Tierra del Sol

I just recently moved from Tierra Del Sol. The rent and fees had became a bit much for me to afford. I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I was paying $1680 that’s with fees included. That’s the ONLY reason that I moved. I wanted something cheaper. My 2 year stay at Tierra Del Sol was great. The maintenance is great. They always came and fixed whatever needed to be fixed in a timely manner. The staff was always polite and very helpful. The grounds were always kept clean.. grass was always cut. My apartment was really nice too and big. I would’ve stayed longer if the rent was more affordable for me. I would recommend moving to Tierra Del Sol. I see they have specials now as well so if you’re looking for a great place to live Tierra Del Sol is the place!

This property is very nice and clean. I often visit the property because I have family living here and its always clean. Maintenance does a very good job keeping it clean. I have stopped by the office to ask for information because the community is very peaceful. Gabriela was very nice answering all my questions. I am definitely thinking about coming to live at this property.

I want to share my experience with Nataly. She is incredibly helpful and kind, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every customer is satisfied. Her service truly makes a difference.

The assistant manager, Nataly, is a gem!! She is highly considerate, thoughtful, professional, and honest! She works diligently on any tasks that are handed to her! Her presence and contagious smile brightens the place up!

I would like to give a review to this lovely looking apartment complex, I had never had an issue before, I been living here 14 years now, I love it here😍. Shoutout to the maintenance man ( Don Adán ) that works really hard always go above and beyond 👏🏻 Really helpful and responsibly all the time 😊. Really kind personality and positive energy.

Nataly has been so helpful and kind. If I have any issues she gets them solved asap. And I've never had any problems with this management, they are the best.

I come to this property quite a bit to visit a friend and there’s a lady from the staff always walking around the property cleaning up. I love that because it’s hard to maintain cleanliness but they are very attentive with their property. I’m considering not renewing my lease and applying here.

i just moved in and i love how spacious the living room is. the place seems very quiet and i really like that. Natalie the leasing person was very helpful during the move in process.
