First visit and absolutely coming back. Got the breakfast waffle-wich with turkey sausage and vegan cheese (melty and delicious), plus a custom ube chai latte they made for me even though it wasn’t on the menu. The maple bacon waffle I added was incredible - they bake full strips of maple bacon RIGHT INTO the waffle, not crumbles. Topped it with candied pecans, and it was perfection. The staff were super patient with all my questions about customization. Service was quick and friendly. One small note: the waffle came out before the sandwich and wasn’t quite hot enough to melt the butter. But honestly, the bacon-in-waffle situation made up for it completely! Everything tasted great. Cozy cafe vibe, quiet enough to have a conversation with just the pleasant sounds of coffee being made in the background. Extensive options are available for both vegan and non-vegan individuals—all their waffles are vegan by default, which is perfect for my dietary needs. Great value for the quality and portion sizes, too. Definitely recommend! 10/10

I dropped by early for a quiet breakfast and a coffee before a stressful work day. Firstly, I’ve never met today’s barista but my Maple Cortado was perfection. Waffle was delicious like always and the quiet morning vibes provided me the calm before the storm. Thank you for fueling me and being the best part of my day.

What a cool place! We visited this delicious shop on a whim and I'm so glad we found it. First, the atmosphere of this cozy eatery was perfection. A nice escape from the busy Vegas strip. The service was 10/10. Such a friendly staff!! AND THE FOOD? wow. So yummy. We got four sandwiches and four drinks for folks with a variety of allergies. Tiabi accommodated us all with grace, patience, and the most delicious waffle sandwiches we've ever had.

I came around 12 and worked till 3. Really liked the music and atmosphere! I got myself coconut matcha and it was amazing. Then I ordered west coast with more bacon and no avocados. It was good.

A hidden gem. This is now myfavorite Vegas work and breakfast place. Wifi. Plugs. Ample tables. Good vibe. And a very healthy breakfast that is the perfect mix of sweet and savory. Their daily specials and half sandwiches are a very good deal. Can’t recommend enough.

I visited this bar for the first time today. I really like the artsy atmosphere which gives a great local vibe. The service was great, fast , and efficient. The food I tried previously tried was delicious. I will definitely be returning for future visits.

Service was phenomenal and the art work you can buy is so cute and creative. They ran out of an ingredient and told us if we would like to substitute it with something and waited for us to try it and see if we liked it. I thought that was very kind and made me enjoy them more. I loved the vegan waffle sandwich

Do it! Take a detour from ihop and try this place! We gave it a try on our Oklahoma/California road trip and it did not disappoint! Try the cinnamon churro/waffle macchiato! Friendly staff went over the menu with us which was fun and helpful! 90s alt rock playing in the restaurant was a bonus!

I bought one gluten free waffle with whipped cream. I finished it and proceeded to order another. Do yourself a favor and order a stack of waffles. Also just fulfill the experience and order a latte (they have decaf) and you won'tttttttt regret it) Literally the best waffles I've ever had (including ones with gluten) Service is doooope. Thorough explanation of the menu. Cool and kind Ambiance is nice, pretty, and cozy I will be taking all of my friends and family here - it's very rare I eat at the same place twice but Tiabi, you've made a loyal customer out of me

service was great! got the weekly special, super delicious! both the sandwich and chips balanced each other perfectly! atmosphere was very welcoming with different styles of seating for different groups of people. definitely recommend!

Tried for the first time today and their baby waffle options are PERFECT! I tried their limited time banana foster and also tried the strawberry smoothie which was the best and tasted so natural 2 guys working this morning were kicking BUTT with all the orders Definitely coming back!!

I went here on a relatively busy weekend where I wasn't expecting the world, but the food was much better than anticipated. The service was very friendly although slow and they were very behind. It actually took nearly 40 minutes to get our waffles in about 20 minutes to get our drinks. There was a person ahead of me complaining and being very rude to them and when they apologize to me profusely I told them don't worry about it I wasn't in a rush like the other person. Although a bit ludicrous of a weight, the staff was very friendly and apologetic and both the food and drink were delicious. So I really have no major complaints which is why they get four stars losing only one because of the slower service. They'd probably need at least one more person to be working on a busy weekend which would have got them five stars. I'll definitely go in here again

One of the few spots open at this time of morning that wasnt a major chain brand. The staff here was super friendly and the coffee was very good. I went with a cacao latte and it was full of flavor ans served in a nice mug that isnt wastefull plastic. I enjoyed the experience here.

Absolutely love this place! Even though it's hidden and tucked in a shopping complex, this cute little cafe has a lot to offer! Upon stepping inside, you can already feel the vibe. The employees are so nice and welcoming. Aside from that, the food is amazing! The presentation, the taste, the service....what's not to love? This was my second visit here and it did not disappoint. The breakfast sandwich waffle is so yummy! If you're craving something different, with a taste that just feels like home, order this. The waffle is so fluffy on the inside and has that perfect crisp on the outside. Their coffee is also delish! I ordered the Snickers cold brew this time. Uh-mazing! They put up a competition against Dutch Bros lol. I make sure I stop here for breakfast/brunch anytime I'm in Vegas. It's truly a must!

Cute coffee waffle establishment in Vegas. I came in here for a cup of coffee while I waited in queue to get into Sakana. The server was quick to take my order and it smells of fresh waffles. It was very tempting to order a waffle plate, but I didn't want to ruin my all you can eat sushi appetite.

TIABI is def inspirational. Nice coffee shop with delicious coffee & an assortment of waffles/toppings to chose from! We want with plain and sweets on the side! But next time, we need to go hungrier and try something else! Great service, informative staff and nice clean restaurant! Looking forward to checking out their other location in the valley!

Came into get a coffee and waffles this morning and was very happy with both! The staff is so super friendly. Met Ian Rambo a few days ago and I had the come check it out. Mary recommended the chocachino and it was a perfect boost to start. I'm not a big eater so I just had a baby sausage waffle. Jaron and the manager Dalorean are also super friendly with great service. I love the sparse but chill vibes on the inside. Definitely check this place out if you're over by UNLV.

Walking in I was greeted by a very cheerful staff. On first impression, I noticed that the restaurant was very clean, and smells very good. It smelled like a mixture of sweet and coffee beans, I loved it A man came to take my order. He asked if, I had ever been there before and when I told him no, he began to explain the menu and even told me what were a few favorites. The man explained to me that it would be a little wait, due to a large party. I asked if it would take longer than 26 minutes because I was on my lunch break, he insured me that the wait would be shorter than that. I order the sausage baby, and a snickers cold brew. It was about a 10 minute wait. Both were great! I ate the sausage baby so fast that I didn't get a picture. The waffle had a wonderful flavor to it. It wasn't too sweet, but you could definitely eat it without anything on it. They also have me a churro waffle for free, just to taste. It was freaking fantastic!!! I'll be honest, next time I'll ask for my waffle to be a little more crisp, but that's just a personal preference. My cold brew was awesome!! I wouldn't change anything about that. This place is located in a strip mall, near Target and the ever so popular Sakana. There is parking here but sometimes the spaces closest to the restaurant are full; however there is plenty of parking, you may just have to walk a little. Overall, I will definitely be back to order another waffle and coffee drink

Super cute place and the food tasted good. The reason am giving them a 4 instead of 5 is because of the amount served. The waffles are thin (not the thick somewhat dense waffles I was expecting) and they put like 8/10 strawberry slices and a small scoop of cream. At nearly $10 per waffle this felt like a snack not filling at all. Everything did taste great and the service was good!

Ordered a regular size, Hazelnut Iced Latte here on a weekday. Best I've ever had! Latte came out quickly. Great service. Clean inside. Has AC, restroom, and lots of seating. Easy to find, free parking in parking lot. Will definitely come back. They also have waffle sandwiches.

Right next to the target on Maryland and flamingo this is a great little spot. The waffles are always hot and fresh. The coffee is smooth and tasty. The service can be a bit slow at times but everything is made to order so I do give them a bit of grace.

oh tiabi. i was ur biggest fan years and years ago when the Honey, i'm home was still on the menu. it's been some years (maybe almost a decade) since i've been back. happy to say the food and service is still 10/10. will be back more often.

Hubby and I had some time to kill before our flyover Vegas experience and I was in need of some coffee!! This place has been on my list for a while and finally got to come here and glad we did. I ordered the Java jolt, hubby got the drip coffee and the savory sausage melt waffle sandwich to share. The place is small yet cozy. The food and coffees were brought to our table fairly quickly. The Java Jolt was so good! It was not sweet or bitter and perfect for me as recommended by the cashier. Hubby loved his coffee that he did not even put any sweetener in his all which does lot happen often. We both enjoyed our half of the waffle sandwich too. It was a nice snack to have with our coffee too. The bathrooms are I. The back and have a code available by register to enter. The one I went was in was very clean too. My only issue is that since I am legally blind I had to have hubby help me find code which I never saw since it was too small and I just cannot see where it was posted to unlock bathroom. I definitely would not mind coming back here to try out more of the menu too

Can never go wrong with Nutella and banana waffle. It was delicious and fresh along with the fresh brewed coffee. Would've never guessed this place was even there. Definitely going to go again to try something else.

Such a cute spot right next to target! You can browse the clearance section and then fuel up with a waffle. Sounds like heaven. The coffee is great and the churro waffle is delish! The staff is so kind and so gracious. I even got a too good to go order and it was soooo tasty. A really great hidden gem in this part of town. Great to support

I was soo hungry I forgot to take a picture of the food before devouring since we took it to go, but I've been here about 3-4 times, just about every time I'm in Vegas. The food is soooo good and the coffee is always on point. The service has never disappointed. It's a must. They have savory and sweet waffle options. Today was the sausage and egg wafflewich.

I wanted to give this spot one star for an overall, but there are I few things I took into consideration. It's friendly upon entry, the associates that work there are pretty pleasant. It maintained a pretty even flow of guests during the two hours or so that I visited, most felt like regulars which is a testament to good service. I also have to applaud the menu for their creative coffee choices- I love quirky combos. That said, the cafe was not very clean...I only snapped a few pics in the main area but the restroom is also....in need of a thorough floor scrub, at LEAST. The guests are expected to bus their own dishes which is not a terrible thing but it feels like we're on the wrong side of the counter with it displayed in the front on a not very clean cart. The area in front of where the waffles are being made was also dirty along with the walls. I wish I could say that the food was at least impressive but it didn't even stir a ripple on my taste buds. Egg0 waffles have more flavor and the chicken was not a tick better than mid- those chips were actually really good so I WILL l give them those. I was disappointed but I likely just caught them on an off day. I can tell they try but didn't hit the mark for me and I have no desire to return.

Pistacho latte was delicious, and I loved my maple pecan waffle, their Nutella banana waffle was good too but a little too!

First timer. Randomly decided to stop by and check the place out. Ordered the 'Agent Purple' which is a "shaken espresso infused with ube topped with oatmilk cold foam." I was a bit confused when I received my drink due to it looking like a normal iced latte. As soon as I took a sip, it literally tasted just like a regular iced latte. So I took a look at their website to see about this 'Agent Purple' beverage and my drink didn't look anything remotely close to the image on their website, nor did it even taste like it should have (maybe?). There wasn't even a hint of ube or anything... so I was a bit confused. Maybe make some adjustments so the drinks actually follow items listed on the menu? The service was nice which is why I gave 3 stars instead of just one.

I used to love this place but not anymore. All the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The issue lays with time and price. They only have 2 waffle makers. For a waffle place that's very limited. So the result is, on a Saturday morning/lunch it gets busy and the wait gets long. I ordered 2 of the same waffles and saw them being cooked and prepared one by one as it I am watching someone in a home kitchen, this is bad time management. I also got the lavender lemonade and it was soooo strong, almost not drinkable. I wanted lemonade not sugar syrup. It is not cheap, I get the inflation everywhere but this is just too much for me for what it is and the time I spent waiting for it. The waffle is still excellent and love the tiabi sauce however I can wait another few years if I ever come back.

Walked from Embassy Suites for some exercise...nice place, small, good service but no more guru waffle burgers, stopped serving them a couple of years ago ... disappointed update yelp please ..ordered waffle avocado tomato egg sandwich no cheese with double shot latte.

My husband gluten free and they were very conscientious about walking us through the options to put on the GF waffle and washed down the prep station before preparing the food. The server was super friendly. Parking was difficult to find because of nearby sushi restaurant with deals. We all had the savory waffles and the pistachio coffee (hot or iced) you can get fruit, chips, or salad on the side. The waffles are vegan. Nice atmosphere.

Took them 45 minutes for them to make me a dry mediocre waffle. 15 minutes to make an Americano. They said they forgot my order but the place was empty. A whole family sat down and then walked out after they waited and then no one acknowledged them. The staff were chatting with each other the whole time. No idea why this place has great reviews. It was expensive, too.

After eating sushi at the place nearby, my party felt like wanted to finish it off with something cool to drink. One of my friends saw this as we were heading to the sushi restaurant, so we made sure to stop by after we were done eating. The place is a little hole-in-the-wall like setting, and cafes like these are known to be good (at least in my opinion). The person who was cashiering for us was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Twilight Lavender: It took me a while to figure out what drink I wanted, but I settled for this once I learned I can get it iced. When they say lavender, they mean it because it was very floral yet soothing. The drink itself was not overtly sweet and the lavender taste helped make it feel refreshing. The white chocolate was also a good component to the flavor profile as well. Overall, I really enjoyed this drink. Whenever I am in Vegas again, I'll be sure to stop by.

While in LV recently, I wanted to find a local place to have a small breakfast with morning ice tea. finding this place was not easy due to the parking lot entrances askew and the lot itself uneven and in need to redoing. However, once inside, there are some nice options for toppings on a waffle. Yum! The green iced tea was not a favorite for me but it was one experience to judge it from. Plenty of seating inside;, none outside.

Tiabi is has a fun menu. With a variety of sweet and savory waffle sandwich options, their creative menu is sure to appeal to most palates. I ordered the Spicy Vegan and a Chagalatte. So good! The Spicy Vegan is full of great flavors and textures. And the Chagalatte tasted like a regular mocha to make a perfect pair to my sandwich. My boyfriend had the grilled avocado and cheese sandwich. His only regret was not adding bacon to his sandwich. His also came with a side salad and the dressing made a yummy dipping sauce for the sandwich. Definitely need to come back to try their seasonal menu items. This month's special is Barb's Pink Waffle. It looked and sounded amazing! I had to flip a coin to decide which sandwich to get. The Spicy Vegan didn't disappoint!

Great place to study! Tiabi is super spacious, clean, and has a chill environment. Perfect for solo or group studying! They have a large menu of different savory/sweet waffles, as well as a ton of coffee options. I got the pistachio latte, iced with soy milk and it was 10/10!! The pistachio flavor was very strong, and I love that they don't upcharge for alternative milks. Everything was very fairly priced as well! I paid $7 after tip for the iced coffee :)

I was tired of the typical American food you find in downtown Las Vegas. Eating diner food was getting tiring. Plus very expensive. I also was looking for something light for an early breakfast before heading home. Yelp brought me to TIABI where you could get a selection of waffles, coffees, and what they call wafflewiches. I got their snickers cold brew for less than $5. It came in a cute glass, filled with cold brew, milk, chocolate syrup, and was iced. The waffles were a decent size, all available under $10. The wafflewich was sooo good! Slightly sweet, buttery, and the waffle was the perfect texture to eat sandwich style. The vegan wafflewich was so refreshing. But it did have a weird coconut bacon in it. Salty, smoky, but the rest of the flavors complimented it well. The cafe was a great place off the strip, about a 10 minute drive from downtown. I'd come here again for sure. Plus 10% off with a yelp check in!

I was looking for a gluten free food place-- this place did not disappoint. I was honestly so impressed by the waffle sandwiches, and the care they put into allergies. They have so many vegan options as well. I got the west coast with gluten free waffle and it was absolutely delicious (8/10). My bf got the vegan chorizo sandwich and he gave it two thumbs up (8/10). I got the lavender latte and my bf got the pistachio latte. I asked for half sweet and changed the milk and i loved how it wasn't an upcharge for a different milk. The workers were all really nice. I liked the casual cafe style ambiance as well. I'm happy i found this place!

Love love love this place. I'm from Houston and everytime I come visit my sister, I need coffee from this place. Excellent customer service. The restaurant is a nice chill spot too. I always get the pistachio latte with lavender cold foam! 10/10. This time I also tried the waffle breakfast sandwich, it was delicious. I didn't even need syrup. Can't wait to come back for my next visit.

An off the Downtown strip place, this little shop was interesting! I wouldn't have thought a waffle sandwich would be something that I would thought of! And a grilled cheese waffle sandwich at that! Wow. We went when the shop just opened, soitwas still a little empty except two people. The food was fresh because the lovely lady and other worker was quick to make our orders. I got the Bananatella because I wasn't sure about the vegan sandwiches or the waffles they offer. What could go wrong with waffles, bananas, Nutella, and almonds! Yum. The Nutella wasn't super sweet and the almonds were the cherry on top! My mom got the Avocado grilled cheese waffle sandwich and there was TON of cheese! I was wondering about that because of other reviews... She really liked the sauce inside. I tried a bite and it was delicious! My dad got the Viva Las Elvis of course. There was a ton of peanut butter! The peanut butter overpowered the bacon on top, but he still enjoyed it. My sister got the vegan waffle sandwich and a iced coffee. She liked them. Her boyfriend got the Strawberry Kisses waffle and he finished it all in one go lol. They also have wifi! If I am ever in that area again, I would go.

Stopped on our way out from the strip on a Monday morning around 10am and we're happy to see it wasn't as busy as when we previously tried to stop by . Inside was clean and bright with a few dining tables. We ordered quickly and found a table. The employee who took our order was very sweet and patient with our many questions. Our food came quickly and we were not disappointed. The waffles were crunchy and slightly sweet, the eggs were fluffy and substantial and the sausages were was perfectly flavored. We sat for a while and digested our food and our crazy weekend in Vegas and then left on our way, happy and satisfied with our breakfast

We were greeted with a great big warm smile. The menu overall looks delicious. The food was good & definitely worthy of going back to try a few other things on the menu. I was anticipating & hoping for a larger size waffle though. The presentation could have also been a little better. I probably should have prefaced that after looking at their Instagram, was the reason I made my previous comment (sentence). We were then served the two meals & the INCREDIBLY TASTY COFFEES. There was no syrup, no napkins, & no silverware on the table, nearby, or offered to us upon bringing the food. I asked politely for some & was immediately brought all of the requested items; again with a most warm & friendly smile. The Waffle Bar (Café) itself is in need of some TLC & I don't mean because it looks bad. It actually is a nice & quaint cafe. It's in need of some cleanliness. The hallway near the bathrooms, the dirty dustpan & the dirty broom within a couple feet of where you're eating & behind the service area, a little cleanup wouldn't hurt. All in all, I hope the establishment understands that this comes from a place of love & care. Overall; everything was delicious & I enjoyed all of it; enough to go back. Life happens & sometimes a little bit of constructive criticism can go a long way. Thank you for everything & I look forward to coming back again soon.

To inspire and be inspired [TIABI] This cafe is located in the Maryland Crossing in Las Vegas. I used a Groupon deal during our visit. The cafe was a modest size and it was full and busy when we walked in. We were lucky to snag a table. We placed our orders at the counter: Strawberry Kisses for me and hubby got the West Coast Wafflewich. We got our drinks first, coffee and OJ. We were served our food 30-mins later. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the coffee because I'm not a coffee drinker but my Strawberry Kisses waffle was yummy good. I actually could eat a second plate. Hubby also enjoyed his wafflewich (chicken, bacon, avo, tomato, cheese, and homemade sauce). That actually sounds pretty good. This locally-owned community coffee house is a gathering place for both locals and out-of-towners. Great ambiance for daily coffee. The wait was a little long but we had a pleasant experience overall. Review #2847

Our drinks and food was really good! There was about a 25-30 min wait. If your dinning in they have you wait for a table before you can order. You pay at the counter. Everything was great, cute spot, good food and great prices. Very limited seating if you plan to go on a busy weekend. Only complaint was I walked in and waited with all 4 of my kids. The black guy (brown skin) making the food comes from behind the counter and tells me - you have to wait for a table this family is before you. I just looked at him. He walks over to the couple and says you can go sit there and the guy says "her and her family where here way before us"! I just looked at him again! He didn't apologize to me or anything! He took time from preparing meals to come from behind the kitchen and tell me I wasn't next when we had been waiting for a little over 30 mins. He then walks back to the kitchen. I was so mad. The only reason I stayed was because my kids were hungry and we had taken a Uber there since we where in vegas for vacation. **a new guy came in his spot later and he was very nice!

Came to TIABI to meet a friend for brunch. They are fast-casual style, so you order & pay first, the grab a table. Space is small inside so it might be hard to get a table during peak times...it can also take a while to order and get your food & drinks when it's busy. I got the Pistachio Latte with Oat Milk and 1 splenda. They do not have lactose free milk, so you can choose between Oat, Almond or Soy milk as alternatives. This was good, light pistachio flavor and sweetness. I also ordered the Thai Basil Wafflewich, with a side salad (choice of salad or kettle chips). This was okay. It didn't have much Thai basil flavor at all, and flavor overall for the waffle sandwich was a little bland. Plentiful parking in shared lot, and restrooms were fairly clean. Service was a bit slow at times, and they weren't always on top of cleaning the tables that cleared up.

Ambiance is chill. Food was good and made to order, it was fresh and delicious. Service was good it was order up but it did take a while to make as it was made to order and staff is limited. Prices are reasonable about $15-20 a person.

I'm in love with TIABi! Only had time for coffee & a small snack. Will be back for waffles cause they looked awesome!!! Nice vibe and great service too!
