round Rock Collision who wanted to charge me $1k for a small repair and keep my car for two to three weeks. Went to Thunder road and got a much better price and my car was going to be ready in 5 days!! When they were done with my car you would never have known that it had been worked on. It looked brand new. Highly recommend this place to anyone who owns a car whether it be a low end or high end car... If my car ever needs paint repair again (which I hope it wont) I will definitely becoming back
