Decent pay by weight mala dry hot pot. Generally good fresh selection, friendly service. Can choose level of spiciness . I picked medium ( l like quite spicy food but not those uncomfortable experience) and it was just right. I went too happy piling on the tray and it came out to about $33 (not cheap but not bad considering size and ingredients-enough fir 2 very hungry eaters or take home leftover and add more tofu eggs, udon and veggies etc to easily stretch it to 2-3 more meals (if you're frugal!).

The dry hot pot tasted alright. Very pricey. $13 per pound. That tray in the picture cost $80. Service was pretty good.

$13 per pound for dry hot pot which is honest not a bad price. Most places I’ve been to are at least $15 per pound. The food itself tasted great. Got $46 worth and it was more than enough for two people.

Dry hot pot is so good, the selection of meats and vegetables is not vast but it’s more than decent. Kinda expensive. It’s great to share a bowl with a friend (aka good hangover food). Bring cash as a deposit for the bowl!

This used to be my favorite place when I was in school. It used to be for 30 dollars we can get a lot like A LOT for three people. However, since last year I went to order for take out I realized it got so pricey. I went yesterday to order dry pot and I realized that when she weight the food, it stopped when it was 20$ something but then all of the sudden the number weight scale moved again and that she didn’t even wait for the scale to stop to tell me the cost. I was fine with everything like this since I don’t eat it very often anymore. However, it was too oily so before I eat it I let it go through water (bottled water) and so it can reduced some oil to gets to my body. As I was eating I saw this black thing with legs, and I know it has to be an insect 🕷️ and I stopped eating and took a picture. I understand that the hygiene issue is a concern down the New world mall since they opened so many years, but I am just shocked that imagine I didn’t washed it through with water, this cute little insect is going to my body? They really need to clean that spot. I have took picture but I don’t know how to attach it.

They charge a $5 dine in fee which I paid when I paid for the meal. However, when the food was ready it was for take out, she tried to say it was a mistake but didnt offer give my $5 back. I had to ask for it. Very pricey food also. A bowl for 1 cost me $40! I would avoid.

Customers can choose the food by the counter, and let the customer choose the spiciness. The food is tasty, friendly service and reasonable price. The shop is in the New World Mall food court.

It was 8.95 per lbs. They charged us $27.22 for 2 lbs because the cashier mis-saw it from 21.22. They don't know how to do math. And the worst part was that they were unwilling to admit their fault. The cashier blamed the young girl when it was the cashier who made the mistake. In the end they gave us $5.00 back instead of $6.00. The food wasn't as good as the shop next to it (Lao Ma has better food). Avoid this place at all cost. Poor service and food.

The hotpot here is amazing! Fresh ingredients, flavorful broths, and a cozy atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for a delicious and authentic hotpot experience!

Pretty good expensive food, but the bear was a bit underwhelming in my opinion. Came here since we heard they were closing, so I didn't want to lose out on this opportunity to try out one of Flushing's staple hotpot places. Service was quite good, but you also had to pay for sauces for your group. When first entering, the aroma of spice and hotpot flavors hits you like a wave, and the food smell sticks to your clothes after, but luckily they had a cleaning station that helps you remove the smell from your clothes before you leave. Would recommend others to try this place out before they close in a week.

All you can eat is a joke on this place. Totally different than the one at Brooklyn. This is our first time visit and will be the last time ever as well. First the front host took us to the table doesn't even mention any all you can eat promotion. Then the server given us the attitude after we requested we want all you can eat option. Took 20 mins out soup base ( hot base soup) only ingredients inside without soup and need ask the server and a lot of items we ordered are out of stock and the bbq meat is same as hot pot as well and those bbq meat( the server told us) it has seasoning ( only plain garlic or light source). 4 persons almost $250.00. Avoid this place.

TL;DR The service sucks, the food is just mediocre, and the AYCE BBQ is not worth it. Flushing has so many food options, so you're better off spending your money somewhere else. I came here because I won one of their Instagram giveaways for a free AYCE BBQ. I was not only NOT impressed by the food, but was also very offended by the service. After the server confirmed that I could eat for free, he came back halfway through the meal asking if I could write them a 5-star Google review. I was fine with that, but then he came back 10 minutes later asking if I had written it yet. My friends were annoyed and said we'll write it later after our meal. They should at least let us finish eating first so we could write an honest review. Throughout the meal though, the service continued to fall short of our expectations. Almost half of the items that we ordered from the tablet at the table never came. When we followed up with our server, he just said it's coming but it never did. If they ran out of a certain food, they should just tell us, not keep pushing us off and promising that "it's coming". Also none of the food impressed me. The quality of meats was just mediocre. Last but not least, after we paid the bill and after I wrote a 5-star review for them on Google (which our server took a photo of to show to his boss), he had the audacity to demand a 20% tip. He was literally holding the tablet in front of my friend, trying to bully him to pay the suggested 20% tip. He said that we already let me eat for free, so we should tip more. My friend said no, we will CHOOSE to pay 18% and then we quickly left. I won the giveaway fair and square to eat for free. He didn't do us any favors by "letting" me eat for free. I would've rated them only 1 star, but the one nice thing they did was give a free kid's meal for my friends' toddler. It was a pretty cute kid's meal, so I'll give them an additional star for that. I've since deleted my 5-star Google review and wrote a more accurate one, giving them only 2 stars.

We tried their super value lunch set for 2 at just $88! It comes with their special wine-marinated beef slices, paired perfectly with a seafood platter, fresh vegetables, and more. Trust us, its so yummy and a deal you don't want to miss! With their beautiful and spacious restaurant, Xiang Hotpot is the ultimate party destination!

Authentic hotpot experience. The food is pretty solid with good variety of options. But I noticed some flies in the sauce bar so I would be wary about that. Another thing is that servers mainly speak Chinese so you might want to bring a friend who can speak communicate. Overall, it's a good spot to get your hotpot fix if you're ever in Flushing

The ambiance was so pretty and I'm totally in love with how the aesthetic is. The interior was designed to be like a traditional Chinese housing or restaurant. It would be great for a big party with the amount of decorations they had. The service was quick and they answered all the information that we needed. They were really helpful with helping us understand the Mother's Day deal and what was provided. They also guided us on how to eat certain things. The food was great & my mother would say so herself. The Mother's Day special was fancy and aesthetically pretty especially the rice cake they gave it (it was super yummy). It's sad to see the bear go but it was so pretty and the sauce was pretty good. Definitely recommend this place if you love hot pot

Stepping into Xiang Hotpot & BBQ in Flushing felt like stumbling upon a hidden gem. The ambiance was absolutely stunning, making it the perfect spot to impress any guest. While slightly on the pricier side, the exquisite decorations and high-quality meat justify every penny. Opting for the Sichuan broth, I embarked on a culinary adventure, while my spice-sensitive friend indulged in the comforting mushroom broth. From the delightful octopus balls to the crispy yet tender fried chicken, every dish was a flavor explosion. The marinated meats were especially noteworthy, boasting exceptional taste and texture. With an extensive menu offering, Xiang Hotpot & BBQ is ideal for special occasions.

Came here to celebrate a friends birthday and I'd really recommend it for that! They have private-ish areas to dine and they decorate with birthday balloons. Plus they enthusiastically sing the happy birthday song. Hotpot itself was pretty standard and the spice levels were good - not overly spicy compared to the newer hotpot restaurants in flushing. Placing our orders from an iPad made ordering quick and efficient. Service was nice and accommodating.

Solid option for hot pot in Flushing if you're not in the mood to wait for Chongqing Lao Zao. This spot used to be called Spice World, and is located in an impressive ornate space on the 2nd floor of the New World Mall. For vegetarians, they have the usual classic tofu and vegetable offerings, but with a few unique additions like their black tofu, which was quite tangy and something I would order again. The spice bar is well-equipped with plenty of options, and they also have a few non hot pot appetizers on the menu that you can order if you're so inclined.

We spent an afternoon looking for Hot Pot flavored chips (apparently Lays makes a lot of exotic flavored chips for countries outside the USA). After having no success, we consoled ourselves by getting some hotpot in Flushing. Ambience - restaurant is located inside a shopping center. It has a very large dining room decorated like a Disney attraction. At night, there is some costumes character show running around chugging beer?! Food: very large selection of foods for your hotpot. My kids favorite is the teddy bear shaped block of spicy butter that is melted in your broth. TL/DR: this is a restaurant that provides not just food, but a dining experience.

Immaculately decorated Sichuan hot pot spot! We got the beef oil broth, which was delicious and spicy, and the pork bone broth, which offered a nice respite from the spice. Everything was presented so beautifully and tasted fresh. We also enjoyed the drinks, namely the mango sparkling water! And the dessert was yummy as well. One thing to note is that the sauce bar is an extra charge. But with the delicious food and the fantastic service, it was still a good experience all in all.

Xiang Hot Pot 香天下 is one of my favorite restaurants in NYC to do hot pot. And, given how often I've been here, I find it hard to believe that I haven't written a review yet, but then again, considering how much I procrastinate writing reviews, maybe that isn't all that surprising. Upon entering, the first thing that strikes is the soothing decor-- a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and traditional elements. The dim lighting and dark wooden accents combined with the captivating glow of fairy lights and hanging lanterns make this an ideal spot for dates and gatherings with friends and family. Moving onto the hot pot itself, Xiang offers an assortment of broths from the spicy and mouth-numbing beef butter broth 麻辣牛油锅 to the sweet and tangy tomato broth 番茄锅, both of which I am partial to. The wagyu beef and shrimp paste are must-orders and the one meter slice beef 一米至尊肥牛 offers the best bang for your buck. The prices are standard for hot pot, though keep in mind, there's a $2.99 sauce bar surcharge per person.

Came here with my family of 5 and we got the combo meant for 5-6 people to share and it was way more than enough. We were super impressed with the quality and the quantity as well as the service. They are super generous with the meat and they were all thinly sliced. There were various kinds of meats including brisket, lamb and even wagyu. There were a few small cookies apps, fish fillets, various kinds of fish balls as well as vegetables and seafoods like shrimp. We counted and there were more than 20 different kinds do food including meat, veggies, appetizers, starches, drink choices included. We chose the passion fruit drink which came in a huge cooler. Aside from what we ordered there was also a sauce bar in that back that included fruits and cookies. The ambiance is super spacious but also nice. I wish the tables were bigger but that's probably our fault for ordering so much. It's super aesthetically pleasing with dimmer lights and lanterns. There's also larger rooms in the side that's more private and great for large parties. Tip: don't be like us and try to finish everything, they are super fine with you taking food and even the drinks to go!

Came here with a group of friends and ordered a large combo for 6 people. We got seated in a nice semi private table which was convenient for talking! The plating and setup of the food was very pretty and good for parties and pictures. Alot of the seafood, veggies and other items came out first which kinda filled us up first. For the combo, we told the lady that we didn't eat lamb, so they nicely changed out the lamb order for different types of beef. Overall tons of meat and more than enough for 6 of us. They also had a small show with a lady we went around all the tables with a Chinese yoyo. Pretty cool

Brisket, Beef, Bone Broth, and a Bathing Bear?!? I mean can the b's of hot pot possibly get any better?!? Just take one look at this spread and I guarantee you'll be sold. I can honestly say this is one of the most beautiful presentations of meat platters that I have ever seen in my life. Not to mention how they do the bathing spicy beef butter bear block broth ... like what?!? The one meter slice beef platter and the hand cut wagyu beef were highlights for sure but everything was so delicious in the broth. They definitely don't skimp on the meat and I think the price is just right. My friends loved the duck blood while I guzzled on the gizzards with plenty of mushrooms. We came right before closing but they were able to get us on and all of our food before last call. We were the last ones to leave but they were kind enough to help whenever we waved them down for more water while they cleaned up. The restaurant is located in a mall on the second story so be cautious that you can't get in after it closes and you'll have to exit through a particular door. It's super cute when you walk in and continues with beautiful lighting and decor. Super convenient from the subway station as well and worth the ride from the city.

The broths are ok, honestly nothing special. I wasn't a fan of the spicy ones flavor, and they didn't stay consistently hot. The meats were hit or miss, ox tail wasn't good. Lamb was ok, pork and beef were good. Ordered noodles, they came out cold. The ordering system on the iPad, I'm not a big fan. Overall beautiful place... but I don't think I'll go back

Xiang Hotpot is a great place for hotpot lovers. The restaurant's atmosphere and friendly staff provide an enjoyable dining experience. The wide array of fresh ingredients and flavorful broths made for a delicious meal. From the tender beef to the fish paste and fresh veggies, all the dishes were good. The servers were nice and accommodating. The space was nice and intricately decorated with a good space that reminds you of a walking through an ancient street in Asia. Price was a bit high. Xiang Hotpot is a good place to go, and I would definitely go back!

Super pretty and cute a la carte hot pot place! My friends and I have always wanted to try this place after seeing the bear shaped spice as one of the broth options. We got the two broth combo with tomato broth and the broth that comes with the bear shaped spice. The tomato broth was delicious and we all really like that choice. However, the half with the bear shaped spice broth was way too spicy for us. Even though the staff tried to make it to be light spicy, it was still way too spicy for us. Out of the things we ordered, our favorites are the fish fillets for the hot pot and the side dish fried rice cake. The staffs are all super friendly and attentive and we would certainly come back again.

This is a great place to feel transported and have good food as well!! I little pricey but well worth it!! This is old meets new tech with scenery that's beautiful and calming yet you order EVERYTHING through a tablet! Took family and friends and everyone enjoyed themselves and is still a time people bring up to do again!!

They have great quality meat and flavorful broth! My favorite broth is House Special Spicy Beef Oil that comes with cute bear. Beef oil broth is little spicy, but great thing is that they do have other broth option, and you can pick two combo. So I ordered beef oil and pork bone (great combination). This is one of my fav hot pot spot

Great open space, plentiful seating that's not stacked up on each other. Although no coat check, there is a bin under your table to store your belongings. Service is fair; not the fastest, but friendly and not the worst, considering the size of the place. Food quality is pretty decent. We got an assortment of beef, lamb, and seafood. The broth was basic. Overall, okay service, comfortable seating, good food quality.

Delicious selection of soup bases and dishes. Since this is not AYCE, you can pace yourself and order a little at a time so you can sample what you like and order more if it suits your palette. Many items are served almost like a single dim sum serving. They have a great assortment of dishes and beverages. They also have a huge selection of condiments for you to concoc your ultimate sauce. They also posted some sauce combinations that work well. There is 3 hours free parking at the lot downstairs. Make sure you have the staff validate your parking ticket before you leave. I was there on a Friday night and there was a singer that went on for about 30 minutes. I don't know if this is a regular routine daily. Service is fantastic and you have bowls and dishes by your cooking station. The servers clean up your empty plates pretty regularly. High quality hotpot that is Worth the price.

Located on the second floor of New World Mall, Xiang Hot Pot has a beautiful interior. The vibes inside are great and the wait staff is very accommodating and welcoming. They have a lot of options for food, I came with 3 total people and we got the combo for 3-4 people which was about the perfect amount. Note that sauces are an additional few dollars per person but they have a decent selection of sauces, all the ones you would expect for a hotpot place. Xiang won't be as cheap as a typical AYCE (Xiang is not AYCE) but you're paying for higher quality ingredients and in my view a better dining experience

My new favourite Hot Pot! Our server was super attentive and quick - even gave me a hair tie before I began feasting! Luckily he warned us about the spice level, we were barely able to eat it even at it's mildest level. The pork bone broth, was just out of this world! The ingredients were super fresh and well portioed! My friend rated it as the best hot pot he has had to date - coming from HK, that's massive! Definitely returning for my future hot pot fixes!

Great hotpot spot in Flushing! It has a variety of food and broth just beware of the spicy broths it can be hot even if you get it mild. The decor is pretty and big space to fit large groups plus fun entertainment. The staff are also attentive they had to keep bringing us water lol. I would recommend!

Came around midnight and very impressed by their service so late in the night. Quick ratings: Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Sauce bar: 5/5 Value: 5/5 The spicy base is SPICY! We were going to go with medium and the server warned us to try mild first if we haven't been here before. Thank goodness we got mild. It was still flavorful and not overwhelmed by numbing spice taste. Getting the two broth combo was a good idea because the pork broth was flavorful and saved us from the spice. Noodles aren't usually everyone's highlight for hot pot in general, but I always love making a noodle soup bowl after we've cooked and enjoyed most of our meat and seafood. Their handmade noodles were perfect! Texture was so nice. Perfect noodles, perfect soup. Sauce bar selections were 5/5 but it was so far from our table hahah. Food presentation is 5/5. The little flowers they put on their plates are adorable. I didn't know they had a bear for the spicy base!!!! Adorable! We tried to not order too much because it was so late and didn't want to be too stuffed after a concert. But wow we left STUFFED. They give you aprons & hair ties. Love it! Reminded me of Hai Di Lao's service. Ngl, we got so lost in New World Mall because it was late and creepy. It was pretty pricey but I think with decor, service, freshness (even just the cheapest US beef) and even their opening hours - so worth it for us. Will probably be back as soon as we have another hot pot craving.

Head full of cloud ears Spicy bear broth, fire butt Hotpot of my heart I've never had such a magical hotpot experience! The restaurant was absolutely gorgeous and creative, even waiting outside in the mall was unique and pretty! At the front entrance is a photo booth for friends, dates, etc. AND a sugar artist making free sugar sculptures! There are live fish in a tiny pond and real plants intermingled with gorgeous fake plants... it's like stepping into another realm, it feels so otherworldly! The food was amazing. I never had fried rice cakes and didn't know what to expect but it was such a great balance of crunch, sweet, salty, and chewy! And of course the spicy beef broth bear is the star attraction! My gosh were there so many great options for vegetarians and meat eaters alike! But I have to be honest and say the BESTEST ingredient in my meal was handmade black tofu. No idea what the fuck it's made out of and like don't wanna know (why it's black)... but highly recommend! It's fresh and firm and just really fun to have unique colored tofu. Also, my third fav ingredient (after black tofu and spice bear) was the cloud ear mushrooms! Could be wood ear, I'm not entirely sure. I forget the name on the menu but they were really fresh tasting and had an EXCELLENT crunch even after being totally over-boiled for 30 mins! We had SO MUCH food that each of us took home a large soup take away container. So we essentially bought 8 meals worth for the equivalent of $20 per meal with tax/tip. The staff handled a busy Saturday night waitlist with such ease and efficiency. There were 6 parties ahead of us and the staff guesstimated a 35 min wait and were on point! They texted when the table was ready so we had time to explore the area in & around the mall. My friend had left their expensive sunglasses here on accident 3 months ago and the staff still had the glasses tucked away in the lost and found! Wowsers!!!! Also, there is a cute giant tub under the table to store coats and purses. It's efficient and much appreciated since the hotpot bubbles and boils all over the table! This place is accessible by subway. But if you park, there is a mall garage that the restaurant will validate your parking for 3 hrs! Insider tip!!! ;)

Came here with a group of friends on a Friday night and had a great experience. We got a combo of the mushroom broth base and spicy broth base, which comes with a cute little bear that melts. We got "mild" but honestly it was extremely spicy so if you are sensitive to spice maybe try to pick out the extra peppers early so that it doesn't become overwhelming as the meal goes on. Prices are reasonable and the sauce station is extremely extensive with many additional sides and soups. Ambiance inside is very nice too, lots of string lights and warm lanterns. When we were there, they also had a guy singing live music. Overall great place to catch up with friends and have a hearty meal. Would definitely return.

Easily the most beautiful and relaxing hotpot place I've been to, very worth the hype. Very nice and attentive staff. Great size portions and the food was very fresh and delicious. We got both the Spicy Beef Butter Broth (the one with the teddy bear) & Pork Bone broth. We enjoyed them both but warning for the beef broth we had to scoop out all the peppers because it was unbearably spicy.

Super cute hot pot place with a lot of variety!! If you're looking for a fancy group meal in flushing this is definitely a fun place to go. They have all the amenities like jacket covers, hair ties, sauce bar, dessert, aprons, etc. we got the half and half soup base with mild spicy and bone broth. The mild was still INSANELY spicy. I would say the bone broth was a bit flavorless compared to other places I've tried. The meat quality was good and we got the cheapest pork belly/beef. The meal was a bit pricey but we were stuffed at the end. Overall a fun experience, but wish the bone broth soup base had more flavor...good for an occasion but not a regular place due to the higher price point imo

Easily the best hot pot I've had in the city. Everything from the meats to the broth to the vegetables were sooooo good. The service was also lovely and we took a lot of recommendations which were all spot on. Definitely get the medium spicy if you can enjoy spice, and the mild if you don't. Do not order the hottest spicy level unless you've tried it before, just don't. We tried the pork broth as well as the mushroom broth and they were both fantastic. The restaurant itself is also very nice and creates the perfect ambiance for a group dinner or date night. It was a bit of a journey from where I live in the city but I'd go back and highly recommend the trip.

My go to place for hotpot. I've been to many hot pot places but this place is my favorite in NYC. I really like their spice level accompanied by the numbness feeling. The meats and veggies also taste really fresh. They say they get their ingredients fresh from China so it's definitely authentic too!

I managed to grab a last minute reservation for 6:30 PM on a Friday evening. We were running a little late (typical Flushing traffic) and they were very understanding and accommodating. The restaurant is quite large and is very nicely designed. They have bags for you to put your jackets in (to avoid trapping the hot pot smell), provide aprons, and even gave me a hair tie. The menu is extensive and can be a little overwhelming, but I honestly don't think you can go wrong. There is a great sauce bar with some appetizers and desserts. One of my favorite things about this place is that they validate up to 3 hours of parking in the New World Mall garage! This is a huge bonus for a restaurant located in such a busy location.

If you're in the mood for some spicy hotpot, this is the place for you! They put on a fun show for us to watch during dinner! The spice is shaped in a bear which is so adorable! The ingredients were all fresh! I would totally recommend coming here again! The spicy is REALLY spicy and normally I can tolerate spicy so I suggest if you're doing all spicy -- do mild.

We got in for close to last call. I hadn't been to an a la carte hot pot place in a while so this forced us to have some constraint and it worked out just fine. The ambiance was nice. I'm sure it gets packed but I appreciated being spaced out with the seating at this time. The service was attentive. The tables all have plastic bins so you don't feel like eating your jacket later. The only nitpick here was the sauce bar looked like it was the end of the day, in need of a little tlc. Otherwise, have a go.

Xiang Hot Pot is one of my favorite hotpot restaurants in NYC. One thing I recommend to do is get their membership if you come here a lot. The deal is much better using membership price. The pork feet is a must order. Very tender and crispy. Service is very attentive. The staff took order pretty fast and deliver food pretty quick as well. Busy, loud but since it's a hot pot restaurant, it's great for family dinner.

I've seen this beautiful hot pot location hidden up in new world mall for years now, and I always kind of felt like it's probably overpriced hot pot. But WOW I was really impressed! Not only is it really well decorated inside, the hot pot broth was extremely flavorful and not just spicy (like some other places). It had great depth of flavor in addition to the cute bear that melts into the pot. Definitely recommend. Their pick 9 option was great to share for 2 people, and after picking out 2 simple meats, the total was still under $100 for 2 people (including tax and tip!)

A nice spot for authentic Chinese hotpot in Flushing. I'd recommend getting the veggie combo and Pork Bone broth. A bit on the pricey side, however, compared to other hotpot places (especially AYCE places like Garden Shabu in Little Ferry, NJ). Overall, a solid choice.

This place is inside New World mall. Its inside is well decorated with lanterns and beautiful decorations. The seating are spacious and comfortable. It's got different sections: public and private. My party was seated in the public section. The public section had lots of benches that everyone can see each other and check out their hot pot experience This place doesn't have ALL YOU CAN EAT. Unfortunately... The menu has multiple broth choices ranging from spicy to non-spicy. We ordered the winter melon broth for one of the half, and the mild spicy for the other half. The mild spicy one was truly spicy. It had lots of pepper inside, and as the pot gets boiled thorough the night the spiciness increase into becoming quite unbearable One of the fun thing of this place is that the spicy half came with a spicy bear that looked so awesome before pouring the hot soup into the pot. Once the hot soup was poured into the pot, the bear melted into becoming one with the soup. Not sure if the bear was spicy or not, but by the end of the night the hot section of the pot was quite spicy. I wouldn't call it "mild" spiciness, more like "hot" By the end of the night the other half was rich from boiling all night long. It was super delicious and tasty. Truly enjoyed this half We ordered multiple meat and dishes: lamb, fatty beef, corn, tripe, sausage, fresh and natural crab, abalone, mussels, skewers, tofu, bean curd, fish ball, crispy octopus as appetizer, crispy buns and other The crispy buns were superb. Super crispy and delicious with condensed milk. Also, the crispy octopus were delicious as well At the end of the night, it had any amount of ice cream free to eat. They helped out with digestion and avoiding food coma. Truly comfortable! If you checking with Yelp, it gives you free cold mango slush. Please make sure to check-in to get this freebie Overall, the experience in this place is awesome, food is awesome, and service is superb. Truly worth it, even though it may end up to be a bit expensive

Xiang Hotpot - 7/10 While the interior of the restaurant is gorgeous and the broth is quite delicious, you can definitely find better quality meat at other restaurants. The wagyu was disappointing and did not taste any different from the reg fatty beef. The broths are delicious but there are no standouts. The other hotpot ingredients are all pretty standard as well.

I've been wanting to come here for a long time. This hot pot place has very nice ambiance, as it is beautifully decorated in its space located inside a mall. I came here when they first opened at 12pm, and was seated right away. We ordered a mixed pot, with spicy on one side and the tomato broth on the other side. The tomato broth was really delicious, and the server even asked if we'd like to taste the tomato soup first before adding in any of the items we had ordered for our hot pot, which is to say that they also know that their tomato broth tastes good. There is a cute little bear that they put on the spicy broth side which melts into the soup base as it boils. We also ordered our usual hot pot essentials, but what really surprised me was how much meat came on the platter! It was the length of the width of the table! They also have a section where you can make your own sauces, and on the side there was soup and a dessert soup (tangyuan) available for us to serve ourselves. Overall, really nice experience dining here!

Xiang Tian Xia is one of my favorite hot pot places. I come here so often we decided to purchase the membership! Each time we enter the restaurant we are greeted by all the servers. the restaurant ambience is beautiful with lots of lights hanging from the ceilings. I would recommend for smaller parties to order the small dish combo they offer as each order is pretty big. The quality of meat and vegetables is amazing. But, I do wish they had a few more options, such as fish paste!! They also have a lot of traditional Chinese drinks that can be hard to find and boba! Their drinks are definitely another plus. Always a pleasure to dine here:)

Tiny portions and they charge you for sauce. Place is all looks, no substance. Sad to have left a hotpot place hungry. Fish tofu and some other items had a weird texture. Would not recommend to anyone unless you just want pretty photos of the interior. Sauce bar was very dirty also and I saw a waiter chug someone's drink. We waited 1.5 hours to be seated for 7 people, which I understand is reasonable without a reservation, but they seated us at a table for 6 and then brought a fold out chair for the 7th person. Totally not cool.

Let's be real, all the girls want to come here for the instagram moment of a fat made teddy bear in their hot pot. Just messing. This place is unlike most hot pot places, I feel like I'm in Asia here, the decor resembles having a meal inside a palace, which makes it unique. Now on the real review. There is a plastic bin under your table to put your belongings so it won't stink after you are finished with your hot pot. Pick your soup base first, highlight is the teddy bear as you can see. You can choose spicy or non spicy. Im certain the teddy bear is the spicy one, you can pick level of spice and add more spice if not spicy enough. They have a checklist where you pick a whole bunch of stuff, similar to other hot pot places. Prices are above average. Expect to spend around $100 for two people. Not all you can eat. Service is outstanding, that's hard to say in a Asian place. The guys check up on you and explains how everything works. Now to the sauce, you can go to the back to put your own sauce together. I recommend you asking the waiter to make their hometown sauce for you, it's different than the traditional peanut butter based hot pot sauce. It's a bit oily, but you only live once. Unlimited ice cream by the sauce station. Nothing crazy, normal vanilla, chocolate ice cream cups. It's free parking if you dine in the restaurant, too late since I found out when I got there. When you are finished and exit the restaurant, there is a special booth. You go into the booth, press the button and steam comes up, it's suppose to help make your clothes smell good again if it absorbed all that hot pot yummy smell. It's free.

I needed something that was open on New Years Eve & I was in the mood for Hot Pot so I of course yelped the area. I found Xiang Hot Pot & the reviews were pretty good. You see I'm a very VERY simple man just give me my Crab Sticks, premium beef & lamb & your boy will be satisfied! I'm extremely happy Xiang had all 3. The place was a little difficult to find at first until I realized it was inside of the J-Mart. It's on the 3rd floor so don't miss it. We got in & the wait was only about 10 minutes which is pretty amazing for New Years Eve! Absolutely HAD to get the Teddy Bear Broth just to see that bear but then TRAGEDY STRUCK! The bear was MELTED ALIVE in front of my face ohhhhh lawddddd I had no idea what I did until it was already too late ! The food though ohhhhhhh mannnnnn everything was amazing. The Sliced Lamb, crab stick, shrimp dumplings & tripe were ALL delicious!!! You need to make sure you try all of those BUTTTTTT, the premium sliced beef & the spicy beef took it to an entirely different level. The meat was SOOOOOO damn good ohhhhhh my GOODNESS! The staff was great as well, I would absolutely come back to Xiang thank you for having me!
