Very nice cafe, you can work inside. Nice staff and clean. I recommend Whiskey ice cream to everyone.

I ordered a large of the toasted coconut chocolate chip & it was probably the beat gelato I’ve ever had. It was delicious, the coconut flavor wasn’t too strong and the chocolate flakes were on point. I also got a single white chocolate truffle & that was really good too. I’d definitely come back and try their coffee in the future.

I’m glad I got a chance to visit Tifas. They offer 3 flavors in a small cup, which is plenty for one. They also have the non-dairy dark chocolate, which was good. Staff was kind and helpful as well.

4.5 STAR. Overall. There are about 4 or 5 ice cream flavors with no artificial colors or flavors added, so we tried vegan chocolate and vanilla bean flavors this time. Flavorful, rich, sweet, yet not sickening. A little heavy for Asian taste, but I can see how a regular customer would enjoy it. More selection of all natural ice cream and gelato would make it a perfect score for me. Priced by cup size $4.95 Small, $5.95 Medium, $6.95 large. Can choose more than one flavor for one cup size. I got a Medium to share with my 3 year old and it was more than we can finish. A small size would of been just right. Line started forming quite long after i checked out, but moved along efficiently. Apparently a popular place. Dominos and chess games on the tables for patrons, very comfortable and welcoming. A cool place to chill and hang out. Wouldn’t mind stopping by again if in the area.

Beautiful place, live plaza, delicious coffee, and perfect cookies. The most fascinating aspect of Tifa is game boards, especially chess boards that I loved it. We played two games sitting on the porch watching beautiful perspective.

Good but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it. We ordered strawberry, gran cafe and mint. All 3 were very tasty and flavorful. It seems that people who came here enjoyed their ice cream by the looks of how they were devouring their ordered items LMAO! This place has ample parking and seating outside. We came here because the other location at West Lake had a long wait. The location seems decent but it was dark when we arrived and it wasn’t as lively as the other location.

Simply delicious Gelato and sorbetto in a variety of traditional and unique flavors, wonderful chocolates, fudge, brownies and cookies. If you're a dessert lover, this is your place, no doubt about it. Been going to their various locations for years, and they never disappoint. Chocolate lovers have to try the drinking chocolate, either on its own or better yet, with their Gelato, Nuoto style. Always friendly service, samples/tasting encouraged, and cones, cups, and to-go larger containers available for hoarding in your freezer. Dairy-free and vegan flavors, too.

The location was really busy So I opted to not get any samples. Big mistake. The flavors were really good but the gelato melted really quickly almost turning it into syrup. The lines were really long the staff was knowledgeable the place was clean. It was nice to experience once I had the choice to go back the next day because I was working in the area but chose to go somewhere else. Big deal the brownie was like a bake sale brownie. The cookie was OK. Ended up throwing half of it away. A place to try once.

I ordered the mint chocolate chip gelato and was like Damnnnnn; it was really good. It was smooth, sweet, and incredibly delicious. It's definitely a great spot to satiate those sweet cravings.

First timer here, but not a last timer. Gelato was delicious, especially loved their big selection of Vegan. Ambiance was my favorite. They had every type of board/card game at the tables. A great place for families, couples, etc.

Been coming to Tifa for years and it has never disappointed. Staff has always been very friendly and patient in answering questions and letting us sample. Their gelato is so creamy and smooth, just as gelato should be, and the portion size even for the small size is pretty generous. You really can't go wrong with any of their flavors, but my favorites would have to be their Cookies and Cream, Salted Caramel and Stracciatella.

Armand was amazing!! He was very patient and knowledgeable about the gelato! He helped me pick the perfect flavors!

My blackberry lemon curd gelato was really good. It tasted more lemony than blackberry, but it was good. I would definitely get it again. The staff was friendly and helped us sampled different gelatos. I also appreciated that they had board games at the store so you can stay a while. They also had a couple of tables outside. Overall it was a great experience!

Ok gelato place. Pretty pricey and was not super impressed by my flavor.i ordered a Cookie Monster and the cookie dough was actually chocolate chip cookie chunks that looked store bought and we're rather hard, unlike the Oreos that were soft. I've tried 2 other variations on this flavor concept elsewhere and they were both much superior.

This place has the best gelato flavors. If you're a lemon fan, you must try the lemon cookie- unbelievable!!!! Such a cute little place and the employees are great.

Thursday, 10/06/2022 - Stopped by TIFA Chocolate & Gelato. Address is 28888 Roadside Dr, Agoura Hills, CA 91301. The two staffs in here were so nice. You can try as many flavors as you want. The 3 flavors I tried were all nice and creamy and flavorful. They were Ube Monster, Coconut Almond Chip, and Almond Pumpkin Swirl. My little one got the Lemon Sorbet. The small size you can choose up to 2 flavors. The medium size ($6.75) you can choose up to 3 flavors. The large size you can choose up to 4 flavors. They have a few games on the tables you can play while enjoying your Gelato. I like this place. Come try it, if you haven't yet.

This place is in the same shopping center as Los Agaves- my weekly stop for a bomb wet burrito. Every once in awhile I have room in my stomach for something sweet and head on over to Tifa's! The young ladies that work here are so friendly and sweet. Plus they never make me feel rushed when I'm tasting samples which I definitely appreciate! The gelato is pretty good- it's a little pricey. I have liked the espresso chip the best. The shop is really cute and uniquely decorated with games at the tables and everything! Although I usually like to enjoy my gelato outside next to the fountain and pretty lights. See ya soon!

Boy.... where do I even start? From the moment we walked in the door the sight of the amazing truffles and fresh baked sweets got our attention. We were then greeted by the wonderful lady working behind the ice cream bar. She offered us samples and gave absolutely magnificent descriptions of the flavors we were interested in. I opted for the dark chocolate and the cookie butter. The dark chocolate was jaw droppingly amazing and the cookie butter balanced the two flavors out with sweetness. Overall, the service, the ambiance, the flavors, and the deliciousness make this place a must try!!

I love the cookie butter and chocolate Gelato. The place can get busy at times but service is always good. Great place to end your night if you're in the area having dinner.

Yummy and delicious and not to mention the customer service is great. Every time we stop by we have a great experience with the employees working there. They are all very friendly, nice and polite and very helpful. Not to mention the gelato at this location taste much much better than the other Tifa's in the area, no joke! They have the best tasting gelato and great options. I recommend the Affogato ;) it's finger licking good.

I'd give this place 1,000,000 stars if I could ! ! They have a lot of healthy options to fulfill your needs. (like dairy-free stuff and more) They're Lemon Cookie ice cream is the BEST ice cream I've ever tasted ! They also have sweet Strawberry Balsamic ice cream. This location also has cute/cool decorations ! They also serve MASSIVE/HUGE, DELICIOUS cookies (and other treats/desserts) My brother actually works here and he does EXCELLENT service. %1000 recommended.

Tifa has single-handedly converted me from an ice cream lover to a Gelato lover! I only allowed myself gelato in Italy thinking it couldn't be made nearly as good. But little did i know it's even better! Their gelato is amazing and served up with their signature wafer. Their flavors are fun with seasonal and a variety of yu.my flavors. Not in the mood for gelato, no problem, there's cookies galore and chocolate. This location is a lovely location with comfortable seating to lounge around and savor each bite.

Best gelato ever! It's a really cute place and you can hang out and talk while you have your gelato. I always get the strawberry balsamic flavor, but the fig and mascarpone is really popular with my family as well. Service is great as well

I have been here a few times and its always a wonderful experience. The ladies that work there are super nice and helpful. The gelato is so good to the point where I can never decide which flavor to get, which is why I like trying new ones when I am over there. The vibe of the place is pretty great as well. We had checkers on our table which we didn't play, but others at different tables were taking advantage of that. Don't forget to grab a pastry! You will not regret it. :)

Most of the reviews here rave about the gelato. Oddly (for me) I didn't try it. This review focuses on their chocolate. They have a couple of displays with imported dark chocolate bars. This is the GOOD stuff and is priced as such. I got three bars, each made of chocolate from different countries (Peru, Ecuador, and Madagascar). They also make their own chocolates and have a variety to choose from. I chose a couple to eat later - a dark chocolate with Irish cream filling and a milk chocolate with salted maple. I thought these were both pretty good but the filling flavors could have been more vibrant. I also decided to have some sipping chocolate. This is a cup of very, very thick melted chocolate that you sort of drink and sort of scoop out. I chose dark chocolate (they also have milk chocolate and white chocolate). You can give it a slight flavoring from a fairly extensive list. I debated whether I wanted to try a flavor and the wonderfully helpful woman behind the counter assisted by nudging me toward raspberry which was a great choice. The warm, sipping chocolate is topped with whipped cream and a wafer cookie. It was decadent and put me into a chocolate coma. If you love chocolate this is a "must try". You can see them making their chocolates through a window at the rear of the store which is kind of fun. Plenty of parking. I thought the prices were reasonable but tilted toward the high side. 4.5 stars. Tip that I didn't try: The woman working there told me that many customers like to get a scoop of gelato and then pour a cup of sipping chocolate over it. It sounded great but a bit extreme at the time. Next visit I'm going to try it!

Best gelato in town! They make their own chocolate! Staff is super friendly and helpful and all-around good vibe. We don't care what the weathers like we need gelato! Crazy wind storm going on it's not stopping us from getting gelato! I love that you can just sit down eat your gelato play some games!

Seriously amazingly good gelato. Probably the best I've had in Los Angeles County, and I've had lots of gelato. This time I had Dark Chocolate and Lemon Curd-Pistachio, both truly delicious with a lovely rich texture. Highly recommended.

This was one of the first places I went with my husband on our first date, and ice cream was amazing! Call me a little biased, but their unique flavors are very delicious. Are the scoops as big as going to Baskin Robbins? No, however, the quality of ice cream is better in the little wafer. They give you with ice cream is super yummy too! Highly recommend! The service is always really nice here too. I feel that the cashiers are always very sweet. It could be a little noisy in there sometimes because the music is playing but that type of thing doesn't bother me. It's all about the ambience and it's a fun spot.

Once again I am blown away by how well Tifa chocolate and gelato operates! Even though I came in 30 minutes before closing, the employees welcomed me inside the store with smiles on their faces! I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Josh and Olive today and I couldn't have asked for better servers. I ended up needing to rush out of there and they helped me get my gelato ASAP while remaining completely efficient! If anyone is in the mood for desert, (not dessert I'm pretty sure ), I will always recommend my favorite spot, Tifa Chocolate and Gelato!

Super neat vibe. Theres a lot going on within this area, bars market shops. We got brownie and gelato Irish coffee .... The cream was good lol. The shop had chess and other games, really cool.

Two stars based on customer service... gelato was great! I was super excited to try this place... reviews were great... My bf and I stopped by for a midday vday treat. We got some cookies , gelato and wanted to get two lattes also. . The gentlemen who rang us up was nice but the guy with dark hair making the lattes was not at all. We were polite and excited for a delicious treat the whole time and he quickly made us feel very unwelcome. We canceled the drinks bc he clearly didn't want to make them and said they would take a long time, although he only had one other order. Unfortunate and unexpected experience :/

So delicious and so many options I recommend the strawberry balsamic it was so creamy and just the perfect amount of strawberries my little one got vanilla bean and loved it, can't wait to try more

We have known the owner of this place since it was a little storefront in Agoura Hills. We fell in love with it then and now that Denise the owner has expanded to three other locations. I am so happy for them. They are absolutely incredible. They're truffles they're chocolates. They're gelato the cookies everything is top notch. I have been getting my daughter her favorite truffles from them for Valentine's Day since they opened never disappointed!

The gelato here is amazing! I tried the espresso chip gelato and the cookie butter gelato. They were both creamy and decadent! I loved the espresso flavor with the small chocolate chips. The cookie butter had a unique flavor that I really enjoyed! I will be coming back for more of the same flavors, but also to try others!

What an amazing place parking was very easy to find the guy helping us was very very polite. Let us taste about six different flavors we decided to go with the box to go with the Nutella, the strawberry balsamic, which is absolutely out of this world the salted caramel, and that Pistacho fig, which is a new flavor I love this place pricing is very affordable for Italian gelato will definitely be back. There was no waiting. The place looks very clean and organized. They even had tables with games that you could play.

Amazing gelato! The gelato served here is amazing! This place has a variety of flavors of gelato, and the gelato is soft and fluffy and truly melts in your mouth. Not just because it's ice cream but also is super soft and was made well. All employees wore masks and were super friendly. They asked about your day, which is nice especially now adays when it's not very often you get to interact with many people. The prices of the scoops and pints are reasonable! I've gone to this place multiple times, so I will be back definitely. I would suggest getting the cookie butter flavor; that one is my favorite!

BREAKING NEWS: Godiva has closed all of its North American locations. GREAT NEWS: Tifa is in the neighborhood and has fantastic chocolates. It's not fair to compare such an exceptional artisanal local shop to a tried and true international corporation. But Tifa easily takes the sting out of losing a legend.

If you want real Gelato, this is the place, the flavors are great, the service is good and the quality is superb.

Last night, my friend and I have decided to go have some gelato, but we wanted a place that's different than the ones we usually go to, we are all the way in Granada Hills, we have searched and this place popped up and so we decided to go. Right when we walked in, we were kindly greeted, employees were extremely helpful with a smile on their face, and even offered for a sample! The flavors I got were strawberry rose and fig, by far these are one of the best ice cream I've had in all of California. I will definitely return!

What a cute little shop. Tifa has unique flavors as well as the classical flavors that everyone is use to. You are getting high quality gelato at Tifa's for sure. The flavors are full of flavor and the texture is very smooth and creamy. I always get a scoop or two in a cup and is adorned with a cute little biscuit. I tend to go for unique fruity flavors. I really liked the Fig Mascarpone & the Strawberry Rose Sorbeto. Its so good that I eat the gelato very slowly because I want to make it last. It makes me very sad when I get to the very end. Next time I would love to try their chocolates. Tifa does get very busy especially Friday nights and weekends. They are family oriented and a perfect place to hang out with friends and family or take your crush out on a date. You will not be bored. AWESOME gelato, chocolates & truffles and also games to play with. Staff is always friendly and there are plenty of parking spaces. PERFECT!

The service at this location today was absolutely amazing. Kelsey, Sophia, and Kimia were all very personable and happy to help as I was here with my kids, some friends and their kids as well. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped in and the ambiance is great too. We stayed inside to finish our gelato and the line stayed out the door the entire time, however it never seemed out of control as the staff handled it very well and professionally. I will be returning for sure and it seemed like everybody who came in was happy with this location's service, ambiance, and of course the gelato.

My family and I love Tifa. My wife and daughter usually get a gelato while I love to see what new artisan chocolates they have to offer. The chocolate brands they carry are right on point and won't disappoint! Don't forget about their truffle selections... yummm!

Super cute gelato shop that always has an awesome collection of music playing in the background and has my all time favorite iced chai latte. It's creamy and sweet, just how I like it! Imagine a christmas snickerdoodle cookie in a drink. Came here on a Sunday night, and Deja made our drinks. She was super awesome and sweet! She answered all my questions & made our drinks really well. The good vibes here always has me coming back! Any one of their locations is definitely worth checking out if you ever find yourself to be in the area of one.

First time there; no greeting, a clearly new person behind the counter, unsure of the products & had to ask another person who appeared to be her manager about the questions she was being asked. The manager was busy unpacking something while 3 customers were waiting for assistance. The young lady was trying her best but not getting any help. My wife finally did get a small Gelato which was indeed good but a 2 ounce cup for $6.52 is a bit much considering the experience.

The gelato here is just ok. It's very sweet and not as creamery as it should be. The staff is nice though and lets you taste until you decide on a flavor, nice seating area outside.
