This was a great dining experience for my husband and I. We sat out on the back porch area it has nice lighting and the atmosphere was awesome! We loved the dobbleganger drink! We both had to try the Goat Cheese and Bacon Jam Burger & it was by far the absolute best burger I have ever tasted! Whoever came up with that combination was a genius! The only thing is that they are a bit pricey but it is so worth every dollar! WE WILL BE BACK!!

Love this place! Great food, the environment is great! They are the only place so far that I have found that only uses every thing from Texas in the Fort Worth area. Every Tuesday night they have movie night it is great to bring the kids and just let them hang out while you can talk to you mr friends. Also love how they have live bands every Friday and Saturday night. The burgers and tacos are the best I have had I love how the chef makes the food so balanced and delicious. I highly recommend this place to eat.

I had the burger with caramelized 1015's and blue cheese and my lunch companion had the goat cheese and bacon jam one. We gave each other slices of our respective burgers so we could both try both. Both were excellent. The herb dressed fries were really good too. Frankly I could have done without the whole spiel about the local sourcing but, it was good to learn about their farmers' market they have there every other Saturday if the weather is good. Looking forward to going back.

Just had lunch here with a colleague, and ordered a regular cheese burger with a fried egg. It was honestly one of the best burgers I've had in Fort Worth. This was also the most plain jane burger on their lunch menu. If you like culinary adventure and hamburgers this is with out a doubt a place you should check out. Their starter menu and drinks menu is also something worth checking out. The restaurant is clean, with plenty of space and good light. They claim to represent West Texas culture and cuisine, and as a native West Texas I appreciate the attempt. We plan on visiting again for dinner and happy hour and I'm really looking forward to taking my wife. Great place!

It's like they can't decide who they are yet - and are trying a little too hard. The menus have no prices, because: "Market Prices" for tacos? Come on. Specializing in craft beer, but waitress knew little to nothing about them, so I ordered tea. Got some strange mixture of flavored something I couldn't drink, but $3 nonetheless. The world's greatest sauces and offbeat concoctions served in styrofoam. It's an upscale taco house. Can't imagine I'll be back. They would make a great middle of the road meeting place that would attract a nice crowd and keep them coming back, but I think they want to be important instead.

We really wanted to love Thurber Mingus because it's right down the road and the outside area is great but we've been disappointed every time after trying it three times. Seems like they only have a few on staff with enough experience to get things done. Drinks are watered down, they're always out of something (Who runs out of bacon?) and yet don't mark it on the chalkboard menu above where you order, etc. We ordered guacamole, 6 tacos, a burger and 4 drinks. They brought the tacos (which were soggy and nearly cold) about 30 minutes before the burger and, when we asked why, the answer was, "burgers take longer to make than tacos." Maybe don't make the tacos until the burger is almost ready? There are just too many other burger and taco joints close by with better food and better service for us to go back.

I love the whole ambiance of it its beautiful in it's simplicity its very rustic in my opinion, Very creative, And the food was amazing with its original Ideas. I was quite fascinating how they used all Texas ingredients it really promotes local business, and its zesty spices were perfectly distributed to make a perfect taste. This place is really the perfect place for first dates and family events or just a weekend hang out with friends. Also the concept of A west Texas Cantina Was a very fresh and new idea.

Food was good. We'll really good. But unfortunately service was slow and there were around 8 servers for 12 tables. Our burgers came out and we're eaten before fries ever arrived. It's a cool place to try, but won't be my new local spot.
