"Thuub channels a lost village in a northern Thai forest. The interior is built to imitate a traditional hut: It has walls lined with bamboo slats and only enough space for a few tables worth of people. You’ll find local ingredients (one drink uses three kinds of rice, for example, and others feature jackfruit and even durian) turned into cocktails inspired by northern Thai folklore and cultures. The staff is made up of proud northern-Thailand-born bartenders, so it’s a great place for tourists to learn more about the area around Chiang Mai.
