Google
I recently visited this Austin-based sub chain to satisfy my sub cravings and ordered the Veggie Delite Sub. It included cream cheese, avocado, sprouts, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, mushrooms, and black olives on wheat bread. Despite claims of freshly baked bread, it came from a large transparent plastic bag, which made it seem less fresh. The sandwich was served cold and not toasted, with only salt and pepper as the dressing, which made it taste somewhat bland, similar to Jimmy John’s. I appreciated the cream cheese, but the overall flavor profile was lacking without additional dressing options. The provolone cheese added some richness, but it didn’t quite elevate the sub to the level I expected. Having been accustomed to the variety of dressings and bold flavors available at Subway, this sub felt underwhelming in comparison. It seems this place caters more to American tastes, favoring simpler, milder flavors. While the quality of ingredients was decent, the sub didn’t stand out enough to make me want to return. I was hoping for a more flavorful and satisfying experience. Overall, I’d rate it 3.5 stars for the good ingredients but lack of flavor variety and fresh presentation. It was an okay experience, but not one I’m eager to repeat.

Google
They make a banger sandwich and always will. Been a customer for 10+ years and it has kept its consistency. Sure sometimes the staff seem a little annoyed when you just walk I but I would be too if I had to see me come in. They often lighten up and I’ve enjoyed great conversations with them.

Google
Had lunch here today. The food was ok, but my issue is that the server who made my sandwich did not change their gloves after touching the POS machine to cash out the customer in front of me which is unsettling because numerous customers touch these POS machines throughout the day. This is a sanitary issue.

Jeremy J.

Google
They use the same pair of gloves to prepare your sandwich, flip the payment screen, open containers, and refrigerators. In essence, these gloves are intended to protect their hands, not the food they are handling. How can this not be a health code concern?

Christopher G.

Google
Great Thunderstop! Found a new way to make a fav selection here last visit. Staff was great, we even had a small chat about nerd stuff, super friendly and kind. Great Sammy too!

Devin U.

Google
Always one of my favorite sandwich stops! Say yes to the pepper relish, you won't regret it.

Sam K.

Google
Cool spot for lunch - bit hidden in the Goodwill/fitness center parking lot near P. Terry's, but worth finding. Always get a big sandwich (worth it). Healthier option than burgers, especially if you get guac on your sandwich (recommended). Great local sandwich shop!

Anup G.

Google
My daughter likes ordering from here. Got a really wonderful surprise today. What a thoughtful gesture.

Yelp
Absolute the worst experience I have ever had at a Thundercloud Sub. I ordered my usual, California club, everything on it. It was made in the most sloppiest of ways I can imagine. I think the worst part was that salad lettuce was used on the sandwich. Of all my years I have visited a Thundercloud Sub I have never had salad lettuce, put on my sandwich. It was absolutely horrible. Service was OK. The music was a mix of KLBJ 93.7 in the 70's and 101x. Probably not going to visit this location anymore. I will double check the lettuce before I eat another sandwich from Thunderclouds
google avatar

Andrea G.

Yelp
Sandwich shop is pretty mid I prefer subway over this place not too bad if u like simple.
google avatar

Edgar S.

Yelp
Very disappointing. Had a hot pastrami sub and it was not what I expected. The pastrami was not portioned right. Seems you're just eating bread.. I could have got two burgers at P-Terrys for that price.
google avatar

Josias C.

Yelp
My preparer was fast, which was good since I was left hungry from eating P Terry's next door. Delicious ingredients and presented well. Better selection than many sandwich shops and filling. Clean location but in a somewhat quiet square. Pepsi products, daily soups, and options for desserts outside of simple cookies.

Yelp
I'm in the same boat as others where I already have a Thundercloud Subs right near my address, but I do end up coming to this location from time to time. I haven't been to a Thundercloud Subs location that has skimped on the quality of the food, my only thing is that some locations are more social than others. Whenever I come here the employees don't talk too much, but they're never rude which is ok. I just wish the staff were more sociable, but other than that I have no issues.
google avatar

Sean M.

Yelp
I don't come here often because there's a Thundercloud Subs right down the road from me, but every now and then, when I go down this way, I will stop at this location instead. When I have visited, it seemed like it was pretty busy and popular. I never experienced any mistakes (so far), and the food has always been tasty.

Yelp
There is an employee who is awful. He obviously does not like his job. He made a sandwich incorrectly. Instead of a remake, he removed the incorrect items and added the correct ones. The sandwich was so messy and he did not care. What made it worse was his bad attitude and know it all mentality.
google avatar

John B.

Yelp
Thundercloud! Awe - for those of us who have been around Austin for a time - remember and crave a thundercloud sub - thunder sauce, ground pepper, relish - hmm all the little things that take the sub up a notch or two on a regular basis. The daily special, the occasional egg salad - fun staff, great food, reasonable price - enjoy!
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
I've had nothing but positive experiences here. The employees are friendly and helpful, the sandwiches are excellent and consistent. It's a nice chill spot for lunch and they play cool music. Also reasonably priced in my opinion. Thank you !

Karam J.

Yelp
Good cheap subs. Better than Subway. It needs a little bit more favor. I had it a few times. Not bad.
google avatar

Kendyl W.

Yelp
I come to thundercloud subs very regularly, and this particular location is always great. The staff is friendly and conversational and they carefully craft the sandwiches to perfection. The ingredients are always fresh and tasty. Definitely my #1 favorite sandwich shop.

Thelma M.

Yelp
I don't frequent this location but the one on Wm Cannon, we've been going for Years We did go to the San Marcos one but the guy who prepared our sandwiches had hair in his forehead from his curly hair. I don't know why the managers don't make them wear a net on n their hair, but I'm very picky about finding hair in my food, but that was years ago, he probably doesn't work there.
google avatar

Yelp
They have social distance markings and lanes. I ordered the NY Italian. The toppings all tasted fresh and he put the appropriate amount of Mayo, oil, and vinegar on my sammy. The Italian comes with ham, salami, and capicola. The workers are very friendly and help you navigate the choices. I really appreciated the sandwich artist recommending toppings I didn't know they had. I just don't really enjoy their bread rolls here. The brownies are very fudgey. Ignoring the bread, I'll stop by Thundercloud again just for the friendly staff and very reasonably priced sandwiches. Don't forget to ask for a pickle and jalapeño!

Yelp
Just saw a huge cockroach crawling on the floor of my table after I finished my sandwich

Yelp
doordash order. around 1:20pm. mesquite smoked chicken sub. let me just say... thank you. i spent the last of my money on this, which is kind of crazy because i havent had thundercloud in a while. but today something was different. whomever made this sub, made it with love. i really appreciate it you guys. you made my whole day better.
google avatar

Gaurav K.

Yelp
A local sandwich chain with usual sandwiches you can find elsewhere. I mean sandwiches are good. But nothing unique about them. Same bread, meats, and condiments. Employees were friendly and courteous. Place looks disorganized a bit. Nothing like any franchise out there. I guess it's about keeping it simple and weird in austin. Sandwiches are small in size. I asked for large but the large seems small. Usually large in other sandwich places would be at least 12 inches. But never the less decent fresh sandwich and I will come back once in a while.
google avatar

Yelp
Really, really love me some thundercloud. I don't get it often, but when I do I can't wait to bite into a sandwich with thunder sauce. From their specialty subs to their salads, they're all a good choice. They have an option right now to pay digitally and pickup to-go orders at the table at the front of the store. I chose to order at the counter for lunch and the sandwich creator was super nice and helped me create the perfect sandwich that included the smoked mesquite chicken. Definitely will be back!

Yelp
This location is my go to when I am hungry for a Thundercloud's sandwich and/or salad. The quality of the product is reasonably consistent from location to location but the quality of how the product is made is not consistent from shift to shift. Today, I ordered a Ham sandwich and a Chef salad and it was disappointing. I asked for X-tra lettuce and X-tra tomatoes on my sandwich, and the sandwich maker's idea of X-tra doesn't match mine nor is it the same between sandwich makers. I hardly received X-tra of either. The maker also did not ask me if it was ok. It was even worse for the chef salad. The amount of lettuce in the pre-made salad container was paltry. It was not even 2/3 the normal amount of lettuce that is typically pre-allocated. And the ranch dressing was 1/2 of the container. The amount of the veggies was less than what some other makers do. This is not the first time that this has happened to us. It seems to be more prevalent during the mid-day than in the latter parts of the day (early evening or near closing). We've always enjoyed Thunderclouds and love their sandwiches and salads. But if this is the type of service that comes with the making of the sandwiches and salads, there are many other places that we can go spend our money. We'll give the location another chance and we'll post another review when we decide that we desire a Thundercloud's meal and we choose this location - which was our favorite location (until recently, last few months).

Yelp
I've always liked Thundercloud Subs! Fresh ingredients, tasty subs, friendly employees, fast service. What's not to like?

Yelp
I was reminded today how kind people can be, Dwayne was so gracious and understanding when I realized I forgot my card. He turned something embarrassing into a moment of kindness. I can't thank him enough! He made my day! The whole place had such a wonderful friendly vibe. It's really nice to see workers caring about giving good service m, especially right now, the way things are in the work force. I will Never go anywhere else for a sandwich! You've got a loyal customer now! Thank you!

Nicola M.

Yelp
I love thunder cloud, but this location was horrible . The guy "helping" me was very rude . Upon trying to make a section he would rush me and roll his eyes. I was trying to be patient as I'm sure he was just having a bad day but it was clear he didn't want to be nice and just take his frustration out on me. Short guy, facial hair and tattoos. I left without buying anything .
google avatar

Lauren L.

Yelp
I love, LOVE Thundercloud, The Turkish Delite is so effing good. The hummus and sandwich bread are always delicious. But they really, REALLY need to wear hairnets. I was three bites away from finishing the second half of my large sandwich when I pulled a strand of black hair out of my mouth. I'm blonde and its past my shoulders. Math isn't THAT hard. A Huge bummer. I know wearing hairnets probably isn't cool, but at least it's hygienic.
google avatar

Jana N.

Yelp
I have to say I love you guys. You are the best at treating your customers like they count. You remember us for the most part and you don't give us pennies back (more for the tip jar). I just have 3 suggestions as the gal with the purple hair will let you know b/c I ask her every time and she is so patient. Can you have lettuce that isn't shredded? Can you have spinach? Can you have another option for cheese. Although, I did try the american and she was right, it was not yucky. I know you have sprouts and that is great but shredded lettuce isn't good for me. It turns into water. And I used to work in a coffee shop so I know how it is shredded. We are Austin and we can embrace change. Or options I hope. Bring on the spinach and I will pay more for it. The Thunder Sauce is yummers. I'd like to buy a bunch to go. keep up the good work on the north end of town. :)

Yelp
Very mediocre subs and expensive for how little the sandwiches are. Sanitary concerns as hipster heavily bearded workers handle the toppings and meat with long facial hair exposed. Gross. Went once and won't be back. Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's and Firehouse destroy this place.
google avatar

Jeremie T.

Yelp
The worst service I have ever gotten. To think I was referred here by a co worker. Made my sub without the meat, then play dumb when I brought my sub back...Who makes a sub without the meat?! I'll wait....

Yelp
Thunder, Thunder, ThunderCloud Subs, HO! I'm not from Austin, so I didn't really know anything about ThunderCloud Subs until I moved here. First, I liked the name. Second, I liked the neon signs with the cute cloud and lightening bolt. I had to try it. The subs come in many varieties including several types of clubs, tuna salad, egg salad, veggie and even hot subs like meatball and vegetarian meatless chicken patty. I tried the American Classic because bologna sounded good for some reason. The bread is available in white or wheat. It's a soft and squish hoagie roll, which isn't bad, but I prefer a roll that is crustier on the outside. The sandwich comes with options of mayo, regular or spicy mustard, lettuce, tomato and ThunderSauce. I don't know what ThunderSauce is, but I think it's a type of vinaigrette. I like the name so I had to try it. The sandwich was good. It wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was decent. It had a lot of flavor. I think I prefer other sandwich places. The guy who was working and made my sandwich was nice. He was really fast and efficient. The atmosphere was interesting. The walls were white and decorated with posters and stuff. The tables are like cafeteria tables with plastic chairs. It's not the most comfortable place, but not bad for a subshop, I guess. Perhaps I will return to try something different, but I'm not scrambling to return.

Yelp
Ambience - Austin original store so you can expect some eccentric decor. The inside has a bunch of random knickknacks and lots of old metal band posters on the wall. The music playing is also older metal bands and other popular bands. When you walk in there is counter with 4 different stations where they make your sub. Dining room is fairly small but they do have a huge patio. It is an open kitchen and you can see everything in the back. Menu - It is a sub shop so you can expect the normal subs like BLTs, Turkey and so on. They do also have some signature subs with some of them having hints of Austin culture. One of their claims to fame is that there bread is freshly made and delivered from a company right outside of Kyle, which if you don't know, is about 20 minutes south of Austin. They also claim that they slice all their own meats and cheese which is believable since you can easily see all the deli slices in the kitchen. Overall a pretty standard menu, nothing super crazy but hit all the key points. The pricing is pretty reasonable with combos being right under $10 Service - When I first walked in there was a young guy behind the counter helping a guest. Then some other people came in behind me, so it looked like he was kinda frustrated that there was a line and it was only him. However, after a few minutes another older gentleman came in and helped him out. The older gentleman that helped me was super chill and laid back. He had a super low key energy and I was nice to actually just talk to a person rather than an employee. He was cutting up with the other guests and talking about music. He was a pretty awesome dude. Since I work in the industry I left a good tip, well a great tip, I left 100% on 10. After he saw this is came to the counter and used my first name, which he got from the receipt, and thanked me a bunch. Never had someone thank me for a tip. Interesting. Anyways, service was great as it was a super chill atmosphere Food - I got the NY Italian which came with ham, pastrami and capicola and then I added all the veggies and seasonings with thunder sauce. The sub was assembled very nicely and the bread definitely looked different but in a good way. As I am eating my sub I noticed one thing that was offputting. The thunder sauce is a very tangy and potent Italian dressing and so each bite made my face and butthole pucker up. Kinda like when you eat a bunch of Warheads all at once. I don't know if there was too much or it is just always this potent. But it made eating my sub kind of disappointing because it overwhelmed all the rest of the ingredients. All I could taste was the sauce. However there were some bites that didn't have sauce or very little and then the sub shined. The meats and cheese were very tasty and worked well together. The bread was also nice and pleasant. So I think if I didn't have the sauce or very little or on the side this sub for me would have been better. From the bites without the thunder sauce it was a very nice simple and fresh sub. Overall it was a good sub but for me I should have gotten it without the thunder sauce. But that's just me Overall - for what I got versus what I spent it was a good deal. It was a good sub but next time I will do no thunder sauce. The service was awesome, a nice menu and a decent product. Plus it is an Austin original and I love supporting local. The sub isn't overly complex but instead a nice simple refreshing fresh sub.
google avatar

Laura B.

Yelp
I guess if you like paying almost $5 for a bread sandwich, you would be happy. $4.59 for a small ham, mustard, and American cheese wheat bun sub. The ham consisted of three paper thin square slices, and I mean PAPER THIN, and two thin pieces of cheese, with a zigzag line of yellow mustard. Ridiculously overpriced. Not sure if I'll ever come back.

Yelp
Sad on the outside, sad on the inside, sad employees, sad bread, sad fan on the porch that seems ready to fly off. Been avoiding the thundercloud chain for a while because it always looks unsanitary at all of their locations around town. Figured I would finally try one out since they are a quintessential Austin chain. Glad to day this place seems sufficiently sanitary. I ordered the Austin sandwich which was alright. The bread leaves a lot to be desired in a sub sandwich bread. As others have commented there is not much filling in the sandwich. The drink selection is somewhat limited compared to most places in town. The interior and exterior remind me of the teacher lounges in my old elementary school in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma. Overall my experience was about what I've always expected at thundercloud which unfortunately means I probably don't see myself going back to any of the locations.
google avatar

Ryan F.

Yelp
Recently expanded the inside dining area and added windows and additional seating. Customer service is always amazing here. Can get a little crowded for the lunch rush but that happens everywhere.

Yelp
Updating this review -- this is a great Thundercloud, and though we don't go as often, we still go at least once or twice a month. The staff is cheerful and always gets our order right. We order online to beat the long lunch lines, then pick up our order which is waiting for us.

Kayla H.

Yelp
This review is a bit late but I feel obligated to share my less than great experience. Let me start by saying that thundercloud is my favorite sandwich place and one of my favorite places to eat out in general, hence the 2 stars. But one Saturday I went into this location and had the worse service. I'm not sure of his name but there was a worker there with a long beard (unsanitary imo) who was very rude. He was condescending about what I wanted on my sub and would repeat certain items with a rude questioning tone, not as if he couldn't hear but as if it was in bad taste. I was already having a bad day and this upset me so much that I went from going to thundercloud 2-3 times a month to only ordering one time since the incident, given that this is the location closest to me. I really hope they don't take the incident lightly and will hire better staff members in the future.

L. C.

Yelp
Most disgusting and rubbery pastrami sandwich I've ever had. Soda machine is filthy. Stay away.
google avatar

Bobby H.

Yelp
I love every Thundercloud, but this spot has employees that are personable, they take pride in their work, and are always easy going. Plus, this location has a bunch of framed metal posters, and tribute wall to fallen musical heroes.
google avatar

Leslie H.

Yelp
Thundercloud Subs has become my go-to for dinner on Wednesday nights before heading to Wonko's to play board games. I'd never really had Thundercloud before but I started hearing the commercials for the weekly special and the NY Italian sounded pretty delicious so I had to try it. It turns out that it IS pretty delicious and that's what has brought me back every Wednesday for dinner. I've been about three of four times now and each time the sandwich is consistent. It packs tons of flavor between the meats and cheeses and the spicy peppers they spread on. I don't even like *spicy* but these are so good. I get my sandwich with mayo (instead of mustard) and provolone cheese but there are other cheese options. I also recommend the chocolate chip cookies for dessert. If the NY Italian isn't your thing, they have everything from veggie to egg salad to chicken salad, plus soups and chips. Mark is friendly and makes placing your sandwich order less mundane.
google avatar

Azly S.

Yelp
I returned to this location today and had some of the best service I've ever experienced. The older gentleman was quick, efficient, and very kind. Wanted to update my review so show the different experience I had today. Thank you.
google avatar

Yelp
Just the same as all the others and still just as good. I am a fan of Thunder Cloud. so there is a little disclaimer bias in here, but honestly the great food and quality service are the same. If you don't trust my review, go give them a try and let me know. The Austin Classic is my favorite on wheat: Turkey, avocado, with veggies and spicy mustard.. it can't be beat.
google avatar

Agnes S.

Yelp
Not a fan of this location went there today about 630pm, I love Thunder Cloud but I'd rather order at a McDonalds drive thru then come here. Now 3 times this year I've had a rude, short, dismissive, employee with no name tag help me. No eye contact, negative and barely can hear them around the counter but then they act annoyed when you ask them what they said. About to drive 5 miles farther to get better service very disappointed

Yelp
Can I get a "Meh"? Another let down. I've been driving by this Thundercloud since I moved in here. Another one of those "one of these days" places. It happens to be right by the remains of the former "My H-E-B". Tonight, I was on my way to enjoy a nice, sit-down meal somewhere to ameliorate a rather crappy day I had. I caught sight of Thundercloud, and thought to myself, "Self? Could this be the time I finally enter those doors? Will I--at last--have a Thundercloud sub in my belly?" Then, NO BULLSHIT--as I sat in the car contemplating, the Thundercloud radio spot came on, with that annoying jingle. Kizmet, I tell ya! I did a Batmobile under the 183 overpass. Had the Shoe-Cruiser been equipped with hubcaps, I would've thrown one or even two. I hastened to Thundercloud, skidding with smoking tires into the parking space; jumped out, à la Magnum P.I. (hard to do from a Camry) and ran up the the entrance door. *whew* They were still open! A quick glance around, and eh... The place was decent, aesthetically. I did like the Austin stuff on the walls--ACL posters, Stevie Ray Vaughn pics, other Austin images. So... What to order? I wanted to try their Italian special sub, but I'd had a Subway BMT for lunch. Something hot... OK, it came down to the meatball and the pastrami. I went with the pastrami, since it's been a while since I had one. Combo, $8 and change. I must admit, the girl behind the counter was really fast and friendly. So I put a buck in the tip line. So, $9 and I felt as I did at Firehouse--good sandwich, just looked and felt small. Once again, the meat was plentiful, the bread was good, a nice deli mustard... But it just didn't seem like nine bucks. I'm starting to think it's me. I also had to ding them on the iced tea. The iced tea tasted old, and 'funny'. That didn't help my overall sense of "meh". OK, so tonight's performance gets an "A-OK". I'll be back, though. Like Firehouse--I really, REALLY, wanna like this place. So, until next time, Thunderclould. We will meet again.

Yelp
This Thundercloud is routinely subpar. Which is unacceptable for a chain restaurant. You can have Subway in any country in the world and there's more homogeneity than what one experiences at this Central Texas specific sandwich shop. You guys make sandwiches. You're told exactly how to make them. Twice. First during what I assume is an all too brief sandwich training class and then again by the customer. My problem isn't so much with the guy holding the mustard I guess, as it is management. Allow me to make alterations to a sandwich without catastrophic penalty. Upcharges for lettuce and sprouts and relish are, I suppose explainable. It doesn't make it an enjoyable experience though. Throwing a tantrum when I want to remove an item from a sandwich definitely shouldn't be a problem. Look, I know the meat is already bundled together for you but, when I don't want ham on my Italian, don't freak out. For a place called Thundercloud, in Austin, it sucks that I think y'all should mellow out. It was 6:30pm this Friday evening when I placed my family's order online. I showed up 20 min later (as was my order estimate) to find that none of my items had been made. This was because one of my 6 sandwiches was a large on white and they were out of white. First strike: a sandwich shop being out of white bread at 6pm on a Friday. Second strike: thinking that making two smalls instead of a large wasn't an equivalent option. You may be right, two smalls may not exactly equate to a large. But when I screw up at my job, it isn't the customers responsibility to grin and bare it. Update: The folks behind me had similar problems: out of tuna (during Lent) and out of bacon (sacrilege at any time).

Yelp
Average subs. Awful service. Today was Wednesday, during Thundercloud's 40th anniversary promotion where they sell a specific sub at their original 1975 prices. Whomever was making my sub was either having a bad day or is just normally unprofessional. While making my order (2 large promotional subs), he had to use two pieces of paper to wrap a sub because he couldn't separate them. He then proceeded to mutter about "fucking Californians"... Okay. Then I asked for a pickle, and he complained about needing 3 (actually 4) pieces of paper to wrap it. Some more "fucking Californians" later, he starts to throw my food in a bag, while another worker asks him what I ordered so he can ring me up. "Two cheap people subs". Okay, sure, but you don't need to throw that in a customer's face when it's your store holding the promotion. Sorry for participating. He then (somewhat lightly) smashes my bag of food onto the counter and says "have a nice day". So sincere. (Yes, the irony). To top it all off, the pickle wasn't even good. Not crisp at all. Just awful, didn't finish it. Subs are alright, Subway is better, which is saying something. Even at these low prices, I wouldn't come back for the food if I have to deal with this kind of service.

Yelp
Short version: go to P.Terry's next door. Long version: I've had to give up on this place. 1 in 5 sandwiches is inedible. I've had problems with the guacamole, salads, multiple issues with onions, and customer service that just doesn't know what to do if you have a problem. It's either "oh ... sorry" or "I don't taste anything." The staff is otherwise great and the location is perfect for me (which is why I came here so many time after I start having problems) but this Thundercloud has disappointed me for the last time.
google avatar

Bridget P.

Yelp
I don't live in Austin any more so there are lots of Thundercloud varieties I haven't tried in a long time or perhaps ever. I tend to order vegetarian so I can vouch for their hummus and egg salad being very good. I also like the Texas tuna (with avocado, jalapenos, a bit of onion, lettuce, tomato and provolone cheese.) Muy bueno! The potato salad on the side is good but not quite as good as what we can make at home. But think of all the sandwich places (Subway, Which Wich?) which don't even offer it. I love Thundercloud and that it really is an Austin original. They haven't sold out, they haven't gone bling-y, they are just an honestly good sandwich shop.

Yelp
Sorry I am OBSESSED with Thundercloud Subs. This location is nice as they offer their smoothies (some locations don't.) They are extremely fast and get the job done. The sandwich artists are extremely nice/outgoing/funny. I have a great time every time I stop by. The ingredients are always fresh, and the bread is just delicious. Personal favorite: California club

Yelp
Had the Austin sub and it was good. The staff was quick, friendly and made me feel welcome for my first time (esp during lunch rush). I will go back again!

Yelp
Come in and order the special of the month however the guy who makes it thought I said I wanted two of the same sandwich. Gives me an attitude because he misheard what I said. Tried not giving me my cookie I ordered and not even a bag to go with sandwich I was taking to go with half ass wrapping. I will not be frequenting this location anymore as they do not have the friendly customer service that I have known previously experienced TS. I will find someone to else in the neighborhood for sammies!

Yelp
No, thanks. Anytime I've been, I've been treated as though it was a privalage for me to eat there. Not to mention, they are over priced and it's not a good value for your money. If I want a good sub, I'll go down the road to Firehouse. At least they thank me for eating there.

Yelp
Service was horrible, but matched the sandwich. Save yourself and get a Walmart deli sandwich. Honestlu it is much better than what they serve here.
