Thunderbird Fried Chicken

One of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in recent memory, they really deliver but are inconsistent: some sandwiches had much smaller strips inside. Also I know your sauce is Awesome and great, it really is, but why do you add so much of it to your sandwiches? Half of it would have been more than enough. It feels like everything is coated in that sauce. But again, fantastically tasty chicken, great and soft bum. One is simply not enough. Good branding and packaging. I've had delivery so can't review service nor atmosphere.

The chicken burger was really good — after some disappointing ones I’d had recently, this one felt much better. I ordered the most popular option, called the OG, along with three chicken strips. They also sent cheese bites, I think as a complimentary treat, which was a nice surprise. Everything was tasty and enjoyable — overall, a great choice for a delivery order.

Really good food with care to details and generous meals. The food was prepared quickly and Barth was amazing and very friendly. Definitely great choice for wings and fried chicken

Had a bbq chicken meal here on a Saturday. It was raining heavily and there was a leak in the restraint so they had cordoned some of it off. Hopefully will get that fixed because other than that the place is pretty good. I had a bbq burger meal and the chicken was well cooked and well seasoned. The bbq sauce had a tang of vinegar but it was pleasant. Good consistency. I’ll admit the burger fell apart as I was trying to eat it one handed and the chicken fell out and needed to be put back in as I ate but it was fun and tasty. The fries were ok. Photo not great sorry. Had a seasoning but I’d like them to include a sauce with them. I didn’t request one but they give you quite a lot so a sauce seems sensible. Can of drink. Service was quick and friendly. I liked it. I would go again. Decent quality chicken.

Clean and nice store. Good food but not liking the coleslaw but everything else was great. Shout out to samikshya very sweet girl.

Oct25: Very busy as 50% wings, but service great - wings bought to table with no request which was very nice. Wings gooooood !!!! Feb25: Very busy as it was "Wing Wednesday" & 50% off, but great wings !!!! Service took a short while, but very polite, and menu knowledge and advice was excellent! Atmosphere-wise, a tiny bit of cleaning required, but again, it was an "all hands to the deck" kitchen. I had the 'Detroit Hot Honey' flavour, and they were really tasty !!! Fries portion could have been bigger, but the wings won it !!!!

We went there for a quick snack after a show at Clapham Grand, service was quick enough, and food (chicken) was delicious. There is a good range of plant based food that I’d also like to try one day.

I ordered through Deliveroo after seeing the great-looking photos, but I was really disappointed. I got ‘The Meltdown’ and some tenders, but the portions were shockingly small for the price. Maybe the experience is better in person, but as a delivery, this was easily the most disappointing takeaway I’ve had in years. Wouldn’t recommend. (The plate in the photo is a small side plate)
